2-乙烯基噻吩-8-羟基喹啉锌的设计合成及光致发光特性研究

摘    要:合成了2-2-(5-溴代噻吩-2-基)-乙烯基]-8-羟基喹啉(1)和2-2-(5'-溴代二噻吩-5-基)-乙烯基]-8-羟基喹啉(2)两个新化合物; 利用IR, UV, 1H NMR, MS, 元素分析等确认其结构; 利用X射线单晶衍射仪测定了化合物1的晶体结构; 用MTT法评价了化合物12对鼠骨髓间质干细胞在不同浓度下的影响, 研究结果表明它们对鼠骨髓间质干细胞具有增殖作用. 化合物12与醋酸锌反应获得了其相应的锌配合物34, 光致发光显示: 它们的λmax分别是597和620 nm.

Abstract:2-2-(5-Bromo-thiophen-2-yl)-vinyl]-8-hydroxyquinoline (1) and 2-2-(5'-bromo-bithiophenyl- 5-yl)-vinyl]-8- hydroxyquinoline (2) were synthesized and characterized by IR, UV, 1H NMR, MS spectra and elemental analysis. The crystal structure of compound 1 was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. Their effects on the proliferation of the rat marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (rMSC) have been evaluated by an MTT assay. The result of experiment indicated that compounds 1 and 2 could induce the proliferation of mesenchy-mal stem cells (MSC). The compounds 1 and 2 reacted with a Zn(II) salt to afford the cor-responding Zn(II) complexes 3 and 4, and their photoluminescences were showed at λmax 597 and 620 nm respectively.
