A new, one‐pot, simple thermally efficient and solvent‐free method for the preparation of 7‐alkyl‐6H,7H‐naphtho[1′,2′:5,6]pyrano[3,2‐c]chromen‐6‐ones by condensation of β‐naphthol, aromatic aldehydes, and 4‐hydroxycoumarin using Zr(HSO4)4 as a safe and efficient catalyst is described. Nuclear magnetic resonance spectra of synthesized azo dyes derived from aniline derivatives in reaction with benzoylacetone and 4‐hydroxycoumarin were studied in both CDCl3 and (CD3)2SO (two drops of D2O were added into solutions of dyes). All dyes showed intramolecular hydrogen bonding. Dyes derived from o‐nitro aniline in the reaction with benzoylacetone, and 4‐hydroxycoumarin showed bifurcated intramolecular hydrogen bonds. The solvent‐substrate proton exchange of dyes derived from benzoylacetone and 4‐hydroxycoumarin was examined in the presence of two drops of D2O. Among ten dye samples, two dyes derived from benzoylacetone did not show deuteration, three dyes showed partial deuteration and five dyes showed full deuteration under similar conditions. For the partially deuterated dyes the β‐isotope effect in 13C splitting was investigated and was used for the determination of the predominant tautomeric form. The Michael‐type addition of a 4‐hydroxycoumarin (=4‐hydroxy‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐2‐one) 1 to a β‐nitrostyrene (=(2‐nitroethenyl)benzene) 2 in the presence of AcONH4 leads to substituted (3E)‐3‐[amino(aryl)methylidene]chroman‐2,4‐diones (=(3E)‐3‐[amino(aryl)methylene]‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐2,4(3H)‐diones) 4 (Table 1). High yields, short reaction time, and easy workup are advantages of this novel one‐pot three‐component reaction.  相似文献

Sulfonic acid functionalized SBA‐15 (SBA‐Pr‐SO3H) as a new nanoporous solid acid catalyst was applied in the green one‐pot synthesis of spirooxindole‐4H‐pyrans via condensation of isatins, malononitrile or methyl cyanoacetate or ethyl cyanoacetate, and 4‐hydroxycoumarin in water solvent. SBA‐Pr‐SO3H was proved to be an efficient heterogeneous nanoporous solid acid catalyst with a pore size of 6 nm that could be easily handled and removed from the reaction mixture by simple filtration and can be recovered and reused for several times without any loss of activity. The significant merits of present methodology are its simplicity, short reaction time, good yields, and environmentally benign mild reaction condition as water was used as a green solvent.  相似文献

In continuation of our previous works on the application of (NH4)42[MoVI72MoV60O372(CH3COO)30(H2O)72], a Keplerate‐type giant‐ball nanoporous isopolyoxomolybdate, as a catalyst for the synthesis of heterocyclic compounds, in this paper, we report another application of this attractive catalyst in the synthesis of 2‐amino‐5‐oxo‐4,5‐dihydropyrano[3,2‐c]chromene‐3‐carbonitriles via a one‐pot three‐component reaction of 4‐hydroxycoumarin, aldehydes and malononitrile. The reactions occur in ethanol–water as solvent at room temperature and the process is operative with various aldehydes, giving the corresponding products in high yields. Other beneficial features of this protocol include short reaction times, simple work‐up and the recyclability and reusability of the catalyst for up to five consecutive runs. CoFe2O4@SiO2‐CPTES‐Guanidine‐Cu(II) magnetic nanoparticles were synthesized and used as a new, inexpensive and efficient heterogeneous catalyst for the synthesis of polyhydroquinolines and 2,3‐dihydroquinazoline‐4(1H)‐ones and for the oxidation of sulfides. The structure of this nanocatalyst was characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, vibrating sample magnetometry, thermogravimetric analysis, X‐ray diffraction and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry. Simple preparation, high catalytic activity, simple operation, high yields, use of green solvents, easy magnetic separation and reusability of the catalyst are some of the advantages of this protocol.  相似文献

Uniform SiO2 nanoparticles were successfully prepared from Equisetum arvense obtained from the north‐east of Iran. Then, surface modification of the extracted nanoparticles was performed with a methanol solution of H3PW12O40 via wet impregnation method. The prepared nanocatalyst was characterized by XRD, FESEM, ICP, UV–Vis, and FT‐IR spectroscopy. The supported heterogeneous nanocatalyst was successfully applied as a Lewis/Bronsted acid catalyst in the synthesis of a series of substituted 4H–chromenes via condensation of aromatic aldehydes, malononitrile, and 4‐hydroxycoumarin under solventless conditions with fine yields in appropriately short times.  相似文献

Fe3O4–Schiff base of Cu(II) is found to be a recyclable and heterogeneous catalyst for the rapid and efficient synthesis of various 2,3‐dihydroquinazolin‐4(1H)‐one derivatives from the two‐component condensation of 2‐aminobenzamide and an aldehyde. This reaction is simple, green and cost‐effective. Separation and recycling can also be easily done by magnetic decantation of the Fe3O4 nanoparticles with an external magnet. The prepared catalyst was characterized using thermogravimetry, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, vibrating sample magnetometry, inductively coupled plasma analysis, X‐ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. Polypyrrole (PPY)/Fe3O4/CNT has been synthesized and characterized by FT‐IR, TEM and SEM techniques and its catalytic activity has been evaluated in the synthesis of several series of pyran derivatives. Tetrahydrobenzo[b]pyranes, 4H‐pyran‐3‐carboxylates, 4H,5H‐pyrano[3,2‐c]chromenes and dihydropyrano[2,3‐c]pyrazoles have been successfully prepared from one‐pot three‐component condensation of aldehyde, malononitrile and active methylene‐containing compounds (dimedone /ethyl acetoacetate/4‐hydroxycoumarin/3‐methyl‐2‐pyrazoline‐5‐one) using PPY/Fe3O4/CNT as a new and reusable heterogeneous catalyst. The present method offer several advantages such as; high yields of products, short reaction times, easy work‐up procedure and easy separation of the catalyst from the reaction mixture due to its magnetic character. Furthermore, chemoselective synthesis of bis‐benzo[b]pyran from terephthalaldehyde can be achieved by this method.  相似文献

Cu(II) immobilized on Fe3O4–diethylenetriamine was designed as a new, inexpensive and efficient heterogeneous catalyst for the synthesis of 2,3‐dihydroquinazolin‐4(1H )‐ones and the oxidative coupling of thiols. The structure of the nanomagnetic catalyst was comprehensively characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, vibrating sample magnetometry, thermogravimetric analysis, X‐ray diffraction and atomic absorption spectroscopy. Simple preparation of the catalyst from commercially available materials, high catalytic activity, simple operation, high yields, use of green solvents, easy magnetic separation and reusability of the catalyst with unaltered activity make our protocol a green and feasible synthetic strategy.  相似文献

The Michael addition of indoles to electron‐deficient nitroolefins was effectively catalyzed by an ionic liquid‐coordinated ytterbium(III) sulfonate catalyst. The recycling procedure of the catalyst was very simple without extraction with water, and the catalyst was reused for five times without any loss of its catalytic activity. Furthermore, to demonstrate the application of this methodology, the Pictet‐Spengler reaction was chosen and successfully carried out in the mixture of Br?nsted‐acidic ionic liquid and [bmim]BF4.  相似文献

3‐3′‐Benzylidenebis[4‐hydroxycoumarin] or 4‐nitro,3‐3′‐benzylidenebis[4‐hydroxycoumarin] or 4‐methoxy,3‐3′‐benzylidenebis[4‐hydroxycoumarin] and their complexes with Cu(II), Fe(II) and Fe(III) were synthesized and characterized using 1H‐NMR, 13C‐NMR, IR spectra, electronic spectra, magnetic measurements and elemental analyses. The ligands, metal salts, complexes, control and standard drug were tested for their in‐vitro antibacterial activity against Bacillus cereus, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Salmonella typhi, and Serratia marcescens. The metal complexes exhibit good activity against bacterial strains compared with parental compounds and moderate compared with the standard drug (ciprofloxacin). In‐vitro DNA‐binding activity was carried out using agarose gel electrophoresis. The synthesized compounds show effective DNA‐binding activity. Copyright © 2007 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

An efficient three‐component reaction of aromatic aldehydes, 6‐aminouracil/6‐amino‐1,3‐dimethyluracil and 4‐hydroxycoumarin in the presence of a novel heterogeneous catalyst H3PMo12O40‐immobilized Co3O4/chitosan led to a synthesis of a new class of pyrimidinedione derivatives under reflux conditions. The magnetically recoverable nanocomposite of Co3O4/chitosan/H3PMo12O40 was fully characterized by Fourier transform‐infrared spectrophotometry, scanning electron microscopy, X‐ray powder diffraction, energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, vibrating‐sample magnetometry and N2 adsorption–desorption by Brunauer–Emmett–Teller analysis. Results show that Keggin‐type 12‐molybdophosphoric acid immobilized into the network of the cross‐linked chitosan with super‐paramagnetic Co3O4 nanoparticles. The present method offers several advantages, such as simple procedure, short reaction times and excellent yields of products. The novelty of the catalyst, high catalytic activity, easy separation from the reaction with an external magnetic field and reusability of the catalyst in six consecutive runs are additional eco‐friendly attributes of this catalytic system.  相似文献

An advanced novel magnetic ionic liquid based on imidazolium tagged with ferrocene, a supported ionic liquid, is introduced as a recyclable heterogeneous catalyst. Catalytic activity of the novel nanocatalyst was investigated in one‐pot three‐component reactions of various aldehydes, malononitrile and 2‐naphthol for the facile synthesis of 2‐amino‐3‐cyano‐4H‐pyran derivatives under solvent‐free conditions without additional co‐catalyst or additive in air. For this purpose, we firstly synthesized and investigated 1‐(4‐ferrocenylbutyl)‐3‐methylimidazolium acetate, [FcBuMeIm][OAc], as a novel basic ferrocene‐tagged ionic liquid. This ferrocene‐tagged ionic liquid was then linked to silica‐coated nano‐Fe3O4 to afford a novel heterogeneous magnetic nanocatalyst, namely [Fe3O4@SiO2@Im‐Fc][OAc]. The synthesized novel catalyst was characterized using 1H NMR, 13C NMR, Fourier transform infrared and energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopies, X‐ray diffraction, and transmission and field emission scanning electron microscopies. Combination of some unique characteristics of ferrocene and the supported ionic liquid developed the catalytic activity in a simple, efficient, green and eco‐friendly protocol. The catalyst could be reused several times without loss of activity.  相似文献

In this paper, a simple route for palladium (Pd) nanoparticles attached to the surface of hollow magnetic Fe3O4/P (GMA‐DVB)‐polyethyleneimine (PEI) microspheres was established. Due to the large amount of imidogen groups and tertiary amine groups presenting in the PEI, Pd2+ ions could be anchored to the support by complexation with a polyfunctional organic ligand. Thereafter, a magnetic Pd catalyst having a high loading amount and good dispersibility was obtained by reducing Pd2+ ions. Afterwards, the prepared catalyst was characterized by TEM, SEM, FTIR, XRD, TGA, VSM, and UV–vis in detail. Ultimately, their catalytic activity was evaluated using the reduction of 4‐nitrophenol (4‐NP). Research showed that the Fe3O4/P (GMA‐DVB)‐PEI/Pd catalyst possessed high catalytic performances for the reduction of 4‐NP with a conversion rate of 98.43% within 540 s. Furthermore, the catalyst could be easily recovered and reused at least for nine successive cycles.  相似文献

Coumarin‐sensitized, long‐wavelength‐absorbing luminescent EuIII‐complexes have been synthesized and characterized. The lanthanide binding site consists of a cyclen‐based chelating framework that is attached through a short linker to a 7‐hydroxycoumarin, a 7‐B(OH)2‐coumarin, a 7‐O‐(4‐pinacolatoboronbenzyl)‐coumarin or a 7‐O‐(4‐methoxybenzyl)‐coumarin. The syntheses are straightforward, use readily available building blocks, and proceed through a small number of high‐yielding steps. The sensitivity of coumarin photophysics to the 7‐substituent enables modulation of the antenna‐absorption properties, and thus the lanthanide excitation spectrum. Reactions of the boronate‐based functionalities (cages) with H2O2 yielded the corresponding 7‐hydroxycoumarin species. The same species was produced with peroxynitrite in a ×106–107‐fold faster reaction. Both reactions resulted in the emergence of a strong ≈407 nm excitation band, with concomitant decrease of the 366 nm band of the caged probe. In aqueous solution the methoxybenzyl caged Eu‐complex was quenched by ONOO?. We have shown that preliminary screening of simple coumarin‐based antennae through UV/Vis absorption spectroscopy is possible as the changes in absorption profile translate with good fidelity to changes in EuIII‐excitation profile in the fully elaborated complex. Taken together, our results show that the 7‐hydroxycoumarin antenna is a viable scaffold for the construction of turn‐on and ratiometric luminescent probes.  相似文献
