合成了2-[2-(5-溴代噻吩-2-基)-乙烯基]-8-羟基喹啉(1)和2-[2-(5'-溴代二噻吩-5-基)-乙烯基]-8-羟基喹啉(2)两个新化合物; 利用IR, UV, 1H NMR, MS, 元素分析等确认其结构; 利用X射线单晶衍射仪测定了化合物1的晶体结构; 用MTT法评价了化合物12对鼠骨髓间质干细胞在不同浓度下的影响, 研究结果表明它们对鼠骨髓间质干细胞具有增殖作用. 化合物12与醋酸锌反应获得了其相应的锌配合物34, 光致发光显示: 它们的λmax分别是597和620 nm.   相似文献

设计合成了3-[2-(8-羟基喹啉基)-乙烯基]-N-对甲苯基咔唑(8)和3-[2-(8-羟基喹啉基)-乙烯基]-N-对甲氧苯基咔唑(9)两个新的化合物, 用IR, MS, 1H NMR和元素分析确认其结构. 并利用DPPH•方法, 超氧阴离子自由基( )法, 羟基自由基HO•法和噻唑蓝比色法(MTT法)分别测定了目标产物的抗氧化活性和调控鼠骨髓间质干细胞(MSCs)的作用. 结果表明, 这两种化合物对DPPH•自由基、超氧阴离子自由基和羟基自由基具有较强的抗氧化活性, 化合物9在低浓度时对鼠骨髓间质干细胞增殖有很好的促进作用.  相似文献

设计合成了2-乙烯基取代的8-羟基喹啉衍生物(6), 用IR, UV-Vis, 1H NMR, MS和元素分析确认其结构; 利用二苯代苦味酰基自由基(DPPH·)法和噻唑蓝比色(MTT)法分别测定了目标产物的抗氧化活性及调控鼠骨髓间质干细胞(MSCs)增殖的作用. 结果表明, 目标产物有较强的抗氧化活性, 随着产物浓度的增加, 其抗氧化活性先增强后减弱; 在低浓度时对鼠骨髓间质干细胞有促进作用. 研究发现, 化合物6抗氧化活性的提高与其含量相关.  相似文献

设计合成了三种新型的8-羟基喹啉衍生物配体: 5-[(4-E-苯乙烯基)-苯甲亚胺基]-8-羟基喹啉(1), 5-[(4-溴-2-氟)-苯甲亚胺基]-8-羟基喹啉(2)和N-乙基-3-[2-(8-羟基喹啉基)-乙烯基]咔唑(3), 以及它们相应的金属配合物, 产物经质谱(MS)、元素分析(EA)、红外光谱(IR)、紫外光谱(UV)、核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)进行表征, 并测定了它们的荧光性质. 结果与8-羟基喹啉比较表明, 5位和2位取代8-羟基喹啉衍生物的荧光发生了明显的红移. 同时测定了配合物(3)2Zn的荧光寿命, 结果表明, N-乙基-3-[2-(8-羟基喹啉基)-乙烯基]咔唑锌配合物表现出较长的荧光寿命.  相似文献

合成了新的N-乙基咔唑衍生物: 3,6-二[2-(8-羟基喹啉基)乙烯基]咔唑(4)及其锌配合物(5); 化合物4经质谱、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、元素分析表征其结构, 并测定了它的荧光光谱. 结果显示: 化合物4的荧光发射为蓝绿色光(500 nm), 其发射光谱随着溶剂极性的增大荧光光谱向长波方向移动(即发生红移); 同时, 考察了化合物5的荧光性质, 其荧光发光峰值为600 nm, 与2-甲基-8-羟基喹啉锌相比, 发生了明显的红移.  相似文献

设计合成了8-羟基喹啉衍生物34以及它们的金属锌配合物56,化合物34经质谱(MS)、元素分析(EA)、红外光谱(IR)、紫外光谱(UV)、核磁共振氢谱( 1H NMR)进行表征,并测定了它们的荧光性质,与2-甲基-8-羟基喹啉(λmax=390 nm)比较表明,化合物34的荧光红移80~150 nm;用X射线单晶衍射仪测定了化合物3的晶体结构,晶体属于三斜晶系,空间群P1,a=0.706 87(5) nm,b=0.962 03(6) nm,c=1.221 09(8) nm,α=86.735(4)°,β=87.840(4)°,γ=74.333(4)°,V=0.798 01(9) nm3,Z=2,Dc=1.367 Mg·m-3,μ=0.089 mm-1,F(000)=344,wR1=0.055 2,wR2=0.158 1。化合物3的晶体结构确认了2-甲基-8-羟基喹啉甲酰化是在5位。测定了化合物56的荧光光谱及其荧光寿命,结果表明,化合物56发光的峰值为620 nm 和623nm,能够发出橙色的荧光,与2-甲基-8-羟基喹啉锌(λmax=515 nm)比较,发生了明显的红移。化合物56的寿命分别为1.57 ns和1.77 ns,呈单指数衰减。  相似文献

以4-甲基苯磺酸作催化剂、用三乙胺调节pH值约为9的条件下, 由5-甲酰基-8-羟基喹啉和5-氨基-8-羟基喹啉合成了新的5,7′-(亚甲胺基)-二-8-羟基喹啉, 利用IR, UV, 1H NMR, MS确认了分子结构, 比较研究了其光致发光特性, 运用Gaussian 98量子化学程序包, 采用B3LYP密度泛函(DFT)的方法, 在6-31G(d,p)水平上对分子的几何构型进行结构优化; 并对目标化合物的稳定结构通过计算预测其振动光谱, 计算结果与实验值基本相符.  相似文献

以2-甲基-8-羟基喹啉为原料,经羟基保护、甲基氧化、水解后得到2-甲酰基-8-羟基喹啉(L)。L分别与苯胺衍生物缩合得到三种新型喹啉衍生物。经元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁共振谱表征,确定了席夫碱的组成。产物分别与大肠杆菌、产气杆菌、枯草杆菌、变形杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌进行抑菌活性实验,配体与席夫碱均有较好的抑菌活性。  相似文献

A new series of 2-(coumarin-3-yl)-5-mercapto-1,3,4-oxadiazoles based on various aryl thiourea/ureas incorporating a 1,3,5-s-triazine moiety is reported. The components of this series have been obtained by the reaction of cyanuric chloride (1) with 2-(coumarin-3-yl)-5-mercapto-1,3,4-oxadiazole (2). The prepared 2-{(coumarin-3-yl-1,3,4-oxadiazolyl)-5-thio}-4,6-dichloro-s-triazine (3) was subsequently treated with morpholine (4) to form 2-{(coumarin-3-yl-1,3,4-oxadiazolyl)-5-thio}-4-(morpholino)-6-chloro-s-triazine (5). This was further treated with various substituted aryl urea/thioureas (6a–k/7a–k) to afford the title compounds 8a–k and 9a–k, which were and tested for their antibacterial activity (MIC) against different microorganisms. The structures of the novel synthesized compound have been established on the basis of 1H NMR and FT-IR data together with elemental analysis.

以天然产物没食子酸为原料经醚化、酯化、酰肼化、成盐、闭环、硫醚化六步反应合成了6个2-取代硫醚-5-(3,4,5-三甲氧基苯基)-1,3,4-噻二唑类衍生物, 釆用铟催化下水相合成目标化合物8, 具有反应条件温和, 合成收率高的特点; 用IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR和元素分析对各化合物进行了表征及结构确证, 并用X射线单晶衍射法测定了化合物8a [2-(2-氯-5-吡啶甲基)硫醚-5-(3,4,5-三甲氧基苯基)-1,3,4-噻二唑]的晶体结构, 采用MTT法进行了新化合物抑制PC3和BGC-823癌细胞体外试验, 结果表明在5μmol•L-1浓度下化合物8e对PC3的抑制活性为55.71%. 化合物8b对BGC-823细胞抑制活性为66.21%.  相似文献

Abstract

3-(2-Bromoacetyl)coumarins (I), when treated with 2-mercatobenzimidazole (II) in acetone containing K2CO3 (mild base) and tetrabutylammonium bromide (TBAB) as a phase transfer catalyst, at room temperature yielded the title compound 3-[2-(1H-benzimidazole-2-yl-sufanyl)-acetyl]-chromen-2-one (III) in a one-pot synthesis. Alternatively, III could also be prepared by treating dithiocarbonic acid O-ethyl ester, S-[2-oxo-2-(2-oxo-2H-chromen3-yl)-ethyl] ester (V), with o-phenylenediamine (VI). The methylation of the title compound III was performed with dimethyl sulfate (DMS), in acetonitrile containing TBAB and K2CO3 at room temperature, resulting in 3-[2-(N-methyl-benzimidazol-2-yl-sulfanyl)]-acetyl-chromen-2-ones (VII). Alternatively, methylation of III could also be performed with DMS in acetonitrile containing K2CO3 as base and clay as surface catalyst. All the compounds were synthesized in good yields and their structures were confirmed by spectral and analytical data.

Abstract

Electrochemical monitoring of 1, 4-dihydroxy-5, 8-bis-[2-(2-hydroxyethy1) aminoethy amino]-9, 10-anthracenedione was employed for the quantitation of this cancer chemotherapy drug following high performance liquid chromatography. Detection was performed by oxidation of the compound at a glassy carbon electrode at +0.80 V vs. SCE. A rapid and convenient sample treatment procedure was developed which is suitable for determination involving physiological samples. A detection limit of 2 ng injected was obtained for urine samples.  相似文献

A protocol for the synthesis of 3-[4-(1-benzofuran-2-yl)-1,3-thiazol-2-yl]-2-(4-aryl)-1,3-thiazolidin-4-one derivatives (5a–e) has been developed from 1-(1-benzofuran-2-yl)-2-bromoethanone (2),which served as a key intermediate for the synthesis of the title compounds. The reaction of compound 2 with thiourea furnished 4-(1-benzofuran-2-yl)-1,3-thiazol-2-amine 3, which upon further reaction with various aromatic aldehydes, gave Schiff bases 4a–e. These Schiff bases, when treated with thioacetic acid in the presence of catalytic amount of anhydrous ZnCl2, yielded thiazolidinone derivatives 5a–e. All the newly synthesized compounds have been characterized by analytical and spectral data and screened for their antimicrobial and analgesic activity.
