Some weak convergence theorems are obtained, which extend and complement some previous work.

In this paper, some iterative schemes for approximating the common element of the set of zero points of maximal monotone operators and the set of fixed points of relatively nonexpansive mappings in a real uniformly smooth and uniformly convex Banach space are proposed. Some strong convergence theorems are obtained, to extend the previous work.

In this paper, two iterative schemes for approximating common element of the set of zero points of maximal monotone operators and the set of fixed points of a kind of generalized nonexpansive mappings in a real uniformly smooth and uniformly convex Banach space are proposed. Two strong convergence theorems are obtained and their applications on finding the minimizer of a kind of convex functional are discussed, which extend some previous work.

Mixed equilibrium problems and optimization problems

In this paper, we introduce and analyze a new hybrid iterative algorithm for finding a common element of the set of solutions of mixed equilibrium problems and the set of fixed points of an infinite family of nonexpansive mappings. Furthermore, we prove some strong convergence theorems for the hybrid iterative algorithm under some mild conditions. We also discuss some special cases. Results obtained in this paper improve the previously known results in this area.

General variational inequalities and nonexpansive mappings

In this paper, we suggest and analyze some three-step iterative schemes for finding the common elements of the set of the solutions of the Noor variational inequalities involving two nonlinear operators and the set of the fixed points of nonexpansive mappings. We also consider the convergence analysis of the suggested iterative schemes under some mild conditions. Since the Noor variational inequalities include variational inequalities and complementarity problems as special cases, results obtained in this paper continue to hold for these problems. Results obtained in this paper may be viewed as an refinement and improvement of the previously known results.
