The process of extracting the total alkaloids fromAconitum orientale with aqueous solutions of a number of electrolytes has been investigated. It has been established that it is most desirable to use 2% solutions of H2SO4 and 5% solutions of CH3COOH. The optimum parameters of the process have been found, under which the degree of extraction of the total alkaloids averages 96%.I. G. Summary By separating the total alkaloids ofV.erecta according to their basicities in an APS, in addition to bases known previously we have isolated ervincidine, apovincamine, (+)-quebrachamine, dl-eburnamine, (–)-1,2-dehydroaspidospermidine, and kopsanone. This is the first time that these alkaloids have been obtained from this plant. Thin-layer chromatography showed the presence of another 10–12 uncharacterized alkaloids. The region of the passage into the buffer solutions of some alkaloids has also been established.Institute of the Chemistry of Plant Substances, Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR. Summary The alkaloids ofMerendera iolantae E. Czerniak have been studied for the first time. The total alkaloids consist of tropolone compounds and bases without a tropolone ring. From this plant we isolated the known alkaloids colchicine, colchamine, -lumicolchicine, colchameine, and 2-demethylcolchiceine, and four new, nontropolone, bases — MI-1 (iolantamine), MI-2, MI-3, and MI-4. The presence of colchiceine, 3-demethylcolchamine, and two unknown bases with R f 0.49 and 0.53 was shown by chromatographic methods.A developed formula has been put forward for iolantamine on the basis of its spectral characteristics.V. Summary 1. The polarographic behavior of haploperine, haplopine, haplophyllidine, and perforine in Britton-Robinson buffer solutions and in (C2H5)4NOH solutions has been studied. Optimum conditions for their quantitative determination in solutions within the range of concentrations from 5×10–4 to 1×10–2 M have been found.2. A method for the separate quantitative determination of the alkaloids in the seeds ofH. perforatum has been developed.Khimiya Prirodnykh Soedinenii, Vol. 2, No. 5, pp. 333–337, 1966  相似文献

Summary 1. Qualitative and quantitative compositions of the main alkaloids in five development phases of theGoebelia pachycarpa C. A. Mey. have been determined.2. The radioactivities of the alkaloids isolated after feeding the plant with assumed precursors -[2-14C] lysine and [1,5-14C] cadaverine — show that vigorous synthesis of alkaloids takes place in the flowering and budding periods.3. The results of an investigation of the oxidation products and of the alkaloids introduced and isolated after the feeding of plants with labelled matrine and labelled sophocarpine show that the alkaloids undergo interconversion without intramolecular changes.V. The known alkaloids isotalatisidine, nevadensine, delcosine, delsoline, and isobaldine have been isolated form the epigeal part ofDelphinium confusum M. Pop., collected in the flowering period, and also a new alkaloid with the composition C24H39NO5, mp 136–137°C (acetone), for which the structure of 14-methylisotalatisidine has been established on the basis of spectral characteristics and of passages from condelphine and isotalatisidine. This is the first time that the alkaloids nevadensine, delcosine, delsoline, isobaldine, and 14-methylisotalatisidine have been isolated from this plant.Institute of the Chemistry of Plant Substances, Uzbek SSR Academy of Sciences, Tashkent. Summary The biosynthesis of the alkaloids ofAmmodendron karelinii Fisch. et Mey has been studied by feeding the plant with labelled [1,5-14C]cadaverine. It has been shown that cadaverine is a precursor of anagyrine, pachycarpine, ammodendrine, N-methylcytisine, and cytisine. Possible routes of interconversions have been considered by feeding the plant with the tritium-labelled [3H]pachycarpine, [3H]lupanine, [3H]anagyrine, and [3H]ammodendrine.V. I. The paper gives a review of the alkaloids ofColchium luteum Baker from various growth sites. The structure of luteidine — one of the main alkaloids of the plant — has been established. In addition, two new alkaloids have been isolated from the plant and the structure of one of them has been established as collutine N-oxide.M. Conclusions 1. On the basis of literature data on the structure of theVeratrum alkaloids, a definite law for the arrangement of the acyl radicals in these ester alkaloids and an interrelationship between the melting point and the structure of the substituent in the C7 position, and between the melting point and the types of amino alcohols upon which the ester alkaloids are based, has been found.2. The features mentioned may be used in studying the structure of theVeratrum ester alkaloids according to a scheme which we propose.Khimiya Prirodnykh Soedinenii, Vol. 6, No. 4, pp. 440–443, 1970  相似文献

Summary 1. A new alkaloid hernandoline with the composition C20H25O5N has been isolated from the herbStephania herandifolia Walp.2. The Hofmann degradation of the methiodide of the O-methyl ether of hernandoline has given a des base acetolysis of which led to the formation of a dimethoxydiacetoxyphenanthrene.3. It has been suggested that hernandoline is similar to alkaloids related to sinomenine and hasubanonine.Khimiya Prirodnykh Soedinenii, Vol. 3, No. 2, pp. 106–108, 1967  相似文献

Summary 1. The epigeal part ofV. erecta gathered in the Tashkent Oblast in the early vegetation period contains a mixture of alkaloids (2.7%). Separation of the total alkaloids gave vincanine, vincanidine, vinervine, akuammine, kopsinine, pseudokopsinine, and the new bases vinerine and vineridine.2. The structure of vinerine has been established by a study of the IR, NMR, and mass spectra. Vineridine is isomeric with vinerine at C3 and C7.3. A new base, hydroxyindole reserpinine, has been obtained from reserpinine.Khimiya Prirodnykh Soedinenii, Vol. 2, No. 4, pp. 260–265, 1966  相似文献
