Two novel polysiloxanes with pendant hand-basket type calix[6]-1,3-crown-3 and calix[6]-1,4-crown-4 were prepared by hydrosilylation of p-tert-butylcalix[6]-(2′-allyloxymethyl)-1,3-crown-3 (CA[6]C3) and p-tert-butylcalix[6]-[2′-(ω″-undecenyloxymethyl)]-1,4-crown-4 (CA[6]C4) followed by condensation reaction with silanol-terminated polydimethylsiloxane. The monomeric calix[6]crowns and two calix[6]crown-based polysiloxanes were used as carriers in a bulk membrane. All carriers showed the transport rate of the cations decreased in the order Li+ < Na+ < K+. The flux of K+ for the monomeric calix[6]crown was higher than that for polymeric carrier. In comparison with other carriers, the transport rate of calix[6]crown-4-functionalized polysiloxanes (CA[6]C4PS) towards cesium ions were increased greatly. Competitive transport experiments known to be more useful in industrial fields also revealed to give high cesium transfer rate.  相似文献

Calix[4]-bis-2,3-naphtho-crown-6 can be used to discriminate between methylammonium and other organic ammonium ions. An electrode based on this ionophore, potassium tetrakis(p-chlorophenyl)borate (20 mol% relative to the ionophore) as an ionic additive and bis(2-ethylhexyl) sebacate as a solvent mediator in a poly(vinyl chloride) membrane matrix, displayed higher selectivity for methylammonium than for various other organic ammonium ions. However, there was considerable interference by inorganic cations, especially Cs+. Similar calix[4]arene-crown-6 conjugates, such as calix[4]-bis-1,2-benzo-crown-6, calix[4]-bis-crown-6, 1,3-dioctyloxy-calix[4]arene-crown-6, 1,3-diisopropoxy-calix[4]arene-crown-6 and 1,3-dimethoxy-calix[4]arene-crown-6 were less effective in discriminating methylammonium.  相似文献

Reactions of UCl4 with calix[n]arenes (n = 4, 6) in THF gave the mononuclear [UCl2(calix[4]arene - 2H)(THF)2].2THF (.2THF) and the bis-dinuclear [U2Cl2(calix[6]arene - 6H)(THF)3]2.6THF (.6THF) complexes, respectively, while the mono-, di- and trinuclear compounds [Hpy]2[UCl3(calix[4]arene - 3H)].py (.py), [Hpy](4)[U2Cl6(calix[6]arene - 6H)].3py (.3py), [Hpy]3[U2Cl5(calix[6]arene - 6H)(py)].py (.py) and [Hpy]6[U3Cl11(calix[8]arene - 7H)].3py (.3py) were obtained by treatment of UCl4 with calix[n]arenes (n = 4, 6, 8) in pyridine. The sodium salt of calix[8]arene reacted with UCl4 to give the pentanuclear complex [U{U2Cl3(calix[8]arene - 7H)(py)5}2].8py (.8py). Reaction of U(acac)4 (acac = MeCOCHCOMe) with calix[4]arene in pyridine afforded the mononuclear complex [U(acac)2(calix[4]arene - 2H)].4py (.4py) and its treatment with the sodium salt of calix[8]arene led to the formation of the 1D polymer [U2(acac)6(calix[8]arene - 6H)(py)4Na4]n. The sandwich complex [Hpy]2[U(calix[4]arene - 3H)2][OTf].4py (.4py) was obtained by treatment of U(OTf)4 (OTf = OSO2CF3) with calix[4]arene in pyridine. All the complexes have been characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

18-Crown[6] ether has been used to prepare a new class of organic-inorganic complexes of general formula 18-crown[6]M[HSO(4)](n) (where M = NH(4) (+), K(+), Sr(2+) and n = 1, 2) by reacting directly in solution or in the solid state the crown ether 18-crown[6] with inorganic salts such as [NH(4)][HSO(4)], K[HSO(4)], and Sr[HSO(4)](2). The structures of 18-crown[6][NH(4)][HSO(4)]2 H(2)O (12 H(2)O), 18-crown[6][NH(4)][HSO(4)] (1), 18-crown[6]K[HSO(4)]2 H(2)O (22 H(2)O), 18-crown[6]K[HSO(4)] (2), and 18-crown[6]Sr[HSO(4)](2) (3) have been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The reversible water loss in compounds 12 H(2)O and 22 H(2)O leads to formation of the corresponding anhydrous phases 18-crown[6][NH(4)][HSO(4)] (1), and 18-crown[6]K[HSO(4)] (2), which undergo, on further heating, enantiotropic solid-solid transitions very likely associated with the on-set of a solid state dynamical process. Similar high-temperature behavior is shown by 18-crown[6]Sr[HSO(4)](2) (3). The dehydration and phase-transition processes have been investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and variable temperature X-ray powder diffraction.  相似文献

A variety of novel calix[4]arene-incorporating crown ethers with or without intramolecular hydrogen bonding have been prepared by two efficient methods and utilized as donor rings to assemble calix[4]arene [2]catenanes based on pi-stacking interaction between hydroquinone and bipyridinium units. Treatment of calix[4]arene crown ethers 4, 10a, or 10b, whose cone conformation was fixed by intramolecular hydrogen bonding within the calix[4]arene moiety, with dicationic salt 15 x 2PF6 and dibromide 16 afforded the corresponding [2]catenanes 17a x 4PF6, 17b x 4PF6, and 17c x 4PF6 in 20%, 53%, and 55% yields, respectively, whereas from the reactions of 15 x 2PF6 and dibromide 16 in the presence of conformationally flexible 11 or 12 with a cone conformation kept by two propyl groups, [2]catenanes 18 x 4PF6 and 19 x 4PF6 were obtained in 12% and 6% yields. [2]Catenanes 21a x 4Cl, 21b x 4Cl, and 21c x 4Cl, incorporating calix[4]arene in both the donor and acceptor rings, were also successfully assembled from 10a or 10b, 16, and dicationic salts 20a x 2PF6 or 20b x 2PF6. The dynamic 1H NMR and absorption spectra of the [2]catenanes have been investigated, which revealed a strongest donor-acceptor interaction in 17a x 4PF6 and that the cone [2]catenanes 17a-c x 4PF6 can isomerize to the partial cone isomer at high temperature. The difference of the dynamic properties of these catenanes was discussed. The results demonstrate that catenation is one new general method to change the conformational distributions of calix[4]arenes.  相似文献

New examples of [C6F5Xe]+ salts of the weakly coordinating anions [B(CF3)4]-, [B(C6F5)4]-, [B(CN)4]-, and [B(OTeF5)4]- have been synthesized by metathesis reactions of [C6F5Xe][BF4] with the corresponding MI[BY4] salts (MI = K or Cs; Y = CF3, C6F5, CN, or OTeF5). The salts were characterized in solution by multi-NMR spectroscopy. Their stabilities in prototypic solvents (CH3CN and CH2Cl2) and decomposition products are reported. The influence of the coordinating nature of [BY4]- on the decomposition rate of [C6F5Xe]+ as well as the presence of the weakly nucleophilic [BF4]- ion has been studied. The electrophilic pentafluorophenylation of C6H5F by [C6F5Xe][BY4] in solvents of different coordinating abilities (CH3CN and CH2Cl2) and the effects of stronger nucleophiles (fluoride and water) on the pentafluorophenylation process have been investigated. Simulations of the 19F and 129Xe NMR spectra of [C6F5Xe]+ have provided the complete set of aryl 19F-19F and 129Xe-19F coupling constants and their relative signs. The 19F NMR parameters of the [C6F5Xe]+ cation in the present series of salts are shown to reflect the relative degrees of cation-solvent interactions.  相似文献

1,2,3-Triazole derivatives have been reported as inhibiting tumor proliferation, invasion, and metastasis[1]. The fused l,3,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles derivatives show various biological effects such as antifungal[2], antibacterial, hypotensive and CNS depressant activities[3]. We have reported several 6-aryl-3-[5-methyl-1-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]-s-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles in the previous paper[4]. The novel 6-aryl-3-[5-methyl-1-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]-s-triazolo[2,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles 6a-j have been synthesized by the condensation of 4-amino-5-mercapto-3-[5-methyl-1-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]-s-triazole 5 with various aromatic carboxylic acids in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride. The mercaptotriazole 5 was prepared from 4,the latter being prepared from 1 throng 2 and 3. The title compounds 6 were depicted in scheme 1. The structures of these compounds were established by elemental analysis, NMR, MS and IR techniques.  相似文献

The extraction of copper with calixarenes was researched by comparing the results from calix[4]-,calix[6]-and calix[8]-arenes.Hie extraction ability increased as the order:calix [4]-> calix[8]-> calix[6]-arenes,with the binding ratio being 1:1.The extraction mechanism was also discussed,and itsequation Cu(NH3)42 H2L(0)Cu(NH3)4L(0) 2H and the extraction equilibrium constants(Ker)for calix[6]-and calix[8]-arenes were obtained respectively.  相似文献

系统地研究了羟基杯[n]芳烃、甲氧基杯[n]芳烃和对特丁基杯[n]芳烃(n=4, 6, 8)与NO2气体的硝化反应, 发现可以成功地得到25,26,27,28-四羟基杯[4]芳烃、37,38,39,40,41,42-六羟基杯[6]芳烃以及25,26,27,28-四甲氧基杯[4]芳烃的对位全硝化产物, 产率分别为90%, 70%和40%; 尤其是25,26,27,28-四羟基杯[4]芳烃与NO2的反应20 min即可完成. 认为共振式酚氧负离子结构是影响该类硝化反应的关键, 并对反应机理进行了探讨.  相似文献

Critical analysis of possible strategies for the synthesis of novel carbo-benzene derivatives suggests several [(18-n)+n] routes for the preparation of hexaoxy[6]pericyclyne precursors. Beyond the previously attempted [9+9] symmetrical scheme (n=9), the a priori most selective strategies are those for which n=1, 4, 7, 10, 13, and 16. They involve a cyclizing double-propargylation of a C(18-n) omega-bis-terminal-skipped oligoyne containing (19-n)/3 triple bonds with a C(n) omega-dicarbonyl-skipped oligoyne containing (n-1)/3 triple bonds. To complement the previously used [11+7] strategy, the [14+4] and [8+10] strategies were thus explored. They proved to be efficient, affording seven novel hexaoxy[6]pericyclynes corresponding to six different substitution patterns. These compounds were obtained in 7-15 steps as mixtures of stereoisomers. Thus, by using dibenzoylacetylene as the C(4) electrophile, a [14+4] strategy allowed the synthesis of two hexaphenyl representatives with two or four free carbinol vertices. This approach also afforded tetraphenyl representatives in which the two remaining carbinoxy vertices were substituted with either two alkynyl or one 4-anisyl and one 4-pyridyl groups. By using the hexacarbonyldicobalt complex of butynedial as the C(4) electrophile, a [14+4] strategy also allowed the isolation of a tetraphenylhexaoxy[6]pericyclyne with two adjacent unsubstituted carbinol vertices. A regioisomer with two opposite unsubstituted carbinol vertices was obtained through an [8+10] strategy and its oxidation afforded the corresponding pericyclynedione. Several attempts at synthesizing diphenylhexaoxy[6]pericyclynes with four unsubstituted carbinoxy vertices are described. Only an [8+10] strategy allowed the generation of a fragile diphenylhexaoxy[6]pericyclyne with four adjacent unsubstituted carbinoxy vertices, which could be partly characterized. These results show that the synthesis of the nonsubstituted hexahydroxy[6]pericyclyne, the ring carbo-mer of [6]cyclitol, is a difficult challenge.  相似文献

The hexanuclear Pd6Cl12, i.e., the crystal phase classified as beta-PdCl2, was obtained by reacting [TBA]2[Pd2Cl6] with AlCl3 (or FeCl3) in CH2Cl2. The action of AlCl3 on PtCl42-, followed by digestion of the resulting solid in 1,2-C2H4Cl2 (DCE), CHCl3, or benzene, produced Pt6Cl12.DCE, Pt6Cl12.CHCl3, or Pt6Cl12.C6H6, respectively. Treating [TBA]2[PtCl6] with a slight excess of AlCl3 afforded [TBA][Pt2Cl9], whose anion was established crystallographically to be constituted by two "PtCl6" octahedra sharing a face. Dehydration of H2PtCl6.nH2O with SOCl2 gave an amorphous compound closely analyzing as PtCl4, reactive with [Q]Cl in SOCl2 to yield [Q][Pt2Cl9] or [Q]2[Pt2Cl10], depending on the [Q]Cl/Pt molar ratio (Q=TBA+, PPN+). A single-crystal X-ray diffraction study has shown [PPN]2[Pt2Cl10].C7H8 to contain dinuclear anions formed by two edge-sharing PtCl6 octahedra.  相似文献

The tosylate (p-toluenesulfonate) cluster [Bu4N]2[W6Cl8(p-OSO2C6H4CH3)6] (1) has been prepared and characterized by IR and NMR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and an X-ray crystal structure. This cluster complex is shown to be a useful starting material for the preparation of pseudohalide clusters, [Bu4N]2[W6Cl8(NCQ)6] (Q = O (2), S (3), and Se (4)), in high yields. Cluster 1 also serves as a precursor to the new cluster compounds: [Bu4N]2[W6Cl8(O2CCH3)6] (5), [Bu4N]2[W6Cl8((mu-NC)Mn(CO)2(C5H5))6] (6), [W6Cl8((mu-NC)Ru(PPh3)2(C5H5))6][ p-OSO2C6H4CH3]4 (7), and [W6Cl8((mu-NC)Os(PPh3)2(C5H5))6][ p-OSO2C6H4CH3]4 (8). Thiocyanatlon of 5- and 6-aminoindazoles gives 5-amino-4-thiocyanoindazole and 6-amino-7-thiocyanoindazole. Sodium sulfide reduction of these amlnothiocyano derivatives, followed by cyclization with acetic anhydride gives 2-methylpyrazolo[5, 4-g] benzothiazole and 2-methylpyrazolo[4, 5-g]benzothiazole. Dimethyl sulfate alkylation in alkaline solution gives 2, 6-dimethylpyrazolo[5, 4-g]benzothiazole and 2, 8-dimethylpyrazolo[4, 5-g]benzothiazole. Quaternary salts of the latter were used to synthesize symmetrical and unsymmetrical trimethinecyanines, monomethinecyanines, and dimethinemerocyanines containing the thiocyano group, as well as styryl dyes. It is found that 2-methylpyrazolo[4, 5-g]benzothiazole is less basic than 2-methylpyrazolo[5,4-g]benzothiazole and more basic than unsubstituted benzothiazole.  相似文献

The structure of the silicate Rb10[Si6O17] containing a novel dimeric cyclotrisilicate anion is reported. The compound is formed by the reaction of a mixture of SiO2 and Rb at temperatures above 700 degrees C. Systematic investigations by means of differential thermal analysis and temperature-dependent powder X-ray diffraction experiments revealed that the new compound evolved from Rb6[Si3O9], which occurred as an intermediate product. Thus, the dimeric anion [Si6O17]10- is formed by condensation of the monomeric cyclotrisilicate [Si3O9]6-. For both silicates, [Si6O17]10- and [Si3O9]6-, the characteristic ring vibration modes were observed in the IR spectrum. The structure of Rb10[Si6O17] was solved and refined from single-crystal X-ray diffraction data in the orthorhombic space group Pbca (No. 61). Synthesis and structure determination of Rb10[Si6O17] bridge the gap to show that the recently reported structures of Rb14[Si4][Si6O17] and Rb14[Ge4][Si6O17] are indeed fascinating intergrowth structures of the stable oxide Rb10[Si6O17] and the Zintl phases RbSi (Rb4Si4) and RbGe (Rb4Ge4), respectively.  相似文献

A novel [2]pseudorotaxane of cucurbit[6]uril(CB[6]) and 1‐butyl‐3‐methyl‐imidazolium bromide ([C4mim]Br) was synthesized by directly mixing the host and the guest molecules in non‐aqueous system. Structural characterizations of the [2]pseudorotaxane were carried out by 1D, 2D NMR and X‐ray crystallography techniques both in solution and in crystal structure. The crystal structure demonstrated that CB[6] and [C4mim]Br formed a complex with the ratio 1:1, in which one guest [C4mim]Br was included inside the CB[6], while two other [C4mim]Br molecules were free and surrounded the [2]pseudorotaxane as solvent molecules, which could stabilize the crystal structure through hydrogen bonds. Moreover, parallel solvent channels consisting by free [C4mim]Br molecules occupied the pores among the frame of the pseudorotaxanes and formed zigzag lines in the crystal structure. [C4mim]Br can serve as not only the guest reactant but also the solvent in the formation of [2]pseudorotaxane formation.  相似文献

The addition of [NBu4]Br or [NBu4][BH4] to solutions of [Pt4(mu-PPh2)4(C6F5)4(CO)2] yields the complexes [NBu4]2[Pt4(mu-PPh2)4(mu-X)2(C6F5)4] (X=Br, H,) in which the two CO groups have been replaced by two anionic, bridging X ligands. The total valence electron counts are 64 and 60, respectively; thus, complex does not require Pt-Pt bonds, while two metal-metal bonds are present in, as their NMR spectra confirm. Also, the NMR spectra indicate a nonsymmetrical "Pt(mu-PPh2)2Pt(mu-PPh2)(mu-X)Pt(mu-PPh2)(mu-X)Pt" disposition for and. Treatment of with HX (X=Cl, Br) yields the complexes [NBu4]2[Pt4(mu-PPh2)4(mu-H)2(C6F5)3X] (X=Cl, Br,). These complexes react with [Ag(OClO 3)PPh3] with displacement of the halide and formation of [NBu4][Pt4(mu-PPh2)4(mu-H)2(C6F5)3PPh3]. Complexes maintain the same basic skeleton as, with two Pt-Pt bonds. Complex is, however, an isomer of the symmetric [NBu4]2[{(C6F5)2Pt(mu-PPh2)2Pt(mu-Br)}2], which has been prepared by a metathetical process from the well-known [NBu4]2[{(C6F5)2Pt(mu-PPh2)2Pt(mu-Cl)}2]. The comparison of the X-ray structures of and confirms the different disposition of the bridging ligands, and their main structural differences seem to be related to the size of Br- and its position in the skeleton.  相似文献

The reaction of [Os3Rh(mu-H)3(CO)12] with an excess amount of 4-vinylphenol (as hydride acceptor) in refluxing m-xylene, chlorobenzene or benzene yielded the three new clusters [Os5Rh2(mu-CO){eta6-C6H4(CH3)2}(CO)16] 1, [Os5Rh2(mu-CO)(eta6-C6H5Cl)(CO)16] 2 and [Os5Rh2(mu-CO)(eta6-C6H6)(CO)16] 3. The treatment of [Os3Rh(mu-H)3(CO)12] 4 in refluxing toluene with an excess amount of 4-vinylphenol afforded a new complex, [Os4Rh(mu-H)(eta6-C6H5CH3)(CO)12], which was isolated as a brown complex in 20% yield together with two known compounds, [Os5Rh2(eta6-C6H5CH3)(mu-CO)(CO)16] in 10% yield and [Os3Rh4(mu3-eta1:eta1:eta1-C6H5CH3)(CO)13] in 5% yield. Complexes 1-4 were fully characterized by IR, 1H NMR spectroscopy, mass spectroscopy, elemental analysis and X-ray crystallography. The molecular structures of compounds 1-3 are isomorphous, and only differ in the arene-derivatives that attach to the same metal core. Their metal cores can be viewed as a monocapped octahedral, in which an osmium atom caps one of the Os-Os-Os triangular faces of the Os4Rh2 metal framework. Complex 4 has a trigonal-bipyramidal metal core with a C6H5Me ligand that is terminally bound to the Rh atom that lies in the trigonal plane of the metal core. The hydrogenation of [Os5Rh2(eta6-C6H5CH3)(mu-CO)(CO)16] with [Os3(mu-H)2(CO)10] in chloroform under reflux resulted in two hydrogen-rich compounds: [Os7Rh3(mu-H)11(CO)23] 5 and [Os5Rh3Cl(mu-H)8(CO)18] 6, both in moderate yields. The reaction of [Os5Rh2(eta6-C6H5CH3)(mu-CO)(CO)16] with hydrogen in refluxing chloroform yielded a new cluster compound, [Os5Rh(mu-H)5(CO)18] 7, in 20% yield, together with a known osmium-rhodium cluster, [Os6Rh(mu-H)7(mu-CO)(CO)18], as a major compound. Clusters 5, 6, and 7 have been fully characterized by both spectroscopic and crystallographic methods. Additionally, a deuterium-exchange experiment was performed on [Os7Rh3(mu-H)11(CO)23] 5 and [Os5Rh3Cl(mu-H)8(CO)18] 6. Both the compounds proved to be able to exchange the H atom with D in the presence of D2SO4, and the absence of the hydride signal in the 1H NMR spectrum is consistent with this. Therefore, clusters 5 and 6 may serve as appropriate new hydrogen storage models.  相似文献
