对20例糖尿病患者血清锌、铁、锰、钙、铜含量检测发现,糖尿病组较对照组血清铁、铜高,差异显著(P〈0.05),血清锌、锰略低(P〉0.05),血清钙略高(P〉0.05)。表明糖尿病可导致微量元素代谢紊乱,在治疗糖尿病时要适当补充微量元素;同时微量元素含量可作为糖尿病的一个控制指标。  相似文献

对48例佝偻病患儿发中锌、铅、铜3种元素用ICP-AES法测定,同时采患儿指端血用超微量分析仪测定血钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶(AKP),与正常组对比,以探讨佝偻病与微量元素的关系.结果表明:佝偻病患儿发锌、血钙、血磷低于对照组,发锌100.36×10-6±51.88×10-6,167.76×10-6±113.52×10-6,P<0.01;血钙4.77±0.86mg/dL,5.29±0.57mg/dL,P<0.05;血磷8.21±1.06mg/dL,9.45±1.44mg/dL,P<0.01,发铅、铜/锌比值及AKP高于对照组,分别为发铅46.7×10-6±26.7×10-6,26.79×10-6±11.6×10-6,P<0.01;铜/锌0.2589±0.187,0.1442±0.106,P<0.05;AKP36.43±24.65u,25.18±5.79u,P<0.05。提示婴幼儿体内锌含量不足及铅过高是引起佝偻病的原因之一。在防治佝偻病时,应补充微量元素锌.  相似文献

妊娠糖尿病与非妊娠糖尿病患者头发微量元素含量分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用高频等离子体发射光谱法测定了妊娠糖尿病患者、非妊娠糖尿病患者以及相应对照组的头发微量元素锌、铁、铜、锰、锶、镁和常量元素钙的含量。56例健康妊娠妇女的发锌含量为(139.9±31.5)×10-6,而11例妊娠糖尿病妇女为(114.3±29.4)×10-6,两者比较差异有显著性,(P<0.05),其它元素铁、铜、锰、锶、镁和钙不存在显著性差异。而45例非妊娠糖尿病女性与33名健康非妊娠女性的头发微量元素含量比较表明:两者锌含量不存在显著性差异,但糖尿病组铜显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05),分别为(6.32±2.31)×10-6和(9.05±16.50)×10-6,糖尿病组铁含量(21.5±11.7)×10-6亦显著低于健康对照组(26.9±10.7)×10-6,其余元素无显著性差异。前后两组实验结果表明妊娠糖尿病患者与非妊娠糖尿病患者的微量元素代谢状况并不相同,妊娠糖尿病患者的锌缺乏状态值得引起注意。  相似文献

为了探讨小儿生长发育落后,消瘦,纳差,挑食,异食癣,头发黄稀少光泽,汗多,腿疼,易病等原因及其与锌,铁,铜,钙,镁的关系,1992~1995年对433例患儿进行头发微量元素检测。结果表明,对433例再随机抽样268人作为统计指标,1~10岁男女和11~14岁男发锌含量均低地正常平均值,差异有非常显著的意义(P〈0.01及P〈0.001),11~14岁女男发锌含量均低于正常差异显著意义(P〉0.05  相似文献

通过对98例甲型肝炎早期住院患儿血清锌、铜、铁、镁含量的检测,显示在小儿甲型肝炎早期,血清锌、镁含量与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),血清铜、铁含量明显增高,与对照组存在非常显著差异(P<0.01).文章对甲型肝炎患儿血清锌、铜、铁含量的变化和临床意义进行了探讨.  相似文献

通过测定30例各种心脏病合并心功能不全住院患者血清铜、铁、锌、镁、锂、钙六种元素的含量并与39例正常人进行对比,发现锌、锂含量明显低于正常人,统计学处理差异十分显著(P<0.01),血清镁高于正常人(P<0.05),血钙、铁、铜含量则无差异.微量元素广泛参与心肌细胞能量代谢.适当补锌、补锂对缺血性心肌有保护作用.  相似文献

为探讨微量元素与妊娠及围产医学的关系,取49例正常孕产妇和51例异常孕产妇的头发进行微量元素检测.结果表明,异常孕产妇中妊娠高血压综合征组发锌均值(104±17.54)×10-6明显低于正常组(168±22.12)×10-6,而发铜均值(13.3±0.78)×10-6明显高于正常组(11.3±0.94)×10-6,不明原因流产组发锌(115±10.32)×10-6,发铜(9.03±1.03)×10-6两项均值明显低于正常组,羊膜早破组仅发铜均值(7.59±1.97)×10-6低于正常组;畸胎组则锌、铜、铁、钙均值都低于正常组.经统计学处理均有显著性差异(P<0.05或产<0.01)  相似文献

测定了育龄妇女42例,不孕妇女48例,上不锈钢金属圆环避孕妇女12例的宫颈粘液中微量元素铜,结果如下:正常组铜0.18±0.22mg/L,不孕组0.65±1.14mg/L,上金属圆环组0.28±0.28mg/L.所得数值表明:不孕组宫颈粘液铜离子的含量明显高于正常育龄妇女组,差别有极显著意义,P<0.01.采用不锈钢金属环避孕妇女组与正常育龄妇女比较,无显著差异,P>0.05。  相似文献

选择了45例免疫性口腔粘膜病人进行血清微量元素含量变化研究,以探讨日腔粘膜免疫性疾病患者血清微量元素的变化,给临床提供使用微量元素作辅助治疗的实验依据。结果显示血清锌、铜含量均显著低于对照参考值(P<0.01f).铁含量低于参考值(0.01<P<0.05),而血清镁含量高于对照参考值(P<0.001)。  相似文献

A new chromophore, C1 , based on a similar DπA‐structure as in the FTC ‐chromophore but with a hydroxyalkyl spacer perpendicular to the direction of the dipole moment was synthesized. Both chromophores and the CLD ‐chromophore were used to prepare high Tg nonlinear optical vinyl polymers. The influence of the position of the spacer on the DπA‐system on the NLO response of the resulting polymers was investigated.

A straightforward modification of the resolution of the identity (RI) approximation to the Coulomb interaction is described. In the limit of basis sets that are dominated by high angular momentum functions the observed speedups in realistic test systems reach a factor of 2 compared to the standard RI algorithm, and a factor of up to 300 compared to the standard algorithm to form the Coulomb matrix. More moderate savings on the order of 0-20% are obtained for the more commonly used smaller basis sets. A series of test calculations is reported to illustrate the efficiency of the algorithm.  相似文献

The chemical compositions of the initial bark of the Siberian firAbies sibirica and of the solid residues after extraction with carbon dioxide, water, and alcohol have been studied. On successive extraction, the yield of extractive substances amounted to 25.05% of the absolutely dry bark. The carbon dioxide, aqueous, and alcoholic extracts obtained have been investigated. The carbon dioxide extract was found to contain 34.97% of essential oil, while only traces of it were detected in the aqueous and alcoholic extracts.Krasnoyarsk State Technological Academy. The photooxidation of chloral was studied by infrared spectroscopy under steady-state conditions with irradiation of a blackblue fluorescent lamp (300 nm < λ < 400 nm, λmax = 360 nm) at 296 ± 2 K. The products were hydrogen chloride, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and phosgen. The kinetic results reveal that the reaction proceeds via chain reaction of the Cl atom: The results lead to the conclusion that mechanism (B) is confirmed to be more likely than mechanism (A), which was favored at one time by Heicklen for the mechanism of the oxidation of trichloromethyl radicals by oxygen molecules: The ratio of the initial rates of CO and CO2 formation gave k7/k6 = 4.23M?1, and the lower limit of reaction (5) was found to be 3.7 × 108M?1 sec?1.  相似文献
