A new supramolecular compound,{[2-(2-pyridyl)benzimidazoleH2]2 ·[SbCl5]2-}2,was synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of o-diaminobenzene,2-pyridinecarboxylic acid and SbCl3 in 1:1 HCl solution,and characterized by chemical analysis,elemental analysis,IR spectra,thermogravimetric analysis and fluorescence spectra. The crystal structure was deter-mined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system,space group P21/c,with a=16.0397(13),b=14.3189(12),c=15.6370(13),β=105.8980(10)°,V=3454.0(5)3,Z=4,C24H22Cl10N6Sb2,Mr=992.48,Dc=1.909 g/cm3,μ=2.366 mm-1,S=1.010,F(000)=1920,R=0.0254 and wR=0.0555. The coordination anion,[SbCl5]2-which is a distorted tetragonal pyramid,is composed by coordinating action with Sb3 ion and five adjacent chloride ions. Every four coordination anions of [SbCl5]2-form a biquaternion ring structure through the secondary bonding of Sb···Cl. Moreover,the compound adopts a three-dimensional network supramolecular structure because of the hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking between the rings and the 2-(2-pyridyl)benzimidazole divalent cations. The title compound also shows good fluorescent behaviors.  相似文献

A novel supramolecular compound,{[2-(2-pyridyl)benzimidazoleH2]2·[BiCl6]·Cl},was synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of o-phenylenediamine and α-pyridinecarboxylic acid with BiCl3 in 6.0 mol·L-1 HCl solution,and characterized by elemental analysis,IR,X-ray single-crystal diffraction and photoluminescence spectroscopy.The crystal (C24H22N6Cl7Bi,Mr= 851.61) belongs to the triclinic system,space group P1 with a =7.2887(18),b =9.548(2),c= 12.469(3),α=85.306(4),β=82.814(4),γ=71.349(4)°,Z=1,V=814.9(3)3,Dc=1.735 g/cm3,μ(MoKα)=6.007 mm-1,F(000)=410,R=0.0307 and wR=0.0787.The bismuth ion and six chlorine ions construct a distorted octahedral configuration.The three-dimensional supramolecular network is built from electrostatic attractions,hydrogen bonds and π-π interaction between the BiCl6 anion,Cl anion and [2-(2-pyridyl)benzimidazoleH2] cation.The photoluminescence spectroscopy study shows that the title compound has a blue fluorescent emission at 450 nm in the solid state.  相似文献

Two supramolecular complexes [Zn(tacd)2](C6H8O4)·6H2O(1) and [Cu(tacd)2]Cl2·4H2O(2) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, TGA and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal structure showed that the metal ions in complexes 1 and 2 had similar coordination circumstance. But for the complex 2, it formed a novel two-dimensional supramolecular network with 12-membered rings and four-membered rings via hydrogen bond interaction. The thermal gravimetric analyses indicated that the two complexes had similar steps of weight-loss. On the basis of experiment, the two complexes were calculated by DFT-B3LYP/6-31G(d) in Gaussian 03. The results of calculation are in good agreement with the experiment.  相似文献

A novel compound [Cl2Bz(3-MeQl) ](TCNQ) ([Cl2Bz(3-MeQl) ]+ = 1-(3,4-dichlo-robenzyl) 3-methlquinoline cation,TCNQ-= 7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethanide anion) has been synthesized by the reaction of [Cl2Bz(3-MeQl) ]Br and LiTCNQ,and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic,space group P21/c. The structure analysis shows that the anions are stacked into a column with isolated π-dimers,and there is one type of TCNQ entries(TCNQ) ,in agreement with the IR spectra analysis and density functional theory calculations of the compound. The most prominent structural features are the completely segregated stacking columns of the TCNQ- anions and [Cl2Bz(3-MeQl)]+ cations.  相似文献

A novel polyoxometalate-based organic-inorganic polymer [{Ca(DMF)5}2SiMo12O40]n has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV and X-ray single-crystal structural analysis. The title compound crystallizes in a monocline lattice, P21/n, with a =1.3379(3), b = 1.9796(4), c = 1.4574(3) nm, β = 92.24(3)°, V = 3.8568(13) nm3, Z = 2, R1 = 0.083 and Rw = 0.2065. The result of crystal structure analysis indicates that Ca2+ is surrounded by seven coordination oxygen atoms with pentagonal bipyramidal geometry and bridged with terminal oxygen atom of polyanion in the structure. The compound contains an unprecedented one-dimensional linear chain built by alternate polyanions and cationic units through Mo-Od-Ca-O-Ca links in crystal. The IR spectra and X-ray crystallography analysis exhibit that there is a strong interaction between the polyanion and organic group in solid state. Using the V-shaped oba dianions as bridging ligands and dpa molecules as terminal ligands, a new 1D helical coordination-polymeric chain, [Zn(oba)(dpa)]n [oba=oxybis(4-benzoate), dpa=di(2-pyridyl)amine], was synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analyses, UV-Vis and IR spectra, and TGA analysis. X-ray structural analysis revealed that, oba and dpa ligands played an important role in the self-assembly of the helical chains by providing potential supramolecular recognition sites for π-π aromatic stacking and hydrogen-bond interactions, resulting in the self-assembly of the (4,4) networks to give a 3-D supramolecular framework. The photoluminescence properties of the title compound were also investigated, showing intense blue photoluminescence properties at room temperature.  相似文献

The title compound [Cu (ADC) (2, 2'-bipy)]n (ADC = C2 (COO)2^2.) was prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, X-ray analysis, respectively. The analysis of the crystal structure reveals that the copper atom is five-coordinated with two nitrogen atoms of 2, 2'-bipy and three oxygen atoms of different acetylenedicarboxylate dianions. The title compound, [Ni(C8N3H7)3]4[Mo8O26]2·6H2O 1, has been synthesized from the reaction of 2-(1H-pyrazol-3-yl)-pyridine (L) with (NH4)2MoO4·2H2O and NiCl2·6H2O. Elemental analysis, IR, UV spectra and X-ray single-crystal diffraction were carried out to determine the composition and crystal structure of the compound. Crystal data: C96H96Mo16N36Ni4O58, Mr = 4451.97, monoclinic system, space group P21/n, a = 20.846(5), b = 14.825(5), c = 23.122(5) A ,β= 91.594(5)°, V = 7143(3)A^3, Z = 2, F(000) = 4344, Dc = 2.070 g/cm^3,μ = 1.968 mm^-1, R = 0.0452 and wR = 0.1056 for 17102 independent reflections (Rint = 0.0442) and 11074 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). Structural analysis indicates that two kinds of octamolybdates ([α-Mo8026]^4- and [β-Mo8026]^4-) co-exist in the compound. This is the first example of a supramolecular structure containing L complex as well as both α- and β-octamolybdate clusters.  相似文献

The new organic-inorganic compound, [C_6H_7N_2O_2]_3TeCl_5·2Cl was synthesized and its structure was determined at room temperature in the triclinic system (P~-1) with the following parameters: a = 10.5330(11) ?, b = 10.6663(11) ?, c = 15.9751(16)?, α = 82.090(2)°, β = 71.193(2)°, γ = 68.284(2)°and Z = 2. The final cycle of refinement led to R = 0.057 and Rw = 0.149. The crystal structure was stabilized by an extensive network of N--H···Cl and non-classical C--H···Cl hydrogen bonds between the cation and the anionic group. Several thermal analysis techniques such as thermogravimetric analysis, differential scanning calorimetric analysis and evolved gas analysis were used. We used isoconversional kinetics methods to determine the kinetics parameters. We observe that the decomposition of [C_6H_7N_2O_2]_3TeCl_5·2Cl entails the formation hydrochloric acid of nitroaniline as volatiles. The infrared spectra were recorded in the4000–400 cm~(-1)frequency region. The Raman spectra were recorded in the external region of the anionic sublattice vibration 50–1500 cm~(-1). The optical band gap was calculated from the UV-Vis absorbance spectra using classical Tauc relation which was found to be 3.12 and 3.67 eV.  相似文献

A new dipeptide compound, (R)-2,4-dioxo-5-fluoro-1-[1-(methoxycarbonyl) ethylaminocarbonylmethyl]-1,2,3, 4-tetrahydropyrimidine (5-FUAPM), has been synthesized and identified by means of elemental analysis, IR, ^1H NMR and ^13C NMR spectra. The single crystal of compound 5-FUAPMoDMF was also obtained and characterized by DSC-TGA techniques. The crystal belongs to orthorhombic space group P212121 with the cell parameters: a= 0.4740(7) nm, b= 1.923(3) nm, c= 1.9229 nm, a=β=y=90°, V= 1.753 nm^3, Z=4, Dc= 1.312 g/cm^3, Mr=346.32, F(000)=728 and u=0.111 mm^-1. The final R and wR are 0.1378 and 0.2862, respectively. The result of the biological test showed that the compound 5-FUAPM has certain antitumor activities.  相似文献

A new nickel(II) complex [NiL2](DMF)4 (HL = 2'-[4-N,N'-(dimethylamino- benzylidene)]-3,5-dihydroxybenzoylhydrazide) has been synthesized and its structure was characterized by IR,UV-Vis,1H NMR and elemental analysis. The fluorescence emission mechanism of the complex was discussed by fluorimetric spectra. The single-crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system,space group P1 with a = 0.9918(4),b = 1.1297(4),c = 1.1331(4) nm,α = 76.860(7),β = 75.105(6),γ = 89.022(7)°,V = 1.1936(8) nm^3,Z = 1,μ = 0.472 mm^-1,Dc = 1.319 g/cm^3,F(000) = 502 and Rint = 0.0913. In the title compound,the nickel(II) atom is four-coordinated with two nitrogen atoms from amide and two oxygen atoms from keto group. A novel coordination polymer [Nd2(PDB)2(CH3COO)2(H2O)3] (H2PDB = pyridine3,4-dicarboxylic acid) has been synthesized by the reaction of Nd(CH3COO)3 with pyridine3,4-dicarboxylic acid under hydrothermal conditions. Elemental analysis, IR spectra and X-ray crystal structure analysis were carried out to determine the composition and crystal structure of the title complex which belongs to the triclinic system, space group P^-1 with a = 6.9409(14), b = 7.5497(15), c = 22.530(5)A, α = 84.79(3), β = 88.15(3), γ= 75.55(3)^o, C18H18N2O15Nd2, Mr = 790.82, Z = 2, V = 1138.5(4) A^3, Dc = 2.307 g/cm^3,μ = 4.593 mm^-1, -6≤h≤8, -5≤k ≤8, -26≤l≤ 26, F(000) = 760, Rint = 0.0298, R= 0.0314 and wR= 0.0695 (I〉 2σ(I)). Nd(1) and Nd(2) are linked into zigzag chains by carboxylate groups of acetate with interesting μ3-η^2:η^2 fashion. The zigzag chains are bridged by PDB to form a 2D framework, and a 3D supramolecular network is further constructed via π-π stacking.  相似文献

A supramolecular compound (C6H6NO2)3(C6H5NO2)(PW12O40)·2H2O including the Keggin-type [PW1O40]3- polyanion, [HC6H5NO2]+ (protonated pyridine-4-carboxylic acid molecule), C6H5NO2 (pyridine-4-carboxylic acid molecule) and two free H20 molecules has been synthesized by the hydrothermal method and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, single-crystal X-ray diffraction and powder X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to orthorhombic, space group Pnnm with a = 1.0483(3), b = 1.4368(6), c = 2.0526(7) nm, V= 3.0918(18) nm3,Z = 2, F(000) = 3004, Mr= 3406.07, Dc= 1.757 g.m-3,μ = 41.241 mm-1, the final R = 0.0387 and wR = 0.1089 for 2091 observed reflections withI〉 2σ(I). A total of 30431 reflections were collected, of which 3083 were independent (Rint = 0.0605). S is 1.182. The title compound presents a 3-D structure via intermolecular hydrogen bonds among [PW12O40]3- polyanions and pyridine-4-carboxylic acid ligands. The ultraviolet and luminescence spectra have been studied at room temperature, of which the purple fluorescent emission is located at 363 nm when excited at 264 nm. Fluorescent emission of the compound derives from the π-π* transitions in the pyridine-4-carboxylic acid ligands.  相似文献

The title compound (C21H24N4O4, Mr = 396.44) has been synthesized by the func- tionalized ethyl 4-chloro-6-methyl-2-arylamino-furo[2,3-d]pyrimidine-5-carboxylates and mor- pholine. Its structure was confirmed by means of 1H NMR IR, MS and elemental analysis. The crystal structure of the title compound was determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The compound crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P1, a = 7.9919(8), b = 9.9312(1), c = 12.9380(13) A, aα = 86.987(2), β = 83.604(2), γ = 89.641(2)°, V = 1019.08(18) A3, Z = 2, F(000) = 420, Dc = 1.292 g/cm3,μ = 0.091 mm-1, R = 0.0602 and wR = 0.1548 for 3943 independent (Rint = 0.0639) and 3414 observed (I 〉 2σ(I)) reflections, lntermolecular N-H…O and π-π stacking interactions contributed to the stability of the structure. A new inorganic-organic hybrid compound based on polyoxometalate and organic ligand formulated as (H2bpp)3[SiWlIO39Co]-2H20(1)[bpp=l,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane] was hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR, TG, and cyclic voltammetry. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that compound 1 consists of interesting cobalt-monosubstituted POMs one dimensional chain together with protonated bpp ligands. Additionally, the polyoxoanions combined with the discrete organic substrates by hydrogen bond interactions to afford a supramolecular 3D network structure. The hybrid compound 1 was used as a bulk modifier to fabricate a three-dimensional chemically modified carbon paste electrode(1-CPE) by direct mixing. The electrochemical behavior and electrocatalysis of 1-CPE were studied in detail. The results indicate that 1-CPE has good electrocatalytic activities toward the reduction of nitrite or bromate in 1 mol/L 1-12SO4 aqueous solution. 1-CPE shows remarkable stability that can be ascribed to the insolubility of compound 1 and the supramolecular interactions existed between 1D POM anion chains and organic ligand bpp, which is very important for practical applications in electrode modification.  相似文献

A new manganese coordination polymer 1, [Mn(H2O)4(L)]n(ClO4)2n·2nH2O·3nL (L = 2,5-bis(4-pyridyl)-3,4-diaza-2,4-hexadiene), has been synthesized and structurally characterized. The crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group Pn with a = 13.9176(8), b = 15.4754(9), c = 15.9670(9) , β = 99.5010(10)o, V = 3391.8(3) 3, Z = 2, C56H68Cl2MnN16O14 , Mr = 1315.10, Dc = 1.288 g/cm3, μ = 0.344 mm-1, F(000) = 1374, R = 0.0733 and wR = 0.2035. In the crystal the manganese atom is six-coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from 2,5-bis(4-pyridyl)-3,4-diaza-2,4-hexadiene and four oxygen atoms from water molecules, completing an octahedral geometry. The title complex exhibits a novel supramolecular layer architecture sustained by the concurrence of coordination bonds, hydrogen bonds, and π-π stacking interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, N-(4-methyl-6-oxo-1,6-dihydro-pyrimidin-2-yl)-N'-(2-tritluoromethyl-phenyl)-guanidine, was synthesized and its structure was confirmed by using IR, MS,^1H NMR, and elemental analysis. A novel compound 5-(p-tolyl)-4-[2-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy)acetamido]-1,2,4-tria zole- 3-thione 2a has been synthesized by the reaction of 5-(p-tolyl)-4-amino-1,2,4-triazole-3-thione 1 with 2-(2,4-dich/orophenoxy)acetyl ch/oride. Interestingly, the title compound 2 was obtained when 2a crystallizes from a mixed solution of petroleum ether and ethyl acetate, and it has been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, ^1H NMR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 9.780(5), b = 10.876(6), c = 11.615(6) /A, a = 104.822(7), β= 94.105(6), ), = 94.305(6)°, V= 1185.7(11)/A3, Z = 2,μ = 0.397 mm^-1, Mr= 497.39, Dx= 1.393 g/cm^3, F(000) = 516, S = 1.097, the final R = 0.0730 and wR = 0.2133 for 4111 unique reflections (Rint = 0.0525) with 3212 observed ones. The dihedral angles made by the triazole ring with the methyl- and chloro-substituted benzene rings are 43.5(7) and 50.2(9)°, respectively. Some intra- and intermolecular hydrogen bonds together with C-H…π interactions existing in the lattice stabilize the crystal structure.  相似文献
