The linear electrodynamic problem of the stability of a viscous liquid surface at the liquid-air interface is studied in view of the surface charge kinetics. 开展了界面条件下线型超声相控阵声场特性的研究.将带有楔块的超声相控阵问题合理简化为液固界面的情况进行讨论.根据射线声学理论,计算了单阵元在液固界面存在时的辐射声场,进而推导了聚焦法则,得到了超声线型阵在液固界面存在时的声场、位移场表达式.对安装在楔块上的相控阵换能器的辐射声场进行了仿真,并讨论了聚焦对换能器轴向和横向声场的影响,结果表明利用聚焦能提高分辨率和灵敏度,但聚焦区域之外声束性能更差,在实际检测中要合理利用聚焦.

The Monte Carlo simulation is used to investigate the magnetic properties of ferromagnetic superlattices through the Ising model. The reduced critical temperatures of the ferromagnetic superlattices are studied each as a function of layer thickness for different values of exchange interaction. The exchange interaction in each layer within the interface and the crystal field in the unit cell are studied. The magnetic coercive fields and magnetization remnants are obtained for different values of exchange interaction, different values of temperature and crystal field with fixed values of physical parameters. 相似文献

Theoretical and numerical study on the coupling acoustic field of the plane p-wave to a cased borehole is carried out. The medium outside the cased borehole is modeled as the porous medium. The scattering field characteristics in the cased borehole are investigated when a plane fast p-wave is incident in tilt to the cased borehole from the porous medium. The scattering fields inside and outside the cased borehole are analyzed and deduced by Biot's theory under the boundary conditions on each interface, and they are numerically studied. It is found that the scattering field has strong resonant characteristics and there exists a series of resonant frequencies and peaks. The effects of the frequency, radii of each interface, incident angle, porosity, and other parameters on the resonant acoustic field have been investigated in detail in the fast and slow formations respectively. The resonant characteristics of the scattering field are also analyzed from the physical sense. 相似文献

The electronic properties for monolayer-bilayer hybrid graphene with zigzag interface are studied by both the Dirac equation and numerical calculation in zero field and in a magnetic field. Basically there are two types of zigzag interface dependent on the way of lattice stacking at the edge. Our study shows they have different locations of the localized edge states. Accordingly, the energy-momentum dispersion and local density of states behave quit differently along the interface near the Fermi energy EF=0. 相似文献

Interfacial wave propagation parallel to a dielectric interface has been studied by considering an electric current line source
present at the interface. The first order asymptotic evaluation of field components shows a null of the electric field at
the interface. An amplitude null represents an unstable structure in the phase map and a phase front discontinuity across
the interface. Higher order asymptotic evaluation has been employed to gain further insight into this propagation problem.
The results show that the wavefronts need not be discontinuous. The continuity of the phase fronts is preserved with the help
of interesting and stable structures such as saddle points and center points in the phase map of the electric field in both
half spaces.

A class of SOS interface models which can be seen as simplified stochastic Ising model interfaces is studied. In the absence
of an external field the long-time fluctuations of the interface are shown to behave as Brownian motion with diffusion coefficient
given by a Green-Kubo formula. When a small external field h is applied, it is shown that the shape of the interface converges exponentially fast to a stationary distribution and the
interface moves with an asymptotic velocity v(h). The mobility is shown to exist and to satisfy the Einstein relation: , where β is the inverse temperature.

Based on closed-orbit theory,the influence of an interface modifier on the photodetachment of H- in an electric field near a metal surface is studied.It is demonstrated that the interface strengthens the oscillations in the photodetachment cross section.However,when the electric field environments are different,the strengthening oscillations are caused by different sources.When the electric field direction is upward,the interface enhances the oscillations by shortening the period and the action of the closed orbit.When the electric field direction is downward,the interface strengthens the oscillations either by extending the coherent energy range or by increasing the total number of the closed orbits.We hope that our results will be conducive to the understanding of the photodetachment process of negative ions near interfaces,cavities and ion traps. 相似文献

This paper presents an analysis for elucidating a variety of physical processes on the interface (free surface) of magnetic fluid. The present analysis is composed of the magnetic and the fluid analysis, both of which have no limitations concerning the interface elevation or its profile. The magnetic analysis provides rigorous interface magnetic field under arbitrary distributions of applied magnetic field. For the fluid analysis, the equation for interface motion includes all nonlinear effects. Physical quantities such as the interface magnetic field or the interface stresses, obtained first as the wavenumber components, facilitate confirming the relations with those by the conventional theoretical analyses. The nonlinear effect is formulated as the nonlinear mode coupling between the interface profile and the applied magnetic field. The stability of the horizontal interface profile is investigated by the dispersion relation, and summarized as the branch line. Furthermore, the balance among the spectral components of the interface stresses are shown, within the sufficient range of the wavenumber space. 相似文献

利用KKSO多相场模型对定向凝固共晶CBr4-C2Cl6合金的三维恒速及变速生长过程进行了研究,再现了不同抽拉速度下共晶形态演化及选择过程,建立了形态选择图,研究了变速过程的界面平均生长速度及界面平均过冷度的变化.结果表明,变速前后的形态选择与恒速下的形态选择一致;变速过程的形态演变、界面平均生长速度和界面平均过冷度的变化均产生滞后效应;界面平均生长速度和界面平均过冷度之间的关系与理论结果符合较好.

Three-and two-dimensional calculations for the interface anisotropy dependence of magnetic properties of exchange-spring Nd2Fe(14)B/α-Fe multilayers with out-of-plane easy axes 下载免费PDF全文
Hysteresis loops,energy products and magnetic moment distributions of perpendicularly oriented Nd2Fe(14)B/α-Fe exchange-spring multilayers are studied systematically based on both three-dimensional(3D)and one-dimensional(1D)micromagnetic methods,focused on the influence of the interface anisotropy.The calculated results are carefully compared with each other.The interface anisotropy effect is very palpable on the nucleation,pinning and coercive fields when the soft layer is very thin.However,as the soft layer thickness increases,the pinning and coercive fields are almost unchanged with the increment of interface anisotropy though the nucleation field still monotonically rises.Negative interface anisotropy decreases the maximum energy products and increases slightly the angles between the magnetization and applied field.The magnetic moment distributions in the thickness direction at various applied fields demonstrate a progress of three-step magnetic reversal,i.e.,nucleation,evolution and irreversible motion of the domain wall.The above results calculated by two models are in good agreement with each other.Moreover,the in-plane magnetic moment orientations based on two models are different.The 3D calculation shows a progress of generation and disappearance of vortex state,however,the magnetization orientations within the film plane calculated by the 1D model are coherent.Simulation results suggest that negative interface anisotropy is necessarily avoided experimentally. 相似文献

The effect of axial and radial magnetic fields on the Kelvin-Helmholtz stability of a cylindrical interface between the vapor and liquid phases of a fluid is studied when the vapor is hotter than the liquid and the two phases are enclosed between two cylindrical surfaces coaxial with the interface, and when there is mass and heat transfer across the interface. Both axisymmetric and asymmetric disturbances are considered. The linear dispersion relations are obtained and discussed. It is found that a uniform axial magnetic field has a stabilizing effect on the interface, while the effect of a radial magnetic field depends strongly on the choice of some physical parameters of the system. It is also found that the instability criterion is independent of heat and mass transfer coefficient, but it is different fromthat in the same problem without heat and mass transfer. Finally, the heat and mass transfer has a destabilizing influence on the system. 相似文献

The effects of high field tunnel electron injection on the electrical properties of Al - thin plasma nitrided SiO2 films - Si (p-type) structures are studied. Under high field injection, it has been observed that electron trapping, positive charge generation near the Si-SiO2 interface (slow states) and fast state generation at the Si-SiO2 interface have taken place. After high temperature N2 annealing, the nitridation induced electron trap density is considerably decreased. Furthermore, under high field injection the generation rate of both the slow states and the interface states and consequently, the degradation rate of the nitrided oxide films have been also decreased after annealing. 相似文献

开展了带楔块二维面阵脉冲超声相控阵辐射声场特性的研究。将安装在一定角度斜楔块上二维面阵相控阵换能器声场问题简化为液固界面情况进行讨论。以单阵元在液固平界面条件下的辐射声场为基础,推导了聚焦偏转法则,给出了带楔块二维面阵超声相控阵声场计算方法。以检测材料为钢板,安装在倾斜角为36°有机玻璃楔块上的频率为5 MHz、8×8二维面阵相控阵的辐射声场计算为例,分析了在不同偏转角和不同聚焦深度下检测材料中的辐射声场特性。计算结果表明该方法可有效的分析带楔块二维面阵超声相控阵声场特性并用于指导二维超声面阵角束探头的设计。 相似文献
