The experiments were performed to investigate the degradation of microcystins in order to assess the effectiveness and feasibility of UV/H2O2 system for the disinfection of water polluted by microcystins. The influence factors such as H2O2, pH and UV light intensities were investigated respectively. Degradation of microcystin-RR (MC-RR) could be fitted by either the pseudo-first-order or second-order rate equations. This homogenous system could significantly enhance the degradation rate due to the synergetic effect between UV and H2O2. The degradation mainly followed the mechanism of direct photolysis and .OH oxidation reactions. Experimental results showed that 94.83% of MC-RR was removed under optimal experimental conditions and the UV/H2O2 system provided an alternative to promote the removal of microcystins in drinking water supplies.  相似文献

A new and efficient synthesis of 8H-benzo[e]phenanthro[1,10-bc]silines from 2-((2-(arylethynyl)aryl)silyl)aryl triflates under palladium catalysis has been developed. The reaction mechanism was experimentally investigated and a catalytic cycle involving C−H/C−H coupling through a new mode of 1,4-palladium migration with concomitant alkene stereoisomerization is proposed.  相似文献

Keeping options open: The new and mild title reaction involving indoles selectively furnishes 1 and 2 with the aid of tert-butyl hydroperoxide (TBHP). Cerium ammonium nitrate (CAN) is an expensive and powerful selective oxidant. It has played an important role in organic synthesis. Because it is a single electron oxidant,many organic reactions need large quantities of it. The application of CAN in organic synthesis in the oxidation of alkyl aromatics has so far been limited. In this paper, we wish to report a new method of oxidation of active α-H of aromatic hydrocarbon by CAN/NaBrO3/H2O system. Only catalytic amount of CAN was needed in this method and the selectivity was improved as well.  相似文献

The reaction of 2-(1-naphthyl)-3-methylpyridine with olefins in the presence of [RhCl(coe)2]2 and PCy3 as the catalyst resulted in the alkylation of the naphthyl ring at the 2-position in good yield. The replacement of PCy3 with the chiral ferrocenyl phosphine, (R),(S)-PPFOMe, as the ligand resulted in atropselective alkylation of the naphthylpyridine derivatives. Ethylene reacted with the biaryl compounds to give the corresponding addition products in moderate yields with fair to good ee's (up to 49% ee).  相似文献

Microemulsion of Tween‐80/n‐butylalcohol/H2O system was prepared, and the microemulsion region as well as the influence of temperature and concentration of NaCl on the region were determined with ternary diagrams. The O/W, W/O, and B.C. regions were divided by the conductance method. The particle diameters of microemulsions with different NaCl concentrations or microemulsion‐enveloping all‐trans retinoic acid (ATRA) were measured with dynamic light scattering in O/W region. The release rate of ATRA was studied with dialysis a bag‐ultraviolet spectrophotometers and the anticancer activity of ATRA in microemulsion was investigated with cancer cells H446. Results showed that O/W microemulsion forms when water content is over 64% in the mixture. The influences of temperature and salinity on microemulsion region were very slight, and even the particle diameter decreased very little with increasing salt and ATRA concentrations. The microemulsion‐enveloping ATRA possessed eminent sustaining release efficiencys and the efficiency was further confirmed with the growth inhibitory effect test on human cancer cells H446.  相似文献

A series of xanthones with the dibenzo-γ-pyrone framework were synthesized through the palladium-catalyzed carbonylation/C–H activation sequence from the ortho diazonium salts of diaryl ethers in moderate to excellent yields. After screening the reaction condition, the optimal condition was 5 mol % tetrakis (triphenylphosphine) palladium (0) as the catalyst, potassium carbonate as the base, and toluene as the solvent in the presence of catalytic amount of tetrabutyl ammonium bromide under carbon monoxide atmosphere.  相似文献

Treatment of decamethylzirconocene dichloride (η5-Cp)2ZrCl2 with amalgamated magnesium in pyridine results in formation of the o-C–H bond activation product [η5-C5Me5]2ZrH[η2-κC,N-C5H4N] (1). X-ray diffraction analysis (solid state) and NMR spectroscopy data (solutions) reveal the lateral positioning of the nitrogen atom in 1. At elevated temperatures, complex 1 smoothly rearranges into its isomer 2 with medial positioning of the N-atom. The parameters of equilibrium between 1 and 2 were measured at different temperatures. A reaction of 1 or a mixture of 1 and 2 (ca. 1:10) with CDCl3 smoothly and under mild conditions leads to one and the same η2-pyridyl chloride complex [η5-C5Me5]2ZrCl[η2-κC,N-C5H4N] (3) with medial positioning of the N-atom. The thermodynamic and mechanistic concepts of the paper are discussed with application of the DFT computational data.  相似文献

The ion product of water and the dissociation constants of carbonic acid have been determined in 0.1, 1.0, 3.0, and 5.0M NaClO4 at 25°C. The ion product of water K w ' has been evaluated by emf measurements with a combined glass electrode in NaClO4 solutions containing 0.001–0.1M HCLO4 or NaOH. The product K H ' K l ' K 2 ' of the Henry constant for CO2 and the dissociation constants for H2CO3 have been determined by titration of carbonate solutions equilibrated with pCO2 =10–3.52 atm, and K 2 ' has been evaluated by potentiometric titration and by measuring the H+ concentration at fixed HCO 3 and CO 3 2- concentrations. The ion interaction (Pitzer) equations are applied to describe the constants K w ' , K 2 ' and K H ' H 1 ' K 2 ' as a function of the NaClO4 concentration. The effect of pure and high silica Hβ zeolites on the catalytic performance of toluene combustion over Pd/Hβ catalyst was evaluated.Pure and high silica β zeolites were prepared by direct synthesis procedures,then 0.1 wt% of palladium was impregnated on different Hβ zeolites via in-cipient wetness technique using palladium nitrate as the Pd source.The Pd/Hβ catalysts were characterized by XRD,N2 adsorption/desorption,H2O adsorption,NH3-TPD,H2-TPR and XPS techniques.With increasing the SiO2/Al2O3 ratio of β zeolite,the activity of the Pd/Hβ catalysts for toluene combustion increased clearly and the pure silica β zeolite supported Pd catalyst showed the best catalytic activity.The superior catalytic performance of Pd/β catalyst prepared from pure silica β zeolite was attributed to its high hydrophobicity and the preserving ability for PdO active species.  相似文献

Investigation of characteristics of hydrogen bonding between pyridine and water by MP2/aug-cc-pvdz method reveals that these two molecules may form three types of hydrogen bonds depending on nature of proton withdrawal site of pyridine. Change of orientation of water with respect to plane of aromatic ring leads to transformation of the O–H···N bond to O–H···π bond via wide region of the potential energy surface where both lone pair of the nitrogen atom and π-system make significant contribution into hydrogen bonding. Hydrogen bond in this intermediate region may be considered as mixed O–H···N/O–H···π bond representing new type of H bonds.  相似文献

At a weight ratio of n‐C5H11OH/H2O=50/50, when the total content of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) was less than 6.0%, the ternary mixture of SDS/n‐C5H11OH/H2O coexisted in two immiscible microemulsions. The distribution and transfer of gatifloxacin (GTFX) between the two phases were studied using UV‐Vis and electrochemistry AC impedance spectra. The results show that GTFX transferred from the upper phase (W/O) to the lower phase (O/W or bicontinuous microemulsion), but a small amount of SDS transferred from the lower phase to the upper phase correspondingly with the increase of the total SDS content at a total GTFX concentration of 1.0×10?5 mol/L. The addition of GTFX did not change the structures of the two different phases fundamentally, but resulted in the transfer and redistribution of GTFX and SDS, so the electric properties of the system were changed correspondingly.  相似文献

Preliminary infrared studies of the host-guest interactions in the β-hydroquinone-Xe clathrate are reported. The infrared spectra of the normal and deuterated compounds are analysed at various temperatures. Normal vibrations of the host H-bonds are found to be very sensitive on the interactions with the Xe guest atoms. The temperature induced escape of the Xe from the normal and deuterated crystals appears at different temperatures and is responsible for different changes of the γOH and γOD deformation mode frequencies, respectively. In both cases the β-hydroquinone crystals with empty cages are formed in the first step and then they are transformed into their α-modifications.  相似文献

The geometries of the two H–O–C rotamers of synand two of anti-7-norbornenol have been optimized at the ab initio HF/6-31G** and B3LYP hybrid HF-DFT levels of theory by using a 6-31G** basis set. Contrary to an earlier report, we find that the (nongeometry constrained) anti-trans isomer (1d) is predicted to be more stable than the corresponding syn-cis form (1a). The increased stability of 1d vis-à-vis 1a can be accounted for in terms of relative H(1)–C(2)–O(3)–H(4) torsion energy effects. The computational results indicate that the hydroxyl proton in 1a enters into intramolecular hydrogen bonding with the proximate C=C bond. Supporting evidence for this conclusion resides in the fact that the 1a is predicted to possess the lowest O–H stretching frequency, a result that can be attributed to -hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

A facile and elegant method for synthesis of novel N–aryl phenothiazine derivatives from 2-phenylindolizines and phenothiazines through direct electrochemical oxidation has been developed. This approach was performed smoothly at room temperature without external oxidant and catalyst. Cyclic voltammetry and in situ FTIR techniques were applied to analyze the cross-coupling process of phenothiazines and 2-phenylindolizines, which helped to select the appropriate reaction potential. Under the optimized conditions, a broad range of substrates were well tolerated, affording the desired products in moderate to excellent isolated yields (up to 91%) with high regioselectivity. Meanwhile, a plausible mechanism involving a radical pathway has been proposed.  相似文献

In the temperature range 873–1123 K, transport numbers of oxygen ions and protons are determined in the system (H2 + H2O), Me/BaCe0.9Nd0.1O3-α/Me,(H2 + H2O), where Me = Ag, Au, Pt, Ni, by the emf and current methods. The determined transport numbers are independent of the determination method, the electrode material, the current direction (anodic and cathodic polarization of the electrode), polarizability of electrodes, and the partial water (hydrogen) pressure in the gas phase. This unambiguously suggests that the transport numbers refer to the solid electrolyte, and not the electrochemical system as a whole. It also follows that partial currents of the hydrogen ionization and the oxygen ion discharge are determined by the transport numbers of protons and oxygen ions in the electrolyte. At a constant temperature, their ratio is affected by neither the electrode potential nor the gas phase composition, i.e., both electrode reactions have a common limiting step (or steps).
