Based on non-paraxial scalar theory, the beam quality factor M2 of LP01 propagating mode is studied. The result shows M2 factor is greater than 1 and it increase as △ increases.  相似文献

Optical features of a PtO2 mask layer in a superresolution near-field structure are investigated in detail by use of the Z-scan technique. The high photothermal stability of the PtO2 mask is revealed, and a phenomenon in which laser-irradiated PtO2 decomposes to yield Pt particles is confirmed. We also find a physical change in the mask layer that accompanies the chemical decomposition. Microscopic observations and atomic force microscope studies support the theory that the physical deformation is induced by the decomposition of PtO2. It is clear that the optical nonlinear responses of the PtO2 mask layer result from two mechanisms.  相似文献

从理论上研究了波导耦合型刻蚀光纤布拉格反射器的特性。采用正交模式耦合理论描述其中的光栅辅助正反向模式耦合,用非正交模式耦合理论描述输入输出接口的模式激发,给出了分析耦合波导布格瓣反射器的角析表达式,分析表明刻光张布拉格反应器中存在三种布拉格反应,在频谱中表现为六个分立的反射峰,与实验结果相符,其反射率不仅决定事系数,还与其结构参数,尤其是Al2O3层的厚度,Al2O3层与光纤芯的距离以及匹配层折射  相似文献

We report observation of a new mixture-separation process: an insonified mixture of helium and argon in a narrow duct spatially separates along the acoustic-propagation axis. We measure mole-fraction differences across the ends of the duct as large as 7%. We measure initial separation flux densities as high as 10(-3) M2 c, where M is the acoustic Mach number and c is the sound speed. This initial separation flux, as a function of both the amplitudes and the relative phasing of the pressure and velocity oscillations in the duct, agrees well with a recent theory involving oscillating thermal diffusion in the acoustic boundary layer.  相似文献

用氢对单层二维过渡金属硫化物(TMDs)进行功能化是调节单层TMDs电子性质的既有效又经济的方法.采用密度泛函理论,对单层TMDs (MX_2 (M=Mo, W; X=S, Se, Te))的稳定性和电子性质进行理论研究,发现在单层MX_2 的层间有一个比其表面更稳定的氢吸附位点.当同阳离子时,随着阴离子原子序数的增加, H原子与MX_2 层的结合越强,氢化单层MX_2 结构越稳定;相反,同阴离子时,随着阳离子原子序数的增加, H原子与MX_2 层的结合越弱.氢原子从MoS_2的表面经层间穿越到另一表面的扩散势垒约为0.9 eV.氢化对单层MX_2 的电子特性也会产生极大的影响,主要表现在氢化实现了MX_2 体系从无磁性到磁性体系的过渡.表面氢化会使MX_2 层的带隙急剧减小,而层间氢化使MX_2 的电子结构从半导体转变为金属能带.  相似文献

The rotational anisotropies in the exchange bias structures of ferromagnetism/antiferromagnetism 1/antiferromagnetism 2 are studied in this paper. Based on the model, in which the antiferromagnetism is treated with an Ising mean field theory and the rotational anisotropy is assumed to be related to the field created by the moment induced on the antiferromagnetic layer next to the ferromagnetic layer, we can explain why in experiments for ferromagnetism (FM)/antiferromagntism 1 (AFM1)/antiferromagnetism 2 (AFM2) systems the thickness-dependent rotational anisotropy value is non-monotonic, i.e. it reaches a minimum for this system at a specific thickness of the first antiferromagnetic layer and exhibits oscillatory behaviour. In addition, we find that the temperature-dependent rotational anisotropy value is in good agreement with the experimental result.  相似文献

The linear eigenstate problem of generalized magnetohydrodynamics(MHD) equations in a cylindrical plasma is discussed. The effects of finite frequency and finite pressure perturbation lead to an important result: the resonant layer of the shear Alfven waves is not a singular layer. In this paper, the MHD equations are reduced to four differential equations of first order for perturbed quantities. An analytical dispersion relation for a homogeneous plasma cylinder is obtained. Fe/M (M = Ag, Zn and Sn) multilayers prepared by a vacuum evaporation method are studied by Mössbauer spectroscopy (MS), Rutherford backscattering spectroscopy (RBS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). For the case of an M = Ag multilayer, MS reveals that Fe in the multilayer remains as an-phase down to the layer thickness of 10 nm. This result is in agreement with the RBS result that Fe and Ag form a completely discrete layer structure without any mutual mixing. For the case of M = Zn and Sn, RBS reveals that a considerable mixing has taken place between Fe and Sn during the specimen preparation. MS on Fe/Sn specimens with different layer thickness shows that an alloy phase of about 5 nm thickness is formed at the interface. Structural as well as magnetic properties of the alloy phase are discussed based on MS at different temperatures and on reported results of the intermetallic compound FeSn.  相似文献

We present the theory of the multi--solutions of the variational problem for the upper bounds on the convective heat transport in a heated from below horizontal fluid layer with rigid lower boundary and stress-free upper boundary. A sequence of upper bounds on the convective heat transport is obtained. The highest bound is between the bounds for the case of a fluid layer with two rigid boundaries and for the case of a fluid layer with two stress-free boundaries. As an additional result of the presented theory we obtain small corrections of the boundary layer thicknesses of the optimum fields for the case of fluid layer with two rigid boundaries. These corrections lead to systematically lower upper bounds on the convective heat transport in comparison to the bounds obtained in [5]. Received 29 September 1999  相似文献

摘要: 我们对L-苯丙氨酸进行了全势能面搜索,采用B3LYP方法优化了L-苯丙氨酸的648种可能构象,最终得到了37种稳定存在的构象。分别采用B3LYP、B3PW91、M06-2X、MP2和CCSD(T)计算了L-苯丙氨酸最稳定的10种构象的相对能量,其中M06-2X和MP2方法能够给出较好的结果。对比不同的基组,说明采用aug-cc-pVDZ已经接近达到基组收敛极限。用电子传播子理论P3近似方法计算稳定构象外价壳层轨道的垂直电离能与光电子能谱实验符合的很好;根据构象的相对能量以及理论模拟与实验的光电能谱的比对,说明对气相光电子能谱至少四种构象有贡献.  相似文献

Fe/Cr multilayers with monatomic Sn layers embedded in the Cr layers were grown epitaxially on MgO(001) substrates, and the magnetic hyperfine field at the 119Sn nuclear sites was examined using M?ssbauer spectroscopy. It was found that nonzero hyperfine field is induced at the Sn sites at room temperature and that the value reduces drastically from 10 to 2 T when the Cr layer thickness decreases from 80 to 10 A. The result indicates that the Cr layers are magnetically ordered even when the thickness is very small and that the magnetic moments of Cr become smaller as the Cr layer thickness decreases.  相似文献

We suggest that the static configurations of M-theory may be described by the matrix regularization of the supermembrane theory in static regime. We compute the long-range interaction between a M2-brane and an anti-M2-brane in agreement with the 11-dimensional supergravity result. 采用基于密度泛函理论(DFT)的平面波赝势(PW-PP)方法,研究了ZrMn2(110)清洁表面结构和氢原子在表面的吸附。弛豫表面结构的计算结果表明表面结构的最表层为曲面,且表面结构的原子间隙变小。由1Zr2Mn原子组成的空位是氢原子吸附在ZrMn2(110)表面的最佳吸附位,吸附能为3.352 eV,氢原子吸附后离表面的距离为1.140 Å。Mulliken电荷布居分析表明吸附的氢原子与表面原子的相互作用主要是接近氢原子的第一层原子与氢原子的相互作用。过渡态计算表明被吸附的氢原子进入表面内部需克服的最大势垒为1.033 eV。  相似文献

The problem of estimating the sound generated by turbulent boundary layer flow over the edge of a rigid half-plane is re-examined. A theory is proposed which is strictly valid at low Strouhal numbers based on boundary layer width, wherein the flow inhomogeneities are specified in terms of the fluctuations in the boundary layer displacement thickness. This enables account to be taken of changes in the properties of the turbulence as it translates past the edge, which are shown to result in the appearance of an acoustic dipole whose axis is aligned with the mean flow, and which supplements the radiation field predicted by conventional methods [1,2]. Detailed comparison is made with acoustic and surface pressures which are calculated according to the evanescent wave theory of edge noise [3–5].  相似文献

 边界层的各向异性研究对于了解实际大气的湍流特性和经典理论的适用范围均具有较大的意义。利用室内水槽实验模拟了实际大气边界层,使用小波变换方法分析了对数光强起伏谱的特征,将获得的标度指数与理论值进行比较,结果表明混合层在水平方向较为接近各向同性,而垂直方向则呈现一定的各向异性。  相似文献

A structural study has been performed on the MgO(1 1 1)-(1 × 1) surface by low energy electron diffraction (LEED) using experimental data obtained with a delay-line-detector LEED (DLD-LEED) system to minimize electron damage. It was found that the surface is terminated by a hydroxide layer with the top O-Mg interlayer spacing equal to 1.02 Å, which is close to the spacings between Mg and O planes in bulk brucite crystals (Mg(OH)2). This is in good agreement with a recent study using photoelectron diffraction (PhD) spectroscopy and density functional theory calculation (DFT) [V.K. Lazarov, R. Plass, H.-C. Poon, D.K. Saldin, M. Weinert, S.A. Chambers, M. Gajdardziska-Josifovska, Phys. Rev. B 71 (2005) 115434]. The second interlayer spacing shows a small expansion of 3% and the third is bulk-like, while the DFT calculation predicted that the spacings below the top one are all bulk-like. This result clearly favors hydroxylation [K. Refson, R.A. Wogelius, D.G. Fraser, M.C. Payne, M.H. Lee, V. Milman, Phys. Rev. B 52 (1995) 10823] as a way of stabilizing the MgO(1 1 1) surface at low temperature over metallization, which has a top layer spacing of 0.86 Å for O termination and 1.25 Å for Mg termination [Lazarov et al. 2005; T. Tsukada, T. Hoshino, Phys. Soc. Jpn. 51 (1982) 2562, J. Goniakowski, C. Noguera, Phys. Rev. B 60 (1999) 16120].  相似文献

提出一种ANSYS分析Love波传感器性能的有限元方法。根据Love波传感器的特点,施加一维近似假设和周期性边界条件建立了由压电基片,金属电极和波导层组成Love波传感器的三维有限元分析模型,并在此模型分析结果基础上提取结构的特征频率。一方面运用开路和短路条件下的特征频率来计算机电耦合系数,另一方面结合微扰理论的计算得到器件的质量灵敏度。最后通过这两个参数来选取波导层厚度,使器件达到最优的性能。在不同的波导层厚度情况下,计算了SiO2/ST-90°X石英和SiO2/36°Y-X LiTaO3两种结构Love波传感器结构的仿真结果,得到了这两种结构的波导层最优的厚度分别为0.11λ和0.2λ。与已报道的文献和实验的结果对比,本文所采用的方法明显优于传统的均匀层状结构理论分析的结果,通过仿真不同结构和材料参数的器件性能,有效地指导Love波传感器的设计。   相似文献

计算了InGaAsPSBH激光器的TE00模,并利用非傍轴矢量矩理论,分析了平行于p-n结方向上的光学质量因子My2在以往有关M2的计算中,往往忽略了包层中光场的贡献,因此得出M2小于1的结论当半导体激光器的激活层的尺寸远小于发射波长时,大部分光场将渗透到包层中,因此,包层的光场是不能忽略的考虑到激活层和包层中的光场对M2的影响,给出了非傍轴半导体激光M2的精确表达式结果表明,My大于1.  相似文献
