提出了面内功能梯度矩形板在竖向载荷作用下的近似 理论与解析解. 假设材料常数在面内x轴方向按指数规 律变化.引入了板理论的Reissner-Mindlin假设, 并考虑了板中面上的剪切变形的影响.推导了板在平行于y轴的两边简支, 平行于x轴方向的两边简支或固支情况下中性层法线转角和挠度用Fourier级数表示的解.讨论了退化为Kirchhoff假设下经典薄板理论的解的情况.提供了经典薄板理论在和Reissner-Mindlin假设下的算例并与三维有限元的计算结果进行了比较, 说明了该方法在厚板情况下也是相当精确的.  相似文献

本文在Reissner 理论基础上,应用功的互等定理推导了夹层矩形板稳定问题的基本解,在已推导出的夹层板基本解的基础上,利用功的互等法求解了两对边固定一边简支一边自由、两邻边简支另两邻边自由且角点支承、两邻边简支另两邻边自由且角点悬空三种不同边界条件下夹层板的稳定问题,给出了挠曲面方程及其对应的执行方程;进行了数值计算,并与有限元结果进行对照分析.结果表明:本文方法求解过程更简单,提供了一种求解夹层板稳定问题的新方法,计算结果对解决工程实际问题具有一定的参考价值.  相似文献

Post-buckling behaviour of sandwich plates with functionally graded material (FGM) face sheets under uniform temperature rise loading is considered. It is assumed that the plate is in contact with a Pasternak-type elastic foundation during deformation, which acts in both compression and tension. The derivation of equations is based on the first-order shear deformation plate theory. Thermomechanical non-homogeneous properties of FGM layers vary smoothly by the distribution of power law across the thickness, and temperature dependency of material constituents is taken into account. Using the non-linear von-Karman strain-displacement relations, the equilibrium and compatibility equations of imperfect sandwich plates with FGM face sheets are derived. The boundary conditions for the plate are assumed to be simply supported in all edges. The governing equations are reduced to two coupled equation in terms of stress function and lateral deflection. Employing the single mode approach combined with Galerkin technique, an approximate closed-form solution is presented to calculate the critical buckling temperature and post-buckling equilibrium path of the plate. Presented numerical examples contain the influences of power law index, sandwich plate geometry, geometrical imperfection, temperature dependency, and the elastic foundation coefficients.  相似文献

The subject discussed in this paper is the rectangular plate. Its wwo opposite edges are simply supported, while the other two are arbitrary, and the rigidity of the plate is variable along the direction parallel to the simply supported edges. In order to solve the problem, the author adopts the finite plate-strip element method[1], which is different from the usual finite element method or the finite strip method. The steps of the above method is no longer to establish a rigidity matrix for elements or strips and gather them into a total matrix for solution. Now the relation of transfer between the strain and inner force of every plate-strip is shown. Finally a practical example is given and this method is found to be easier and more effective.  相似文献

A detailed investigation of the phenomenon of mode jumping in compressed struts on stiffening foundations and elastic plates of varying lengths is performed, with emphasis on the effects of altering boundary conditions. The variety of possible modal interactions is presented in a concise form using the parameter space of Arnol'd tongues, borrowed from non-linear dynamical systems theory. For the strut system, a full range of end conditions from simply supported to clamped is examined. For the plate, simply supported and clamped flexural conditions along both long (unloaded) and short (loaded) edges are considered, together with in-plane conditions ranging from free to pull in, to fully restrained. For each system, simply supported end conditions are found to provide protection against early mode jumping in a so-called “safety envelope”, but this is eroded as the end conditions are systematically altered from simply supported to clamped. For the plate system, mode jumping is induced at an earlier stage in the loading process by restricting the long (unloaded) edges against in-plane movement, but is delayed by clamping the same edges against rotation.  相似文献

The paper deals with dynamic response of a thin-walled rectangular plate subjected to in-plane pulse loading. The plate is made of orthotropic (fibre composite) material in which the principal directions of orthotropy are parallel to the plate edges. The plate is characterised by a widthwise varying fibre volume fraction. The structures are assumed to be simply supported at the loaded ends and at non-loaded ends with five different boundary conditions (both simply supported, both fixed, simply supported fixed, simply supported free edge, fixed free edge). In order to obtain the equations of motion the non-linear theory of orthotropic thin-walled plates has been modified in such a way that it additionally accounts for all components of inertial forces. The differential equations of motion have been obtained from Hamilton’s Principle. The problem of nonlinear static stability was solved with the second order of the Koiter’s asymptotic stability theory of conservative systems. The results obtained from analytical–numerical method were compared with the results from finite element method (FEM).  相似文献

For a simply supported elastic-plastic square plate under axial compression the post-bifurcation behaviour and the sensitivity to initial imperfections are investigated. An exact asymptotic expansion is given for the initial post-bifurcation behaviour of a perfect plate compressed into the plastic range. The imperfection sensitivity is studied through an asymptotic analysis of the behaviour of the hypoelastic plate that results from neglecting the effect of elastic unloading. The results of the asymptotic analyses are compared with results of a numerical incremental solution by means of a combined finite element—Rayleigh Ritz method. The paper considers the effect of different in-plane boundary conditions and the effect of various degrees of strain hardening.  相似文献

功能梯度材料微板谐振器热弹性阻尼的建模和预测是此类新型谐振器热?弹耦合振动响应的新课题. 本文采用数学分析方法研究了四边简支功能梯度材料中厚度矩形微板的热弹性阻尼. 基于明德林中厚板理论和单向耦合热传导理论建立了材料性质沿着厚度连续变化的功能梯度微板热弹性自由振动控制微分方程. 在上下表面绝热边界条件下采用分层均匀化方法求解变系数热传导方程, 获得了用变形几何量表示的变温场的解析解. 从而将包含热弯曲内力的结构振动方程转化为只包含挠度振幅的偏微分方程. 然后,利用特征值问题在数学上的相似性,求得了四边简支条件下功能梯度材料明德林矩形微板的复频率解析解, 进而利用复频率法获得了反映谐振器热弹性阻尼水平的逆品质因子. 最后, 给出了材料性质沿板厚按幂函数变化的陶瓷?金属组分功能梯度矩形微板的热弹性阻尼数值结果. 定量地分析了横向剪切变形、材料梯度变化以及几何参数对热弹性阻尼的影响规律. 结果表明, 采用明德林板理论预测的热弹性阻尼值小于基尔霍夫板理论的预测结果, 而且两者的差别随着相对厚度的增大而变得显著.   相似文献

Three-dimensional thermoelastic analysis is presented for an orthotropic functionally graded rectangular plate,which is simply supported and isothermal on its four lateral edges.With the assumption that material properties have arbitrary dependence on the thickness-coordinate,a Peano-Baker series solution is obtained for the thermoelastic fields of the functionally graded plate subjected to mechanical and thermal loads on its upper and lower surfaces by means of state space method.The correctness of the obtained series solution is validated through numerical examples.The influence of different material properties distributions on the structural response of the plate is also studied.  相似文献

Nonlinear parametric vibration and stability is investigated for an axially accelerating rectangular thin plate subjected to parametric excitations resulting from the axial time-varying tension and axial time-varying speed in the magnetic field. Consid- ering geometric nonlinearity, based on the expressions of total kinetic energy, potential energy, and electromagnetic force, the nonlinear magneto-elastic vibration equations of axially moving rectangular thin plate are derived by using the Hamilton principle. Based on displacement mode hypothesis, by using the Galerkin method, the nonlinear para- metric oscillation equation of the axially moving rectangular thin plate with four simply supported edges in the transverse magnetic field is obtained. The nonlinear principal parametric resonance amplitude-frequency equation is further derived by means of the multiple-scale method. The stability of the steady-state solution is also discussed, and the critical condition of stability is determined. As numerical examples for an axially moving rectangular thin plate, the influences of the detuning parameter, axial speed, axial tension, and magnetic induction intensity on the principal parametric resonance behavior are investigated.  相似文献

A general solution is obtained for dynamic bending of ideal rigid-plastic plates with a clamped or simply supported curved contour containing an absolutely rigid insert of an arbitrary shape. The plate is affected by a short-time high-intensity explosive dynamic load uniformly distributed over the surface. It is shown that there are several mechanisms of plate deformation. Equations for dynamic deformation are derived for each mechanism, and conditions of occurrence are analyzed. An exact solution procedure is formulated for the stability analysis of viscoelastic rectangular plate with two opposite edges simply supported and other two edges clamped as well as the viscoelastic rectangular plate with one edge clamped and other three edges simply supported under the action of tangential follower force. Firstly, by assuming the transverse displacement (W) as independent functions which automatically satisfies the simply supported boundary conditions, the governing partial differential equation is reduced to an ordinary differential equation with variable coefficients. Then, by the normalized power series method and applying the boundary conditions yield the eigenvalue problem of finding the roots of a fourth-order characteristic determinant. The results show that the aspect ratio λ and the dimensionless delay time H have great effects on the types of instability and the critical loads of the viscoelastic plates.  相似文献

Based on Mindlin's first-order shear deformable plate theory, a DSC-Ritz element method is developed for the free vibration analysis of moderately thick rectangular plates with mixed supporting edges. The rationale of the present approach is not only to apply the discrete singular convolution (DSC) delta type wavelet kernel as a trial function with the Ritz method, but also to incorporate the method in finite elements in order to handle the mixed boundary constraints. The approach is novel and flexible as it passes through a bottleneck of the global DSC-Ritz method in treating the kinematic supporting edges with assorted discontinuities. A series of numerical simulations for rectangular Mindlin plates with various edge support discontinuities, plate thicknesses and aspect ratios are presented. For verification, the vibration frequencies thus established are directly compared with those reported in the open literature. New sets of numerical results for several other cases of moderately thick plates with mixed simply supported, clamped and free edges are presented and discussed in detail.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is the analysis of the predictive capabilities of the deterministic methodologies when facing the problem of a plate excited by a stochastic pressure distribution due to a turbulent boundary layer (TBL). A full analytical solution has been assembled by considering a simply supported rectangular plate wetted on one side by a TBL. This reference exact solution, developed by using a standard separable variable model, has been used as test case for comparing the approximate solutions coming from the adoption of a numerical scheme by using discrete coordinates. The numerical algorithm has been built by using a standard finite element modal approach. The approximations introduced are thoroughly discussed and analysed; they refer to the meshing condition and the transformation of the distributed stochastic load. The application of a novel numerical procedure named as Asymptotical Scaled Modal Analysis is presented too. This innovative numerical scheme allows the analysis of the structural response of a generic plane operator in the whole frequency range, which is not always amenable by exact solutions; further and equally important, it is associated to a reduction of the computational cost. The work demonstrates that some numerical advances in the prediction of the random structural responses are feasible still using standard finite element modal inputs, without increasing the computational costs.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the bending problem of Lévy plates which are simply supported on two opposite edges with any combination of simply supported, clamped or free conditions at the remaining two edges. This study attempts to solve thick Lévy plate problems in a novel way by establishing bending relationships that allow the prediction of Mindlin plate results using the corresponding Kirchhoff solutions. Based on the concept of load equivalence, these relationships obviate the need for complicated thick plate analyses that involve significant computation time and effort. Numerical plate solutions are then determined from these relationships and the validity of these results is verified using other known results and those generated using the abaqus software. It is through this study that the only analytical Mindlin plate solutions by Cooke and Levinson (Int. J. Mech. Sci. 25 (1983) 207) are found to contain errors. In this study, it is found that there are important distinctions between the Mindlin and Reissner plate theories. These differences will also be substantiated by numerical comparison.  相似文献
