利用频闪结构光测量旋转叶片的三维面形   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
在对快速甚至高速运动物体进行研究时,需要对运动物体各个时刻的三维面形和形变量进行数字化描述。提出了一种利用频闪光作为结构照明光源,基于傅里叶变换轮廓术对旋转叶片每个时刻的三维面形和变形量进行动态测量的光学方法。使用自行设计的同步控制单元对风扇叶片旋转位置进行检测,用该检测信号同步驱动频闪结构光源的发光和图像采集系统“冻结”记录下旋转叶片表面变形条纹的瞬时图像,再运用傅里叶变换轮廓术计算出每一瞬间时刻旋转叶片的三维面形,分析这些三维面形数字化结果可以进一步得到旋转叶片的变形量。通过对家用电风扇的实验,验证了该方法的合理性和可行性。该方法可望在高速运动物体的面形和变形研究上有广泛运用。  相似文献

将傅里叶变换轮廓术(FTP)运用到地动态液体面形测量,采用CCD快速获取由龙基(Ronchi)光谱投影到处于动态变化过程的液体表面上的一系列变形条纹,经过傅里叶变换,频谱滤波,逆傅里叶变换,三维相位展开等处理后得到的重建的一系列液面面形,能再现动态液面的变化过程,也能获取液体旋涡的一些特征参数,为流体力学相关研究提供了一种新的方法。  相似文献

To explain consistently determining the global shape of the brain, the vortex model of the brain was proposed by Nakada. He explained that structural organization of the brain is guided by the self-organization pattern based on the principal rule of free thermal convection. In the present study, a computer simulation of a simple thermal-driven convective-diffusive flow was performed to clarify the fundamental relation between this type of the flow and formation of the brain shape. The incompressible Navier-Stokes equations containing the external force dependent on temperature, and an equation for temperature were solved with projection method. The multi-directional finite-difference method was employed to discretize the governing equations. Computational results were suitably visualized and found to be consistent with the arguments in the vortex theory that the thermal-driven convective-diffusive flow is an essential mechanism for determining the global shape of the human brain.  相似文献

A clustering-based approach to vortex extraction   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Since vortex is an important flow structure and has significant influence on numerous industrial applications, vortex extraction is always a research hotspot in flow visualization. This paper presents a novel vortex extraction method by employing a machine learning clustering algorithm to identify and locate vortical structures in complex flow fields. Specifically, the proposed approach firstly chooses an objective, physically based metric that describes the vortex-like behavior of intricate flow and then normalizes the metric for applying on different flow fields. After that, it performs the clustering on normalized metric to automatically determine vortex regions. Our method requires relatively few flow variables as inputs, making it suitable for vortex extraction in large-scale datasets. Moreover, this approach detects all vortices in the flow simultaneously, thereby showing great potential for automated vortex tracking. Extensive experimental results demonstrate the efficiency and accuracy of our proposed method in comparison with existing approaches.  相似文献

将神经网络引入基于结构光投影的复杂物体三维面形测量。在测量过程中,利用神经网络强大的函数逼近能力,得到离散条纹图的连续逼近函数,从中解出物体的相位分布信息,获得物体的三维面形分布。应用神经网络方法,在结构光投影条件下,只需要获取一幅条纹图,便可以完成复杂物体的三维面形测量。该方法相比传统的傅里叶变换轮廓术,不存在滤波操作,不会在测量过程中丢失被测物体的高频分量,具有更高的空间带宽积和灵敏度,能准确测量出复杂物体的细节,更加适用于恢复复杂物体的三维面形。并且该方法在条纹图存在阴影的情况下与傅里叶变换轮廓术相比,能更好地提取出物体的相位信息,恢复物体的三维面形。模拟及实验均验证了该方法的可行性。  相似文献

Some results of flow visualization are described for an unconventional fuselage with Erickson-like forebody. The experiment includes force measurement, surface oil flow visualization, and laser sheet flow visualization. Some results are also obtained from a CFD code for solving laminar Navier-Stokes equations. Although there are some differences between the model in the experiment and the model in the computation, the location of vortex on the models exhibits good agreements. The investigation in this paper shows that varying the forebody shape of fuselage can change the flow characteristics greatly and the Erickson-like forebody has potential to improve the lateral-direction stability of the aircraft at high angles of attack.  相似文献

Phase unwrapping is a task common to many applications like interferometry imaging, medical magnetic resonance imaging, solid-state physics, etc. Fourier transform profilometry (FTP) values the height distribution of object, elaborating the interference between a plane reference grating and a deformed object grating. Since the height information is extracted from the phase of a complex function, the phase unwrapping is a critical step of the process. Several unwrapping algorithms are proposed in literature, but applied to measurement technologies different from FTP. The purpose of this paper is to define the performances of eight different unwrapping algorithms applied to FTP optical scan method and to define the best one. The algorithms chosen are: Goldstein's algorithm, quality guided path following method, Mask cut method, Flynn's method, multi-grid method, weighted multi-grid method, preconditioned conjugate gradient method and minimum Lp-norm method. The methods were tested on real images acquired by a FTP scanner developed and calibrated for these experiments. The objects used vary from simple geometries, like planes and cylinders, to complex shapes of common use objects. Algorithms were qualified considering the phase unwrapping errors, execution time and accuracy of the shape of objects obtained from the scan method in comparison with real ones. The results show that quality guided algorithm best fits in FTP application.  相似文献

襟翼侧缘噪声是飞机起降阶段机体噪声的重要噪声源。采用极大涡模拟对襟翼侧缘非定常流场进行数值模拟,分析其噪声产生机理.基于此,提出了两种襟翼侧缘修型方式,应用虚拟渗透面的Ffowcs Williams and Hawkings(FW-H)声比拟方法将修型构型的远场噪声频谱特性和指向性与基准构型对比分析,研究其降噪效果。通过流场和声场的数值模拟表明,襟翼侧缘噪声属于宽频噪声。不同的襟翼侧缘形状改变了流场形态、侧缘涡结构以及涡系的发展过程,进而对声源分布和远场噪声特性产生影响。结果表明:在给定的5°计算迎角下,两种襟翼侧缘修型方式在保证增升装置的原有升阻气动特性的前提下,能达到减小全场总声压级1~2 dB的降噪效果。   相似文献

Reverse engineering plays an important role in product design and manufacturing due to the need for the improvement of existing products. Acquisition of 3D data of existing products is one of the most fundamental processes in reverse engineering. This paper proposes a unified-calibration method for Fourier Transform Profilometry (FTP)-based 3D data acquisition. In current FTP methods, the system parameters, such as positions and orientations of the camera and projector and the reference plane location, are needed to convert the phase map into 3D coordinates of the object. Generally, it is difficult to measure these parameters directly. Therefore, a calibration procedure is required in current FTP methods. In this research, a novel method is proposed for the calibration. Only one image is used to calculate all system parameters in the proposed method. The experiments show the method is simple and feasible for FTP-based 3D data acquisition.  相似文献

The secondary flow driven by the primary vortex in a cylinder,generating the so called "tea leaf paradox",is fundamental for understanding many natural phenomena,industrial applications and scientific researches.In this work,the effect of wettability on the primary vortex and secondary flow is investigated by the three-dimensional multiphase lattice Boltzmann method based on a chemical potential.We find that the surface wettability strongly affects the shape of the primary vortex.With the increase of the contact angle of the cylinder,the sectional plane of the primary vortex gradually changes from a steep valley into a saddle with two raised parts.Because the surface friction is reduced correspondingly,the core of the secondary vortex moves to the centerline of the cylinder and the vortex intensity also increases.The stirring force has stronger effects to enhance the secondary flow and push the vortex up than the surface wettability.Interestingly,a small secondary vortex is discovered near the three-phase contact line when the surface has a moderate wettability,owing to the interaction between the secondary flow and the curved gas/liquid interface.  相似文献

In the fringe projection profilometry, the traditional triangle method, such as Fourier-transform profilometry (FTP), is difficult to recover the stepped shape object from the deformed fringe pattern. In order to solve this problem, the neural network is introduced to deal with this kind of fringe patterns and gain the three-dimensional (3D) information of the measured object. By training the network, the relationship between the deformed fringe pattern and the height of the object can be obtained, and thereby the height of the object can be obtained. Furthermore, the object can be reconstructed perfectly without knowing the optical parameters of the experiment system. An obvious merit of this network method is that it can recover the 3D object in a short time and only need one deformed fringe pattern. Computer simulations and experiment validate the feasibility of the method.  相似文献

拓宽轴流压气机稳定工作裕度及探索其流动失稳控制途径一直是内部流动研究的焦点。本文从前失速先兆检测机理入手,对前失速先兆与叶顶间隙泄漏流非定常性进行了关联性研究,发现了前失速先兆与叶顶间隙泄漏流非定常性有一定的关联性。在认识这类关联性的基础上,提出了基于前失速先兆捕捉的失稳控制途径,并结合DSP控制器构建扩稳控制方案,在低速轴流压气机上进行了实验验证。实验结果表明:采用叶顶喷气扩稳控制措施后,简化了原来复杂的控制机构,并为控制措施的实施预留了反馈控制时间,与原来的定常喷气控制措施相比有变工况自适应的优势。  相似文献

A modified Fourier transform profilometry (FTP) based on a fringe pattern with two frequency components is proposed, which provides a larger measuring range than that of the traditional FTP. We analyze the maximum measuring range and give an expression to describe the measurable slope of the height variation limitation of this method. The modified FTP provides us another approach to eliminate frequency overlapping. When the spectra distribution of a measured object is not spherical symmetry, we can avoid the frequency aliasing through projecting a fringe pattern with two frequency components, instead of increasing the density of the projected fringe and the resolution of a CCD camera. The theoretical analysis and primary experiments verified the method.  相似文献

漩涡阻止器是用来防止或减少漩涡发生的特殊装置,它具有特殊的几何形状,能够优化水力机械内部的流动。在水泵吸水池内部,尤其在吸入口的周围存在着较大的漩涡,在吸入口的下方,安装一个“T”型的漩涡阻止器,应用PIV技术测出安装漩涡阻止器前后吸水池内部的流场分布,并对其流动特性进行深入分析,证明了该阻止器能够有效的减小漩涡发生。对这种“T”型漩涡阻止器的作用过程进行深入的研究发现,能够用摩阻理论来解释它的作用机理。  相似文献

本文首先从粘性流体流动的基本涡量方程入手,对产生于旋转叶轮机械内的各类旋涡流动进行了深入细致的分析;在此基础上,分析描述了水洞模拟中典型叶片通道流场的各种分离旋涡流态,并对比了不同处理方法下这些旋涡流态的变化。通过上述的理论分析,以及结合实验研究工作中的结论,提出了减小旋转叶轮机械内分离旋涡流动的五点方法和结论,这些方法和结论对航空发动机和民用叶轮机械均有实践指导意义。  相似文献

在傅里叶变换轮廓术频域滤波过程中通常采用不对称的汉宁窗滤波窗来提取基频信号,当投影呈二维变化的光栅条纹时,采用的滤波窗长短轴方向和载频方向不吻合,会导致被测物体的部分高频信息丢失,从而影响相位展开的难易程度和系统测量的精度。分析比较物体高度的分布与频谱的关系,通过旋转滤波窗使其短轴方向与载频方向一致,可以保留物体的高频信息,降低相位展开的复杂度,提高测量的精确度。计算机模拟和实物实验结果表明滤波窗旋转滤波可以避免相位展开在物体高度突变处的出错,有效地提高测量精度。  相似文献

We propose a novel diffractive element to produce a perfect vortex beam. Flexibility in creating any perfect vortex beam is one of the considerable advantages of this method. Moreover, simplicity in creating the element is another interesting feature of this technique. We simply produce the proposed element by shifting the phase of a spiral zone plate and demonstrate how the phase shift enables us to manage the size of the generated perfect vortex. Further studies illustrate that the shape of the vortex is preserved in a long focal depth, while the phase map rotates around the propagation axis. In addition, all experimental results denote congruence with the respective results from simulation.  相似文献

In Fourier-transform profilometry (FTP), the height information is extracted from the phase distribution through triangulation; the relationship between the phase and height distribution depends on the system parameters such as the relative position of the projector and the camera, the fringe frequency and the reference plane position. In this paper, we propose a novel calibration approach for FTP that uses calibration planes to calculate the system parameters. The main innovation of this method is the application of an exhaustive geometric model of the FTP that expresses the phase-to-height relationship in the most general way with a camera and a projector not aligned; the aberration due to optics is also considered and compensated for. The obtained calibration data have a precise physic meaning and can be easily compared with the real system. Tests on both simulated and real data showed that the proposed method is robust, even in the case on non-negligible noise level.  相似文献

On-line phase measuring profilometry based on phase matching is proposed. While just one fixed sinusoidal fringe is projected on a measured object moving with the pipeline, deformed patterns modulated by the object moving at the same distance moment are captured synchronously by the CCD camera. The phase information of the object in those captured deformed patterns can be predicted using FTP method to assist the pixel matching so as to realize the point-to-point correspondence of the object in the captured deformed patterns. Meanwhile, the equivalent phase-shifting deformed patterns can be extracted. So the three dimensional shape of the object can be reconstructed successfully with an equal phase-shifting algorithm. Numerical simulation and experiments show feasibility and validity of the proposed method.  相似文献

Windowed Fourier transform (FT) is introduced into Fourier transform profilometry (FTP) to extract zero component included in deformed fringe pattern without capturing two fringe patterns with π phase difference. First, we extract zero component of deformed fringe image using windowed FT and normalize it, then calculate the normalized Fourier spectra of deformed fringe image, finally subtract the zero component from Fourier spectra of deformed fringe image. We give the theoretical analysis of the proposed method. The experiment is carried out to demonstrate that the method can eliminate zero component and extend the measurable slope of height variation to nearly three times of the conventional FTP.  相似文献
