基于解释结构模型的大学生就业能力因子分析——以工业工程专业为例

运用调查法从用人单位和应届大学毕业生两个视角提取20个就业能力因子,发现不同视角下,就业能力因子存在较大差异.构建大学生就业能力因子解释结构模型,结果显示,20个因子可分为4层,一些处于模型底层的因子没有得到大学生足够的重视,这也是导致应急式的大学生就业能力培养模式和用人单位招聘困境的根本原因.注重"循序渐进"的提高、强化"专业技术"和"个性心理"两个方面核心能力的培养、用人单位介入培养过程是提升大学生就业能力的有效途径.     

基于解释结构模型的大学生就业影响因素分析

针对大学生就业率低的问题,构建大学生就业评价指标体系,利用解释结构模型的实用化方法对大学生就业影响因素进行了分析,并构建大学生就业影响因素的解释结构模型.根据解释结构模型层次化处理结果,分析各个因素之间的联系,将大学生就业影响因素分为四个层次,明确大学生就业影响因素的层次结构关系,找出导致大学生就业率低的最直接因素和最根本因素.     

高校公共就业服务个人自愿供给对就业水平影响机理的实证研究

“多中心治理”框架下完善的公共就业服务体系应该是政府供给、市场供给和自愿供给的有效融合,公共就业服务自愿供给机制能否有效弥补政府供给和市场供给的相对不足。文章构建了公共就业服务个人自愿供给影响就业的逻辑回归模型,基于4所高校3336份问卷调查的实际数据进行了实证检验,实证结果表明,无论是基于个体自选择信息还是利用个体志愿者多维行为特征的整合来确定个体志愿者的身份,大学生公共就业服务自愿供给均对就业产生显著正向影响,而且不同类型的公共就业服务自愿供给对就业影响存在显著差异,提供就业信息、传授求职经验、介绍面试技巧3类自愿供给服务对就业影响最显著,而介绍简历制作技巧类自愿供给对提升就业无影响。     

制造型企业基层管理者工作满意度对工作倦怠的影响实证分析

本文旨在探讨制造型企业基层管理者工作满意度对工作倦怠的影响。先运用2次预调查的数据分别对MBI-GS和工作满意度量表进行了探索性和验证性因素分析,然后利用验证的量表对21家制造型企业进行了调查。相关分析表明,工作满意度及其4个维度工作任务、领导行为、薪酬与工作环境、晋升与发展同情绪衰竭和消极怠慢都呈显著负相关,同职业效能感都呈显著正相关。分层回归分析表明,工作满意度的4个维度对消极怠慢都有显著的负向影响,对职业效能感都有显著的正向影响;领导行为、工作任务、薪酬与工作环境对情绪衰竭都有显著的负向影响。在工作满意度4个维度中,领导行为对情绪衰竭和消极怠慢的影响最大,工作任务对职业效能感的影响最大。     

我国就业的影响因素分析

在经典就业理论的分析基础上,结合中国实际情况,从宏观因素、财政政策、货币政策、结构性因素、人力资本和其他随机因素等六大方面提炼出可能影响就业的指标.分别选取指标的全国年度数据和季度数据,运用逐步回归方法提取出影响整体就业情况的长期短期因素.运用多元回归模型对年度指标进一步进行长期关系分析;采用VAR模型对季度数据进一步进行短期关系分析;并运用所建立模型进行了预测.     

灰色理论和BP神经网络在大学生就业信心指数预测中的应用

采用大学生就业信心指数来分析预测其就业信心是值得研究的问题.提出一种灰色理论和BP神经网络相结合的方法对大学生就业信心指数进行预测.首先对影响就业信心的主要因素建立不同的灰色模型,然后将每个灰色模型的预测值作为神经网络的输入,利用神经网络进行组合预测以作为其最终的预测值.结果表明组合模型的预测值相对误差更小,精度更高.     

乡村振兴战略背景下大学生农村就业影响因素评价研究

乡村振兴战略是新时代"三农"工作的总抓手,大学生是乡村振兴战略的重要生力军,高校肩负着为乡村振兴战略培育人才的重要任务.对接乡村振兴战略,深入分析大学生农村就业影响因素,探索大学生就业影响因素的变化,对有针对性地做好大学生就业指导、就业引导及就业服务工作具有重要的现实意义.用层次分析法构建大学生农村就业影响因素层次模型,用Matlab软件求解并对结果分析得知,乡村振兴战略实施以来,性别、社会保障体系及家庭观念因素跃升成为影响大学生农村就业的主体因素.政府、高校、企业应积极发挥自身职能作用,不仅要为大学生农村就业解除后顾之忧,更要激发其学习热情,做好大学生农村择业引导工作和就业指导工作,提高大学生农村就业的适应能力.     

职业认同、团队认同对员工建言行为影响的实证研究

基于社会认同理论,试图考察职业认同和团队认同对员工建言行为的影响及其交互作用.研究共收集347份有效问卷,数据处理主要运用了相关性分析、内部一致性信度分析、验证性因子分析以及层次回归分析.结果表明,在控制人口统计学变量和持续承诺后,职业认同和团队认同的提高均能有效促进员工做出建言行为;同时职业认同和团队认同对建言行为存在交互作用:在低职业认同水平下,团队认同与建言行为的正相关关系比高职业认同水平下更强.     

基础设施对制造业就业的影响:基于中国省级面板数据的实证分析

用2001-2012年的中国省级面板数据,研究了基础设施对制造业就业的影响.结果显示,在控制工资水平、投资水平、人力资本、对外开放程度和技术创新能力的条件下,基础设施对制造业就业有一定的促进作用,但是作用效果并不显著.本文的政策含义在于:鼓励加强基础设施建设,各地区要把握好加强基础设施建设的程度,不仅要注重基础设施建设的短期效应,更要加大资本投入和出口、提高人力资本水平和推动技术创新,这对于制造业就业具有积极的意义.     

新生代科技员工的自我发展诉求对主动创新行为的影响——基于自我效能感和组织认同的中介作用

员工的主动创新行为是推动组织创新以适应环境变化的原动力,作为企业创新主力军的新生代科技员工,其主动创新行为的增加,对组织发展和目标实现有着重要影响.基于价值观的新研究视角和社会认知理论,通过理论分析和实证检验,对山西、陕西12家企业的新生代科技员工及其直属领导进行了配对问卷调查,探讨了新生代科技员工能力与成长工作价值观对主动创新行为的影响机制,并从认知视角构建了中介效应模型.研究结果表明,新生代科技员工能力与成长工作价值观对其主动创新行为具有显著正向影响;自我效能感以及组织认同在新生代科技员工能力与成长工作价值观和其主动创新行为之间具有中介作用.     

RECENT PROGRESS ON SPHERICAL HARMONIC APPROXIMATION MADE BY BNU RESEARCH GROUP ——In memory of Professor Sun Yongsheng

As early as in 1990, Professor Sun Yongsheng, suggested his students at Beijing Normal University to consider research problems on the unit sphere. Under his guidance and encouragement his students started the research on spherical harmonic analysis and approximation. In this paper, we incompletely introduce the main achievements in this area obtained by our group and relative researchers during recent 5 years （2001-2005）. The main topics are： convergence of Cesaro summability, a.e. and strong summability of Fourier-Laplace series; smoothness and K-functionals; Kolmogorov and linear widths.     

On a class of self-similar processes with stationary increments in higher order Wiener chaoses

We study a class of self-similar processes with stationary increments belonging to higher order Wiener chaoses which are similar to Hermite processes. We obtain an almost sure wavelet-like expansion of these processes. This allows us to compute the pointwise and local Hölder regularity of sample paths and to analyse their behaviour at infinity. We also provide some results on the Hausdorff dimension of the range and graphs of multidimensional anisotropic self-similar processes with stationary increments defined by multiple Wiener–Itô integrals.     

A REPRESENTATION FORMULA RELATED TO SCHR(O)DINGER OPERATORS

Schr(o)dinger operator is a central subject in the mathematical study of quantum mechanics.Consider the Schrodinger operator H = -△ V on R, where △ = d2/dx2 and the potential function V is real valued. In Fourier analysis, it is well-known that a square integrable function admits an expansion with exponentials as eigenfunctions of -△. A natural conjecture is that an L2 function admits a similar expansion in terms of "eigenfunctions" of H, a perturbation of the Laplacian (see [7], Ch. Ⅺ and the notes), under certain condition on V.     

On a class of Riemann surfaces

It is considered the class of Riemann surfaces with dimT1 = 0, where T1 is a subclass of exact harmonic forms which is one of the factors in the orthogonal decomposition of the spaceΩH of harmonic forms of the surface, namely The surfaces in the class OHD and the class of planar surfaces satisfy dimT1 = 0. A.Pfluger posed the question whether there might exist other surfaces outside those two classes. Here it is shown that in the case of finite genus g, we should look for a surface S with dimT1 = 0 among the surfaces of the form Sg\K , where Sg is a closed surface of genus g and K a compact set of positive harmonic measure with perfect components and very irregular boundary.

Staircase transportation problems with superadditive rewards and cumulative capacities

A cumulative-capacitated transportation problem is studied. The supply nodes and demand nodes are each chains. Shipments from a supply node to a demand node are possible only if the pair lies in a sublattice, or equivalently, in a staircase disjoint union of rectangles, of the product of the two chains. There are (lattice) superadditive upper bounds on the cumulative flows in all leading subrectangles of each rectangle. It is shown that there is a greatest cumulative flow formed by the natural generalization of the South-West Corner Rule that respects cumulative-flow capacities; it has maximum reward when the rewards are (lattice) superadditive; it is integer if the supplies, demands and capacities are integer; and it can be calculated myopically in linear time. The result is specialized to earlier work of Hoeffding (1940), Fréchet (1951), Lorentz (1953), Hoffman (1963) and Barnes and Hoffman (1985). Applications are given to extreme constrained bivariate distributions, optimal distribution with limited one-way product substitution and, generalizing results of Derman and Klein (1958), optimal sales with age-dependent rewards and capacities.To our friend, Philip Wolfe, with admiration and affection, on the occasion of his 65th birthday.Research was supported respectively by the IBM T.J. Boundedness for commutators of multipliers on Hardy type spaces

In this paper, we study the commutators generalized by multipliers and a BMO function. Under some assumptions, we establish its boundedness properties from certain atomic Hardy space Hb^p（R^n） into the Lebesgue space L^p with p 〈 1.
