Spectral characteristics of partially coherent flat-topped (PCFT) beams propagated in a turbulent atmosphere are investigated and an analytical formula for the spectrum S(ω) is derived. It is shown that, if the scaling law is valid, the normalized spectrum S(ω) of PCFT beams propagating through turbulent atmosphere is the same as the normalized source spectrum S(0)(ω), this similarity is valid for any arbitrary order of the circular flat-topped “N”. It is proved that if the scaling law is not valid, S(ω) of PCFT is different from S(0)(ω). Also spectral behavior of PCFT beams in free space and turbulence media is investigated in detail.  相似文献

Based on the extended Huygens-Fresnel principle, the spectrum of elliptical Gaussian beam (EGB) propagating through turbulent atmosphere can be derived analytically by tensor method. It can avoid time-consuming numerical integral that was commonly used in the previous study of spectral changes. Analytical results show that the on-axis normalized spectrum S(ω) of EGB propagating through turbulent atmosphere is different from the original spectrum S0(ω) and there exist spectral shifts and spectral switches for EGB propagating through turbulent atmosphere. Besides, spectral shifts and spectral switches of EGB are closely related with the structure constant of the turbulent atmosphere, the beam parameters and the coordinate of observation point. Compared with the Gaussian beam, there are two spectral switches for EGB propagating through turbulent atmosphere.  相似文献

General expressions are derived for the spectral degree of cross-polarization (SDCP) of a beam generated by the superposition of two Gaussian Schell-model (GSM) beams, which illuminated with the same Gaussian Schell-mode source propagating in non-Kolmogorov turbulent atmosphere by adopting beam cross-spectral density matrix and Young's interference theory. In particular, through numerical examples based on our analytical formal the SDCP of two GSM beams is analyzed. Detailed analysis demonstrate that the SDCP is closely to the spacing of two beams on source plane as well as the strength of the atmospheric turbulent, but the fractal constant α has no affect on the SDCP.  相似文献

Polarization properties of Gaussian Schell-mode type photon beams propagating through the non-Kolmogorov turbulence in a slant channel are studied which are based on the model of quantum field and the effective photon annihilation/creation operator. Our numerical results show that the degree of polarization increases with the increasing of the transverse coherent width of source ρs0, the source's transverse size ω0 and the power law of the turbulent spectrum, but the degree of polarization P decreases as the zenith angle θ increases. The effect of the wavelength of light beam on the degree of polarization of Gaussian Schell-model beams is small.  相似文献

由湍流大气中斜程传输时准单色高斯-谢尔(GSM)光束互相干函数的解析式导出了该光束的复相干度.然后,利用表征光束空间相干性的横向相干长度,研究了斜程传输时大气湍流对准单色GSM光束空间相干性的影响.研究结果表明:1)当传输路径偏离水平方向较大(即θ≤88°)时,准单色GSM光束横向相干长度随传输距离均为先迅速增加,后缓慢增加,最后基本保持不变.2)当传输路径接近水平方向(即θ≥89°)时,准单色GSM光束横向相干长度随传输距离均为先增大,达到一个最大值后开始下降并持续减小.3) 关键词: 大气光学 空间相干性 高斯-谢尔光束 斜程传输  相似文献

Based on the extended Huygens-Fresnel principle, the spectrum of twist anisotropic Gaussian Schell-model (TAGSM) beams propagating through turbulent atmosphere is derived analytically by using the partially coherent complex curvature tensor. The relative spectral shift of TAGSM beams propagating through turbulent atmosphere is closely related with the strength of atmospheric turbulence, the beam’s parameter and the radial coordinate. The on-axis spectral shift of TAGSM beams propagating through turbulent atmosphere changes from blue shift to red shift with the increasing of the propagation distance z, and at a certain propagation distance z, there exists a rapid transition of the spectrum at the critical position rc.  相似文献

The expressions for the spectral intensity of partially coherent Gaussian Schell-model (GSM) radial array beams for both the correlated and uncorrelated superpositions passing through ABCD optical systems have been derived by using the extended Huygens-Fresnel diffraction integral. The effects of the normalized radius R, the number of beamlets N, the spatial coherent parameter of array beamlets β and the optical system parameters on the on-axis and off-axis relative spectral shifts for the two types of superposition have been discussed in detail. The results show that for the correlated superposition, the on-axis spectral intensity in free space and the off-axis spectral intensity on the geometrical focal plane depends on the source spectral density S0(ω), the spatial coherent parameter of array beamlets β, the generalized Fresnel number of the system F, the normalized radius R and the number of beamlets N, whereas the spectral intensity for the uncorrelated superposition is independent of the number of beamlets N. Furthermore, as for on the actual focal plane, the off-axis spectral intensity for the two types of superposition is closely related to N.  相似文献

Taking the polychromatic Gaussian Schell-model (GSM) beam as a typical example of spatially partially coherent polychromatic beams, the spreading of polychromatic GSM beams in atmospheric turbulence is studied. The mean-squared width of polychromatic GSM beams in turbulence is derived by using the effective source and the strong fluctuation models. It is shown that the same result is obtained using both the models. The diffraction, atmospheric turbulence and beam polychroism result in a spreading of polychromatic GSM beams. If the scaling law fails, the spreading of polychromatic GSM beams increases with increasing bandwidth Γ, but the influence of Γ on the spreading of polychromatic GSM beams becomes small as the structure constant Cn2 of the refractive index and spatial correlation parameter α increase. The spreading of polychromatic GSM beams increases as Cn2 increases and α decreases. Spatially partially coherent polychromatic beams are less sensitive to the effects of atmospheric turbulence than spatially fully coherent polychromatic beams.  相似文献

Non-degenerate four-wave mixing using two non-collinear laser beams with frequencies (wavevectors) ωp, ωt (kp, kt) respectively is studied in CuCl. Two emission lines at frequencies ω(1)=2ωtp, and ω(2)=2ωpt are observed. Their excitation spectrum is sharply peaked if the phase-match condition k(1)=2kt-kp is fulfilled. This is the case, if ωp coincides with the hyper-Raman lines (R+T, R-T) of the laser labelled (t) in a well-defined geometrical configuration.  相似文献

In recent years studies of aquatic locomotion have provided some remarkable insights into the many features of fish swimming performances. This paper derives a scaling relation of aquatic locomotion CD(Re)~2 =(Sw)~2 and its corresponding log law and power law. For power scaling law,(Sw)~2 = β_nRe~((2-1)/n), which is valid within the full spectrum of the Reynolds number Re=UL/v from low up to high, can simply be expressed as the power law of the Reynolds number Re and the swimming number Sw=ωAL/v as Re ∝ (Sw)~σ,with σ=2 for creeping flows,σ=4/3 for laminar flows, σ=10/9 and σ=14/13 for turbulent flows. For log law this paper has derived the scaling law as Sw ∝ Re=(lnRe+1.287), which is even valid for a much wider range of the Reynolds number Re. Both power and log scaling relationships link the locomotory input variables that describe the swimmer's gait A;ω via the swimming number Sw to the locomotory output velocity U via the longitudinal Reynolds number Re, and reveal the secret input-output relationship of aquatic locomotion at different scales of the Reynolds number.  相似文献

本文假设导致托卡马克反常电子输运的主要机制为由温度梯度所驱动的重整化电子磁漂移波。通过求解动力学过程自洽地导出了反常电子输运系数的定标律:D(T)=(c/ωpe)2{((ve/qR)2/2π+(vc/2)2)1/2-vc/2}。它在数值上与现有实验给出的AIcator定标律符合。在无碰撞(vc→0)情况下与Ohkawa定标津一致。同时分析了该定标律与Alcator定标律的偏离,并由此讨论了强磁场欧姆加热托卡马克达到热核点火的可能性。 关键词:  相似文献

We investigate the dynamic hysteresis of nanoscale magnetic aggregates by employing Monte Carlo simulation, based on Ising model in non-integer dimensional space. The diffusion-limited aggregation (DLA) model with adjustable sticking probability is used to generate magnetic aggregates with different fractal dimension D. It is revealed that the exponential scaling law A(H0, ω)∼H0α·ωβ, where A is the hysteresis area, H0 and ω the amplitude and frequency of external magnetic field, applies to both the low-ω and high-ω regimes, while exponents α and β decrease with increasing D in the low-ω regime and keep invariant in the high-ω regime. A mean-field approach is developed to explain the simulated results.  相似文献

The analytical expression for the beam propagation factor (M2-factor) of Gaussian Schell-model (GSM) array beams propagating through atmospheric turbulence is derived. It is shown that the M2-factor of GSM array beams depends on the beam number, the relative beam separation distance, the beam coherence parameter, the type of beam superposition, and the strength of turbulence. The turbulence results in an increase of the M2-factor. However, for the superposition of the intensity the M2-factor is less sensitive to turbulence than that for the superposition of the cross-spectral density function. The M2-factor of GSM array beams is larger than that of the corresponding Gaussian array beams. However, the M2-factor of GSM array beams is less affected by turbulence than that of the corresponding Gaussian array beams. For the superposition of the cross-spectral density function a minimum of the M2-factor of GSM array beams may appear in turbulence, which is even smaller than that of the corresponding single GSM beams.  相似文献

Frequency dependent conductivity σ(ω) is calculated for the t ? J model by applying the memory function technique in terms of the Hubbard operators. The relaxation rate due to electron scattering on spin and charge dynamical fluctuations is calculated and a generalized Drude law for σ(ω) is obtained. For a model with an incoherent spectrum for one-hole excitations we obtain a universal form for frequency dependence of relaxation rate and conductivity in terms of the scaling function γ(ω/kT). The relaxation rate for the t ? J model is quite different from that one for the conventional Hubbard model in the strong coupling limit where it vanishes due to an exact cancellation of the intraband scattering and virtual interband transitions.  相似文献

In this paper, taking the electromagnetic partially coherent flat-topped (PCFT) beam as an example, we investigate the spectral changes of stochastic electromagnetic beams with astigmatic aberration propagating through a turbulent atmosphere. The analytic expressions for the spectrum of the beams propagating through the turbulent atmosphere are derived. It is shown that the spectral changes of the electromagnetic PCFT beams in the turbulent atmosphere are closely related with the astigmatism aberration, the strength of atmospheric turbulence, the inner scale of turbulence, the correlation of source and the order of flatness of electromagnetic PCFT beams. It is important to note that the spectral changes of the aberrant electromagnetic PCFT beams are insensitive to the atmospheric turbulence. Some possible explanations have also been given for the interesting physical phenomena.  相似文献

We study medium modifications of the dilepton e + e ? and μ+μ? mass spectra in coherent photo-and electroproduction of ρ0(1S)-and ρ′(2S)-meson resonances on nuclear targets. The analysis is performed within the coupled ρ0(1S), ρ′(2S), ... channel formalism, where nuclear modifications derive from off-diagonal rescatterings. We find that the effect of off-diagonal rescatterings on the shape of the dilepton-mass spectrum in the ρ0(1S)-meson mass region is only marginal, but it is very important in the ρ′(2S) mass region. The main off-diagonal contribution in the ρ′(2S) mass region comes from the sequential mechanism γ* → ρ0(1S) → ρ′(2S), which dominates ρ′(2S) production for heavy nuclei. Our results also show that, in the ρ′(2S) mass region, there is a considerable interference of the Breit-Wigner tail of the amplitude for the decay ρ0(1S) to e + e ? and μ+μ? with the amplitude for the decay of ρ′(2S) to e + e ? and μ+μ?.  相似文献

We examine the frequency dependent conductivity of an exactly soluble model of a random system, the one-dimensional quantum percolation model. Since this system does not fall into the category of weak scattering by the disorder, we do not find the asymptoticω 2ln2(ω/ω 0) behavior suggested by Mott. For systems which are most disordered, we find that the conductivity spectrum consists of discrete levels, while for systems in which the disorder is much less dense, we may use a continuum approximation. The conductivity is then given by anω ?3 cosech (2π/ωτ) law. We speculate that such behavior may be found in mixed valent planar compounds such as K2Pt(CN4)3(H2O) with small amounts of Br or Cl added.  相似文献
