本文提出质量控制中完全检验的一种最优设计。所谓完全检验 ,也就是 1 0 0 %检验 ,是指生产出来的每一个产品都要经过检验。生产过程中有两种生产状态 :控制状态和失控状态。当一个产品的质量特征值超过预定的控制界限 ,就立即对生产过程进行检查 ,一旦发现生产失控 ,马上采取调整措施使生产恢复正常。检验后的产品按其质量特征值接受或者重新制作。根据本文所建立的质量成本模型 ,我们可以得到最优的产品质量的规格界限和控制界限 ,对实际企业的生产有积极的指导作用。  相似文献

本文主要研究了一种将控制图的报警准则由一点改为多点时多元控制图的构造,对于不同的多点报警准则的控制图可以通过计算平均运行长度的方法得出了不同的控制限参数。然后本文对各种报警准则下的多元控制图与Hotelling T2控制图,MCUSUM(多元累计和控制图)和MEWMA(多元指数加权移动平均控制图)进行了比较,说明这种改变报警规则的多元控制图在监测过程中出现的微小波动时具有一定的优势。  相似文献

从控制链长度的视角出发,去探寻金字塔结构对于家族企业真实盈余管理的影响,有助于进一步丰富对于金字塔结构的认识,具有重要的研究价值。本文利用2012~2016年我国A股市场金字塔持股结构的家族上市公司数据,对控制链长度变化与家族真实盈余管理的关系进行实证检验。研究结论表明:家族企业的控制链长度与真实盈余管理程度显著正相关;而依据最终控制人是否为公司创立者的分组检验结果显示,控制链长度与真实盈余管理的正相关关系,仅在非创始人控制的家族企业样本中成立。在采用倾向得分匹配(PSM)方法,进一步分析发现:与非创始人控制家族企业相比,创始人控制的家族企业的盈余管理程度明显更低。  相似文献

In this paper, we study the simultaneous effects of both deteriorating product items and deteriorating production processes on economic production quantity, inspection schedules, and the economic design of control charts. Deterioration times for both product and process are assumed to follow arbitrary probability distributions. The product quality characteristic, however, is assumed to be normally distributed. This article presents an algorithm for the optimization design of the np control chart with curtailment. The objective is to maximize the effectiveness of the np chart, while holding the false alarm rate at a specified level and maintaining its simplicity for understanding and operation to a large degree. The optimization algorithm can be applied to a 100% inspection as well as a general random sampling inspection. The effectiveness of the chart is measured by the out-of-control average time to signal (ATS) under the steady-state mode. This mode allows a shift in fraction nonconforming, p, to occur at any time during the inspection of a sample and, therefore, provides more realistic results than the zero-state mode. According to several performance studies and an illustrative example that are conducted in this research, the optimal np chart with curtailment may reduce the out-of-control ATS by nearly half, on average, compared to the conventional np charts.  相似文献

This article proposes control charts to monitor an inspection process based on the defective proportion of the inspected parts. The focus is on inspection process where the incoming parts form a sequence of independent units, such as unrelated clients arriving at a service facility. An example of this kind of inspection process is the periodic motor vehicle (PMVI) inspection. 在生产条件受控的状态下,先验分布与后验分布应服从同一分布,在假设该分布为正态分布的前提下,根据贝叶斯理论推导出均值、极差和标准差的迭代计算公式,并依此计算控制图的控制限,使有效的先验批检验信息得到充分运用,弥补传统控制图在小批量生产环境下样本信息不足的缺点。研究发现,基于贝叶斯原理的统计控制图控制限随着检验批次的逐渐增加,更接近控制界限的实际值,比传统控制图的控制效果更加可靠、有效。  相似文献

Modern studies have shown that the X? control charts with variable parameters (VPs) detect process shifts faster than the traditional X? control charts. This article developed the economic design of the VP X? control chart to determine the values of the design parameters of the chart. However, this study, different from previous studies, was focused on the process that is subject to a disturbing cause, and the occurrence of the cause can result in a fuzzy mean shift (ie the magnitude of the mean shift could not be recognized exactly). The issue of economically selecting the design parameters for the chart was firstly formulated as a mathematical programming model with a fuzzy objective function that could cope with fuzzy number type of mean shift. A fuzzy-simulation-based genetic algorithm was then employed to search for the optimal values of the design parameters from the model. An industrial example was provided to illustrate the solution procedure, and was used for comparison between the VP and the traditional X? chart. Effects of model parameters on the solution of the economic design were also discussed.  相似文献

One of the most important aspects in designing production systems is implementing an adequate inspection procedure to ensure the product quality. Our literature study indicates that two important questions still remain unanswered. First, most of the previous studies on inspection procedures are mainly concerned with how to evaluate and analyze the adequacy of inspection procedures during a production stage. Although the issue of the adequacy of inspection procedures at this point is clearly important, many production processes may better benefit from designing enhanced inspection procedures during an early design stage. Second, the majority of previous studies do not incorporate possible economic impacts of measurement errors when inspection procedures need to be designed. More extensive efforts in designing inspection procedures need to be investigated based on economic considerations. Two approaches, the use of guard band and the selection of inspection precision level, are simultaneously examined for designing economic inspection procedures. By incorporating these two approaches, this paper proposes an optimization scheme for economic design of inspection procedures. A numerical example along with sensitivity analysis demonstrates the applicability of the proposed model.  相似文献
