A new and simple method for immobilization of monodentate chiral ligand on the cheap resin has been developed. A series of resin-immobilized phosphoramidite ligands based on BINOL and TADDOL backbones have been synthesized and characterized with gel-phase NMR. The immobilized ligands have been applied to the Pd-catalyzed asymmetric allylic alkylation of 1,3-diphenyl-2-propenyl acetate. Among four ligands, the supported bulky monodentate phosphoramidite ligand based on TADDOL backbone afforded the chiral product with ee up to 65%; moreover, this ligand could be recycled for 3 times without substantial decrease of the conversion and ee.  相似文献

The development of chiral auxiliary-controlled asymmetric synthesis has been receiving increasing interest in recent yearsfi,2] Various chiral auxiliary reagents have been observed[3] and a lot of results showed that variation of the chiral auxiliary could influence asymmetric induction. Recently, it has been reported the reaction of the aminated sulfones as a remote chiral auxiliary with α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds.[4] Here we would like to report the preparation of amino acid ester sulfones as new remote asymmetrical induced reagents and their reactions with α,β-unsaturated esters.  相似文献

The design of new chiral ligands plays a very important role in the development of transition metal catalyzed asymmetric synthesis. Many chiral diphosphine ligands have been prepared and applied in asymmetric catalytic reactions with excellent enantioselectivities. Among the chiral diphosphine ligands reported, BINAP was found to have been the widest application in the transition metal catalyzed reaction. Recently we have developed a novel oxovanadium (Ⅳ) complex catalyst for the oxidative …  相似文献

An imidazole modified mesoporous material has been prepared through a co-condensation procedure and adopted to covalently anchor chiral Mn(Ⅲ) salen complex. The active centers in the as-synthesized catalyst were presented in the form of ionic species. The results of XRD, FTIR, DRUV-Vis, and N2 sorp-tion confirmed the successful immobilization of chiral Mn(Ⅲ) salen complex inside the channels of the modified support and the maintenance of the mesoporous structure of parent support in the immobi-lized catalys...  相似文献

A new way for synthesizing styrenic type of chiral resins grafting to multidentate ligand has been found. The synthetic scheme is proved to be practical by means of elemental anaysis, IR spectra and metal adsorbility. The resolving power of the new chiral ligand resins coordinated with copper (Ⅱ) as stationary phases has been discussed based on HPLC, and some points of view about the compositions of mobil phase and mechanism of resolution are presented.  相似文献

Enantioselective aldol condensation under catalytic condition remains a challenging task in modern organic synthesis, and numerous efforts have been directed to this area. In particular, the direct catalytic asymmetric aldol reaction is very attractive considering the requirement of atom efficiency. This has been studied only recently, and several very practical processes have been developed. We have recently initiated a study on the direct asymmetric aldol type reaction with ethyl diazoacetate as nucleophile. Moderate enantioselectivities (65% ~91% ee ) were achieved in the condensation of aldehydes with ethyl diazoacetate catalyzed by the chiral complex of BINOL derivatives-Zr (OBu- t )4. [1]  相似文献

An indium complex of chiral PYBOX was applied in the catalytic asymmetric allylation of ketones in the ionic liquid. It was found that this chiral indium complex was strong enough to promote the reaction of ketones with allyltributylstannane smoothly. The products were obtained in moderate to high enantioselectivities, and the chiral catalyst immobilized in the ionic liquid could be reused with comparable enantioselectivities and yields.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] A chiral indium complex has been discovered to effect high enantioselectivities in the addition of allyltributylstannanes to ketones. The allylation of a variety of aromatic, alpha,beta-unsaturated and aliphatic ketones resulted in good yields and high enantioselectivities (up to 92% ee).  相似文献

A novel rhodium-catalyzed conjugate addition of indium reagents to electron deficient olefins is reported. The reaction takes place in THF/MeOH at 110 °C using arylindium dichlorides, a rhodium(I)-binap complex as catalyst, and α,β-unsaturated ketones and lactones in good yields (45–94%). The addition of MeOH is crucial for an efficient transformation and NMR studies seem to indicate that promotes the catalytic cycle leaving the indium organometallic unaltered. The use of chiral non-racemic ligands allows performing the reaction with moderate enantioselectivities.  相似文献

We report the first one-pot process for the asymmetric addition of allyl, methallyl, and propargyl groups to aldehydes and ketones using B-chlorodiisopinocampheylborane ((d)DIP-Cl) and indium metal. Under Barbier-type conditions, indium metal was used to generate allyl- and allenylindium intermediates, and subsequent reaction with (d)DIP-Cl successfully promoted the transfer of these groups to boron forming the corresponding chiral borane reagents. The newly formed borane reagents were reacted with aldehydes and ketones to produce the corresponding alcohol products in high yields and up to excellent enantioselectivity (98% ee). This method produced excellent enantioenriched secondary homoallylic alcohols from the allylation and methallylation of benzaldehyde. Using this method, the methallylation and cinnamylation of ketones afforded the highest enantioselectivities, while the propargylation of both aldehydes and ketones provided low enantiomeric excesses. In addition, this procedure provided the first synthesis of B-allenyldiisopinocampheylborane, which was characterized by (1)H and (11)B NMR spectroscopy. This is the first example of the direct synthesis of allylboranes that contained substitutions from the corresponding allyl bromide and indium, thereby expanding the utility of the DIP-Cl reagent. Hence, a general and straightforward route to these chiral organoborane reagents in one-pot has been developed along with the asymmetric Barbier-type allylation and propargylation of aldehyde and ketone substrates using these chiral organoborane reagents in subsequent coupling reactions.  相似文献

In the presence of 20 mol% of chiral catalytic complex prepared from In(OTf)3 and chiral PYBOX, allyltributylstannane reacted with achiral ketones to afford the corresponding homoallylic alcohols in moderate to high enantioselectivities (54-95% ee), which constitutes the first example of enantioselective allylation of ketones catalyzed by the chiral In(III)-PYBOX complex.  相似文献

Complexes of (S)-pipecolic acid-, L-proline-, and other amino acid-derived N,N'-dioxides coordinated with different metal ions have been investigated in the enantioselective allylation of ketones. A variety of aromatic ketones were found to be suitable substrates in the presence of the L1-In(III) complex, and afforded the corresponding homoallylic alcohols with good enantioselectivites (up to 83% ee) and moderate to high yields (up to 94%). On the basis of the experimental results, a possible catalytic cycle including a transition state has been proposed to explain the origin of the reactivity and asymmetric inductivity, and a bifunctional catalyst was described with Lewis base N-oxide activating tetraallyltin and Lewis acid indium activating ketone.  相似文献

Efficient enantioselective reduction of ketones with Daucus carota root   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
A novel and efficient reduction of various prochiral ketones such as acetopehones, alpha-azido aryl ketones, beta-ketoesters, and aliphatic acyclic and cyclic ketones to the corresponding optically acive secondary alcohols with moderate to excellent chemical yield was achieved by using Daucus carota, root plant cells under extremely mild and environmentally benign conditions in aqueous medium, has been described. Many of these optically active alcohols are the potential chiral building blocks for the synthesis of pharmaceutically important molecules and asymmetric chiral ligands. Hence, this biocatalytic approach is found to be the most suitable for the preparation of a wide range of chiral alcohols and gave inspiration for the development of a new biotechnological process.  相似文献
