The well-posedness of the initial-boundary value problem of the time-varying linear electromagnetic field in a multi-medium region is investigated. Function spaces are defined, with Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction and the initial-boundary conditions considered as constraints. Gauss's formula applied to a multi-medium region is used to derive the energy-estimating inequality. After converting the initial-boundary conditions into homogeneous ones and analysing the characteristics of an operator introduced according to the total current law, the existence, uniqueness and stability of the weak solution to the initial-boundary value problem of the time-varying linear electromagnetic field are proved.  相似文献

The magnetohydrodynamic(MHD) steady and unsteady axisymmetric flows of a viscous fluid over a two-dimensional shrinking sheet are addressed. The mathematical analysis is carried out in the presence of a large magnetic field. The steady state problem results in a singular perturbation problem having an infinite domain singularity. The secular term appearing in the solution is removed and a two-term uniformly valid solution is derived using the Lindstedt–Poincaré technique. This asymptotic solution is validated by comparing it with the numerical solution. The solution for the unsteady problem is also presented analytically in the asymptotic limit of large magnetic field. The results of velocity profile and skin friction are shown graphically to explore the physical features of the flow field. The stability analysis of the unsteady flow is made to validate the asymptotic solution.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate a class of mixed initial-boundary value problems for a kind of n × n quasilinear hyperbolic systems of conservation laws on the quarter plan. We show that the structure of the pieeewise C^1 solution u = u(t, x) of the problem, which can be regarded as a perturbation of the corresponding Riemann problem, is globally similar to that of the solution u = U(x/t) of the corresponding Riemann problem. The piecewise C^1 solution u = u(t, x) to this kind of problems is globally structure-stable if and only if it contains only non-degenerate shocks and contact discontinuities, but no rarefaction waves and other weak discontinuities.  相似文献

In this paper, the Fokas unified method is used to analyze the initial-boundary value problem of a complex Sharma–Tasso–Olver(c STO) equation on the half line. We show that the solution can be expressed in terms of the solution of a Riemann–Hilbert problem. The relevant jump matrices are explicitly given in terms of the matrix-value spectral functions spectral functions {a(λ), b(λ)} and {A(λ), B(λ)}, which depending on initial data u_0(x) = u(x, 0) and boundary data g_0(y) = u(0, y), g_1(y) = ux(0, y), g_2(y) = u_(xx)(0, y). These spectral functions are not independent, they satisfy a global relation.  相似文献

We develop an optimal tracking control method for chaotic system with unknown dynamics and disturbances. The method allows the optimal cost function and the corresponding tracking control to update synchronously. According to the tracking error and the reference dynamics, the augmented system is constructed. Then the optimal tracking control problem is defined. The policy iteration(PI) is introduced to solve the min-max optimization problem. The off-policy adaptive dynamic programming(ADP) algorithm is then proposed to find the solution of the tracking Hamilton–Jacobi–Isaacs(HJI) equation online only using measured data and without any knowledge about the system dynamics. Critic neural network(CNN), action neural network(ANN), and disturbance neural network(DNN) are used to approximate the cost function, control, and disturbance. The weights of these networks compose the augmented weight matrix, and the uniformly ultimately bounded(UUB) of which is proven. The convergence of the tracking error system is also proven. Two examples are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed synchronous solution method for the chaotic system tracking problem.  相似文献

A class of combustion problem with shock layers is considered.A modified perturbation method is presented.Using this simple and valid technique,we construct the boundary and the shock layers solution to the problem,and the asymptotic behavior of the solution is discussed.The modifying perturbation method is shown to be a valid method.  相似文献

This paper studies the analytical and semi-analytic solutions of the generalized Calogero–Bogoyavlenskii–Schiff(CBS) equation. This model describes the(2 + 1)–dimensional interaction between Riemann-wave propagation along the y-axis and the x-axis wave. The extended simplest equation(ESE) method is applied to the model, and a variety of novel solitarywave solutions is given. These solitary-wave solutions prove the dynamic behavior of soliton waves in plasma. The accuracy of the obtained solution is verified using a variational iteration(VI) semi-analytical scheme. The analysis and the match between the constructed analytical solution and the semi-analytical solution are sketched using various diagrams to show the accuracy of the solution we obtained. The adopted scheme's performance shows the effectiveness of the method and its ability to be applied to various nonlinear evolution equations.  相似文献

Exact solutions to conformable time fractional (3+1)-dimensional equations are derived by using the modified form of the Kudryashov method. The compatible wave transformation reduces the equations to an ODE with integer orders. The predicted solution of the finite series of a rational exponential function is substituted into this ODE.The resultant polynomial equation is solved by using algebraic operations. The method works for the Jimbo–Miwa, the Zakharov–Kuznetsov, and the modified Zakharov–Kuznetsov equations in conformable time fractional forms. All the solutions are expressed in explicit forms.  相似文献

We present a new reliable analytical study for solving the discontinued problems arising in nanotechnology.Such problems are presented as nonlinear differential–difference equations.The proposed method is based on the Laplace transform with the homotopy analysis method(HAM).This method is a powerful tool for solving a large amount of problems.This technique provides a series of functions which may converge to the exact solution of the problem.A good agreement between the obtained solution and some well-known results is obtained.  相似文献

A solution of the impedance wedge diffraction problem has been given by Malyuzhinets in Ref.[1].The key to the problem is to seek the solution of Malyuzhinets functional equations.However,how to go about getting the solution of the functional equations is not given in Ref.[1].A detailedprocess to get the solution of the functional equations is provided by using the infinite product theoryin Ref.[2],in which,however,there exist some errors and indistinct places. We study solitons in a spin-1 Bose–Einstein condensates with SU(3) spin–orbit coupling. We obtain the ground state and the metastable solution for solitons with attractive interactions by the imaginary-time evolution method. Compared with the SU(2) spin–orbit coupling, it is found that the solitons in SU(3) spin–orbit coupling show a new feature due to breaking the symmetry. The solitons called the composite solitons have mixing manifolds of ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic states. This has stimulated people to study the topological excitation properties of SU(3) spin–orbit coupling and it is expected to find new quantum phases.  相似文献

The simplified linear model of Grad-Shafranov (GS) reconstruction can be reformulated into an inverse boundary value problem of Laplace's equation. Therefore, in this paper we focus on the method of solving the inverse boundary value problem of Laplace's equation. In the first place, the variational regularization method is used to deal with the ill- posedness of the Cauchy problem for Laplace's equation. Then, the 'L-Curve' principle is suggested to be adopted in choosing the optimal regularization parameter. Finally, a numerical experiment is implemented with a section of Neumann and Dirichlet boundary conditions with observation errors. The results well converge to the exact solution of the problem, which proves the efficiency and robustness of the proposed method. When the order of observation error δ is 10-1, the order of the approximate result error can reach 10-3.  相似文献

In this paper, a nonlocal two-wave interaction system from the Manakov hierarchy is investigated via the Riemann–Hilbert approach. Based on the spectral analysis of the Lax pair, a Riemann–Hilbert problem for the nonlocal two-wave interaction system is constructed. By discussing the solutions of this Riemann–Hilbert problem in both the regular and nonregular cases, we explicitly present the N-soliton solution formula of the nonlocal two-wave interaction system. Moreover,the dynamical behaviour of the single-soliton solution is shown graphically.  相似文献

A Woods–Saxon potential is introduced to serve as initial conditions for an iterative solution of the exotic nuclei in relativistic mean field approach. Effects of parametrization of the Woods–Saxon potential on single particle orbits around the Fermi surface are investigated in66Ca. A semi-parabolic curve of orbital radius appears when the width of the central potential changes. The pseduospin splitting is more sensitive to the potential width than to the depth and the diffuseness. The spin-orbit splitting is more sensitive to the potential depth than to the width and the diffuseness.  相似文献

Compton scattering imaging is a novel radiation imaging method using scattered photons.Its main characteristics are detectors that do not have to be on the opposite side of the source,so avoiding the rotation process.The reconstruction problem of Compton scattering imaging is the inverse problem to solve electron densities from nonlinear equations,which is ill-posed.This means the solution exhibits instability and sensitivity to noise or erroneous measurements.Using the theory for reconstruction of sparse images,a reconstruction algorithm based on total variation minimization is proposed.The reconstruction problem is described as an optimization problem with nonlinear data-consistency constraint.The simulated results show that the proposed algorithm could reduce reconstruction error and improve image quality,especially when there are not enough measurements.  相似文献

The dynamical properties of fractional-order Duffing–van der Pol oscillator are studied, and the amplitude–frequency response equation of primary resonance is obtained by the harmonic balance method. The stability condition for steady-state solution is obtained based on Lyapunov theory. The comparison of the approximate analytical results with the numerical results is fulfilled, and the approximations obtained are in good agreement with the numerical solutions. The bifurcations of primary resonance for system parameters are analyzed. The results show that the harmonic balance method is effective and convenient for solving this problem, and it provides a reference for the dynamical analysis of similar nonlinear systems.  相似文献

The Shannon information entropy is investigated within the nonrelativistic framework. The Kratzer potential is considered as the interaction and the problem is solved in a quasi-exact analytical manner to discuss the ground and first excited states. Some interesting features of the information entropy densities as well as the probability densities are demonstrated.The Bialynicki–Birula–Mycielski inequality is also tested and found to hold for these cases.  相似文献

The inverse scattering transform of a coupled Sasa–Satsuma equation is studied via Riemann–Hilbert approach. Firstly, the spectral analysis is performed for the coupled Sasa–Satsuma equation, from which a Riemann–Hilbert problem is formulated. Then the Riemann–Hilbert problem corresponding to the reflection-less case is solved.As applications, multi-soliton solutions are obtained for the coupled Sasa–Satsuma equation. Moreover, some figures are given to describe the soliton behaviors, including breather types, single-hump solitons, double-hump solitons, and two-bell solitons.  相似文献
