Two compounds,3-oxo-N-o-tolylbenzo[d]isothiazole-2(3H)-carboxamide (1) and N-(2-methoxyphenyl)-3-oxobenzo[d]isothiazole-2(3H)-carboxamide (2),were synthesized from the initial compound benzo[d]isothiazol-3(2H)-one (BIT) and characterized by 1 H NMR,IR and elemental analysis,respectively.The single crystals of compounds 1 and 2 were obtained and determined by X-ray diffraction analysis.The preliminary results of biological activity experiment show that some of the title compounds exhibited a favorable antimicrobial activity.  相似文献

The esterifications of 9-(hydroxyimino)-4-methyl-8,9-dihydrofuro[2,3-h]chromen-2-one (4) with acid chlorides afforded normal oxime-esters 3a-e in 35-78% yields in presence of excessive 4-dimethylaminopyridine as the acid scavenger, whereas the reactions gave unexpected 8-substituted products N-(8-chloro-4-methyl-2-oxo-2H-furo-[2,3-h]chromen-9-yl)amides (5a-c) and 4-methyl-2,9-dioxo-8,9-dihydro-2H-furo[2,3-h]chromen-8-ylcarboxyloates (6d-e) by using excessive acid chlorides. The structures of 10 new compounds were determined by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS and HRMS, and the possible mechanism for the formation of unexpected products 5a--c and 6d-e was also proposed.  相似文献

In order to find leading compounds with an excellent fungicidal activity, the title compound 2-( 1,3-dithiolan-2- yl-idene)-1-phenyl-2-( 1,2,4-tfiazol-1-yl) ethanone was synthesized according to the biological isosterism and its structure was confirmed by means of IR, MS, ^1 H NMR and elemental analysis. The single crystal structure of the title compound was determined by X-ray diffraction. The title compound has been synthesized by the addition reaction of N-(4-cyanopyrazole-3-yl)-3,5-difluorophenyl-imine and diisopropyl phosphate. Its structure was confirmed by means of IR, ^1H NMR and elemental analysis. The single-crystal structure of the title compound was determined by X-ray crystallography. The compound crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 18.9959(14), b = 9.2212(7), c = 22.1108(16)A^°, β= 90.1540(10)°, V = 3873.0(5) A^°^3, Dc = 1.366 g/cm^3, Z = 8, μ = 0.185, F(000) = 1664, and the final R = 0.0503 and wR = 0.1539 for 2996 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). The results demonstrate that the dihedral angle between the pyrazole and benzene rings is 105.5°, and there is a full delocalized pyrazole system with sp^2 hydridization of N(3). The crystal structure is stabilized by two intermolecular hydrogen bonds of N(1)-H(1)…O(3) and N(3)-H(3A)…N(4). The preliminary biological test shows that the title compound has a moderate antifungal activity.  相似文献

The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 13.7167(14), b = 13.113(1), c = 8.378(1) A, β = 98.992(2)^o, V = 1488.4(3) A^3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.278, F(000) = 608, μ = 0.089 mm^-1, MoKa radiation (2 = 0.71073), R = 0.0498, wR = 0.1238 for 2336 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that all ring atoms in the benzo[4, 5]furo [2,3-d] pyrimi- dinone moieties are almost coplanar.  相似文献

Twelve Mannich base derivatives of 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one were synthesized by the reaction of 1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one(BIT) with different amines and formaldehyde. All the compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, MS and 1H NMR. The crystal structure for 2,2'-methylenebis(benzo[d]isothiazol-3(2H)-one)(3) has been determined by X-ray single-crystal structure analysis. Compound 3(C15H10N2O2S2) crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 25.052(8), b = 4.510(1), c = 11.948(4) , β = 100.992(4)o, V = 1325.2(7) 3, Mr = 314.37, Dc = 1.576 Mg·m-3, μ = 0.25 mm-1, F(000) = 648, Z = 4, R = 0.034 and wR = 0.087. The preliminary biological test indicated that the compounds(2b, 2c) showed growth inhibitory activity against the gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.  相似文献

A novel series of pyrido[ 1,2-e]purin-4(3H)-one derivatives containing polar substituents on 5'-position were designed and prepared as potential PDE5 inhibitors. This paper reports the synthetic routes, 1H-NMR data, and the PDE5 inhibitory activities of the target compounds. The polar piperazinyl group contained (on 5'-position) compound, 3B2, showed the highest activity among the tested derivatives but less potency than sildenafil 1.  相似文献

The title compound (Z)-1-(3-fluorobenzyl)-5-((3-fluorobenzylimino)(2-hydroxy-4- methoxyphenyl)methyl)pyridin-2(1H)-one (C27H22F2N2O3,Mr = 460.47) was synthesized and crystallized. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system,space group P1 with a = 9.951(6),b = 10.059(6),c = 12.927(7)A,α = 109.828(7),β = 102.304(7),γ = 104.898(7)°,Z = 2,V = 1110.2(11)A^3,Dc =1.377 Mg/m^3,μ(MoKα) = 0.102 mm^-1,F(000) = 480,the final R = 0.0449 and Rw = 0.1250 for 4595 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis reveals that both m-fluorobenzyl groups are diorientationally disordered because of the rotation of C–C single bond which was represented as F(1),F(2) and F(1'),F(2'). The diorientational disorder was refined and gave the occupancies of 0.665(4) and 0.335(4) for F(1) and F(1'),0.631(3) and 0.369(3) for F(2) and F(2'). Hydrogen bonds existing in the cell link different components to stabilize the crystal structure. The active data proved that the title compound has good anti-HBV activity.  相似文献

6,8-Dimethoxy-3-[2-(4-methoxyphenyl)ethyl]isocoumarin was synthesized by condensation of 5,7-dimethoxyhompophthalic acid with 3-(4-methoxyphenyl)propanoyl chloride. X-ray diffraction analysis reveals the fused rings of benzo[4,5]furo[3,2-d]-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a] pyrimidin-5(1H) -one system are nearly coplanar. The crystal packing is mainly stabilized by weak intermolecular C-H···O hydrogen bond and π-π interactions.  相似文献

A new nickel(II) complex [NiL2](DMF)4 (HL = 2'-[4-N,N'-(dimethylamino- benzylidene)]-3,5-dihydroxybenzoylhydrazide) has been synthesized and its structure was characterized by IR,UV-Vis,1H NMR and elemental analysis. The fluorescence emission mechanism of the complex was discussed by fluorimetric spectra. The single-crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system,space group P1 with a = 0.9918(4),b = 1.1297(4),c = 1.1331(4) nm,α = 76.860(7),β = 75.105(6),γ = 89.022(7)°,V = 1.1936(8) nm^3,Z = 1,μ = 0.472 mm^-1,Dc = 1.319 g/cm^3,F(000) = 502 and Rint = 0.0913. In the title compound,the nickel(II) atom is four-coordinated with two nitrogen atoms from amide and two oxygen atoms from keto group. A facile 7-step procedure for the synthesis of enantiomerically pure 1-(5-bromo-2-chlorophenyl)-1-(4-ethoxyphenyl)ethanes[(R)-2 and(S)-2] that started from (5-bromo-2-chlorophenyl)(4-ethoxyphenyl)methanone 3 was developed.The key step was the resolution of 2-(5-bromo-2-chlorophenyl)-2-(4-ethoxyphenyl)acetic acid 6 by crystallizations of its L-and D-menthyl esters 7 and 8 from petroleum ether to give optically pure enantiomers 9 and 10,respectively.The absolute configurations of the products were unambiguously determined by single-crystal X-ray diffractions of four key intermediates,9,10,13 and 14.This procedure is characterized by inexpensiveness,scalability and ability to produce two individual enantiomers of a diarylethane with unambiguously determined absolute configurations and high enantiomeric purities.  相似文献

The crystal is of triclinic, space group P1 with a = 11.4633(11), b = 12.6247(12), c = 19.658(2)A, α = 72.642(8), β = 89.045(9), γ = 68.340(5)°, V = 2509.6(4), Z = 2, De = 1.359 g/cm^3, F(000) = 1088, Mr = 1027.16, the final R = 0.0674 and wR = 0.1869 with Ⅰ 〉 2σ(Ⅰ) and the goodness-of-fit S = 1.045 on F^2. The pyrimidine ring has an envelope conformation, linked with a six-membered ring through a spiro C atom. The crystal packing of 1 THF solvate is stabilized by N-H…O hydrogen bonds, and π-π stacking interaction occurs between two adjacent nearly planar molecules of 1.  相似文献

The novel crystal of the title compound 2-(((5-(((5,7-dimethyl-[1,2,4]triazolo-[1, 5-a]-pyrimidin-2-yl)thio)methyl)-4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)thio)methyl)-4H-chromen-4-one methanol solvate(C27H25N7O3S2, Mr = 559.66) has been prepared and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monocline system, space group P21/c with a = 11.9879(9), b = 14.0743(10), c = 15.9706(11), β = 98.509(2)°, V = 2664.9(3)3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.395 g/cm3, F(000) = 1168, μ = 0.116 mm-1, MoKa radiation(λ = 0.71073), R = 0.0652, and wR = 0.1425 for 5220 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that the molecule adopts a C-shape. The planes of the benzopyrone and triazolopyrimidine were nearly parallel to each other, with a dihedral angle of 1.21(3)°. Intramolecular and intermolecular hydrogen bonds together with π-π interations are found to exist in the structure. The results of MTT assay indicate that the title compound displays excellent antiproliferative activity against two human cancer cell lines.  相似文献
