ABO3 amorphous materials, such as BaTiO3 (BT), SrTiO3 (ST), PbTiO3 (PT), and BaxSr1−xTiO3 (BST) have recently attracted a good deal of attention due to their ferroelectric and electro-optical properties. Intense photoluminescence at room temperature was observed in amorphous titanate doped with chromium (BaxSr1−xTi1−yCryO3) prepared by the polymeric precursor method. Results indicated that substantial luminescence at room temperature was achieved with the addition of small Cr contents to amorphous BaxSr1−xTi1−yCryO3. Further addition of Cr or crystallization were deleterious to the intensity of the luminescent peak obtained for excitation using λ=488.0 nm.  相似文献

Effect of substitution of Cr and Mn in the Fe and Ga sites of GaFeO3 on the structural parameters and magnetic properties has been investigated by preparing GaFe1−xCrx(Mnx)O3 and Ga1−xCrx(Mnx)FeO3 starting with appropriate oxide precursors. It is shown that, starting with Cr or Mn substituted Ga2O3, one obtains Ga1−xCrx(Mnx)FeO3, while reaction of Cr or Mn substituted α-Fe2O3 with Ga2O3 yields GaFe1−xCrx(Mnx)O3. The structural parameters and magnetic properties vary significantly with the substitution site of Cr showing a large decrease in the unit cell parameters as well as the TC and other magnetic properties when the substitution is at the octahedral Fe (1, 2) site. Substitution of Cr at the octahedral Ga2 site results in marginal changes. Substitution of Mn in the Ga and Fe sites also show differences although the changes themselves are much smaller. First-principles calculations confirm such site-specificity and show how Cr substitution affects the properties differently when substituted at the Ga2 and Fe1 sites.  相似文献

The presence of SmCrO4 is experimentally established. In Mg2+-substituted SmCrO3, single-phase perovskite Sm(Cr1−xMgx)O3, where x=0-0.23, are formed at ∼830°C by decomposition of Sm(Cr1−xMgx)O4 which crystallizes at 530-570°C from amorphous materials prepared by the hydrazine method. Sm(Cr1−xMgx)O3 solid solution powders consisting of submicrometer-size particles are sinterable; dense materials can be fabricated by sintering for 2 h at 1700°C in air. The relative densities, grain sizes, and electrical conductivities increase with increased Mg2+ content. Sm(Cr0.77Mg0.23)O3 materials exhibit an excellent direct current electrical conductivity of 2.2×103 S m−1 at 1000°C.  相似文献

First principles calculations based on the density functional theory (DFT) within the local spin density approximation are performed to investigate the electronic structure and magnetic properties of Cr-based zinc blende diluted magnetic semiconductors Al1−xCrxX (X=N, P, As, Sb) for 0≤x≤0.50.The behaviour of magnetic moment of Al1−xCrxX at each Cr site as well as the change in the band gap value due to spin down electrons has been studied by increasing the concentration of Cr atom and through changing X from N to Sb. Furthermore, the role of p-d hybridization is analyzed in the electronic band structure and exchange splitting of d-dominated bands. The interaction strength is stronger in Al1−xCrxN and becomes weaker in Al1−xCrxSb. The band gap due to the spin down electrons decreases with the increased concentration of Cr in Al1−xCrxX, and as one moves down along the isoelectronic series in the group V from N to Sb. Our calculations also verify the half-metallic ferromagnetic character in Cr doped AlX.  相似文献

We have investigated the electronic structure of Sr(Ca)Ru1−xCrxO3 using the full potential linearized augmented plane wave method by different approximation such as LSDA and LSDA+U. The LSDA calculation suggest that Cr4+-Ru4+ hybridization is responsible for the high Curie temperature TC in SrRu1−xCrxO3, but it cannot completely describe its physical behavior. Our LSDA+U DOS results for SrRu1−xCrxO3 clearly establishes renormalization of the intra-atomic exchange strength at the Ru sites, arising from the Cr-Ru hybridization. The antiferromagnetic coupling of Cr3+ with Ru4+,5+ lattice increases the screening, which is consistent with the low magnetic moment of the Ru ions. The more distorted Ca-based compounds as compared to the Sr-based systems shows that the hybridization mechanism is not relevant for these compounds. The bigger exchange splitting of Ru 4d and Cr 3d at the Fermi level with Ru4+,5+ and Cr3+,4+ orbital occupancies of CaRu0.75Cr0.25O3 in the LSDA+U calculation, compared with that of the LSDA calculation, shows that repulsion between electrons tend to keep the localized spins from overlapping. The low screening of the Ru t2g electrons increases TC in the Ca-based systems, which is consistent with the both high Ru exchange splitting and magnetic moment. The insulating behavior of the high Cr-doped systems can be explained by considering the Ru4++Cr4+Ru5++Cr3+ charge transfer.  相似文献

The series Ba1−xLaxTi1−xCrxO3 (0≤x≤1) was synthesized at 1400°C for about 60 h. Their structure was carefully analyzed by the use of powder X-ray diffraction and Rietveld analysis software GSAS (General Structure Analysis System). Four solid solutions are found in this series: tetragonal solid solution Ba1−xLaxTi1−xCrxO3 (0≤x≤0.029), cubic solid solution Ba1−xLaxTi1−xCrxO3 (0.0365≤x≤0.600), rhombohedral solid solution Ba1−xLaxTi1−xCrxO3 (0.700≤x≤0.873), and orthorhombic solid solution Ba1−xLaxTi1−xCrxO3 (0.956≤x≤1). There are corresponding two-phase regions between the adjacent two solid solutions. The detailed lattice parameters are presented. The relationship between the lattice parameters and the composition of the solid solutions is developed.  相似文献

We report on the sol-gel synthesis of Zn1−xCrxO (x=0.0, 0.05, 0.10, 0.15 and 0.20) nanoparticles. These nanoparticles were characterized by using thermogravimetry/differential scanning calorimetry (TG/DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Raman and Photoluminescence (PL). Electronegativity of Cr ions (Cr3+) reduces the final decomposition temperature by 40 °C and activation energy of the reaction when Cr is doped into ZnO. Doping of higher Cr concentration (x≥0.10) into ZnO shows formation of secondary spinel (ZnCr2O4) phase along with the hexagonal (ZnO) and is revealed by XRD. Formation of secondary phase changes the activation energy of the reaction and thus the strain in ZnO lattice. In Raman spectra, additional Raman modes have been observed for Zn1−xCrxO nanoparticles, which can be assigned to the modes generated due to Cr doping. The Cr doping into ZnO is also supported by PL, in which vacancies are formed with Cr ion incorporation and emission band shifts towards higher wavelength.  相似文献

Polycrystalline samples with general formula Yb2−xCrxO3 (0<x<0.03), obtained by sol-gel method and analyzed by X-ray diffraction, formed solid solutions over all the mentioned range. Cr showed a maximum solubility of 2.8 mol% in Yb2O3 sesquioxide at 1000 °C. A preferential substitution of Cr3+ ions over two cationic sites, 8b and 24d in the space group Ia-3 was found. The lattice parameters a are found to vary linearly (10.4402(4) Å <a<10.4372(1) Å) with the composition x. The two independent atoms Yb/Cr have octahedral coordination; however, the degrees of distortion of their coordination polyhedron are different. Replacing Yb3+ by Cr3+ introduces slight changes in the atomic coordinates leading to an increase of the mean cation-anion distances. The ability of Raman spectroscopy to detect changes in local coordination is utilized. A pseudo-tetrahedral coordination for the Cr3+ in the 24d site was found. Magnetic susceptibility measurements of all samples were done in a temperature range of 2-50 K. For T<37 K, the inverse paramagnetic susceptibilities depend linearly on temperature. However, in the high-temperature region, for T>37 K, the inverse paramagnetic susceptibilities are non-linear versus temperature. This deviation from the Curie-Weiss behaviour was discussed.  相似文献

The effect of UV light on Weiss temperature and ESR spectra in 1-isopropyl-3, 3, 5′, 6′-tetramethylspiro[indolin-2,2′-[2H]pyrano[3,2-b]pyridinium] tris(oxalato)chromate (III) (Sp3Cr(C2O4)3) has been found. Additional line has been observed in the ESR spectra of irradiated samples in “strong” magnetic fields of ~15 kOe. The analysis of angular dependences of the ESR spectra allowed a contribution of Cr3+ ions to magnetic properties of Sp3Cr(C2O4)3 to be determined. The zero-field splitting parameters D=0.619 cm−1, E=0.024 cm−1 were derived from the experimental data. The parameters were typical for Cr3+ in the chromium oxalate. Weiss temperature changed sign from 25 to −25 K under UV irradiation. The value of Weiss temperature and its changing cannot be explained by exchange interaction, dipole-dipole interaction or the effect of crystal field. The existence of Weiss temperature is explained by the changes in amount and spin of paramagnetic particles. The change is due to thermoactivated redistribution of electrons between chromium ions and spiropyrane molecules. Light-induced transfer of electrons is also explaining the change in sign of Weiss temperature under UV irradiation.  相似文献

以Ga_2O_3、Y_2O_3、Cr(NO_3)_3·9H_2O为原料,柠檬酸为配位剂,通过溶胶-凝胶高温固相合成法制备出Ga_(2-2x)O_3∶2xCr~(3+)(Ga_2O_3∶xCr)与Y_3Ga_(5-5x)O_(12)∶5xCr~(3+)(YGG∶xCr)2种多晶粉体(x=0.01,0.03,0.05,0.07)。并采用X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、荧光光谱(PL)对样品的结构、组成、形貌和荧光性能进行测试分析。XRD和IR分析结果显示在900℃煅烧后Ga_2O_3∶xCr和YGG∶xCr两种样品均成相。SEM照片显示Ga_2O_3∶xCr样品形貌为柱形多面体,YGG∶xCr为短棒状。PL结果显示Cr~(3+)在Ga_2O_3和YGG两种基质中的最强荧光发射峰分别位于742和740 nm,均属于Cr~(3+)的~2E-~4A_2跃迁,对比发现Cr~(3+)在YGG基质中的荧光发射强度更强,在远红光区的荧光性能更好,能满足温室照明中植物光合作用的需求。  相似文献

The defect chemical relationships in various B-site mixed LaCrO3-based ceramics were investigated by means of high-temperature gravimetry. The nonstoichiometric deviation, δ, in (La0.7Sr0.3)(Cr1−yTiy)O3−δ (y=0.1, 0.2 and 0.3) (LSCT), (La0.75Sr0.25)(Cr0.5Mn0.5)O3−δ (LSCM) and (La0.75Sr0.25)(Cr0.5Fe0.5)O3−δ (LSCF) were measured as a function of oxygen partial pressure, PO2, at temperatures between 973 and 1373 K.The effects of partial replacement of the donor on Cr-sites were examined in LSCT. In LSCM and LSCF, effects of the partial substitution of isovalent transition metals on Cr-sites are discussed. Oxygen nonstoichiometries of various B-site mixed LaCrO3-based ceramics were compared with those of A-site substituted perovskite-type oxides, (La1−xSrx)MO3−δ (where x=0-0.3, M=Cr, Mn and Fe). The partial substitution of the different elements on Cr-sites drastically changed the PO2 and temperature dependence of oxygen vacancy formation in LaCrO3-based ceramics. The defect equilibrium relationships of the localized electron well explained the oxygen vacancy formation in B-site mixed LaCrO3-based ceramics. Oxygen vacancy formation in (La0.7Sr0.3)(Cr1−yTiy)O3−δ (y=0.1 and 0.2) and (La0.7Sr0.3)(Cr0.7Ti0.3)O3−δ was explained by redox reaction of Cr and Ti ions, respectively. The defect equilibrium relationships of LSCM and LSCF were interpreted by redox reaction of Mn ions and Fe ions, respectively. No significant change in valence state of Cr3+ ions in LSCM and LSCF was confirmed under the experimental conditions.  相似文献

使用时间分辨红外光谱研究了经H2和O2处理的La和Cr共掺杂SrTiO3的光生电子动力学. X射线光电子能谱和Raman光谱结果表明, H2处理后样品中的Cr均是+3价, 而O2处理后Cr为+3和+6价. 使用355和532 nmm激光激发样品所得时间分辨红外光谱表明, 相比在Cr6+存在时, 光生电子衰减速率在Cr3+存在的情况下要慢, 这说明Cr3+更有利于抑制光生电子空穴的复合, 从而增加光催化产氢的活性.  相似文献

In order to search for new ionic conductor materials exhibiting a columnar [Bi12O14] structural type, the syntheses of the solid solutions Bi2Mo1−xCrxO6 and Bi26Mo10−xCrxO69 have been undertaken. Single phases were obtained for the last composition with 0≤x≤5 homogeneity range. Moreover, a new oxide with Bi6Cr2O15 composition has been obtained from the limit nominal stoichiometries Bi6CrO6 and Bi26Cr10O69. X-ray powder diffraction studies have shown that this oxide crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Ccc2 or Cccm, with unit-cell parameters a=19.8986(9) Å, b=12.2756(6) Å, c=5.8868(3) Å, and V=1437.96 Å3. Impedance spectroscopy measurements carried out on the representative Bi26Mo8Cr2O69 phase, showed that this material is a good oxygen ion conductor, in fact the best one belongs to the columnar structural type, with a conductivity as high as 1.7×10−3Scm−1 at 425°C.  相似文献

This work reports on the synthesis of a SrTi1−x Fe x O3 nanostructured compound (0.0 ≤ x ≤ 0.1) using a modified polymeric precursor method. The effect of the addition of iron on the thermal, structural and morphological properties of the nanoparticles was investigated by FT-IR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM). A thermogravimetric analysis indicated that the crystallization process preceded by three decomposition steps. Differential thermal analysis experiments showed that decomposition occurred in a broad range of temperatures from 400 to 600 °C. It was observed that iron ions acted as catalysts, promoting rapid organic decomposition and phase formation at a lower temperature than in SrTiO3. Moreover, the addition of iron decreased the crystallite size and increased the lattice parameter of the SrTi1−x Fe x O3 structure.  相似文献

Al2O3 and Al2−x Cr x O3 (x = 0.01, 0.02 and 0.04) powders have been synthesized by the polymeric precursors method. A study of the structural evolution of crystalline phases corresponding to the obtained powders was accomplished through X-Ray Diffraction and UV-vis spectroscopy (reflectance spectra and CIEL*a*b* color data). The obtained results allow to identify the γ-Al2O3 to α-Al2O3 phase transition. The single-phase α-Al2O3 powder was obtained after heat treatment at 1050 °C for 2 h. The results show that the green to red color transition and ruby luminescence lines observed for the powders of Al2−x Cr x O3 are related to the γ to α-Al2O3 phase transition and the temperature and time range for such transition depends on the chromium content.  相似文献

Five series of perovskite-type compounds in the system La1−xCaxCr1−yTiyO3 with the nominal compositions y=0, x=0-0.5; y=0.2, x=0.2-0.8; y=0.5, x=0.5-1.0; y=0.8, x=0.6-1.0 and y=1, x=0.8-1 were synthesized by a ceramic technique in air (final heating 1350 °C). On the basis of the X-ray analysis of the samples with (Ca/Ti)?1, the phase diagram of the CaTiO3-LaCrIIIO3-CaCrIVO3 quasi-ternary system was constructed. Extended solid solution with a wide homogeneity range is formed in the quasi-ternary system CaCrIVO3-CaTiO3-LaCrIIIO3. The solid solution La(1−x′−y)Ca(x′+y)CrIVxCrIII(1−x′−y)TiyO3 exists by up to 0.6-0.7 mol fractions of CaCrIVO3 (x<0.6-0.7) at the experimental conditions. The crystal structure of the compounds is orthorhombic in the space group Pbnm at room temperature. The lattice parameters and the average interatomic distances of the samples within the solid solution ranges decrease uniformly with increasing Ca content. Outside the quasi-ternary system, the nominal compositions La0.1Ca0.9TiO3, La0.2Ca0.8TiO3, La0.4Ca0.6Cr0.2Ti0.8O3 and La0.3Ca0.7Cr0.2Ti0.8O3 in the system La1−xCaxCr1−yTiyO3 were found as single phases with an orthorhombic structure. In the temperature range between 850 and 1000 °C, the synthesized single-phase compositions are stable at pO2=6×10−16-0.21×105 Pa. Oxygen stoichiometry and electrical conductivity of the separate compounds were investigated as functions of temperature and oxygen partial pressure. The chemical stability of these oxides with respect to oxygen release during thermal dissociation decreases with increasing Ca-content. At 900 °C and oxygen partial pressure 1×10−15-0.21×105 Pa, the compounds with x>y (acceptor doped) are p-type semiconductors and those with x<y (donor doped) and x=y are n-type semiconductors. The type and level of electrical conductivity are functions of the concentration ratios of cations occupying the B-sites of the perovskite structures: [Cr3+]/[Cr4+] and [Ti4+]/[Ti3+]. The maximum electrical conductivity at 900 °C and pO2=10−15 Pa was found for the composition La0.1Ca0.9TiO3 (near 50 S/cm) and in air at 900 °C for La0.5Ca0.5CrO3 (close to 100 S/cm).  相似文献

CrOx/SiO2催化剂上丙烷在CO2气氛中脱氢反应的研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用XRD、UV-vis DRS、ESR和微分吸附量热等技术,考察了铬担载量分别为2.5、5和10wt%的CrOx/SiO2催化剂的结构、表面性质和氧化还原性能。结果表明,催化剂表面上存在多种Cr的氧化态和聚集形式。随着Cr担载量从2.5wt%到10wt%的逐渐增大,催化剂表面占主导地位的Cr物种由CrO3单体转为多聚CrO3和Cr2O3晶相。在CO2气氛中催化剂对丙烷转化率和丙烯选择性的大小顺序为2.5wt%CrOx/SiO2>5wt%CrOx/SiO2>10wt%CrOx/SiO2,反应过程中的原位ESR和UV-visDRS测定结果表明,催化剂表面的反应活性中心为Cr5+,Cr5+可由催化剂预处理过程中Cr3+的氧化及丙烷反应过程中CrO3单体的还原产生,在反应中CO2可使Cr3+重新氧化为Cr5+.  相似文献

A novel fluorescence nano-chemosensor for Cr2O72− anion has been developed by assembly of fluorescent aluminum complex of 8-hydroxyquinoline (AlQx) within the channels of modified SBA-15. SBA-SPS-AlQx shows a fluorescence emission at 486 nm. The observed remarkable fluorescence of SBA-SPS-AlQx quenches in presence of Cr2O72− anion. The results showed that this fluorescent nano-material can be a useful chemo-sensor for determination of dichromate anions in aqueous solutions. The linear detecting range of fluorescent nano-chemosensor for Cr2O72− anion was 0.16–2.9 μmol L−1. The lowest limit of detection (LDL) was also found to be 0.2 ng mL−1 in aqueous solutions. SBA-SPS-AlQx showed selectively and sensitively fluorescent quenching response toward Cr2O72− ion in comparison with I3, NO3, CN, CO32−, Br, Cl, F, H2PO4 and SO42− ions, which was because of the higher stability of its inorganic complex with dichromate ion.  相似文献

This work evaluates the effects of the sintering temperature (800 °C, 900 °C, 1000 °C) of SrTi1-xFexO3-δ (x = 0.35, 0.5, 0.7) porous electrodes on their electrochemical performance as potential oxygen electrode materials of solid oxide cells. The materials were prepared by a solid-state reaction method and revealed the expected cubic perovskite structure. After milling, the powders were characterised by a sub-micrometre particle size with high sinter-activity. It was shown that the lowest area specific resistance was achieved after sintering SrTi0.65Fe0.35O3 electrodes at 1000 °C, and SrTi0.5Fe0.5O3 and SrTi0.30Fe0.70O3 electrodes at 800 °C, which can be considered to be a relatively low temperature. In general, EIS measurements showed that increasing the Fe content results in lowered electrode polarisation and a decrease of the series resistance. Even though the studied materials have much lower total conductivities than state-of-the-art electrode materials (e.g. (La,Sr)(Co,Fe)O3), the polarisation resistances obtained in this work can be considered low.
