We study the characteristics of temperature fluctuation in two-dimensional turbulent Rayleigh–Benard convection in′a square cavity by direct numerical simulations.The Rayleigh number range is 1×108≤Ra≤1×1013,and the Prandtl number is selected as Pr=0.7 and Pr=4.3.It is found that the temperature fluctuation profiles with respect to Ra exhibit two different distribution patterns.In the thermal boundary layer,the normalized fluctuationθrms/θrms,max is independent of Ra and a power law relation is identified,i.e.,θrms/θrms,max~(z/δ)0.99±0.01,where z/δis a dimensionless distance to the boundary(δis the thickness of thermal boundary layer).Out of the boundary layer,when Ra≤5×109,the profiles ofθrms/θrms,max descend,then ascend,and finally drop dramatically as z/δincreases.While for Ra≥1×1010,the profiles continuously decrease and finally overlap with each other.The two different characteristics of temperature fluctuations are closely related to the formation of stable large-scale circulations and corner rolls.Besides,there is a critical value of Ra indicating the transition,beyond which the fluctuation hθrmsiV has a power law dependence on Ra,given by hθrmsiV~Ra?0.14±0.01.  相似文献

The analytical transfer matrix method (ATMM) is applied to calculating the critical radius $r_{\rm c}$ and the dipole polarizability $\alpha_{\rm d}$ in two confined systems: the hydrogen atom and the Hulth\'{e}n potential. We find that there exists a linear relation between $r_{\rm c}^{1/2}$ and the quantum number $n_{r}$ for a fixed angular quantum number $l$, moreover, the three bounds of $\alpha_{\rm d}$ ($\alpha_{\rm d}^{K}$, $\alpha_{\rm d}^{B}$, $\alpha_{\rm d}^{U}$) satisfy an inequality: $\alpha_{\rm d}^{K}\leq\alpha_{\rm d}^{B}\leq\alpha_{\rm d}^{U}$. A comparison between the ATMM, the exact numerical analysis, and the variational wavefunctions shows that our method works very well in the systems.  相似文献

We report the constraints of $H_0$ obtained from Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe (WMAP) 9-year data combined with the latest baryonic acoustic oscillations (BAO) measurements. We use the BAO measurements from 6dF Galaxy Survey (6dFGS), the SDSS DR7 main galaxies sample (MGS), the BOSS DR12 galaxies, and the eBOSS DR14 quasars. Adding the recent BAO measurements to the cosmic microwave background (CMB) data from WMAP, we constrain cosmological parameters $\Omega_m=0.298\pm0.005$, $H_0=68.36^{+0.53}_{-0.52} {\rm km}\cdot {\rm s}^{-1}\cdot {\rm Mpc}^{-1}$, $\sigma_8=0.8170^{+0.0159}_{-0.0175}$ in a spatially flat $\Lambda$ cold dark matter ($\Lambda$CDM) model, and $\Omega_m=0.302\pm0.008$, $H_0=67.63\pm1.30 {\rm km}\cdot{\rm s}^{-1}\cdot {\rm Mpc}^{-1}$, $\sigma_8=0.7988^{+0.0345}_{-0.0338}$ in a spatially flat $w$CDM model, respectively. Our measured $H_0$ results prefer a value lower than 70 ${\rm km}\cdot {\rm s}^{-1}\cdot{\rm Mpc}^{-1}$, consistent with the recent data on CMB constraints from Planck (2018), but in $3.1$ and $3.5\sigma$ tension with local measurements of SH0ES (2018) in $\Lambda$CDM and $w$CDM framework, respectively. Our results indicate that there is a systematic tension on the Hubble constant between SH0ES and the combination of CMB and BAO datasets.  相似文献

The electron tunnelling phase time τP and dwell time τD through an associated delta potential barrier U(x) = ξδ(x) are calculated and both are in the order of 10^-17~10^-16s. The results show that the dependence of the phase time on the delta barrier parameter ξ can be described by the characteristic length lc = h^2/meξ and the characteristic energy Ec=meξ^2/h^2 of the delta barrier, where me is the electron mass, lc and Ec are assumed to be the effective width and height of the delta barrier with lcEc=ξ, respectively. It is found that TD reaches its maximum and τD = τp as the energy of the tunnelling electron is equal to Ec/2, i.e. as lc =λDB, λDB is de Broglie wave length of the electron.  相似文献

This paper calculates the transition wavelengths and probabilities of the two-electron and one-photon (TEOP) transition from the $(3{\rm s}^{-1}_{1/2}4{\rm d}_{j})_{J=1,2}$ to $(3{\rm p}^{-1}_{3/2}4{\rm s}_{1/2})_{J=1}$ and the $(3{\rm p}^{-1}_{1/2}4{\rm s}_{1/2})_{J=1}$ to $(3{\rm d}^{-1}_{j}4{\rm d}_{j'})_{J=1,2}$ for highly charged Ni-like ions with atomic number $Z$ in the range $47\leq Z\leq92$. In the calculations, the multi-configuration Dirac--Fock method and corresponding program packages GRASP92 and REOS99 were used, and the relativistic effects, correlation effects and relaxation effects were considered systematically. It is found that the TEOP transitions are very sensitive to the correlation of electrons, and the probabilities will be enhanced sharply in some special $Z$ regions along the isoelectronic sequence. The present TEOP transition wavelengths are compared with the available data from some previous publications, good agreement is obtained.  相似文献

Calculations on the spectroscopic constants and transition properties of the first three states (${\rm a}^{1}\Delta $, ${\rm b}^{1}\Sigma^{+}$, and X$^{3}\Sigma^-$) of the SbH molecule were performed under the relativistic framework using the exact two-component Hamiltonian (X2C). The potential energy curves in the Franck-Condon region were computed and compared with the previous values. Furthermore, the transition dipole moments for the weak spin-forbidden transitions (${\rm b}0^{+}$-X$_{1}0^{+}$, ${\rm b}0^{+}$-X$_{2}$1, X$_{1}0^{+}$-X$_{2}$1, and X$_{2}$1-${\rm a}$2) were reported. The spontaneous radiative lifetime of the ${\rm b}^{1}\Sigma^{+}$ ($\upsilon '=0$) state was calculated as 163.5 $\pm$ 7.5 μs, which is in reasonable agreement with the latest experimental value of 173 $\pm$ 3 μs. The spontaneous radiative lifetimes of the X$_{2}$1 ($\upsilon '=0$) state and the ${\rm a}$2 ($\upsilon '=0$) state were calculated to be 48.6 s and $\sim 8 $ ms, respectively. Our study is expected to be a benchmark transition property computation for comparison with other theoretical and experimental results. In the weak-magnetic-field approximation, we derived an expression of quadratic Zeeman shift coefficient of $^3P^{\rm o}_0$ clock state for $^{88}$Sr and $^{87}$Sr atoms. By using this formula and the multi-configuration Dirac-Hartree-Fock theory, the quadratic Zeeman shift coefficients were calculated. The calculated values $C_2$ = $-23.38(5)$ MHz/T$^2$ for $^{88}$Sr and the $^3P^{\rm o}_0$, $F = 9/2$, $M_F = \pm9/2$ clock states for $^{87}$Sr agree well with the other available theoretical and experimental values, especially the most accurate measurement recently. In addition, the calculated values of the $^3P^{\rm o}_0$, $F = 9/2$, $M_F = \pm9/2$ clock states were also determined in our $^{87}$Sr optical lattice clock. The consistency with measurements verifies the validation of our calculation model. Our theory is also useful to evaluate the second-order Zeeman shift of the clock transition, for example, the new proposed $^1S_0$, $F = 9/2$, $M_F = \pm5/2$-${}^3P^{\rm o}_0$, $F = 9/2$, $M_F = \pm3/2$ transitions.  相似文献

We present a study about the flavor changing coupling of the top quark with the Higgs boson through the channel $pp\to H t/\bar{t}$ with $H\to b\bar{b}$ at LHC. The final states considered for the such process are $l^\pm+\mathbb{E}_{T}+3b$. We focus on the boosted region in the phase space of the Higgs boson. The backgrounds and events are simulated and analyzed. The sensitivities for the FCNH couplings are estimated. It is found that it is more sensitive for $y_{\rm tu}$ than $y_{\rm tq}$ at LHC. The upper limits of the FCNH couplings can be set at LHC with 3000 ${\rm fb}^{-1}$ integrated luminosity as $\vert y_{\rm tu}\vert^2=1.1\times10^{-3}$ and $\vert y_{\rm tc}\vert^2=7.2\times 10^{-3}$ at 95% C.L.  相似文献

The production rates and substructure of jets have been studied in charged current deep inelastic e + p scattering for Q 2 > 200 GeV2 with the ZEUS detector at HERA using an integrated luminosity of 110.5 pb-1. Inclusive jet cross sections are presented for jets with transverse energies GeV and pseudorapidities in the range . Dijet cross sections are presented for events with a jet having GeV and a second jet having GeV. Measurements of the mean subjet multiplicity, , of the inclusive jet sample are presented. Predictions based on parton-shower Monte Carlo models and next-to-leading-order QCD calculations are compared to the measurements. The value of , determined from at for jets with GeV, is . This paper studies the isotopic effect of Cl2+ rovibronic spectra in the A2Πu(Ω=1/2) X 2Πg(Ω= 1/2) system.Based on the experimental results of the molecular constants of 35 Cl2+,it calculates the vibrational isotope shifts of the(2,7) and(3,7) band between the isotopic species 35 Cl+2,35 Cl 37 Cl+and 37 Cl2+,and estimates the rotational constants of both A 2 Π u and X 2 Π g states for the minor isotopic species 35 Cl 37 Cl+and 37 Cl2+.The experimental results of the spectrum of 35 Cl 37 Cl+(3,7) band proves the above mentioned theoretical calculation.The molecular constants and thus resultant rovibronic spectrum for 37 Cl2+ were predicted,which will be helpful for further experimental investigation.  相似文献

In this paper, a rotational invariant of interaction energy between two biaxial-shaped molecules is assumed and in the mean field approximation, nine elastic constants for simple distortion patterns in biaxial nematics are derived in terms of the thermal average (Dmn^(l)) (Dm'n'^(l')), where Dmn^(l) is the Wigner rotation matrix. In the lowest order terms, the elastic constants depend on coefficients Γ,Γ', λ, order parameters Q0 = Q0(D00^(2)) +Q2(D02^(2)+D0-2^(2)) and Q2 = Q0(D20^(2)) + Q2(D22^(2)+D2-2^(2)). Here Γ and Γ' depend on the function form of molecular interaction energy vj′j″j (τ12) and probability function fk′k″k (τ12), where r12 is the distance between two molecules, and λ is proportional to temperature. Q0 and Q2 are parameters related to multiple moments of molecules. Comparing these results with those obtained from Landau-de Gennes theory, we have obtained relationships between coefficients, order parameters used in both theories. In the special case of uniaxial nematics, both results are reduced to a degenerate case where K11=K33.  相似文献

The splitting of potential energy curves for the states $X^{2}\Pi _{3/2}$, $^{2}\Pi _{1/2}$ and $A^{2}\Sigma ^{ +}$ of hydroxyl OH under spin--orbit coupling (SOC) has been calculated by using the SO multi-configuration quasi-degenerate perturbation theory (SO-MCQDPT). Their Murrell--Sorbie (M--S) potential functions have been derived, then, the spectroscopic constants for $X^{2}\Pi _{3/2}$,$^{ 2}\Pi _{1/2}$ and $A^{2}\Sigma ^{ + }$ have been derived from the M--S function. The calculated dissociation energies for the three states are $D_{0}$[OH($X^{2}\Pi _{3/2})$]=34966.632cm$^{-1}$, $D_{0}$[OH($^{2}\Pi _{1/2})$]=34922.802cm$^{-1}$, and $D_{0}$[OH($A^{2}\Sigma ^{ + })$]=17469.794cm$^{-1}$, respectively. The vertical excitation energy $\nu [ {{ }^2\Pi _{1/2} ( {\nu = 0} ) \to {X}{ }^2\Pi _{3/2} ( {\nu = 0} )} ] = 139.6{\rm cm}^{-{\rm 1}}$. All the spectroscopic data for the $X^{2}\Pi _{3/2}$ and $^{2}\Pi _{1/2 }$ are given for the first time except the dissociation energy of $X^{2}\Pi _{3/2}$.  相似文献

本文采用多组态相互作用及Davidson修正方法和全电子基组计算了SH~-阴离子的X~1∑~+,a~3∏和A~1∏态的势能曲线、电偶极矩和跃迁偶极矩.计算的光谱常数与实验值及已有的理论值符合得很好.在计算中考虑了自旋-轨道耦合效应.计算得到a~3∏_1(v'=0)?X~1∑_(0+)~+(v"=0)和A~1∏_1(v'=0)?X~1Σ_(0+)~+(v"=0)跃迁具有高对角分布的弗兰克-康登因子,分别为0.9990和0.9999;计算得到a~3∏_1和A~1∏_1态的自发辐射寿命分别为1.472和0.188 ms.A~1∏_1?X~1∑_(0+)~+跃迁存在中间态a~3∏_(0+)和a~3∏_1,但中间态对激光冷却SH~-阴离子的影响可以忽略.分别利用a~3∏_1(v'=0)? X~1∑_(0+)~+(v"=0)和A~1∏_1(v'=0)? X~1∑_(0+)~+(v"=0)跃迁构建了准闭合的能级系统,冷却所需的激光波长分别为492.27和478.57 nm.最后预测了激光冷却SH~-阴离子能达到的多普勒温度和反冲温度.这些结果为进一步实验提供了理论参数.  相似文献

Potential energy curves of the X$^{1}\Sigma ^{+}$ and A$^{1}\Pi $ states of the AlF molecule are studied through the combination of the multi-reference configuration interaction (MRCI) approach and Davidson corrections (MRCI$+$Q). The AWCV5Z basis set is employed in the calculations. The transition dipole moments (TDMs) of the A$^{1}\Pi \leftrightarrow {\rm X}^{1}\Sigma^{+}$ transition are explored based on the AWCV5Z basis set and (4, 2, 2, 0) active space. The Schrödinger equation is solved via the LEVEL 8.2 program, and the vibrational levels and rotational constants of the X$^{1}\Sigma^{+}$ and A$^{1}\Pi $ states are calculated. It is shown that the AlF molecule has high diagonal Franck-Condon factors ($f_{00}=0.9949$ and $f_{11}=0.9854$) and large Einstein coefficients for the transition of A$^{1}\Pi {(\nu }'=0)\leftrightarrow {\rm X}^{1}\Sigma^{+}{\rm (\nu }'=0)$. In addition, the radiative lifetimes of the vibrational levels are close to 10$^{-9}$ s for the A$^{1}\Pi $ state. The line intensities of the A$^{1}\Pi {\rm (\nu }'=4-15)\leftrightarrow {\rm X}^{1}\Sigma^{+}{\rm (\nu }'=0)$ transitions are also calculated. The calculated TDMs and transition probabilities in this work are credible and provide some guidance for the study of similar transitions, particularly for exploring interstellar space.  相似文献

Geometrical frustration in low-dimensional magnetic systems has been an intriguing research aspect, where the suppression of conventional magnetic order may lead to exotic ground states such as spin glass or spin liquid. In this work we report the synthesis and magnetism study of the monocrystalline Mn$_2$Ga$_2$S$_5$, featuring both the van der Waals structure and a bilayered triangular Mn lattice. Magnetic susceptibility reveals a significant antiferromagnetic interaction with a Curie-Weiss temperature $\theta_{\rm w}\sim-260$ K and a high spin $S=5/2$ Mn$^{2+}$ state. However, no long range magnetic order has been found down to 2 K, and a spin freezing transition is found to occur at around 12 K well below its $\theta_{\rm w}$. This yields a frustration index of $f = -\theta_{\rm w}/T_{\rm f} \approx 22$, an indication that the system is highly frustrated. The absence of a double-peak structure in magnetic specific heat compared with the $TM_2$S$_4$ compounds implies that the spin freezing behavior in Mn$_2$Ga$_2$S$_5$ is a result of the competition between exchange interactions and the 2D crystalline structure. Our results suggest that the layered Mn$_2$Ga$_2$S$_5$ would be an excellent candidate for investigating the physics of 2D magnetism and spin disordered state.  相似文献

The role of hydrogen in hydrogenated microcrystalline silicon ($\mu $c-Si:H) thin films in deposition processes with very high frequency plasma-enhanced chemical vapour deposition (VHF-PECVD) technique have been investigated in this paper. With in situ optical emission spectroscopy (OES) diagnosis during the fabrication of μc-Si:H thin films under different plasma excitation frequency Ve (60MHz-90MHz), the characteristic peak intensities (IsiH*, IHα* and IHβ* ) in SiH4+H2 plasma and the ratio of (IHα* + IHβ* ) to IsiH* were measured; all the characteristic peak intensities and the ratio (IHα* + IHβ* )/IsiH* are increased with plasma excitation frequency. It is identified that high plasma excitation frequency is favourable to promote the decomposition of SiH4+H2 to produce atomic hydrogen and SiHx radicals. The influences of atomic hydrogen on structural properties and that of SiHx radicals on deposition rate of μc-Si:H thin films have been studied through Raman spectra and thickness measurements, respectively. It can be concluded that both the crystalline volume fraction and deposition rate are enhanced with the increase of plasma excitation frequency, which is in good accord with the OES results. By means of FTIR measurements, hydrogen contents of μc-Si:H thin films deposited at different plasma excitation frequency have been evaluated from the integrated intensity of wagging mode near 640 cm^-1. The hydrogen contents vary from 4% to 5%, which are much lower than those of μc-Si:H films deposited with RF-PECVD technique. This implies that μc-Si:H thin films deposited with VHF-PECVD technique usually have good stability under light-soaking.  相似文献

We investigate the dynamics of probability distributions of an initially one-mode coherent field interacting with a four-state molecular system, which is a single magnet with a tunneling across an anisotropic barrier, using a numerically exact approach. The population for each state, the phase properties of and , and ), the entropy are calculated for a model system. The Ni/4H-SiC Schottky barrier diodes (SBDs) and transfer length method (TLM) test patterns of Ni/4H-SiC Ohmic contacts were fabricated, and irradiated with 1~MeV electrons up to a dose of 3.43× 1014~e/cm-2. After radiation, the forward currents of the SBDs at 2~V decreased by about 50%, and the reverse currents at -200~V increased by less than 30%. Schottky barrier height (φ B ) of the Ni/4H-SiC SBD increased from 1.20~eV to 1.21~eV under 0~V irradiation bias, and decreased from 1.25~eV to 1.19~eV under -30~V irradiation bias. The degradation of φ B could be explained by the variation of interface states of Schottky contacts. The on-state resistance (Rs) and the reverse current increased with the dose, which can be ascribed to the radiation defects in bulk material. The specific contact resistance (\rhoc) of the Ni/SiC Ohmic contact increased from 5.11× 105~Ωega.cm2 to 2.97× 10-4~Ωega.cm2.  相似文献
