通过低速低湍流度风洞实验,研究了利用排翼布局改善充气飞机采用大厚度翼型机翼带来的气动效率偏低问题。首先比较了采用不同厚度翼型的单翼与排式双翼布局的气动特性。在此基础上,为了优化排翼布局的气动特性,研究了给后翼安装偏转角对排翼布局气动特性的影响。同时,基于NACA0030翼型,设计了波纹型外形的充气机翼,比较了此外形下单翼和排翼布局气动性能的差异。实验结果表明,采用排翼布局能够改善采用厚翼型单翼布局的气动性能,而给后翼安装一定偏转角可以进一步提高排翼布局的升力和升阻比。采用波纹外形和光滑外形机翼模型的对比结果表明,波纹外形能够在大迎角时改善充气机翼的失速性能。分析认为,造成这一现象的流动机理是由于波纹型机翼在实验条件下提前由层流转捩为湍流,使失速推迟,流动分离现象有所减弱。  相似文献

建立了一种以实数编码技术为基础的遗传算法模型,并把它与通过工程估算的气动分析方法相结合,进行飞机气动形的单点和多点优化设计。 优化设计中,设计变量取机为机翼、机身和尾翼的外形及三者之间的相对位置,优化目标是使飞机在跨音速和超音速飞行状态下获得配平状态下最大的升阻比。设计结果表明该优化设计方法是十分有效的,可以用来具有正常布局形式的飞机进行气动外形的优化设计。  相似文献

探讨用协同优化方法能否有效地解决机翼气动/结构一体化设计优化问题。首先对基本的协同优化和基于响应面协同优化两种方法的特点进行了探讨,然后以轻型飞机机翼气动/结构一体化设计为例,着重研究如何用协同优化方法建立机翼气动/结构一体化设计的优化模型。研究结果表明,基本的协同优化算法不能有效地解决该机翼气动/结构一体化优化问题,而基于响应面的协同优化方法在求解这一问题时具有较好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

在现代民用飞机初步设计阶段,快速设计出高气动性能的增升装置是民用飞机设计瓶颈因素.本文通过增升装置气动外形参数化和微分进化优化算法搭建民机低速构型一体化设计和优化平台,并引入参数化变量重要性测度分析方法,计算对于设计目标升力系数的影响程度大的因子,分析出缝道宽度和后掠角参数化变量对升力系数的影响起主要作用.优化设计结果表明:优化构型升力系数增加,失速迎角增大,并且大大的提高了优化效率.  相似文献

发展了一种可用于翼型/机翼外形设计中的气动噪声快速预测方法。相较于传统的半经验噪声预测方法,该方法以两方程非线性k-ε湍流模型模化雷诺应力的雷诺平均方程为背景,考虑了升力系数、三维流动效应以及机翼几何参数等因素对后缘噪声的影响。而相对于直接数值模拟或声类比拟方法,该方法虽不能准确预测噪声强度,但其计算量小,能给出不同翼型/机翼的相对总声压级,以及总声压级随升力系数的变化情况,易于应用于翼型/机翼气动外形优化设计中。通过计算分析二维NACA0012翼型几何参数或来流状态的改变所带来的气动噪声差异,与ANOPP软件及Brooks等计算结果进行对比,验证了该模型的可靠性。最后,计算分析二维、三维翼型/机翼气动噪声,凸显该方法在翼型/机翼气动外形优化设计中的应用价值。  相似文献

变体飞机可以在飞行中充分改变外形获得最佳气动效率以适应变化的任务环境。覆盖在结构表面的蒙皮不仅要具有良好的面内方向柔性,产生满足设计变形量的光滑连续变形,同时要提供足够的垂直平面方向刚度,维持气动构型,并将气动载荷传递到下层结构。本文提出一种在十字形可变形蜂窝表面覆盖硅胶表层的结构作为柔性蒙皮,理论分析了该柔性蒙皮在面内方向的变形机理以及十字形可变形蜂窝的形状参数对其力学性能的影响,并与仿真和试验结果进行了比较。根据后缘变弯度机翼的设计要求,给出了柔性蒙皮优化后的设计参数范围。结果表明该柔性蒙皮具有足够的面内方向变形能力和垂直平面方向承载能力,满足变弯度机翼后缘设计要求。  相似文献

变体飞机根据不同飞行状态改变机翼形状以获得最佳的气动效能,从而提高在多工况下执行多目标任务的能力。表面结构的柔性蒙皮设计是实现变体结构的关键,需要设计具有足够协同变形能力的同时,还能够承受表面的气动载荷、保持光滑气动外形性能的柔性蒙皮结构。针对这一需要,本文提出一种基于Ω形蜂窝的夹芯式大变形柔性蒙皮结构(Ω形柔性蒙皮)。利用参数优化技术以最小化构型变形方向的刚度为目标确定Ω构型的拓扑结构;推导出Ω形蜂窝柔性蒙皮结构的面内等效弹性性能预测公式,并通过数值仿真分析了该结构的面内变形性能和面外承载能力。通过与蛇形蜂窝和正余弦蜂窝两种夹芯式柔性蒙皮结构的面内变形能力的对比分析,验证了该柔性蒙皮的良好性能。结果表明,所提出的Ω形柔性蒙皮结构具有良好的面内可恢复的大变形能力和面外承载能力。  相似文献

采用柱型粗糙元,以尖劈和机翼外形为基础,利用CFD数值模拟方法,研究机翼表面局部粗糙区域对其周围气动特性的影响。研究相同粗糙元高度下,粗糙元位于尖劈表面不同位置时局部边界层和气动特性的变化情况;基于流动分区理论,采用空气动力学理论分析与数值模拟结合的方法,分析F16机翼可接受的局部粗糙元高度;根据分析结果,在改进平板外形基础上,验证不同粗糙元高度对改进目标块区域气动特性的影响程度,并给出流经局部粗糙区域的流体发展状况。为了验证数值结果的准确性,采用S-A与SST湍流模型进行对比求解。本文工作对复杂大气环境引起的飞行器局部粗糙表面区域气动特性变化的研究具有指导意义。  相似文献

提出了一种新型气动技术,其主要原理是:将机翼上表面的一部分翼面设计为活动翼面,当飞机进入降落阶段、迎角较大时,适当抬高该活动翼面,从而在该活动翼面后形成一个台阶,通过台阶中产生的稳定驻涡来控制机翼上表面的流动;与此同时,打开安装在机翼上的Gurney襟翼,可达到同时提高机翼升力和失速迎角的目的。将该技术在DLR-F4上应用,数值模拟结果表明:机翼的最大升力系数提高了17.37%;失速迎角从11°提高到13°,提高了18.18%。本文为提高飞机的着落性能探索出一种具有发展潜力的方法。  相似文献

采用多学科设计优化方法进行机翼气动/结构优化时,结构学科的优化需要气动学科提供机翼压力分布的代理模型。本文引入了等参单元形函数的几何变换思想,利用径向基函数,解决了复杂形状机翼的二维气动代理模型的构造问题,进行了某巡航导弹弹翼考虑结构变形的气动力代理模型的构建。算例结果表明,本文所用代理模型构造方法简单易行,预测结果的精度很好。  相似文献

In this paper, aeroelastic modeling of aircraft wings with variations in sweep angle, taper ratio, and variable pre-twist angle along the span is considered. The wing structure is modeled as a classical beam with torsion and bending flexibility. The governing equations are derived based on Hamilton’s principle. Moreover, Peters’ finite state aerodynamic model which is modified to take into account the effects of the wing finite-span, the wing sweep angle, and the wing pre-twist angle, is used to simulate the aerodynamic loads on the wing. The coupled partially differential equations are discretized to a set of ordinary differential equations using Galerkin’s approach. By solving these equations the aeroelastic instability conditions are derived. The results are compared with some experimental and analytical results of previous published papers and good agreement is attained. Effects of the wing sweep angle, taper ratio, bending to torsional rigidity, and pre-twist angle on the flutter boundary in several cases are studied. Results show that these geometrical and physical parameters have considerable effects on the wing flutter boundary.  相似文献

Wing shape and kinematics of flapping wing nano air vehicles are two important factors in their design process. These factors require an optimal design in terms of decreasing the needed aerodynamic power. Since, insects are regarded as the best natural flier in hovering flight, seven of their wings are considered in order to determine the best wing shape for hovering applications. Because of the difference in the original bio-inspired shape of these wings, two scenarios are studied, namely, considering the same wingspan and same wing surface. Using the quasi-steady approximation to model the aerodynamic loads and a basic gradient approach to optimize the kinematics of the wing, the optimum Euler angles, required aerodynamic power, and hence the best wing shape for each scenario are analytically determined. The results show that the wing shape and surface strongly impact the aerodynamic characteristics and performances of the chosen wing shapes. It is demonstrated that the twisted parasite wing shape is a good candidate to minimize the required aerodynamic power during hovering. The strategy used in this analysis can be used to evaluate the performance of any realistic wing shape design and could provide a guideline for selecting the best wing shape and kinematics for flapping wing nano air vehicles with hovering capabilities.  相似文献

针对低雷诺数微型飞行器的气动布局, 设计出类似雨燕翅膀的一组具有不同前缘钝度的中等后掠($\varLambda =50^{\circ}$)仿生三角翼. 为了定量对比研究三角翼后缘收缩产生的气动效应, 设计了一组具有同等后掠的普通三角翼. 为了深入研究仿生三角翼布局的前缘涡演化特性以及总体气动特性, 采用数值模拟方法详细地探索了低雷诺数($Re=1.58\times 10^{4})$流动条件下前缘涡涡流结构和气动力随迎角的变化规律. 分析结果表明, 前缘钝度和后缘收缩对仿生三角翼前缘涡的涡流强度和涡破裂位置有显著影响. 相对于钝前缘来说, 尖前缘使仿生三角翼上下表面的压力差增大, 涡流强度也更大, 增升作用也更显著. 相对于普通三角翼构型, 仿生三角翼的前缘斜切使其阻力更大, 但后缘的收缩使涡破裂位置固定在此位置, 因此整个上翼面保持低压, 总的升力更大. 由于小迎角时升力增大更明显, 因此仿生三角翼的气动效率在小迎角时明显大于普通三角翼. 这些结论对于揭示鸟类的飞行机理以及未来微型仿生飞行器的气动布局设计具有重要的研究价值.   相似文献

In view of the problems involved in the design of hypersonic aircraft great interest has arisen in recent years as to the behavior of wings in fast supersonic flows. Two main approaches have been used: a study of hypersonic flow around traditional wings, and a search for new configurations with optimum aerodynamic properties. Aerodynamic [1, 2], heat-transfer [3], and stability investigations (for V-shaped wings in super- and hypersonic flows) belong to the latter category. Before attaining supersonic flight the aircraft has to overcome the range of subsonic velocities. In this connection it is important to study flow around V-shaped wings at M < 1. Little research has been devoted to flow around such configurations at subsonic velocities, principal attention having been directed at the study of rapid flow around aircraft configurations with V-shaped wings or tails. The results of analytical and numerical calculations allowing for the interference of transient aerodynamic forces acting on a V-shaped and mutiple-fin tail group in combination with the fuselage were presented in [4, 5]. 为实现末敏弹的无伞稳态扫描运动,设计了一种短圆柱轴向非对称尾翼子弹气动外形。设计了模型和实验装置,进行了大迎角低速风洞实验。获得了模型在有/无减旋翼、固定和自由旋转条件下的气动力数据,测量了模型在气动力作用下的转速。实验结果表明:设计的尾翼能够为模型提供较大的阻力,旋转时模型的阻力系数有所减小;在有减旋翼的情况下,模型能够保持较低的稳定转速;模型的静稳定性较差;模型旋转时稳定性有较大的改善。需要进一步改进尾翼,提高静稳定性,为扫描角的稳定提供保证。实验结果可为无伞末敏弹的设计和改进提供参考。  相似文献

微型飞行器(MAVs)设计绝不是常规飞行器在尺度上的简单缩小,面临许多技术难题.其中微型飞行器低雷诺数空气动力学是其最为根本的技术瓶颈之一,也是当前受到广泛关注的热点之一.本文紧密结合微型飞行器技术,对这一领域中所面临的低雷诺数空气动力学问题和近两年来该方向国内一些新的进展进行了较为详细的介绍.按照MAVs飞行方式和结构特性进行分类,简单介绍微型飞行器研究中的低$Re$数空气动力学问题.首先介绍了二维和三维固定翼低雷诺数空气动力学问题:包括层流分离泡,翼型升力系数小攻角非线性效应,静态迟滞效应,以及低$Re$数小展弦比机翼气动特性.第2,介绍了拍动翼低雷诺数空气动力学方面的研究工作.包括前人提出的昆虫低$Re$数下获得高升力的多种非定常拍动翼飞行机制:Wagner效应、Weis-Fogh效应(clap-and-fling)、延迟失速效应(delayedstall)、Kramer效应(rotational forces)、尾迹捕获效应(wakecapture)、附加质量效应(addedmass)等.以及国内学者近几年在拍动翼方面取得的一些研究成果.第3,介绍了柔性翼低雷诺数气动问题.研究表明柔性翼对于固定翼微型飞行器提高抗阵风能力,拍动翼微型飞行器产生足够的升力和推力.最后简单介绍了可变形翼(morphingwing)微型飞行器方面的一些研究工作,指出微型飞行器技术可以通过采用可变形翼设计,突破众多的技术瓶颈.另一方面,可变形翼概念可以通过在低成本,低速的MAVs上进行飞行试验,获得非常好的验证平台.   相似文献

High Altitude, Long Endurance (HALE) aircraft can achieve sustained, uninterrupted flight time if they use solar power. Wing morphing of solar powered HALE aircraft can significantly increase solar energy absorbency. An example of the kind of morphing considered in this paper requires the wings to fold so as to orient a solar panel to be hit more directly by the sun's rays at specific times of the day. An example of the kind of morphing considered in this paper requires the wings to fold so as to orient a solar panel that increases the absorption of solar energy by decreasing the angle of incidence of the solar radiation at specific times of the day. In this paper solar powered HALE flying wing aircraft are modeled with three beams with lockable hinge connections. Such aircraft are shown to be capable of morphing passively, following the sun by means of aerodynamic forces and engine thrusts. The analysis underlying NATASHA (Nonlinear Aeroelastic Trim And Stability of HALE Aircraft), a computer program that is based on geometrically exact, fully intrinsic beam equations and a finite-state induced flow model, was extended to include the ability to simulate morphing of the aircraft into a “Z” configuration. Because of the “long endurance” feature of HALE aircraft, such morphing needs to be done without relying on actuators and at as near zero energy cost as possible. The emphasis of this study is to substantially demonstrate the processes required to passively morph a flying wing into a Z-shaped configuration and back again.  相似文献

This study investigates the unsteady aerodynamic characteristics of the cambered wings of a flapping-wing micro air vehicle (FW-MAV) in hover. A three-dimensional fluid–structure interaction solver is developed for a realistic modeling of large-deforming wing structure and geometry. Cross-validation is conducted against the experimental results obtained also in the present study to establish more accurate analyses of cambered wings. An investigation is carried out on the unsteady vortex structures around the wings caused by the passive twisting motion. A parametric study is then conducted to evaluate the aerodynamic performance with respect to the camber angle at three different flapping frequencies including normal operating conditions. The camber angles producing the largest thrust and highest propulsive efficiency are estimated at each flapping frequency, and their effects on aerodynamic performance are analyzed in terms of the stroke phase. The timing and magnitude of the passive twisting motion, which are dependent on the camber angle at the operating frequency, greatly affects the unsteady vortex structure. Consequently, the camber angle designed at the operating frequency plays a key role in enhancing the aerodynamic performance of FW-MAVs.  相似文献
