Six ent-kaurene type diterpenoids have been isolated from the leaves of Rabdosia nervosa. Among them, ganervosin A and B were new compounds, the structures of which were elucidated as 1 and 2 respectively by spectral and chemical methods. The other four were identified as odonicin (3), novelrabdosin (4), nodosin (5) and shikokianal acetate (6), Compounds 5 and 6 were for the first time isolated from this herb.  相似文献

A new ent-kaurene beta-D-glucoside was isolated from Rabdosia rubescens, together with the known compounds oridonin, ponicidin, and pedalitin. 从采自西藏的皱叶香茶菜中分离鉴定了3对B-闭联对映贝壳杉烯型二萜化合物:二萜化合物皱叶香茶菜素(Ⅰ)和二氢皱叶香茶菜素(Ⅱ);isodocarpin(Ⅲ)和dihydroisodocarpin(Ⅳ)及Carpalasionin(Ⅴ)和dihydrocarpalasionin(Ⅵ)。(Ⅰ)、(Ⅲ)和(Ⅴ)分别与对应的二氢化合物(Ⅱ)、(Ⅳ)和(Ⅵ)以混合物的形式被分离和鉴定。化合物(Ⅱ)为新化合物,(Ⅰ)、(Ⅳ)和(Ⅵ)首次在自然界发现,(Ⅲ)和(Ⅴ)为已知化合物。  相似文献

Three new diterpenoids, together with three known ones, were isolated from the air‐dried whole herbs of Rabdosia lophanthoides var. gerardiana. The structures of the new diterpenoids were established as 3,4‐dihydro‐11‐hydroxy‐10‐(1‐hydroxy‐1‐methylethyl)‐2,2,6‐trimethylnaphtho[1,8‐bc]oxocin‐5(2H)‐one ( 1 ), 11,12,15‐trihydroxyabieta‐5,8,11,13‐tetraen‐7‐one ( 2 ), (2R,3S,4S,4aR,8S,9aS,13aS,16aS)‐3,4,4a,8,9,9a,10,11,12,13,14,16a‐dodecahydro‐2‐(hydroxymethyl)‐6,6,10,10‐tetramethyl‐2H‐benzo[4,5]cyclohepta[1,2‐h]pyrano[2,3‐b][1,4]benzodioxepine‐3,4,8,13a,15(6H)‐pentol ( 3 ) by spectroscopic methods, including extensive 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR analyses. The structures of the known compounds were identified by comparison of their physical and spectroscopic data with those reported in the literature.  相似文献

For the efficient extraction of kamebakaurin(KA), the ultrasound-assisted extraction(UAE) of KA from Rabdosia excisa(R, excisa) via response surface methodology(RSM) was investigated with high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Effects of the experimental parameters such as extraction solvent, ratio of liquid to plant material, extraction time and extraction temperature on the extracting efficiency of KA from R. excisa were evaluated, and the purity of KA in residual was calculated. The optimized conditions were 65.5%(volume fraction) acetone, 35 ℃, time of 24.6 min with ultrasound of 80 W/L, 40 kHz, ratio of liquid to plant material at 30:1(mL/g). The maximum yield of KA is 0.708 mg/kg, with mean purity of 6.09%, indicating that ultrasound-assisted extraction is a feasible and useful method for extracting KA from R. excisa.  相似文献

A preparative counter-current chromatography (CCC) method for isolation and purification of oridonin, a new cancer chemoprevention agent, from the Chinese medicinal plant Rabdosia rubescens was successfully established. The crude oridonin was obtained by elution with a light petroleum/acetone solvent mixture from ethanol extracts of R. rubescens using column chromatography on silica gel. With a two-phase solvent system composed of n-hexane/ethyl acetate/methanol/water (1:2:1:2, v/v), 120 mg of oridonin at the purity of 97.8% was obtained from 200 mg of the crude sample in a single-step CCC separation. The structure of oridonin was identified by ESI-MS, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR.  相似文献

本文对溪黄草样品采用丙酮-正己烷提取,活性炭-中性氧化铝柱净化,石油醚-丙酮淋洗前处理;土壤样品经乙腈提取等步骤前处理,建立了溪黄草及土壤中二甲戊乐灵残留的气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)的分析方法。结果表明:二甲戊乐灵的最小检出量为0.1ng,其在溪黄草和土壤中的最低检测浓度均为0.01mg/kg,在溪黄草中的平均回收率为88.53%~90.45%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.33%~2.76%;在土壤中的平均回收率为93.94%~96.23%,RSD为4.67%~4.80%,二甲戊乐灵在0.01~2mg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系。  相似文献

Two active sites responsible for antitumor activity, an oxirane ring and an alpha-methylene-cyclopentanone moiety, have been extracted from studies on the structure-activity relationship of the cytotoxic diterpenoids isolated from Rabdosia shikokiana. Series of the simplified cyclopentanone derivatives containing both of the two active sites in the molecule have been synthesized and evaluated for cytotoxicity against P 388 cells. The compounds possessing both of two active sites displayed cytotoxicity at a concentration of 1 microgram/ml, while those possessing a single active site showed no activity.  相似文献

采用一维红外光谱、二阶导数谱和二维相关红外光谱对溪黄草原药材及其不同溶剂提取物进行了红外光谱研究。结果表明:溪黄草原药材中含有酯类、芳香类和糖苷类等物质,溪黄草水提物中主要为糖类物质,乙醇提取物中主要为黄酮类物质,石油醚提取物中主要为酯类物质。红外光谱能够快速、简便地提供中药及其提取物中主要化学成分的宏观信息,从而为后续的化学成分分析和中药提取分离方法的改进和优化提供有效参考。  相似文献
