验证了一种基于光纤Fizeau干涉仪的声发射传感器,可用于固体表面传播的超声波的检测.这种传感器的特点是能够精确地检测由固体表面传播的超声波产生的微弱振动.当超声波信号通过光纤传感器到达探测器时,干涉仪的输出光强度受到了超声信号的调制.通过检测干涉仪的输出光强度并利用Fourier变换,测得了超声信号的振幅和频率.对传感系统的相位调制特性进行了仿真,并对实验结果进行了分析.  相似文献

本文报道了一种新型光纤传感器,其原理为通过测量光纤末端近场模斑谱来反映埋置在周围的树脂折射率的变化。计算了随着在树脂固化过程中折射率变化的功率谱密度分布,给出截止频率与折射率的近似关系。通过测量折射率匹配液,对传感器误差进行了估计。给出了利用这种传感器进行复合材料树脂固化监测的实验结果。发现这种光纤传感器的信号可以用来反映固化凝胶点和固化结束点。指出由于固化后光纤仍保持光波导特性,该光纤还可以用来监测受环境扰动的结构,如温度变化、振动等  相似文献

In this work, the authors propose a new configuration for an intensity vibration sensor based on a Raman fiber laser. The linear cavity of the Raman fiber laser relies on the combination of a distributed Rayleigh mirror and fiber Bragg gratings, which are used as the sensing element and intensity filter. The sensor was able to measure vibrations with frequencies of up to 350 Hz with more than 50 dB of signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and also the amplitude of the vibrations with a sensitivity of up to 0.57 ± 0.07 dB/με for vibrations with a maximum strain variation of up to 35 με. The main advantages of the proposed configuration are the simple scheme with high SNR for remote sensing and the easy possibility of multiplexing.  相似文献

光纤传感技术已广泛应用于航空航天、石油化工、电子电力、土木工程、生物医药等领域,其技术形式主要体现为分立式和分布式.分立式光纤传感技术利用光纤敏感器件作为传感器来感知被测参量的变化,光纤作为光信号的传输通道连接光纤传感器及后端的解调装置;分布式光纤传感系统基于光纤瑞利散射、拉曼散射或布里渊散射等光学效应,利用光纤本身作为传感器,可对沿途的光信号进行大范围、长距离传感.本文介绍了分立式与分布式光纤传感中主要关键技术的研究进展,并对未来的研究和发展方向进行了探讨.  相似文献

The need for a new avionic interconnection scheme that can provide superior performance, installability and maintainability as compared with copper has become evident. Fiber optics, which has been proposed for this role, is expected to improve environmental immunity, decrease system weight, and increase bandwidth. It has also been suggested that sensors based on fiber optics can offer significant advantages in aerospace applications. Realizing these advantages is a difficult challenge because mature sensing technologies have done a good job at reasonable cost. Furthermore, it has been demonstrated that a wide variety of aircraft electrical sensors can be addressed by a few standard interfaces. Therefore, future fiber optic sensor suites will also need to be interrogated through only a few standard interfaces, and standardization of the fiber optic sensor interface will be a primary issue in furthering fiber optic sensing technology for aerospace applications. This paper discusses the fiber optic sensor standardization process underway in the Avionic Systems Division of the Society of Automotive Engineers.  相似文献

This paper describes a fiber optic sensor suitable for remote sensing and multi-point detection of ultrasound. This ultrasound sensor is based on the surface-bonded fiber optic Sagnac interferometer with the output fringe visibility of 1; it consists of a laser source, an ordinary single mode fiber delay line, a fiber coupler, a phase modulator and polarization controllers. For the validation of the sensor, surface acoustic waves and Lamb waves are excited by illuminating a steel specimen with an array of Q-switched Nd:YAG laser-generated line sources and the measurement of laser-generated ultrasonic waves are performed on the specimen surface using the surface-mounting fiber optic Sagnac sensor. The surface-bonded fiber optic sensor developed in this study has a simple configuration for detection of ultrasonic waves. Effectiveness of surface-bonded fiber optic Sagnac sensors for remote sensing of ultrasound and in situ monitoring of structures is investigated. The capability of multi-point detection of ultrasound by this Sagnac sensor is also discussed.  相似文献

采用光纤振动传感技术研制了应用于国境线的光纤周界安全防范系统。通过对其进行入侵者翻越周界围栏的入侵探测实验,结果表明,它可有效地敏感由入侵行为产生的振动。通过对振动进行分析表明,翻越围栏的行为会产生非平稳随机信号,该信号存在多个幅度峰值,且频率都集中在500Hz以下的低频,为自动识别算法的开发提供了设计依据。实验环境中风力会产生300Hz以下的低频背景噪声,会增加识别的难度。  相似文献

提出并验证了一种新颖的基于环形马赫-泽德干涉仪结构的全分布式光纤振动传感系统.采用直流光实时动态定位技术,通过在干涉仪光路中引入环结构,将直线型干涉仪转化为环型回路,使得一个马赫-泽德干涉仪中相向传输两路光波,相当于构成双马赫-泽德干涉仪.当振动信号作用于传感光纤时,相向传输的两路直流光同时产生相同的相位信号并沿不同的路径传输至光接收单元,采用数字信号处理技术分析接收信号即可实时获得振动的空间位置和频率、幅度等特性参数.实验中成功实现了监测距离为1.01km的分布式振动传感,单点振动的空间分辨率小于40m.另外,从理论上分析并模拟了系统对多点同时振动进行检测和定位的可行性.  相似文献

Intensity modulated fiber vibrations sensing using Khazani Syed (KS) and Modified Quadratic Congruence Code (MQC) code for quasi distributed vibration measurement have been evaluated. The systems employed Spectral Direct (SD) Decoding for Spectral Amplitude Coding-Optical Code Division Multiple Access (SAC-OCDMA). SAC-OCDMA is adopted because of its enormous impact in dealing with Multiple Access Interference (MAI). The setup was carried out for three sensor points in three consecutive measurements. The performance of the sensing system with the KS and MQC codes were compared at the same weight and number of code sequence. It was observed that the applied vibration frequencies were obtained at the receivers and the signal employing MQC are received at slightly better power than KS code. However, KS code setup employed less number of components and therefore, reduce the cost and complexity of achieving quasi-distributed vibration sensing.  相似文献

声传感器和光声池是激光光声光谱技术的核心组件。结合光纤迈克耳孙干涉仪、相位载波解调技术和纵向共振光声池,提出一种共光声池腔的芯轴型空气衬底光纤麦克风。光纤麦克风中的铜毛细管被用作光声池的共振腔,传感臂由10 m长的超细光纤缠绕在铜毛细管上构成,参考臂为5 cm长的短臂且已进行隔声隔振处理。基于结构共振频率稳定的特点,优化光纤麦克风的共振频率,使其略低于光声池的一阶纵向共振频率,以实现准双共振。实验结果表明,麦克风在共振频率为1443 Hz处的最小可检测声压为0.69μPa√Hz。在1 kHz处,声压电压响应线性度为99.98%(5 mPa~3 Pa),动态范围为112.52 dB。该光纤麦克风适用于高温、易爆和高电磁干扰等特殊环境下痕量气体的高精度检测。  相似文献

A sensing system,with Michelson-type fiber optical interferometer based on single fiber Bragg grating (FBG) as the reflector,is demonstrated.The system used a frequency-matched ring fiber optical laser as the source.The closed Michelson-type fiber optical interferometer system will be helpful in simplifying the developed interferometric sensor by replacing the double reflectors with only one FBG reflecting the doubleside light.The basic sensing properties of the system are demonstrated,with a fiber optic piezoelectric ceramic transducer embedded in the arm of the interferometer simulating the sensing signal.  相似文献

In this paper, a fiber optic acoustic sensor system is designed and tested for on-line detection of the partial discharges inside high voltage power transformers. The fiber optic sensor uses a silica diaphragm and a single mode optical fiber encapsulated in a silica glass tube to form an extrinsic Fabry–Perot interferometer. Test results indicate that the developed fiber optic sensors are capable of detecting the acoustic signals propagating inside the transformer oil with high resolution and high frequency.  相似文献

This paper reports the principle of operation, design aspects, experimentation and performance of an extrinsic fibre optic displacement sensor for the measurement of amplitude and frequency of vibration. The device consists of fibre optic transmitter, fibre optic probe, mini-shaker, power amplifier, dynamic signal analyser and photodiode detector. The fibre optic probe consists of two well-polished PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) fibres cemented together along some distance over the length. The sensor is capable of measuring vibration amplitudes ranging from 0.008 to 0.74 mm within a frequency range of 75 to 275 Hz. The sensitivity of the device is found to be 0.893 V/mm over 0.6 to 2.1 mm range and over 2.9 to 5.9 mm range. The simplicity of the design, high degree of sensitivity, dynamic range and the low cost of the fabrication make it suitable for real field applications. With the emerging fly-by-light concept, the fibre optic probe solves many sensing problems in aircrafts. Moreover, accuracy and reliability are the excellent pay-offs of this fibre optic sensor.  相似文献

An extremely sensitive surface plasmon resonance based fiber optic sensor with indium nitride (InN) layer coated on the core of the optical fiber is theoretically analyzed. The proposed sensor exhibits high sensitivity in the near infrared region of spectrum. The optimized value of thickness of InN layer is found to be 70 nm. Possessing high sensitivity of 4493 nm/RIU, the 70 nm thick InN layer based fiber optic SPR sensor illustrates good sensing behavior.  相似文献

提出了一种可用于振动检测的新型光纤光栅传感技术. 用偏振控制器和高双折射保偏光纤构建成Sagnac环, 结合掺铒光纤、单模光纤和隔离器, 形成了单波长光纤激光器, 由粘有光纤Bragg光栅的悬臂梁作为传感探头, 并利用Sagnac环本身的线性边缘, 解调振动信号. 阐述了Sagnac环原理及其产生的边缘效应, 并进行了数值模拟计算, 对振动信号进行了检测实验, 检测系统从L1到L1+L2之间对应的周期可调, 灵敏度高达38.2 μ W/nm, 线性度为0.9996, 动态范围在40–70 dB, 可满足振动传感检测的技术参数要求. 关键词: 光纤光学 振动检测 保偏光纤Sagnac环 光纤激光器  相似文献

We present a simple but highly sensitive biotinylated DNA double crossover thin film coated fiber optic reflectance biosensor (DTF FORS) for the detection of streptavidin aerosols as a building block towards sensing bio-aerosols. The DNA double crossover lattice with biotin was dropped on the polymer optical fiber end face to prepare DNA Thin Film. The streptavidin aerosols were prepared using conventional aerosol technology. The DTF FORS response to streptavidin aerosol was few seconds and the sensor repeatability for air and streptavidin aerosol was found to be excellent. The presented FORS sensing approach, where the film can be changed on the end face of the optical fiber, is expected to detect atmospheric bio-aerosols with great sensitivity and effective specificity.  相似文献

分别对两种结构的传感头组成的分布式光纤Bragg光栅漏油传感器进行实验后得出,具有限位装置的传感头组成的传感系统综合性能好于由另一种结构传感头组成的传感系统。具有限位装置的传感头不仅有较好的漏油检测响应性能,而且能防止相邻信号间的串扰,同时能很好保护光纤光栅不被拉断,更重要的是它受温度干扰较小。  相似文献

提出了一种利用布里渊光纤环形腔移频技术实现分布式光纤布里渊传感的方法.该方法基于布里渊光时域分析法原理,将一束单纵模运转激光器输出的激光分为两束|一束光入射布里渊光纤环形腔中产生窄线宽的受激布里渊散射光作为斯托克斯光,另一束光经过低频相位调制后作为泵浦光|斯托克斯光和泵浦光分别相向入射进入传感光纤,通过测量布里渊谱得到光纤温度或应变.利用该方法可将十几GHz的微波频率转化为兆赫信号频率进行探测处理,仅需一台激光器,因此系统结构简单、成本低,还可减小激光器频率波动对测量准确度的影响.实验验证了该方法的可行性.  相似文献
