A new method of simultaneous determination of Cu2+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Hg2+ and Pb2+ is proposed here by using the second-derivative spectrophotometry method. In pH=10.35 Borax-NaOH buffer, using meso-tetra (3-methoxyl-4-hydroxylphenyl) porphyrin ([T-(3-MO-4-HP)P]) as chromomeric reagent, micelle solution was formed after Tween-80 surfactant was added into the solution containing Cu2+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Hg2+ and Pb2+ ions. The original absorption spectrum of the above complexes was obtained after heating in the boiling water for 25 min. The second-derivative absorption peaks of five metal-porphyrin complexes can be separated from the original absorption spectrum by using chemometric tool. In this way, Cu2+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Hg2+ and Pb2+ ions can be determined simultaneously. Under the optimal conditions, the linear ranges of the calibration curve were 0-0.60, 0-0.60, 0-0.40, 0-0.80 and 0-0.48 μg mL(-1) for Cu2+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Hg2+ and Pb2+, respectively. The molar absorptivity of these color systems were 1.38×10(5), 1.01×10(5), 3.24×10(5), 1.07×10(5) and 1.29×10(5)Lmol(-1)cm(-1). The method developed in this paper has advantages in selectivity, sensitivity, operation and can effectively resolve spectra overlapping problem. This method has been applied to determine the real samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

One 8-phenyl and two 8-mesityl-substituted "scorpionate"-like BODIPY-type species of the formula [3,4,4-tris(5-R-(2-thienyl))-8-(2,4,6-R'-phenyl)-4-bora-3a,4a-diaza-s-indacene (R = H, R' = H, 3a; R, = H, R' = Me, 2a; R, = Me, R' = Me, 2b)] have been synthesized and fully characterized. Importantly, differences in their solution (MeCN) optical Cu(2+) and Hg(2+) probing capacity via SSS-chelation were investigated. Compounds 2a-3a were prepared from the requisite 8-substituted BODIPY complexes. They were characterized first by complete (1)H, (11)B and (13)C NMR spectroscopic assignments (CD(3)Cl or CD(3)C(O)CD(3)); the molecular structures of 2a and 3a were determined by X-ray crystallography. Compounds 2a-3a were studied by UV-vis and fluorescence spectroscopy [Φ(F) = 0.27 ± 0.013 (2a); 0.024 ± 0.0016 (2b); 0.0034 ± 0.00047 (3a)]. Importantly, low [Cu(2+)] with 3a (<3.0 × 10(-5) M) gave rise to an increase of fluorescence intensity (off-on; 6.3-fold), whereas with 2a it decreased (on-off). When [Hg(2+)] (<3.0 × 10(-5) M) was added to 2b, the λ(em,max) value increased (off-on; 3.2-fold), and for 2a, it decreased (on-off). The association constant (K(a)) for Hg(2+)·2a was determined to be 3120 ± 307 M(-1). An approximate stoichiometric 1:1 binding determined by Job plot analysis is in line with successful DFT modeling of SSS-Cu(2+) binding for this system type. (1)H NMR spectroscopy also revealed tentative sets of product complex peaks. These simple differences caused by formal ligand Me-group incorporation are the first for any related fluorophores, to the best of our knowledge.  相似文献

Free nitriles NCCH2R (1a R = CO2Me, 1b R = SO2Ph, and 1c R = COPh) with an acidic alpha-methylene react with acyclic nitrones -O+N(Me)=C(H)R' (2a R' = 4-MeC6H4 and 2b R' = 2,4,6-Me3C6H2), in refluxing CH2Cl2, to afford stereoselectively the E-olefins (NC)(R)C=C(H)R' (3a-3c and 3a'-3c'), whereas, when coordinated at the platinum(II) trans-[PtCl2(NCCH2R)2] complexes (4a R = CO2Me and 4b R = Cl), they undergo cycloaddition to give the (oxadiazoline)-PtII complexes trans-[PtCl2{N=C(CH2R)ON(Me)C(H)R'}2] (R = CO2Me, Cl and R' = 4-MeC6H4, 2,4,6-Me3C6H2) (5a-5d). Upon heating in CH2Cl2, 5a affords the corresponding alkene 3a. The reactions are greatly accelerated when carried out under focused microwave irradiation, particularly in the solid phase (SiO2), without solvent, a substantial increase of the yields being also observed. The compounds were characterized by IR and 1H, 13C, and 195Pt NMR spectroscopies, FAB+-MS, elemental analyses and, in the cases of the alkene (NC)(CO2Me)C=C(H)(4-MeC6H4) 3a and of the oxadiazoline complex trans-[PtCl2{N=C(CH2Cl)ON(Me)C(H)(4-C6H4Me)}2] 5c, also by X-ray diffraction analyses.  相似文献

A series of mononuclear gold(I) acetylide complexes with urea moiety, R'(3)PAuC≡CC(6)H(4)-4-NHC(O)NHC(6)H(4)-4-R (R' = cyclohexyl, R = NO(2) (2a), CF(3) (2b), Cl (2c), H (2d), CH(3) (2e), (t)Bu (2f), OCH(3) (2g); R' = phenyl, R = NO(2) (3a), OCH(3) (3b); R' = 4-methoxyphenyl, R = H (4a), OCH(3) (4b)), have been synthesized and characterized. The crystal structures of Ph(3)PAuC≡CC(6)H(4)-4-NHC(O)NHC(6)H(4)-4-NO(2) (3a) and (4-CH(3)OC(6)H(4))(3)PAuC≡CC(6)H(4)-4-NHC(O)NHC(6)H(5) (4a) have been determined by X-ray diffraction. Complexes 2a-2g, 3b, and 4a-4b show intense luminescence both in the solid state and in degassed THF solution at 298 K. Anion binding properties of complexes 2a-2g, 3a-3b, and 4a-4b have been studied by UV-vis and (1)H NMR titration experiments. In general, the log K values of 2a-2g with the same anion in THF depend on the substituent R on the acetylide ligand of 2a-2g: R = NO(2) (2a) > CF(3) (2b) ≥ Cl (2c) > H (2d) > CH(3) (2e) ≈ (t)Bu (2f) ≥ OCH(3) (2g). Complex 2a with NO(2) group shows the dramatic color change toward F(-) in DMSO, which provides an access of naked eye detection of F(-).  相似文献

The nucleophilic addition of amidoximes R'C(NH(2))═NOH [R' = Me (2.Me), Ph (2.Ph)] to coordinated nitriles in the platinum(II) complexes trans-[PtCl(2)(RCN)(2)] [R = Et (1t.Et), Ph (1t.Ph), NMe(2) (1t.NMe(2))] and cis-[PtCl(2)(RCN)(2)] [R = Et (1c.Et), Ph (1c.Ph), NMe(2) (1c.NMe(2))] proceeds in a 1:1 molar ratio and leads to the monoaddition products trans-[PtCl(RCN){HN═C(R)ONC(R')NH(2)}]Cl [R = NMe(2); R' = Me ([3a]Cl), Ph ([3b]Cl)], cis-[PtCl(2){HN═C(R)ONC(R')NH(2)}] [R = NMe(2); R' = Me (4a), Ph (4b)], and trans/cis-[PtCl(2)(RCN){HN═C(R)ONC(R')NH(2)}] [R = Et; R' = Me (5a, 6a), Ph (5b, 6b); R = Ph; R' = Me (5c, 6c), Ph (5d, 6d), correspondingly]. If the nucleophilic addition proceeds in a 2:1 molar ratio, the reaction gives the bisaddition species trans/cis-[Pt{HN═C(R)ONC(R')NH(2)}(2)]Cl(2) [R = NMe(2); R' = Me ([7a]Cl(2), [8a]Cl(2)), Ph ([7b]Cl(2), [8b]Cl(2))] and trans/cis-[PtCl(2){HN═C(R)ONC(R')NH(2)}(2)] [R = Et; R' = Me (10a), Ph (9b, 10b); R = Ph; R' = Me (9c, 10c), Ph (9d, 10d), respectively]. The reaction of 1 equiv of the corresponding amidoxime and each of [3a]Cl, [3b]Cl, 5b-5d, and 6a-6d leads to [7a]Cl(2), [7b]Cl(2), 9b-9d, and 10a-10d. Open-chain bisaddition species 9b-9d and 10a-10d were transformed to corresponding chelated bisaddition complexes [7d](2+)-[7f](2+) and [8c](2+)-[8f](2+) by the addition of 2 equiv AgNO(3). All of the complexes synthesized bear nitrogen-bound O-iminoacylated amidoxime groups. The obtained complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, high-resolution ESI-MS, IR, and (1)H NMR techniques, while 4a, 4b, 5b, 6d, [7b](Cl)(2), [7d](SO(3)CF(3))(2), [8b](Cl)(2), [8f](NO(3))(2), 9b, and 10b were also characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

A new Cu2+ compound Cu- NB, (where H2 NB is bis(2-hydroxyl-naphthalene-carboxaldehyde) benzil dihydrazone) was synthesized as a highly selective fluorescence chemosensor for the detection of Hg2+ in aqueous media through a displacement "turn-on" signaling strategy. Whereas the coordination of Cu2+ resulted in a considerable quenching of the typical luminescence of the naphthol rings in Cu-NB, the addition of Hg2+ ion led to a dramatic increase in the emission intensity of Cu-NB at about 530 nm (excitation at 430 nm). The competitive fluorescent experiments showed that alkali, alkaline earth metal ions, the group 12 metals Zn2+, Cd2+, the first-row transition-metal ions such as Mn2+, Fe2+, Co2+, and Ni2+, as well as Pb2+ could not inhibit the Hg2+-binding fluorescent enhancement. It is postulated that the existence of Cu2+ in the luminescent probe Cu-NB could turn away the interferences of other metal cations from Hg2+ detection. The optical responses of the free ligand upon addition of Cu2+ ion, and of the Hg-H2NB compound upon the addition of Cu2+ were also investigated for comparisons.  相似文献

Iridabenzenes [Ir[=CHCH=CHCH=C(CH2R)](CH3CN)2(PPh3)2]2+ (R=Ph 4 a, R=p-C6H4CH3 4 b) are obtained from the reactions of H+ with iridacyclohexadienes [Ir[-CH=CHCH=CHC(=CH-p-C6H4R')](CO)(PPh3)2]+ (R'=H 3 a, R'=CH3 3 b), which are prepared from [2+2+1] cyclotrimerization of alkynes in the reactions of [Ir(CH3CN)(CO)(PPh3)2]+ with HC[triple chemical bond]CH and HC[triple chemical bond]CR. Iridabenzenes 4 react with CO and CH3CN in the presence of NEt3 to give iridacyclohexadienes [Ir[-CH=CHCH=CHC(=CHR)](CO)2(PPh3)2]+ (6) and [Ir[-CH=CHCH=CHC(=CHR)](CH3CN)2(PPh3)2]+ (7), respectively. Iridacyclohexadienes 6 and 7 also convert to iridabenzenes 4 by the reactions with H+ in the presence of CH3CN. Alkynyl iridacyclohexadienes [Ir[-CH=CHCH=CHC(=CH-p-C6H4R')](-C[triple chemical bond]CH)(PPh3)2] (8) undergo a cleavage of C[triple chemical bond]C bond by H+/H2O to produce [Ir[-CH=CHCH=CHC(=CH-p-C6H4R')](-CH3)(CO)(PPh3)2] (10) via facile inter-conversion between iridacyclohexadienes and iridabenzenes.  相似文献

Fischer carbene complexes of tungsten with substituents containing up to two additional different transition metals, with all the metals in electronic contact with the carbene carbon atom, were synthesised and studied both in solution and in the solid state. For the complexes of the type [W(CO)(5){C(OR')R}], the substituents chosen were heteroaromatic 2-benzo[b]thienyl (2-BT), or 2-BT π-bonded to a chromium tricarbonyl fragment ([Cr(CO)(3)(2-η(6)-BT)]) or ferrocenyl (Fc) as the R-substituent, while the OR'-substituent was systematically varied between an ethoxy or a titanoxy group, to yield the complexes 1b (R' = Et, R = 2-BT), 2b (R' = Et, R = [Cr(CO)(3)(2-η(6)-BT)]), 3b (R' = TiCp(2)Cl, R = 21-BT), 4b (R' = TiCp(2)Cl, R = [Cr(CO)(3)(2-η(6)-BT)]), 5b (R' = Et, R = Fc) and 6b (R' = TiCp(2)Cl, R = Fc). The structural features and their relevance to bonding in the multimetal carbene compounds of both these tungsten and the analogous chromium complexes were investigated as they represent indicators of possible reactivity sites in multimetal carbene assemblies. The possibility of using DFT calculations to quantify the effect of metal-containing substituents on the carbene ligands was tested and correlated with experimental parameters by employing methods such as vibrational spectroscopy, molecular orbital analysis, and cyclic voltammetry.  相似文献

Treatment of fac-[Mn(CNR)(CO)3{(PMe2)2CH2}]ClO4 (1a R = Ph, R = tBu) with KOH produced the cleavage of one of the P-C bonds of the coordinated dmpm ligand, resulting in the formation of phosphine-phosphinite complexes fac-[Mn(PMe2O)(CNR)(CO)3(PMe3)] (2a,b). Alkoxides such as NaOMe and NaOEt promoted similar processes in 1a,b, yielding fac-[Mn(CNR)(CO)3(PMe3)(PMe2OR')]ClO4 (3a R = tBu, R' = Me; 3b R = Ph, R' = Me; 4a R = tBu, R' = Et; 4b R = Ph, R' = Et) derivatives. The phosphinite ligand in 2a, b can be sequentially protonated by addition of 0.5 and 1 equivalent of HBF4 leading to fac-[{Mn(CNR)(CO)3(PMe3)(PMe2O)}2H]BF4 (6a,b) and fac-[Mn(CNR)(CO)3(PMe3)(PMe2OH)]BF4 (5a,b), respectively.  相似文献

The non-heteroatom-substituted manganese alkynyl carbene complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2Mn=C(R)C[triple bond]CR'(3; 3a: R = R'= Ph, 3b: R = Ph, R'= Tol, 3c: R = Tol, R'= Ph) have been synthesised in high yields upon treatment of the corresponding carbyne complexes [eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2Mn[triple bond]CR][BPh4]([2][BPh4]) with the appropriate alkynyllithium reagents LiC[triple bond]CR' (R'= Ph, Tol). The use of tetraphenylborate as counter anion associated with the cationic carbyne complexes has been decisive. The X-ray structures of (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2Mn=C(Tol)C[triple bond]CPh (3c), and its precursor [(eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2Mn=CTol][BPh4]([2b](BPh4]) are reported. The reactivity of complexes toward phosphines has been investigated. In the presence of PPh3, complexes act as a Michael acceptor to afford the zwitterionic sigma-allenylphosphonium complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC(R)=C=C(PPh3)R' (5) resulting from nucleophilic attack by the phosphine on the remote alkynyl carbon atom. Complexes 5 exhibit a dynamic process in solution, which has been rationalized in terms of a fast [NMR time-scale] rotation of the allene substituents around the allene axis; metrical features within the X-ray structure of (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC(Ph)=C=C(PPh3)Tol (5b) support the proposal. In the presence of PMe3, complexes undergo a nucleophilic attack on the carbene carbon atom to give zwitterionic sigma-propargylphosphonium complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC(R)(PMe3)C[triple bond]CR' (6). Complexes 6 readily isomerise in solution to give the sigma-allenylphosphonium complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC(R')=C=C(PMe3)R (7) through a 1,3 shift of the [(eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2Mn] fragment. The nucleophilic attack of PPh2Me on 3 is not selective and leads to a mixture of the sigma-propargylphosphonium complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC(R)(PPh(2)Me)C[triple bond]CR' (9) and the sigma-allenylphosphonium complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC(R)=C=C(PPh(2)Me)R' (10). Like complexes 6, complexes 9 readily isomerize to give the sigma-allenylphosphonium complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC(R')=C=C(PPh2Me)R'). Upon gentle heating, complexes 7, and mixtures of 10 and 10' cyclise to give the sigma-dihydrophospholium complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC=C(R')PMe2CH2CH(R)(8), and mixtures of complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC=C(Ph)PPh2CH2CH(Tol)(11) and (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC=C(Tol)PMe2CH2CH(Ph)(11'), respectively. The reactions of complexes 3 with secondary phosphines HPR(1)(2)(R1= Ph, Cy) give a mixture of the eta2-allene complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2Mn[eta2-{R(1)(2)PC(R)=C=C(R')H}](12), and the regioisomeric eta4-vinylketene complexes [eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)Mn[eta4-{R(1)(2)PC(R)=CHC(R')=C=O}](13) and (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)Mn[eta4-{R(1)(2)PC(R')=CHC(R)=C=O}](13'). The solid-state structure of (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2Mn[eta2-{Ph2PC(Ph)=C=C(Tol)H}](12b) and (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)Mn[eta4-{Cy2PC(Ph)=CHC(Ph)=C=O}](13d) are reported. Finally, a mechanism that may account for the formation of the species 12, 13, and 13' is proposed.  相似文献

合成了罗丹明类Cu2+荧光增强型分子探针3',6'-双(二乙氨基)-2-(N-乙叉基氨基)螺[异吲哚-1,9'-占吨]-3-酮(RA),并研究了它的光谱性能及对铜离子的识别作用.在乙腈/水(体积比1/1)的介质中,当加入Cu2+后探针RA显玫瑰红色,最大吸收波长为548 nm,最大发射波长为571 nm,且荧光强度显著增强,但是,其它常见离子如Na+, K+, Mg2+, Ca2+, Mn2+, Cd2+, Cr3+, Co2+, Ni2+, Ag+, Pb2+, Zn2+, Fe3+, Hg2+不引起或引起很小的紫外/可见或荧光光谱变化.RA的选择性荧光增强主要是由于Cu2+诱导分子中的酰胺闭环结构发生开环,导致分子结构的共轭程度增大.在6.5×10-8~2.9×10-6 mol?L-1范围内RA可以有效检测Cu2+,检测限为5.0×10-8 mol?L-1.RA对Cu2+的识别不可逆,而且探针RA对pH值不敏感,可以在比较宽的范围内(pH=4.1~10.5)高灵敏、高选择性检测Cu2+.  相似文献

Interactions between metal ions and amino acids are common both in solution and in the gas phase. Here, the effect of metal ions and water on the structure of glycine is examined. The effect of metal ions (Li+, Na+, K+, Mg2+, Ca2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, and Zn2+) and water on structures of Gly.Mn+(H2O)m and GlyZwitt.Mn+(H2O)m (m = 0, 2, 5) complexes have been determined theoretically by employing the hybrid B3LYP exchange-correlation functional and using extended basis sets. Selected calculations were carried out also by means of CBS-QB3 model chemistry. The interaction enthalpies, entropies, and Gibbs energies of eight complexes Gly.Mn+ (Mn+ = Li+, Na+, K+, Mg2+, Ca2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, and Zn2+) were determined at the B3LYP density functional level of theory. The computed Gibbs energies DeltaG degrees are negative and span a rather broad energy interval (from -90 to -1100 kJ mol(-1)), meaning that the ions studied form strong complexes. The largest interaction Gibbs energy (-1076 kJ mol(-1)) was computed for the NiGly2+ complex. Calculations of the molecular structure and relative stability of the Gly.Mn+(H2O)m and GlyZwitt.Mn+(H2O)m (Mn+ = Li+, Na+, K+, Mg2+, Ca2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, and Zn2+; m = 0, 2, and 5) systems indicate that in the complexes with monovalent metal cations the most stable species are the NO coordinated metal cations in non-zwitterionic glycine. Divalent cations Mg2+, Ca2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, and Zn2+ prefer coordination via the OO bifurcated bonds of the zwitterionic glycine. Stepwise addition of two and five water molecules leads to considerable changes in the relative stability of the hydrated species. Addition of two water molecules at the metal ion in both Gly.Mn+ and GlyZwitt.Mn+ complexes reduces the relative stability of metallic complexes of glycine. For Mn+ = Li+ or Na+, the addition of five water molecules does not change the relative order of stability. In the Gly.K+ complex, the solvation shell of water molecules around K+ ion has, because of the larger size of the potassium cation, a different structure with a reduced number of hydrogen-bonded contacts. This results in a net preference (by 10.3 kJ mol(-1)) of the GlyZwitt.K+H2O5 system. Addition of five water molecules to the glycine complexes containing divalent cations Mg2+, Ca2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, and Zn2+ results in a net preference for non-zwitterionic glycine species. The computed relative Gibbs energies are quite high (-10 to -38 kJ mol(-1)), and the NO coordination is preferred in the Gly.Mn+(H2O)5 (Mn+ = Mg2+, Ca2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, and Zn2+) complexes over the OO coordination.  相似文献

1,3-Diaryl-4H-cyclopenta[c]thiophenes are efficiently prepared from 1,2-diaroylcyclopentadienes by use of Lawesson's reagent. eta5-Cyclopenta[c]thienyl complexes, [Mn(eta5-SC7H3-1,3-R2)(CO)3] (R = Me, Ph), are prepared in high yield by ligand substitution reactions of [MnBr(CO)5] with [SnMe3(SC7H3-1,3-R2)]. Alternatively, thiation with P4S10/NaHCO3 converts [Mn{eta5-1,2-C5H3(COR)2)(CO)3] to [Mn(eta5-SC7H3-1,3-R2)(CO)3] (R = Ph, 4-tolyl, 4-MeOC6H4, benzo[2,3-b]thienyl). The molecular structures of complexes with R = Me, Ph show planar eta5-cyclopenta[c]thienyl ligands, with the manganese atom slightly displaced away from the ring-fusion bond.  相似文献

New synthesis procedures are described to tetranuclear manganese carboxylate complexes containing the [Mn(4)O(2)](8+) or [Mn(4)O(3)X](6+) (X(-) = MeCO(2)(-), F(-), Cl(-), Br(-), NO(3)(-)) core. These involve acidolysis reactions of [Mn(4)O(3)(O(2)CMe)(4)(dbm)(3)] (1; dbm is the anion of dibenzoylmethane) or [Mn(4)O(2)(O(2)CEt)(6)(dbm)(2)] (8) with HX (X(-) = F(-), Cl(-), Br(-), NO(3)(-)); high-yield routes to 1 and 8 are also described. The X(-) = NO(3)(-) complexes [Mn(4)O(3)(NO(3))(O(2)CR)(3)(R'(2)dbm)(3)] (R = Me, R' = H (6); R = Me, R' = Et (7); R = Et, R' = H (12)) represent the first synthesis of the [Mn(4)O(3)(NO(3))](6+) core, which contains an unusual eta(1):mu(3)-NO(3)(-) group. Treatment of known [Mn(4)O(2)(O(2)CEt)(7)(bpy)(2)](ClO(4)) with HNO(3) gives [Mn(4)O(2)(NO(3))(O(2)CEt)(6)(bpy)(2)](ClO(4)) (15) containing a eta(1):eta(1):mu-NO(3)(-) group bridging the two body Mn(III) ions of the [Mn(4)O(2)](8+) butterfly core. Complex 7 x 4CH(2)Cl(2) crystallizes in space group P2(1)2(1)2(1) with (at -168 degrees C) a = 21.110(3) A, b = 22.183(3) A, c = 15.958(2) A, Z = 4, and V = 7472.4(3) A(3). Complex 15 x (3)/(2)CH(2)Cl(2) crystallizes in space group P2(1)/c with (at -165 degrees C) a = 26.025(4) A, b = 13.488(2) A, c = 32.102(6) A, beta = 97.27(1) degrees, Z = 8, and V = 11178(5) A(3). Complex 7 contains a [Mn(4)(mu(3)-O)(3)(mu(3)-NO(3))](6+) core (3Mn(III), Mn(IV)) as seen for previous [Mn(4)O(3)X](6+) complexes. Complex 15 contains a butterfly [Mn(4)(mu(3)-O)(2)](8+) core. (1)H NMR spectra have been recorded for all complexes reported in this work and the various resonances assigned. All complexes retain their structural integrity on dissolution in chloroform and dichloromethane. Magnetic susceptibility (chi(M)) data were collected on 12 in the 5-300 K range in a 10.0 kG (1 T) field. Fitting of the data to the theoretical chi(M) vs T expression appropriate for a [Mn(4)O(3)X](6+) complex of C(3)(v)() symmetry gave J(34) = -23.9 cm(-)(1), J(33) = 4.9 cm(-)(1), and g = 1.98, where J(34) and J(33) refer to the Mn(III)Mn(IV) and Mn(III)Mn(III) pairwise exchange interactions, respectively. The ground state of the molecule is S = 9/2, as found previously for other [Mn(4)O(3)X](6+) complexes. This was confirmed by magnetization data collected at various fields and temperatures. Fitting of the data gave S = 9/2, D = -0.45 cm(-1), and g = 1.96, where D is the axial zero-field splitting parameter.  相似文献

Coupling T base with Hg(2+) to form stable T-Hg(2+)-T complexes represents a new direction in detection of Hg(2+). Here a graphene oxide (GO)-based fluorescence Hg(2+) analysis using DNA duplexes of poly(dT) that allows rapid, sensitive, and selective detection is first reported. The Hg(2+)-induced T(15)-(Hg(2+))(n)-T(15) duplexes make T(15) unable to hybridize with its complementary A(15) labelled with 6'-carboxyfluorescein (FAM-A(15)), which has low fluorescence in the presence of GO. On the contrary, when T(15) hybridizes with FAM-A(15) to form double-stranded DNA because of the absence of Hg(2+), the fluorescence largely remains in the presence of GO. A linear range from 10 nM to 2.0 μM (R(2) = 0.9963) and a detection limit of 0.5 nM for Hg(2+) were obtained under optimal experimental conditions. Other metal ions, such as Al(3+), Ag(+), Ca(2+), Ba(2+), Mg(2+), Zn(2+), Mn(2+), Co(2+), Pb(2+), Ni(2+), Cu(2+), Cd(2+), Cr(3+), Fe(2+), and Fe(3+), had no significant effect on Hg(2+) detection. Moreover, the sensing system was used for the determination of Hg(2+) in river water samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

Proton-ligand dissociation and metal-ligand formation constants of 2-amino-4-chloro-6-[alpha-(phenyl)ethylidenehydrazino]pyrimidine; (AHP) and its p-chloro (ClAHP) and p-methoxy (OMeAHP) derivatives (Str.I&II) with Mn2+, Co2+ Ni2+, Cu2+, Zn2+, Cd2+, UO2(2+), Th4+, Ce3+ and Pr3+ ions have been evaluated potentiometrically in 75% (v/v) dioxane-water and 0.1 mol dm(-3) KNO3. The thermodynamic functions (deltaG, deltaH and deltaS) for the complexation of OMeAHP were evaluated and discussed. The effect of the temperature, dielectric constant of the solvents, mole fraction of dioxane and ionic strength of the medium on the stability of Pr3+-complexes show that the stability of the chelates increases by increasing both the electron repelling property of the substituents and the organic solvent content, and by decreasing the temperature, the ionic strength and the dielectric constant of the medium.  相似文献

Systematic experiments were conducted to evaluate and compare the analytical figures of merit of two reducing agents (SnCl2 and NaBH4) in a continuous flow cold vapor atomic fluorescence mercury analyzer. It was found that sodium tetrahydroborate can efficiently reduce Hg2+ in various environmental samples at a concentration as low as 10 microM (ca. 3.8 x 10(-5)% w/v). Most commonly encountered transition metals (Fe2+, Fe3+, Zn2+, Cu2+, Ni2+, Pb2+ and Cr3+) did not interfere with total Hg determination. No interference from hydride-forming elements (Se4+, Sb3+ and As3+) was observed. Interference caused by Mn2+ and Ag+ could be readily removed by dilution and by using appropriate modification of the reaction matrix. A higher concentration of NaBH4 (0.1 M) is stable for I month when stored in the NaOH matrix (0.2 M) and at low temperature (4 degrees C). A working solution of NaBH4 can be freshly prepared by dilution. With NaBH4, the whole continuous flow system is kept clean much more easily as no precipitate is formed, which in turn considerably reduces memory effects, simplifies analytical operation and reduces the chemical cost six-fold.  相似文献

A series of upper-rim p-allyl and p-methoxyphenylazocalix[4]arenes (6, 8, 9a,b, and 10a,b) were synthesized and shown to exhibit substantial color changes upon complexation with Hg2+ ion. Both the upper-rim p-allyl- and p-methoxyphenylazo groups on calix[4]arenes are proven to be key components in the recognition of Hg2+ ion. Job's plots revealed 1:1 binding stoichiometry for all these p-allyl- and p-arylazo-coupled calix[4]arenes with Hg2+ ions and Benesi-Hilderbrand plots were used for determination of their association constants. Our results also demonstrated that two p-methoxyphenylazo groups prefer to bind Hg2+ in a distal orientation rather than a proximal one, and if there are three p-methoxyphenylazo groups, the third flanking p-methoxyphenylazo group plays a role in disturbing the binding of the two distal diazo groups. Furthermore, it should be noted that triazocalix[4]arenes (6, 9a, and 9b) responded to all 14 metal ions without showing much preference among the eight transition-metal ions screened in this work (Cr3+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Ag+, Cd2+, Hg+, Hg2+, and Pb2+).  相似文献

 用磺化四苯基卟啉 (TPPS4 )作柱前衍生试剂 ,在微波作用下进行衍生反应 ,研究了衍生和分离Ni2 + ,Mn2 + ,Zn2 + 和Cu2 + 的最佳条件。在 75 0W的微波作用下衍生反应 3min ,在C18柱上采用乙腈 水 (体积比为 2 2 5∶77 5 )体系作流动相 ,四乙基溴化铵 (TEABr)作离子对试剂 ,在 415nm处检测 ,建立了微波衍生 离子对高效液相快速分离、光度检测Ni2 + ,Mn2 + ,Zn2 + 和Cu2 + 的新方法。络合物和反应试剂在 15min内出峰完毕。Zn2 + ,Cu2 + ,Ni2 + 和Mn2 + 的检测限分别为 0 0 5 μg/L ,0 0 1μg/L ,0 10 μg/L和 0 40 μg/L。  相似文献
