In this paper, the sequence spaces e0^τ(u, p) and ec^τ(u, p) of non-absolute type which are the generalization of the Maddox sequence spaces have been introduced and it is proved that the spaces e0^τ(u,p) and ec^τ(u,p) are linearly isomorphic to spaces co(p) and c(p), respectively. Furthermore, the α-, β- and γ-duals of the spaces 0^τ(u,p) and ec^τ(u,p) have been computed and their bases have been constructed and some topological properties of these spaces have been investigated. Besides this, the class of matrices (e0^τ)(u, p) : μ) has been characterized, where μ is one of the sequence spaces l∞, c and co and derives the other characterizations for the special cases of μ. In the last section, Euler Core of a complex-valued sequence has been introduced, and we prove some inclusion theorems related to this new type of core.  相似文献

We give a sufficient condition on a finite p-group G of nilpotency class 2 so that Aut c (G) = Inn(G), where Aut c (G) and Inn(G) denote the group of all class preserving automorphisms and inner automorphisms of G respectively. Next we prove that if G and H are two isoclinic finite groups (in the sense of P. Hall), then Aut c (G) ≃ Aut c (H). Finally we study class preserving automorphisms of groups of order p 5, p an odd prime and prove that Aut c (G) = Inn(G) for all the groups G of order p 5 except two isoclinism families.  相似文献

The sequence spaces ?(p), c(p) and c0(p) were introduced and studied by Maddox [I.J. Maddox, Paranormed sequence spaces generated by infinite matrices, Proc. Cambridge Philos. Soc. 64 (1968) 335-340]. In the present paper, the sequence spaces λ(u,v;p) of non-absolute type which are derived by the generalized weighted mean are defined and proved that the spaces λ(u,v;p) and λ(p) are linearly isomorphic, where λ denotes the one of the sequence spaces ?, c or c0. Besides this, the β- and γ-duals of the spaces λ(u,v;p) are computed and the basis of the spaces c0(u,v;p) and c(u,v;p) is constructed. Additionally, it is established that the sequence space c0(u,v) has AD property and given the f-dual of the space c0(u,v;p). Finally, the matrix mappings from the sequence spaces λ(u,v;p) to the sequence space μ and from the sequence space μ to the sequence spaces λ(u,v;p) are characterized.  相似文献

In [1], we defined c(G), q(G) and p(G). In this paper we will show that if G is a p-group, where p is an odd prime and |G| ≤ p 4, then c(G) = q(G) = p(G). However, the question of whether or not there is a p-group G with strict inequality c(G) = q(G) < p(G) is still open.  相似文献

In this paper we define the sequence sets ?(u,Δ2,p), c(u,Δ2,p) and c0(u,Δ2,p), and give α- and β-duals of these sets. Further we investigate matrix transformations in the spaces and give a characterization of the class (?(u,Δ2,p),?).  相似文献

Kizmaz [13] studied the difference sequence spaces e∞(△), c(△), and c0(△).Several article dealt with the sets of sequences of m-th order difference of which are bounded, convergent, or convergent to zero. Altay and Basar [5] and Altay, Basar, and Mursaleen [7] introduced the Euler sequence spaces eτ0, eτ0, andeτ∞, respectively. The main purpose of this article is to introduce the spaces eτ0(△(m)), eτc(△(m)), and eτ∞(△(m)) consisting of all sequences whose mth order differences are in the Euler spaces eτ0, eτc, and eτ∞, respectively. Moreover, the authors give some topological properties and inclusion relations, and determine the α-, β-, and γ-duals of the spaces eτ0(△(m)), eτc(△(m)), and eτ∞(△(m)), and the Schauder basis of the spaces eτ0(△(m)), eτc(△(m)). The last section of the article is devoted to the characterization of some matrix mappings on the sequence space eτc(△(m)).  相似文献

LetR be a commutative, semi-local ring,I 1, ...,I s ideals. In this paper, we define therelative Milnor K-groups of (R;I 1, ...,I s ),K p M (R;I 1, ...,I s ), and show that these groups have many of the properties of the usual MilnorK-groups of a field. In particular, assuming a weak condition on the ideals, we show thatK p M (R;I 1, ...,I s ) is isomorphic to the weightp portion of the relative QuillenK-groupK p (R;I 1, ...,I s ), after inverting (p–1)!. We also define the relative group homology of GL n (R;I 1, ...,I s ), and show thatK p M (R;I 1, ...,I s ) is isomorphic toH p (GLp(R;I 1, ...,I s ))/Im(H p (GL p–1 (R;I 1, ...,I s ))). Finally, we consider a generalization to the relative setting of Kato's conjecture asserting that the Galois symbol gives an isomorphism fromK p M (F)/l v to , and show that this relative version of Kato's conjecture implies the Quillen-Lichtenbaum conjectures asserting the Chern class:

We consider pomonoids , where G is a pogroup and I is a poideal of S and show that if an S-poset is principally weakly flat, (weakly) flat, po-flat, (principally) weakly po-flat, (po-) torsion free or satisfies Conditions (P), (P E ), (P w ), (PWP), (PWP) w , (WP) or (WP) w as an I 1-poset, then it has these properties as an S-poset. We also show that an S-poset which is free, projective or strongly flat as an I 1-poset may not generally have these properties as an S-poset.  相似文献

This paper considers the isometric extension problem concerning the mapping from the unit sphere S 1(E) of the normed space E into the unit sphere S 1(l (Γ)). We find a condition under which an isometry from S 1(E) into S 1(l (Γ)) can be linearly and isometrically extended to the whole space. Since l (Γ) is universal with respect to isometry for normed spaces, isometric extension problems on a class of normed spaces are solved. More precisely, if E and F are two normed spaces, and if V 0: S 1(E) → S 1(F) is a surjective isometry, where c 00(Γ) ⊆ Fl (Γ), then V 0 can be extended to be an isometric operator defined on the whole space. In this paper we introduce a new type of difference operator Δ m n for fixed m, n ∈ ℕ. We define the sequence spaces ℓ m n ), c m n ) and c 0 m n ) and study some topological properties of these spaces. We obtain some inclusion relations involving these sequence spaces. These notions generalize many earlier existing notions on difference sequence spaces.   相似文献

Let p = (pk)k=0^∞ be a bounded sequence of positive reals, m C N and u be s sequence of nonzero terms. If x = (xk)k=0^∞ is any sequence of complex numbers we write Δ(m)x for the sequence of the m th order differences of x and Δu^(m)X = {x=(x)k=0^∞ uΔ(m)x ∈ X} for any set X of sequences. We determine the α-, β- and γ-duals of the sets Δμ^(m)X for X=co(p),c(p),l∞(p) and characterize some matrix transformations between these spaces Δ^(m)X.  相似文献

We give a characterization of totally η-umbilical real hypersurfaces and ruled real hypersurfaces of a complex space form in terms of totally umbilical condition for the holomorphic distribution on real hypersurfaces. We prove that if the shape operator A of a real hypersurface M of a complex space form M n (c), c ≠ 0, n ⩾ 3, satisfies g(AX, Y) = ag(X, Y) for any X, YT 0(x), a being a function, where T 0 is the holomorphic distribution on M, then M is a totally η-umbilical real hypersurface or locally congruent to a ruled real hypersurface. This condition for the shape operator is a generalization of the notion of η-umbilical real hypersurfaces.  相似文献

We show that a separable Banach space with property (M*) has a Szlenk index equal to ω0, and a norm with an optimal modulus of asymptotic uniform smoothness. From this we derive a condition on the Szlenk functions of the space and its dual which characterizes embeddability into c 0 or an ℓ p -sum of finite dimensional spaces. We also prove that two Lipschitz-isomorphic Orlicz sequence spaces contain the same ℓ p -spaces.   相似文献

The definition of the -, - and -duals of a sequence space was defined by Et [Internat. J. Math. Math. Sci. 24 (2000) 785-791]. In this paper we compute - and N-duals of the sequence spaces Δmv(X) for X=?, c and c0, and compute β- and γ-duals of the sequence spaces Δmv(X) for X=?, c and c0.  相似文献

Let S be a pomonoid and I a proper right ideal of S. In a previous paper, using the amalgamated coproduct A(I) of two copies of S S over I, we were able to solve one of the problems posed in S. Bulman-Fleming et al. (Commun. Algebra 34:1291–1317, 2006). In the present paper, we investigate further flatness properties of A(I). We also solve another problem stated in the paper cited above. Namely, we determine the condition under which Rees factor S-posets have property (P w ). Research supported by nwnu-kjcxgc-03-18.  相似文献

where λ > 0 is an eigenvalue parameter. To understand well the global behavior of the bifurcation branch in R + × L 2(I), we establish the precise asymptotic formula for λ(α), which is associated with eigenfunction u α with ‖ u α2 = α, as α → ∞. It is shown that if for some constant p > 1 the function h(u) ≔ f(u)/u p satisfies adequate assumptions, including a slow growth at ∞, then λ(α) ∼ α p−1 h(α) as α → ∞ and the second term of λ(α) as α → ∞ is determined by lim u → ∞ uh′(u).
