Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Characterization of α-（1-Benzimidazolyl） -hypnone Cobalt（Ⅱ） Complex： [CoCl （ C7H5N2CH2COPh）4] Br

The crystal structure of [CoCl ( C7H5N2CH2COPh)4] Br has been determined by means of X-ray crystallography. The molecular structure consists of a discrete [CoCl ( C7H5N2CH2COPh)4] ^ cation and one Br^- anion, in the [CoCl ( C7H5N2CH2COPh)4]^ cation, the coordination geometry of the central Co atom is square-pyramidal with four tertiary N atoms of benzimidazole from four α-( benzimidazol-1-yl) -hypnone ligands in the basal position and one chloride anion in the apical position. In the solid state, [CoCl ( C7H5N2CH2COPh)4]^ and Br^- anion possess intermolecular and intramolecular interactions, which stabilize the crystal structure. The characterization of the title compound were also carried out by using elemeutal analysis, FTIR, UV spectrometries and TG-DSC.

Stereoselective Synthesis of （Z）-5-（Trideca-4-enyl）resorcinol and Gibbilimbols A-D

(Z)-5-(Trideca-4-enyl)resorcinol (1) and gibbilimbols A-D(2-5) were synthesized in 47%-60% yields over 6 steps from commercially available starting materials. The Wittig reaction of various alkyl phosphonium bromides with appropriate aldehydes in the presence of potassium tert-butoxide (t-BuOK) in anhydrous THF solution at room temperature served as the key step, and the result showed that only (Z)-configuration olefins were formed by this procedure. The synthesis of the (Z)-5-(trideca-4-enyl)resorcinol (1) was reported for the first time.     

A Novel Synthesis of （-）-10-epi-a-Cyperone

An alternative route for the synthesis of (-)-10-epi-ct-cyperone 1 starting from ( )-dihydrocarvone 2 is described by using an asymmetric Michael addition as a key step. The routefeatures more efficiently and can be performed in large scale.

合成了配体2,6-双{N-［（1′-甲基羟基-2′-苯基）乙基］氨基甲酰胺}吡啶及其钴（Ⅲ）配合物,利用核磁共振氢谱、核磁共振碳谱、红外光谱和元素分析对配体的结构进行确证,经表征配合物组成为{［Co（L-2H）］2O2}?2H2O。红外光谱分析表明,该配体为四齿配体,通过2个酰胺氮原子和2个羟基氧原子参与钴（Ⅲ）配位。运用圆二色谱对目标配体和配合物的光学活性进行分析,结果表明两者均为手性化合物。

2,4-二氨基-（2-吡啶基）均三嗪铜（Ⅱ）配合物的结构、抗菌活性及DNA作用

本文通过2,4-二氨基-（2-吡啶基）均三嗪和高氯酸铜(Ⅱ)反应合成了一个配合物：[Cu（H₂O）（PyTA）₂]（ClO₄）₂[PyTA=2,4-二氨基-（2’-吡啶基）均三嗪]。通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外可见光谱、摩尔电导率和X-射线单晶衍射等方法对其进行了表征。结果表明该配合物晶体属单斜体,P2₁/c空间群,其晶体学参数：a=0.98024（6）nm;b=12.4831（7）nm,c=21.5727（11）nm;β=108.657（3）°;Z=4,V=2.5010（2）nm³,R₁=0.0543,wR₂=0.1506。另外,应用试管二倍稀释法测定了配合物的抗菌活性,通过电子吸收光谱、荧光光谱、粘度测定及琼脂糖凝胶电泳等方法研究了配合物与DNA的作用。结果表明,与2,4-二氨基-（2’-吡啶基）均三嗪相比较,该配合物具有良好的抗菌活性,以插入模式与CT-DNA作用,并且在抗坏血酸存在下通过羟基自由基·OH切割pBR322DNA。     

Stereoselective Synthesis of （Z）-α-Bromovinylstannanes and （E）-α-Iodovinylstannanes via Hydrozirconation of Alkynylstannanes

Alkynylstannanes 1 react with Cp2Zr(H)Cl(Cp=η^5-C5H5) giving (Z)-α-stannylvinylzirconium complexes 2, which are trapped with NBS or iodine in THF at 0℃ to stereoselectively afford (Z)-α-bromovinylstannanes and (E)-α-iodovinylstannanes 3, respectively.     

3-（4′-氯基苯基）-5-（2′-羧基偶氮）若丹宁催化动力学荧光光度法测定痕量锰

研究发现在pH5．2的邻苯二甲酸氢钾-氢氧化钠缓冲溶液中,Mn（Ⅱ）对过氧化氢氧化3-（4′-氯基苯基）-5-（2′-羧基偶氮）若丹宁的反应具有强烈的催化作用,并导致荧光强度的增加。据此建立了催化动力学荧光光度法测定痕量锰的方法,荧光强度的增加（△F）与Mn（Ⅱ）的质量浓度在o．014mg·L^-1以内呈线性关系,其线性回归方程为△F=-4．47＋1038．75C,相关系数为0．9886,检出限为1．78×10^-6g·L^-1。用于自来水和污水样品中痕量锰的测定,测得结果与原子吸收光谱法（AAS）的结果相符。分析结果的相对标准偏差（n=6）均小于2．5％,用标准加入法测得的回收率在95．6％～103．4％之间。

Synthesis, Structure and Biological Activities of 2-（1H- 1,2,3-Benzotriazol-1 -yl ）-1-（ 4- methylphenyl ）-2-（1H-1,2,4-triazol-l-yl）-1-ethanone

The title compound was synthesized and characterized by IR, ^1H NMR, elemental analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Its biological activities were also tested. The results show that the title compound reveals inhibiting activities towards wheat gibberellin, apple ringspot, tomato early blight, peanut cercospora arachidicola and stem wilt of asparagus.
