A new phase contrast microscopy technique for halo reduction is proposed. This technique is based on an apodization method combined with the Zernike phase contrast method. Although it has been a difficult theoretical problem, the proposed technique achieves halo reduction by considering angles of diffraction and phase differences. The technique utilizes an apodized phase plate consisting of a quarter wave phase shift ring with a 25% transmittance, and a pair of adjacent rings, which have 50% transmittance. This element is placed at the back focal plane of the objective. The result is startling, halo reduced images of phase objects providing enhanced inner details.  相似文献

This Letter presents a novel absolute phase recovery technique with phase coding. Unlike the conventional gray-coding method, the codeword is embedded into the phase and then used to determine the fringe order for absolute phase retrieval. This technique is robust because it uses phase instead of intensity to determine codewords, and it could achieve a faster measurement speed, since three additional images can represent more than 8(2(3)) unique codewords for phase unwrapping. Experimental results will be presented to verify the performance of the proposed technique.  相似文献

We present a new method for the extraction of quantitative phase data from microscopic phase samples by use of partially coherent illumination and an ordinary transmission microscope. The technique produces quantitative images of the phase profile of the sample without phase unwrapping. The technique is able to recover phase even in the presence of amplitude modulation, making it significantly more powerful than existing methods of phase microscopy. We demonstrate the technique by providing quantitatively correct phase images of well-characterized test samples and show that the results obtained for more-complex samples correlate with structures observed with Nomarski differential interference contrast techniques.  相似文献

A phase shifting technique by varying the incidence angle of parallel beams in a shadow Moiré has been demonstrated in the present investigation. Error of phase shifting with this technique is evaluated, since it is not a stringent technique in theory. Furthermore measures in order to increase its accuracy have been suggested. Feasibility of the proposed phase shifting technique has been verified with experiments. It was found that the difference between the recommended and conventional phase shifting techniques could be significantly optimized to be less than 5%.  相似文献

在位相差异技术原理的基础上,利用现有平台,通过室内实验以及室外推扫成像试验,检验了位相差异技术波前反演的效果.试验表明:以干涉仪实测波前与反演波前的残差均方根误差作为评价标准,基于位相差异技术的波前反演精度可达1/40λ(λ=632.8nm);同时,利用反演波前进行的图像复原滤波能够大幅改善推扫退化图像的品质,复原后图像信噪比的提升量优于40%,奈奎斯特频率处调制传递函数的提升量超过80%.间接地证明了位相差异波前反演技术的实际效能,为位相差异波前反演技术的空间应用奠定了基础.  相似文献

We propose a new method for digital image watermarking using gyrator transform and chaotic maps. Four chaotic maps have been used in the proposed technique. The four chaotic maps that have been used are the logistic map, the tent map, the Kaplan-Yorke map and the Ikeda map. These chaotic maps are used to generate the random phase masks and these random phase masks are known as chaotic random phase masks. A new technique has been proposed to generate the single chaotic random phase mask by using two chaotic maps together with different seed values. The watermark encoding method in the proposed technique is based on the double random phase encoding method. The gyrator transform and two chaotic random phase masks are used to encode the input image. The mean square error, the peak signal-to-noise ratio and the bit error rate have been calculated. Robustness of the proposed technique has been evaluated in terms of the chaotic maps, the number of the chaotic maps used to generate the CRPM, the rotation angle of the gyrator transform and the seed values of the chaotic random phase masks. Optical implementation of the technique has been proposed. The computer simulations are presented to verify the validity of the proposed technique.  相似文献

在主动相位控制相干合成中,常用的光纤激光主动相位控制方法主要有外差法、多抖动法和随机并行梯度下降算法等. 基于多抖动法和外差法的原理,提出了一种新型的基于相位调制-解调的相位检测与控制方法. 该方法利用周期信号对参考光进行相位调制,将调制后的参考光与待检测信号光进行相干检测,通过对相干光强信号和相位调制信号的融合处理,实现相位噪声的检测和控制. 对该方法进行了数值模拟和实验研究. 实验结果表明,对于频率为2 kHz,噪声范围为[0,2π)的正弦噪声,相位检测精度优于λ/50,控制精度可达 关键词: 光纤激光 相干合成 相位噪声检测 调制-解调  相似文献

A double random phase encoding based digital phase encryption technique for colored images is proposed in the Fourier domain. The RGB input image is brought to HSV color space and then converted into phase, prior to the encryption. In the decryption process the HSV image is and converted back to the RGB format. The random phase codes used during encryption are prepared by stacking three two-dimensional random phase masks. These random phase codes serve as keys for encryption and decryption. The proposed technique carries all the advantages of phase encryption and is supposedly three-dimensional in nature. Robustness of the technique is analyzed against the variations in random phase codes and shuffling of the random phase masks of a given phase code. Performance of the scheme is also verified against occlusion of Fourier plane random phase code as well as the encrypted image. Effects of noise attacks and attacks using partial windows of correct random phase codes have also been checked. Digital simulations are presented to support the idea.  相似文献

We propose a new method for image encryption, using gyrator transform and chaos theory. Random phase masks are generated using chaos functions and are called as chaotic random phase masks. In the proposed technique, the image is encrypted using gyrator transform and two chaotic random phase masks. Three types of chaos functions have been used to generate the chaotic random phase masks. These chaos functions are the logistic map, the tent map and the Kaplan-Yorke map. The computer simulations are presented to verify the validity of the proposed technique. The mean square errors have been calculated. The robustness of the proposed technique to blind decryption in terms of rotation angle and the seed values of the chaotic random phase mask have been evaluated. We report on phase-dispersion optical tomography, a new imaging technique based on phase measurements using low-coherence interferometry. The technique simultaneously probes the target with fundamental and second-harmonic light and interferometrically measures the relative phase shift of the backscattered light fields. This phase change can arise either from reflection at an interface within a sample or from bulk refraction. We show that this highly sensitive (~5 degrees ) phase technique can complement optical coherence tomography, which measures electric field amplitude, by revealing otherwise undetectable dispersive variations in the sample.  相似文献

A new nondestructive testing (NDT) technique, which is based on Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry (ESPI) and digital image processing with quasi phase shift and gradient technique, is presented. A simple phase reduction algorithm is developed, which replaced an accurate phase shifter. Compared with other phase shift techniques, this method is insensitive to environmental vibration and air disturbance, has visible procedures and results allows the object to move slowly during the inspection procedure, does not need phase unwrapping, and has a quick image processing speed. As an application, this NDT technique is used to detect defects in composite materials and the resulting deformation phase gradient image shows a better visual effect than normal ESPI.  相似文献

We present a new quantitative phase microscopy technique, confocal diffraction phase microscopy, which provides quantitative phase measurements from localized sites on a sample with high sensitivity. The technique combines common-path interferometry with confocal microscopy in a transmission geometry. The capability of the technique for static imaging is demonstrated by imaging polystyrene microspheres and live HT29 cells, while dynamic imaging is demonstrated by quantifying the nanometer scale fluctuations of red blood cell membranes.  相似文献

以脉冲半导体激光器为例,对3种测量激光脉冲时基抖动技术进行了对比实验。这3种测量技术分别是:基于宽带取样示波器的时基抖动测量技术;基于相位比较检相器的相位噪声测量技术和基于频谱仪的谐波频谱分析技术。对比研究发现:基于宽带取样示波器的时基抖动测量技术适用于脉冲宽带及脉冲抖动较大的光脉冲;基于频谱仪的谐波频谱分析技术适用于低重复频率光脉冲的抖动测量;基于相位比较检相器的相位噪声技术测量精度高、动态范围大、结果可靠,对于高重复频率的超短光脉冲,建议选用相位噪声测量技术测量激光脉冲的时基抖动。  相似文献

This paper presents a shearographic technique for measuring in-plane strains. During the measurement, the test object is illuminated alternately with two laser beams, symmetrically with respect to the viewing direction. Employing a phase shift technique, the phase distributions due to object deformation for each beam are determined separately. The difference of the two phase distributions depicts the derivative of in-plane surface displacements. The technique is equivalent to a system of many strain gages.  相似文献

提出一种扫描电镜(SEM)扫描云纹法的相移新技术,通过SEM系统控制电镜电子束扫描线移动,对获取的云纹图像实现0-2π范围内的四步相移,从而获得了更高的位移测量灵敏度。同时对SEM扫描云纹法的测量原理以及相移实验技术的原理进行了详细的阐述。并将该技术应用到电子封装试件栅的相移分析中。实验结果证明了该方法的可行性,该方法为微米云纹法的条纹处理提供了一种新途径。  相似文献
