为了解决高职院校分析化学课程建设的量化评价问题,首先分析了高职院校分析化学课程建设的主要内容,借鉴CIPP评价模式构建了高职分析化学课程建设的评价指标体系,并提出了一种运用模糊层次分析法和量子行为粒子群优化算法计算指标权重的方法;然后运用模糊综合评价法和MATLAB编程技术实现了高职分析化学课程建设成效的量化评价,实例结果表明了其精确、高效,具有一定的实用价值。 相似文献

模糊正交法是通过把正交试验结果模糊化,然后用模糊数学的理论和方法来处理实验数据。与常规正交设计相比,能在同样实验工作量的情况下获得更多的信息。本文采用模糊正交法对元素Bi的测定条件进行优化,并将其同常规正交设计方差分析的结果进行了比较,并提出一个综合评价参数,对建立的分析方法进行了综合评价。 相似文献

应用模糊综合评判原理, 评价可加工陶瓷材料的切削加工性, 判断材料的切削加工性等级.通过Ce-ZrO2/CePO4复合陶瓷的材料制备、性能测试、模糊综合评判和加工实验, 研究了氧化物与稀土磷酸盐复合陶瓷的材料切削加工性.根据模糊数学提出一种可加工陶瓷材料切削加工性的综合评判方法.以陶瓷材料的力学性能参数为因素集, 选择5种切削加工性等级, 根据隶属函数计算模糊矩阵, 通过模糊变换确定出氧化物与稀土磷酸盐复合陶瓷的切削加工性.综合评判结果将所制备的几种Ce-ZrO2/CePO4复合陶瓷材料分为3个切削加工性等级, 材料的切削加工性等级随CePO4含量的增加而提高, 评判结果与钻削实验的材料去除率结果相符.Ce-ZrO2/CePO4复合陶瓷材料的钻削加工表面具有明显的塑性变形加工痕迹.还分析了含LaPO4的其它氧化物复合陶瓷材料的切削加工性等级.材料切削加工性的评价方法建立了材料性能与加工技术之间的关系, 可提供一种新的材料设计方法. 相似文献

本文结合中心聚类和模糊聚类提出了一个新的聚类方法。该法避免了在迭代过程中出现局部最小问题,并可给出每个样本归入每一类的成分矩阵,因而提供更多的聚类程度的信息。应用这种方法对正常人和冠心病患者的血脂指标进行了综合评价,结果满意。 相似文献

Athree-dimensional quantitative structure-activity relationship(3D-QSAR) model based on the fuzzy membership function method was developed in this study, and then the model was applied to the molecular design of the enhanced comprehensive activities(insulation/flame retardancy) of polybromi-nated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs) considering their environmental behavior control, to develop environmental-friendly PBDE derivatives with outstanding functionality. Firstly, a fuzzy membership function method was employed to characterize the evaluation values of comprehensive activities of the functional properties of PBDEs based on the 3D-QSAR model. Secondly, a comprehensive activity 3D-QSAR model(CoMFA) of the functional properties of PBDEs was established, which demonstrated robustness and good predictive ability. Thirdly, a molecular modification scheme was designed to enhance the comprehensive activity of the functional properties of PBDEs considering the PBDE homologs BDE-138, BDE-183, and BDE-209 as target molecules. The resulting information indicated that the four PBDE derivatives with significantly enhanced functional properties, such as passing screening for toxicity, bioconcentration, migration, and biodegradability assessments with environmentally friendly results, were successfully designed(43.57%-82.14% enhancement). Finally, the mechanism analysis indicated that the enhanced functional properties of the modified PBDE derivatives were significantly related to the substitution positions and substitution groups of PBDEs. 相似文献

A new fuzzy regression algorithm was successfully applied to calibration in thin-layer chromatography (TLC)/densitometry. Different regression techniques were also considered, and objective quality coefficients were used for evaluation of the results. Depending on the structure of the data, the fuzzy procedure can improve the results dramatically. From the results reported in this paper and other unpublished results, it appears clear that the calibration procedure based on fuzzy regression is the most suitable regression method in quantitative TLC. 相似文献

Key to sound validation studies is the formalization and harmonization of procedures for design of experiment and interpretation
of results. International guidelines (ISO 5725, ENGL) are available for the validation of GMO detection methods, and ad-hoc validation statistics (e.g. per cent bias, repeatability and reproducibility) are used for in-house and inter-laboratory
testing and decision-making. Acceptability criteria have been set but not every situation can be covered by a preset rule;
the interpretation of results in validation largely depends on expert judgement being a matter of professional judgment and
expertise. Fuzzy logic-based techniques may be used to summarize the information obtained by independent validation statistics
and are helpful in such respect. A comprehensive indicator of method performance permits direct comparison between methods
and facilitates the evaluation of multiple, yet contradictory statistics. The European Union Reference Laboratory for GM Food
and Feed has already proposed the fuzzy principle in the context of method validation. Other studies have also proved its
applicability in other areas of GMO analysis, but the application has been limited hitherto. In this article, we review the
fuzzy logic principle and its potential to support the continuous progress of GMO science and routine laboratory analyses. 相似文献
