With dimethylamine as a template, a new one-dimensional zincophosphite (C2H8N)·[Zn(HPO3)(H2PO3)] was prepared under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, FTIR spectrametry, elemental analysis, powder X-ray diffraction, and thermogravimetric analysis. Two novel coordination polymers with helical chains, {[Zn(L)(H2O)]?H2O}n(1) and {[Zn(L)(p-bix)]?3.5H2O}n(2), where H2 L = 5-(4-hydroxypyridinium-1-ylmethyl) isophthalic acid and p-bix = 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene, have been hydrothermally synthesized, and charac-terized by elemental analysis, powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD), IR, thermal gravimetric analyses(TGA) and also by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Both complexes 1 and 2 crystallize inmonoclinic, space group P21/c. Compound 1 displays a two-dimensional(2D) structure with two distinct types of helical chains; 2 shows a layered coordination polymer with two types of helical chains and features an interesting 2D→3D interdigitated architecture. A new Zn(Ⅱ) coordination polymer, {[Zn(1,3-bip)(oba)]·0.5H_2O}n(1),1,3-bip =1,3-bis(imidazole)propane, H_2oba=4,4?-oxybis(benzoate)), have been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, powder XRD, FTIR, TGA and elemental analysis techniques. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that complex 1 shows a 3D→3D twofold interpenetrating network that can be described as a 4-connected uninodal net with(65.8) topology. In addition, the photoluminescence property of complex 1 was also investigated at room temperature.  相似文献

A new coordination polymer, {[Cd(OPY)_2(tdc)(H_2O)]·H2 O}n(OPY = 4,4?-(oxybis(4,1-phenylene))dipyridine, H2 tdc = thiophene-2,5-dicarboxylic acid), has been synthesized hydrothermally based on a V-shaped ligand OPY. The structure was fully characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR spectroscopy, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis. In1, two OPY ligands and one water molecule acted as terminal ligands coordinating to Cd~(2+) cation to form [Cd(OPY)_2 H_2O]~(2+) units, which are then linked by tdc2-ligands to generate a one-dimensional chain. Every two adjacent chains linked by extensive O–H···O hydrogen bonds constitute one-dimensional double-chains, and such chains are extended into two-dimensional layers via O–H···N hydrogen bonds. These layers are further connected to form a three-dimensional supramolecular architecture via π-π stacking interactions. In addition, the thermal stability and solid state fluorescence property of 1 were also investigated.  相似文献

A new Mn(Ⅱ) complex, [Mn_(0.5)(tdc)_(0.5)(L)]_(2n)(1, H2 tdc = 2,5-thiophenedicarboxylic acid, L = 3-(2-pyridyl)pyrazole), has been successfully synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Its structure has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, elemental analyses, IR, TG and UV spectrum. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that complex 1 belongs to the orthorhombic system, space group Pnna with a = 11.5184(6), b = 16.8399(8), c = 11.7249(5) ?, V = 2274.26(19) ?3, Z = 4, D3c = 1.505 g/cm, μ = 0.715 mm-1, Mr = 515.41, F(000) = 1052, the final R = 0.0336 and w R = 0.0802 with I 2σ(I). It exhibits a one-dimensional zigzag-chain structure, which was stabilized through intermolecular C–H···O and intramolecular N–H···O hydrogen bonding interactions. Moreover, we analyzed Natural Bond Orbital(NBO) by using the PBE0/LANL2 DZ method built in Gaussian 09 Program. The calculation results showed obvious covalent interaction between the coordinated atoms and Mn(Ⅱ) ion.  相似文献

The title complex,(μ-pdt)Fe_2(CO)_5(Ph_2PCH_3)(pdt = SCH_2CH_2CH_2S),was obtained by the reaction of the parent complex(μ-pdt)Fe_2(CO)_6 with Ph_2PCH_3 and Me_3NO·2H_2O in good yield(90%). The title complex was characterized by IR,~1H NMR,~(31)P{~1H} NMR and ~(13)C{~1H} NMR spectroscopy as well as by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The molecular structure shows that the title complex contains a butterfly diiron propanedithiolate cluster with five terminal carbonyls and a monophosphine ligand Ph_2PCH_3. The crystal packing diagram reveals that intermolecular C H···O hydrogen bonds between CH_2 and carbonyls,π-π stacking interactions and van der Waals' interactions stabilize the solid state to form a three-dimensional network.  相似文献

Two new metal-organic frameworks(MOFs), namely, [Co_2(L_1)(bix)(μ_3-OH)]·2H_2O(1) and [Co_2(L_2)(bix)(μ_3-OH)]·2.5H_2O(2)(H_3L_1 = 5-oxyacetate isophthalic acid, H_3L_2 = 3,5-bis-oxyacetate-benzoic acid, bix = 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene), have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Their structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and further characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, and powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD) analysis. Both complexes 1 and 2 demonstrate identical three-dimensional(3D)(3,8)-connected tfz-d nets with(4~3)_2(4~6·6~(18)·8~4) topologies, where the tetranuclear [Co_4(μ_3-OH)_2] clusters act as 8-connected nodes and aromatic multicarboxylic ligands as 3-connected nodes. The results show that the ligands with different geometrical conformations can form products with the same topological structures. Their thermal and magnetic properties were also investigated.  相似文献

A new 2-D Bi~(3+) coordination polymer {Bi_4(μ_3-O)_2(μ_4-O)_2(C_7H_3NO_4)_2}_n(1,C_7H_3NO_4 = pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate) containing(6,5)-connected topological sheet with the Schl?fli symbol of(4~4·6~3·8~4·12~4)(4~5·6~4·8) has been synthesized by an ionothermal method using the ionic liquid 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide([Emim]Br) as solvent,and characterized by C,H and N elemental analysis,energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS),infrared spectrum(IR spectrum) and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The results indicate that 1 belongs to the monoclinic system,space group P2_1/n with a = 13.766(7),b = 4.142(2),c = 16.439(8) ?,β = 99.099(9)°,Z = 2,V = 925.6(8) ?~3,Dc = 4.414 g·cm~(-3),F(000) = 1064,μ = 37.985 mm-1,the final R = 0.0326,wR = 0.0727 and S = 1.022.The molecular structural units [Bi_4(μ_3-O)_2(μ_4-O)_2(C_7H_3NO_4)_2] are connected to each other via bridging O atoms,extending into an interesting 2-D layered structure.These resulting layers are further assembled by weak C–H···O hydrogen bonds into a 3-D supramolecular architecture.Moreover,its thermal stability and the luminescent properties have been also studied.  相似文献

Two substituted-3-phenylthiourea derivatives have been synthesized and characteri- zed by elemental analysis, 1H NMR, MS and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Structural stabili- zation of them followed by intramolecular as well as intermolecular H-bonds makes these molecules as perfect examples in molecular recognition with self-complementary donor and acceptor units within a single molecule. The antitumor activities of compounds I and 2 against breast adeno carcinoma cell line MCF-7 have been evaluated by MTT method. Docking simulations have also been performed to position compounds into the telomerase active sites so as to determine their probable binding models.  相似文献

μ_2-O-and μ_2-dimethylglyoximato-bridged μ_3-O-tris[di(m-fluorobenzyl)tin] bis(dimethylglyoximate)(1) has been synthesized by the reaction of di(m-fluorobenzyl)tin dichloride with dimethylglyoxime. Complex 1 was characterized by means of IR,~1H NMR,elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in orthorhombic system,space group Pna21 with a = 2.22172(12),b = 1.05566(6),c = 2.15577(12) nm,V = 5.0561(5) nm~3,Z = 4,C_(50)H_(50)F_6N_4O_6Sn_3,Mr = 1273.01,Dc = 1. 6721 g/cm3,μ_(MoΚα) = 15.44 cm~(-1),F(000) = 2520,R = 0.0281 and wR = 0.0683. The stabilities,orbital energies and composition characteristics of some frontier molecular orbitals of 1 have been investigated with the quantum chemistry calculation. Two new coordination polymers, [Cd(BDC)(HL)]n(I) and {[Zn(BDC)(HL)_2]·(H_2 O)}_n(Ⅱ), have been synthesized under solvothermal conditions, based on 1 H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridin-3-amine(HL) along with 1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid(H_2 BDC). Polymers I and Ⅱ have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD) and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Polymer I features a two-dimensional 4-connected sql structure and further extends into a three-dimensional supramolecular framework directed by hydrogen-bonding interactions and π-π interactions. Polymer Ⅱ exhibits a layered packing supramolecular structure. Hydrogen bonding interactions involved between the free water molecules and carboxylate O atoms of H2 BDC ligands as well as the amino N atom of HL ligands play a critical role in constructing the three-dimensional supramolecular structure of Ⅱ. The solid-state photoluminescent properties of the two polymers were also investigated.  相似文献

In this work, it is found that 1,8-dihydroxyimino-1,2,7,8-tetraphenyl-3,6-diazocta-2,6-diene(~(Ph)doenH_2) could react with nickel(Ⅱ) salt to yield a mononickel complex Ni(Phdoen)(1) with unusual [2N2O]-coordinated mode, while the analogous diimine-dioxime ligands usually form the [4N]-coordinated mode. The novel complex 1 has been carefully characterized by ~1H NMR, elemental analysis, and X-ray diffraction structure analysis. The influences of the coordination modes on the structures and redox properties have been further investigated. Theoretical investigations revealed that the different coordination modes were ascribed to the thermodynamic properties of ligands.  相似文献

Two novel manganese(Ⅱ) complexes, [Mn(pmadH_2)_2(3-Sb)]n(1) and {[Mn(pmadH2)(Hssal)(H_2O)]·2 H_2O}n(2)(pmadH_2= 2-pyrimidineamidoxime, 3-Sb = 3-sulfobenzoate dianion, H_3ssal = 5-sulfosalicylic acid), have been successfully obtained. The two complexes were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, powder X-ray diffraction, thermal gravimetric analysis, infrared spectra and elemental analysis. They are one-dimensional manganese polymer(1) and two-dimensional manganese complex(2), respectively. The values of χmT at 300 K of 1 and 2 are lower than the spin-only value for the non-interacting Mn(Ⅱ) ion(S = 5/2).  相似文献

Two novel clusters [Mn~Ⅲ_3(μ_3-O)(phendox)3]X·13H_2O(X = Cl(1), Br(2]) have been obtained from the solvothermal reactions of 1,10-phenanthroline-2,9-dicarbaldehyde dioxime(H_2phendox) with MnCl_2·4H_2O or anhydrous MnBr_2, and their structures were characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, XRD, TGA, MS and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in trigonal, space group P3_1/c. X-ray analysis reveals that the neighbouring [Mn_3(μ_3-O)(phendox)_3]+ cores are linked by C–H···Cl hydrogen bonds and form an infinite supramolecular chain along the c-axis. Neighbouring chains are packed with each other by off-set p-p interactions of the aromatic rings on phenox2-. A 3D supramolecular architecture in a honeycomb topology is formed with 1D hexagonal channel in the dimensions of 13? × 13? along the c-axis. The gas adsorption studies show that compound 1·13H_2O is stable upon the removal of guest molecules and the desolvated compound absorbed considerable amount of CO_2.  相似文献

Two new coordination polymers {[Zn2L1(2,2'-bpy)2(H2O)2]·4H2O}n(1) and [Zn2L2(2,2'-bpy)2(H2O)2]n(2)(H4L1 = terphenyl-2,2',4,4'-tetracarboxylic acid, H4L2 = quarterphenyl-2,2',4,4'-tetracarboxylic acid, and 2,2'-bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray single-crystal diffraction studies. Complex 1 displays 2D wavelike networks, which are further joined together through O–H···O hydrogen bonds to give a 3D supramolecular network. Complex 2 exhibits 1D ladder-like chains, and they are further joined together by π-π stacking and O–H···O hydrogen bonding interactions to form a 3D supramolecular network. The results indicate that the backbone of carboxylate ligands has significant effects on the formation and structure of the resulting functional coordination polymers. Additionally, thermal stability and photoluminescent properties of 1 and 2 are also investigated in detail.  相似文献

Three new metal-organic frameworks [Cd(L)(obba)]·H)2O(1),[Co(L)(obba)]·MeCN(2) and [Cd_2(L)_2(ip)_2]·6H_2O·DMF(3)(H_2obba = 4,4?-oxybisbenzoic acid,H2 ip = m-phthalic acid) have been successfully synthesized based on the controllable self-assembly of 9-ethyl-3,6-diimidazolyl-carbazole(L),varied carboxylates and different metal ions under solvothermal conditions,which were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,elemental analysis,IR spectroscopy and thermogravimetry. Furthermore,luminescence and magnetic susceptibility of compound 2 are also investigated in detail. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction and topology analysis reveal that complexes 1~3 exhibit similar two-dimensional(2D) networks.  相似文献

Two novel compounds {[Cu(IBG)(4,4-bipy)(H_2O)_2]_2·11H_2O}_n(1) and {[Co(IBG)-(μ-H_2O)(H_2O)_2]·2H_2O}n(2) based on isophthaloylbisglycine(H_2IBG) have been synthesized and structurally characterized by thermogravimetric analysis, elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 shows a 1D chain sine/cosine chain structure, and compound 2 can be characterized as a 4-connected sql tetragonal planar network with the point symbol of {44·62}. Compound 2 has been characterized by magnetic measurements. In addition, 1 and 2 display an interesting reversible crystal-to-amorphous transformation.  相似文献
