本文讨论了用WATR法消除稀水溶液中的水共振峰,进行1H-NMR谱测定的原理、影响T2的因素及应用实例。WATR法是在水溶液中加入氯化胺、盐酸羟胺和盐酸胍等水质子交换试剂以降低水质子的T2,然后用CPMG脉冲系列来测定1H-NMB谱。本法最适用于稀水溶液中处于水共振峰内或附近的样品的共振峰的测定,还可测定稀水溶液中15N-1H的化学位移及耦合常数,到目前为止尚未见有这方面的报导。  相似文献

通过液体核磁共振(NMR)谱以及动力学参数测量研究了聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(PNIPAAM)在水和甲醇的混合溶液中的相变行为. 通过PNIPAAM在水和甲醇混合溶剂中1H核磁共振谱、纵向弛豫时间T1、横向弛豫时间T2和自扩散系数D随甲醇含量的变化发现,大分子在发生相变时,在1H核磁共振谱中伴随有宽峰的出现和消失,同时弛豫时间和自扩散系数均有显著变化. 实验结果表明,1H NMR谱图以及弛豫时间和自扩散系数等多种核磁共振参数可以用来灵敏表征PNIPAAM在水和甲醇混合溶液中的相变行为  相似文献

通常二维谱F1维分辨率较差,F2维分辨率较好. 即HSQC实验13C维度分辨率较差,1H维度分辨率较好. 而1H, 13C-COSY实验13C维度分辨率较好,1H维度分辨率较差. 提出一种通过HSQC和1H, 13C-COSY叠合,取较弱的值储存并显示的方法增强分辨率,采用Bruker Topspin软件AU程序实现. 该方法在不明显增加采样时间的情况下,可显著增强分辨率,信噪比也没有降低. 同时抑制了F1噪声. 处理后,谱图美观清晰.  相似文献

用CPMG脉冲序列测定了表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)分子中的氮甲基(N-CH3)质子的横向弛豫时间(T2表观),并发现测得的T2表观\}与序列中的重聚脉冲间隔时间的一半τ cp有关,说明存在横向弛豫分散现象. 当在τcp≤1 ms时,T2表观与τ2cp}呈线性关系;而当τcp≥4.6 ms时,T2表观变得与τcp无关. 利用Luz-Meiboom两体化学交换模型计算了不同浓度的CTAB溶液中的N-CH3质子的本征横向弛豫时间(T2本征)和化学交换速率kex,发现kex与T2本征和自扩散系数D一样,在临界胶束浓度(CMC)附近发生突变. 这个突变反映了CTAB分子在从单体到胶束的转变过程中其动力学特性发生了改变.   相似文献

以猕猴桃鲜果为样品,在4.7T核磁共振成象仪上测量了质子密度象、扩散系数D的分布象、纵向弛豫时间T1分布象和横向弛豫时间TT2分布象,得到了鲜果不同部位的TT1、TT2和D的值,此外还进行了抑制水峰的定域波谱测量.所测得的定域波谱与猕猴桃果汁的1H高分辨核磁共振(NMR)谱进行了比较和归属.无损地获得了有关猕猴桃的形态结构和物质组成的一些信息.  相似文献

Low field NMR spectroscopy is well adapted to the study of heterogeneous media, such as those found in the food industry or in life sciences, because it does not require preparation of samples.

CPMG relaxation curves obtained with different pulse spacing times, on samples without exchange phenomenon, are not superimposable. We show that this phenomenon, due to pulse imperfections at 180°, is not a single drift; pulses reach a stationary regime towards the 80th pulse; values of T2 of the order of milliseconds, are then a bit perturbed. For the same reason, with a liquid sample, the total signal of a CPMG curve does not exactly correspond to the total signal obtained with a FID curve. With some fitting programs, by iterating on the value of the offset in order to minimise the standard deviation of the relaxation curve fitting, it is no longer necessary to know the value of the baseline of the CPMG relaxation curves; it enables one to better sample the first part of the curve.  相似文献

Crosslink density is an important structural parameter for cured rubber. Natural rubber (NR) vulcanizates with different crosslink densities were obtained through using different sulfur and accelerator amounts and different accelerator types. The crosslink density was characterized by an 1 H-NMR technique and its influence on mechanical properties, such as Shore A hardness, 300% modulus, tensile strength, and elongation at break, of NR vulcanizates was investigated. The results showed that both the sulfur amount and the accelerator type and amount had an influence on the crosslink density of the NR networks. The relationship between total crosslink density and mechanical properties was also studied. The results, by changing either the sulfur or the accelerator amount, showed that tensile strength of NR vulcanizates reached maximum value when the total crosslink density was around 13.5 × 10?5 mol/cm3, equivalently the average molecular weight of the intercrosslink chains (Mc) was around 7000 g/mol. The maximum value of tensile strength came from the balance between contributions of crosslink joints and stretch-induced orientation and/or crystallization of intercrosslink chains. The study on influence of total crosslink density on Shore A hardness and 300% modulus of NR vulcanizates showed that they both increased linearly with the crosslink density, the slopes were 2.7 ~ 3.0 cm3/10?5 mol and 0.27 ~ 0.31 MPa cm3/10?5 mol for Shore A hardness and 300% modulus, respectively, whether the crosslink density was varied by sulfur or accelerator.  相似文献

We report results of 1H NMR transverse relaxation experiments on human and porcine eye lenses. Several authors have reported that transverse relaxation is not mono-exponential when observed by the Carr-Purcell-Meiboom-Gill (CPMG) sequence and have interpreted the results by postulating the presence of "pools" of water molecules in different binding environments that do not exchange rapidly on the NMR timescale. We have compared CPMG data for intact lenses with results for lens homogenates and have combined a CPMG spectroscopic pulse train with NMR micro-imaging to study the nature of the transverse relaxation process in human and porcine lenses. Fast exchange of water protons with the lens proteins (crystallins) leads to an enhanced transverse relaxation rate that varies linearly with protein concentration. At the resolution of NMR micro-imaging the transverse relaxation process is mono-exponential. The results show that the multi-exponential CPMG data observed spectroscopically for whole lenses reflect spatial variations in crystallin content through the lens rather than the presence of distinct "bound" and "free" water pools.  相似文献

One of the most critical structural parameters in elastomeric materials is the density of cross-linking between the polymeric chains. This chemical feature greatly affects chain motions and is determinant in controlling mechanical properties of the final product. NMR techniques are widely and efficiently applied to investigation of such materials. In this study we have measured both transverse and longitudinal 1H relaxation times of a series of polybutadiene rubber samples with increasing crosslink density induced by chemical treatment. This approach allowed the observation of T(1) and T(2) decrease with the increase of crosslink density in the samples examined. The data obtained have been analyzed and compared to theoretical models.  相似文献

提出了一种可以提高核磁共振测井测量速度的新型测量脉冲序列,它基于对原有CPMG测量脉冲序列的改进.在原有的测量序列中,在一个CPMG脉冲序列结束之后,直接进行等待(T1延时),以使磁化强度矢量能够完全恢复到平衡位置,然后再进行下一个CPMG脉冲序列的测量.由于测井仪器的连续运动,在测量含有长T1成分的地层时,等待时间需要取得较长,使得测井速度很低.但在实际地层中,恰恰又是油气的T1较长,这无疑给核磁共振测井带来了麻烦.作者发现,如果在一个CPMG脉冲序列结束之后在-x方向先施加一个90°脉冲(或在x方向施加一个270°脉冲),再进行等待,就能更好地使长T1成分得到极化,从而缩短等待时间、提高测量速度.文中对这种改进后的脉冲序列进行了计算和分析,证明它确实具有一定的优越性.  相似文献

The simple pulse sequence thetax-tau1-2thetay-tau1+tau2-2thetay-tau2-Hahn echo used to measure the self-diffusion coefficient D under constant-relaxation condition, i.e., for tau1+tau2=const. was investigated in the presence of strongly inhomogeneous static as well as radiofrequency magnetic fields. The encoding of the Hahn-echo amplitude by the pulse flip angle and diffusion was evaluated by taking into account the spatial distribution of the off-resonance field, the strength and orientation of the local field gradients, and the pulse flip angles by a computer simulation program. As input files, this program uses maps of static and radiofrequency fields, and the D coefficient can be evaluated from the time dependence of the Hahn-echo amplitude. The method was applied to a mobile one-sided NMR sensor, NMR-MOUSE with a bar magnet by measuring D for a series of liquids with different viscosities. The method was shown to be particularly useful for measuring D of solvents in elastomers without the need for measurements of the transverse relaxation rates. The self-diffusion coefficient of toluene in a series of crosslinked natural rubber samples was measured and correlated with the crosslink density. Finally, the method was applied to measure the diffusion anisotropy of free water in bovine Achilles tendon.  相似文献

New applications of the NMR-MOUSE (mobile universal surface explorer) to non-destructive quality control of elastomers are reported. One example concern the thermal aging of fast clutches which was probed by measurements of 1H transverse relaxation time. Novel methodological developments show that 1H double-quantum filtered NMR signals can be generated in the inhomogeneous fields of the NMR-MOUSE for characterization of residual dipolar couplings. This technique was applied to characterize reference natural rubber samples with different crosslink density and carbon black and silica fillers.  相似文献

Vulcanization and reinforcement are two important factors contributing to the properties of vulcanized rubber. In order to investigate the influence of carbon black (CB) on chemical crosslinking, three groups of samples with different crosslink densities were prepared. In each group with the same crosslink density, different amounts of CB were introduced. Data fitting showed that delta torque (ΔM = M HM L, the difference between the highest and lowest torques during curing) in the cure curves of each group had a good linear relationship with CB load and extrapolation of the fitting lines almost intercepted the x coordinate at the same value, which indicated that CB had no influence on the chemical crosslinking of the rubber. To verify the above result, a series of nonfilled natural rubber (NR) vulcanizates with different crosslink densities were studied using equilibrium swelling and the swelling ratios were compared with those of corresponding CB filled rubbers with the same sulfur and accelerator amount. The results of both the equilibrium swelling and NMR relaxation parameter measurements showed that CB filled vulcanizates had higher apparent crosslink densities than those of unfilled ones due to the strong interaction between rubber molecules and the surface of the CB particles. The swelling ratios of filled rubbers had a parallel relationship with those of the unfilled ones which indicated that CB had little influence on chemical crosslink density introduced by chemical vulcanization.  相似文献
