Light microscopy has shown the existence of giant bilayer vesicles in aqueous solutions of a novel chiral surfactant, sodium N-[4-dodecyloxybenzoyl]-L-valinate, which acts as a very good chiral selector for enantioseparation of (+/-)-1,1'-bi-2-naphthol and (+/-)-1,1'-binaphthyl-2,2'-diylhydrogenphosphate by micellar electrokinetic chromatography.  相似文献

Two molecular imprinting polymer (MIP) monolithic columns with (S)-(-)-1,1'-bi-2-naphthol and (R)-(+)-5,5',6,6',7,7',8,8'-octahydro-1,1'-bi-2-naphthol as the templating molecules, respectively, have been prepared by in situ polymerization using 4-vinylpyridine and ethylene dimethacrylate as functional monomer and cross-linker, respectively. The columns with good flow-through properties were obtained by changing the molar ratio of the functional monomer and the template molecule. The effects of mobile-phase composition on separation of enantiomers were systematically investigated. The results indicate that hydrophobic interaction in aqueous solution and hydrogen-bonding interaction in ACN between the enantiomers and polymers could play important roles in the retention and resolution. The effects of chromatographic conditions, such as flow rate, column temperature, sample loading, on the enantioseparation were also studied. Further, these two MIP columns show a cross-reactivity.  相似文献

Two vesicle-forming single-tailed amino acid derivatized surfactants sodium N-[4-n-dodecyloxybenzoyl]-L-leucinate (SDLL) and sodium N-[4-n-dodecyloxybenzoyl]-L-isoleucinate (SDLIL) have been synthesized and used as pseudo-stationary phase in micellar electrokinetic chromatography to evaluate the role of steric factor of amino acid headgroup and hydrophobic/hydrophilic interactions for enantiomeric separations. The aggregation behavior of the surfactants has been studied in aqueous buffered solution using surface tension and fluorescence probe techniques. Results of these studies have suggested formation of vesicles in aqueous solutions. Microenvironment of the vesicle, which determines the depth of penetration of the analytes into vesicle was determined by fluorescence probe technique using pyrene, N-phenyl-1-naphthylamine (NPN), and 1,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-hexatriene (DPH) as probe molecules. Atropisomeric compounds (+/-)-1,1'-bi-2-naphthol (BOH), (+/-)-1,1'-binaphthyl-2,2'-diamine (BDA), (+/-)-1,1'-binaphthyl-2,2'-diylhydrogen phosphate (BNP) and Tr?ger's base (TB) and chiral compound benzoin (BZN) has been enantioseparated. The separations were optimized with respect to surfactant concentration, pH, and borate buffer concentration. SDLL was found to provide better resolution for BOH, BNP, and BZN. On the other hand, SDLIL offers better resolution for BDA. The chromatographic results have been discussed in the light of the aggregation behavior of the surfactants and the interaction of the solutes with the vesicles.  相似文献

C 1-Symmetric phosphino/phosphonite ligands are prepared by the reactions of Ph 2P(CH 2) 2P(NMe 2) 2 with ( S)-1,1'-bi-2-naphthol (to give L A ) or ( S)-10,10'-bi-9-phenanthrol (to give L B ). Racemic 10,10'-bi-9-phenanthrol is synthesized in three steps from phenanthrene in 44% overall yield. The complexes [PdCl 2( L A,B )] ( 1a, b), [PtCl 2( L A,B )] ( 2a, b), [Rh(cod)( L A,B )]BF 4 ( 3a, b) and [Rh( L A,B ) 2]BF 4 ( 4a, b) are reported and the crystal structure of 1a has been determined. A (31)P NMR study shows that M, a 1:1 mixture of the monodentates, PMePh 2 and methyl monophosphonite L 1a (based on ( S)-1,1 '-bi-2-naphthol), reacts with 1 equiv of [Rh(cod) 2]BF 4 to give the heteroligand complex [Rh(cod)(PMePh 2)( L 1a )]BF 4 ( 5) and homoligand complexes [Rh(cod)(PMePh 2) 2]BF 4 ( 6) and [Rh(cod)( L 1a ) 2]BF 4 ( 7) in the ratio 2:1:1. The same mixture of 5- 7 is obtained upon mixing the isolated homoligand complexes 6 and 7 although the equilibrium is only established rapidly in the presence of an excess of PMePh 2. The predominant species 5 is a monodentate ligand complex analogue of the chelate 3a. When the mixture of 5- 7 is exposed to 5 atm H 2 for 1 h (the conditions used for catalyst preactivation in the asymmetric hydrogenation studies), the products are identified as the solvento species [Rh(PMePh 2)( L 1a )(S) 2]BF 4 ( 5'), [Rh(S) 2(PMePh 2) 2]BF 4 ( 6') and [Rh(S) 2( L 1a ) 2]BF 4 ( 7') and are formed in the same 2:1:1 ratio. The reaction of M with 0.5 equiv of [Rh(cod) 2]BF 4 gives exclusively the heteroligand complex cis-[Rh(PMePh 2) 2( L 1a ) 2]BF 4 ( 8), an analogue of 4a. The asymmetric hydrogenation of dehydroamino acid derivatives catalyzed by 3a, b is reported, and the enantioselectivities are compared with those obtained with (a) chelate catalysts derived from analogous diphosphonite ligands L 2a and L 2b , (b) catalysts based on methyl monophosphonites L 1a and L 1b , and (c) catalysts derived from mixture M. For the cinnamate and acrylate substrates studied, the catalysts derived from the phosphino/phosphonite bidentates L A,B generally give superior enantioselectivities to the analogous diphosphonites L 2a and L 2b ; these results are rationalized in terms of delta/lambda-chelate conformations and allosteric effects of the substrates. The rate of hydrogenation of acrylate substrate A with heterochelate 3a is significantly faster than with the homochelate analogues [Rh( L 2a )(cod)]BF 4 and [Rh(dppe)(cod)]BF 4. A synergic effect on the rate is also observed with the monodentate analogues: the rate of hydrogenation with the mixture containing predominantly heteroligand complex 5 is faster than with the monophosphine complex 6 or monophosphonite complex 7. Thus the hydrogenation catalysis carried out with M and [Rh(cod) 2]BF 4 is controlled by the dominant and most efficient heteroligand complex 5. In this study, the heterodiphos chelate 3a is shown to be more efficient and gives the opposite sense of optical induction to the heteromonophos analogue 5.  相似文献

A cyclodextrin-modified micellar electrokinetic chromatography (CD-MEKC) method was applied to the enantioseparation of three binaphthyl derivatives using neutral CDs (i.e., beta- and gamma-CD) in combination with various chiral amino acid-based polymeric surfactants (PSs). Both the D- and L-configurations of poly(sodium N-undecanoyl alaninate), poly(sodium N-undecanoyl leucinate), and poly(sodium N-undecanoyl valinate) (poly(L-SUV)) were synthesized. The retention behavior of the three binaphthyl derivatives under optimum electrophoretic conditions using a single chiral additive (PS or CD) is discussed. In addition, the effect of CD cavity size and stereochemical configuration of polymeric surfactants on selectivity (alpha) and resolution (Rs) was investigated. The enantioseparation of (+/-)1,1'-binaphthyl-2,2'-diamine gave a reversal of enantiomeric order when using beta-CD in combination with any of the three D-configuration PS. However, better enantioseparation is obtained when using the corresponding L-configuration PS with beta-CD. A reversal of migration order (RMO) for the enantiomers of (+/-)1,1'-bi-2-naphthol was observed upon the addition of 10 mM gamma-CD to poly(L-SUV). However, no RMO of (+/-)1,1'-bi-2-naphthol was seen when either beta-CD or gamma-CD was combined with D-PS. The enantiomers of (+/-)1,1'-binaphthyl-2,2'-diyl hydrogen phosphate showed little enantioselective behavior toward the PS alone. However, combined D- or L-PS and beta-CD or gamma-CD systems gave increased Rs and alpha values. The chiral recognition of binaphthyl derivatives observed resulting from the various combinations of two chiral selectors is discussed.  相似文献

The chiral selectivity of a novel amphiphile, N-(2-hydroxydodecyl)-L-threonine (2-HDT), was evaluated for enantiomeric resolution of three binaphthyl derivatives (+/-)-1,1'-bi-2-naphthol, (+/-)-1,1'-binaphthyl-2,2'-diamine, and (+/-)-1,1'-binaphthyl-2,2'-diylhdrogen phosphate (BNP) by micellar EKC. The effects of three organic modifiers, methanol, isopropanol, and acetonitrile, on the separations of enantiomers of these compounds were investigated. Separation of enantiomers could be achieved in relatively dilute solutions of the pure surfactant. However, best separations of enantiomers were obtained only in the presence of 10% v/v acetonitrile. Enantiomeric impurity in nonracemic mixtures of R- and S-forms of BNP was determined.  相似文献

Copper amine complexes were used to mimic oxidases in the biomimetic oxidation of organic compounds[1]. Masahiro Noji and coworkers[2] reported the oxidative coupling of 2-naphthol into high yield of 1,1'-bi-2-naphthol (1) by using catalytical amount of CuCl-tetramethylethylenediamine complex at the presence of O2. The potentially chiral 7,8-dioxa[6]helicenes 1-1c have been prepared by oxidation of their precursors the 7a,14c-dihydro-7,8-dioxa[6]helicenes 3. The crystal structure determination of 3b cis-7a,14c-dihydro-3,12-dibromo-7,8-dioxa[6]helicene unambiguously confirms the cis configuration of the 7a,-14c hydrogens in compounds 3 as previously implied from NMR measurements and also shows that 3b crystallizes in a chiral conformation in the solid state. Selective deuteration of the sterically crowded 1,14 positions of 7,8-dioxa[6]helicene 1 influenced the crystal structure. The deuterium labeled compound D2-1 exhibits a disordered structure, whereas 1 had been found to crystallize in a complex structure which can be described as an analogous partly ordered modulated superstructure. When dehydrogenation of compound 3 to obtain compound 1 was attempted, harsh synthetic conditions gave the unexpected halogenated compounds 5-chloro-7,8-dioxa[6]helicene 1c and cis-7a,14c-dibromo-7,8-dioxa[6]helicene 3c. Compounds 1d and 3b were identified by solving their crystal structure.  相似文献

Prolonged, extensive exposure to asphalt fume has been associated with several adverse health effects. Inhaled polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) from asphalt fume exposure have been suspected of inducing such effects. In this study, a bioanalytical method was proposed and evaluated to identify and quantify benzo[a]pyrene and its hydroxy-metabolites. This method is based on coupling a microflow liquid chromatography (LC) to a hybrid quadrupole orthogonal acceleration time-of-flight mass spectrometry (Q-TOFMS). In the experiment, thirty-two B6C3FI mice were exposed to asphalt fume in a whole body inhalation chamber for 10 days (4 h day(-1)) and twelve other mice were used as controls. The asphalt fume was generated at 180 degrees C and the concentrations in the animal exposure chamber ranged 175-182 mg m(-3). Benzo[a]pyrene and its metabolites of 3-hydroxybenzo[a]pyrene, benzo[a]pyrene-7,8-dihydrodiol(+/-), benzo[a]pyrene-7,8-dihydrodiol-9,10-epoxide(+/-), and benzo[a]pyrene-7,8,9,10-tetrahydrotetrol(+/-) in the urine of asphalt fume exposed mice were identified and found at 3.18 ng 100 mL(-1), 31.36 ng 100 mL(-1), 11.56 ng 100 mL(-1), 54.92 ng 100 mL(-1), and 45.23 ng 100 mL(-1) respectively. The results revealed that the urinary benzo[a]pyrene and its hydroxy-metabolites from exposed mice were at significantly higher levels (p < 0.001) than those from the control groups. Compared with several other technologies such as HPLC-UV and HPLC-fluorescence, the new method is more sensitive and selective, and it can also provide additional useful information on the structures of the metabolites. Hence, this method can be used to perform the assessment and to study the mechanisms of the adverse health effects. The fragmentation patterns established in this study can also be used to identify and quantify PAH metabolites in other biological fluids.  相似文献

The reactivity of various 2-oxyallyl cations toward 2,2'-methylenedifuran (1b), 2,2'-(hydroxymethyl)difuran (1c), 2,2'-(trimethylsilylmethylene)difuran (1d), and di(2-furyl)methanone (1e) has been explored. Difuryl derivatives 1c, 1d, and 1e refused to undergo formal double [4+3]-cycloadditions. Conditions have been found to convert 1b into meso-1,1'-methylenedi[(1R,1'S,5S,5'R)- (3) and (+/-)-1,1'-methylenedi[(1RS,1'SR,5SR,5'RS)-8-oxabicyclo[3.2.1]oct-6-en-3-one] (4) that do not require CF(3)CH(OH)CF(3) as solvent. High yields of meso-1,1'-methylenedi[(1R,1'S,2S,2'R,4R,4'S,5S,5'R)- (5) and (+/-)-1,1'-methylenedi[(1RS,1'RS,2SR,2'SR,4RS,4'RS,5SR,5'SR)-2,4-dimethyl-8-oxabicyclo[3.2.1]oct-6-en-3-one] (6) have been obtained when 1b was reacted with 2,4-dibromopentan-3-one (7h) and NaI/Cu.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] The first solid-state (or solvent-free) synthesis of protected deoxyguanosine (dG) adducts of benzo[a]pyrene diol epoxides at room temperature is reported. Whereas dG adducts derived from cis- and trans-opening of (+/-)-7beta,8alpha-dihydroxy-9beta,10beta-epoxy-7,8,9,10-tetrahydrobenzo[a]pyrene (DE-1 1) are formed as a 1:1 mixture, the direct opening of the diastereomeric (+/-)-7beta,8alpha-dihydroxy-9alpha,10alpha-epoxy-7,8,9,10-tetrahydrobenzo[a]pyrene (DE-2, 2) produced a 15:85 ratio favoring the trans-opened dG adduct 7.  相似文献

A detailed study was carried out on the stereoselective control of cis- vs trans-opening of (+/-)-7beta,8alpha-dihydroxy-9beta,10beta-epoxy-7,8,9,10-tetrahydrobenzo[a]pyrene {B[a]P DE-1 (1)} and (+/-)-7beta,8alpha-dihydroxy-9alpha,10alpha-epoxy-7,8,9,10-tetrahydrobenzo[a]pyrene {B[a]P DE-2 (2)} at C-10 by the exocyclic amino groups of protected purine nucleosides in the fluorinated alcohols trifluoroethanol (TFE), hexafluoropropan-2-ol (HFP), and perfluoro-tert-butanol (PFTB). Addition of the 2-amino group of O6-allyl-3',5'-di-O-(tert-butyldimethylsilyl)-2'-deoxyguanosine (3) and of the 6-amino group of 3',5'-di-O-(tert-butyldimethylsilyl)-2'-deoxyadenosine (4) occurs at C-10 of the epoxides. The observed cis:trans ratio for the reaction of DE-1 (1) in the presence of 5 equiv of 3 over the range of 10-250 equiv of fluorinated alcohol varied from 53:47 to 87:13 for TFE, 60:40 to 92:8 for HFP, and 52:48 to 73:27 for PFTB. The corresponding ratios for DE-2 (2) varied from 22:78 to 72:28 for HFP under the same set of conditions. In contrast, the corresponding ratios for DE-2 (2) remained unchanged ( approximately 40:60) for TFE and for PFTB over the range of 25-250 molar equiv. Unlike the addition of the dGuo reactant 3, the corresponding addition of the dAdo reactant (4) to the DEs (1 or 2) in over 25 molar equiv of TFE occurred highly stereoselectively to afford only cis adducts for both DEs. A highly efficient HPLC separation of dGuo adduct diastereomers derived from DE-2 (2) was developed using acetone as a modifier in CH2Cl2 or in n-hexane. Through the use of varying molar ratios of the different fluorinated alcohols described above and the newly developed HPLC separation method, the four possible phosphoramidites (cis/trans, R/S) of the B[a]P DE-2 N2-dGuo adducts can be prepared in an efficient fashion on gram scale for use in oligonucleotide synthesis.  相似文献

以(R)-(+)-1,1′-联-2-萘酚为模板分子,4-乙烯基吡啶为功能单体合成了分子印迹聚合物,将其作为高效液相色谱的固定相,研究其手性识别特性。对该固定相的手性拆分的色谱条件进行了优化。实验结果表明,合成的印迹聚合物对(R)-(+)-1,1′-联-2-萘酚具有较强的亲和力和特定的选择性,能有效拆分1,1′-联-2-萘酚对映体,分离因子最高达到12.25。通过优化色谱条件,该分子印迹聚合物还能对与1,1′-联-2-萘酚结构相似的衍生物5,6,7,8,5′,6′,7′,8′-八氢-1,1′-联-2-萘酚和1,1′-联萘-2-氨基-2′-酚进行手性拆分,分离因子分别达到1.51和2.40。  相似文献

[reaction: see text] Disulfides bearing (R)-1,1'-bi-2-naphthol ((R)-BINOL) moieties at each terminal position have been successfully introduced on the surface of Au cluster. Ti-BINOLate complex generated from the obtained monolayer-protected Au cluster (MPC) promoted catalytic asymmetric alkylation of benzaldehyde with Et(2)Zn to afford the adduct in up to 98% yield with 86% ee. After completion of the reaction, the BINOL-functionalized MPC was easily recovered.  相似文献

利用电喷雾质谱研究了β-环糊精、七-(2,6-二-O-甲基)-β-环糊精作为手性识别试剂对1,1'-联萘酚对映体的手性识别效应. 实验结果表明, 在气相中, β-环糊精与七-(2,6-二-O-甲基)-β-环糊精都可以与联萘酚形成非共价复合物. 对形成的复合物的串联质谱研究表明, β-环糊精不能识别联萘酚对映体, 而七-(2,6-二-O-甲基)-β-环糊精对联萘酚对映体有较强的手性识别效应. 进一步研究表明七-(2,6-二-O-甲基)-β-环糊精与联萘酚对映体混合比例以及CID能量对于手性识别并无影响.  相似文献

In reaction with acylating agents, 2-aryl-2-methyl-7,8-dihydro-6H-pyrimido[4,5-b]pyrindin-4-ones are acylated at the methyl group and also enter into reaction with diethyl oxalate. 1-Aryl-2-phenacyl-7,8-dihydro-6H-pyrimido[4,5-b]pyrindin-4-ones undergo dehydration under the influence of concentrated sulfuric acid. On the basis of the PMR and UV spectra, it was concluded that 1-aryl-2-acetonyl(phenacyl)-7,8-dihydro-6H-pyrimido[4,5-b]pyrindin-4-ones exist in two tautomeric forms with strong intramolecular hydrogen bonds of the chelate type — enaminocarbonyl and enol.  相似文献
