The known alkaloids isotalatisidine, nevadensine, delcosine, delsoline, and isobaldine have been isolated form the epigeal part ofDelphinium confusum M. Pop., collected in the flowering period, and also a new alkaloid with the composition C24H39NO5, mp 136–137°C (acetone), for which the structure of 14-methylisotalatisidine has been established on the basis of spectral characteristics and of passages from condelphine and isotalatisidine. This is the first time that the alkaloids nevadensine, delcosine, delsoline, isobaldine, and 14-methylisotalatisidine have been isolated from this plant.  相似文献

The novel structures assigned by Yunusov et al to the C19-diterpenoid alkaloids, acomonine (1), iliensine (2), 14-dehydroiliensine (3), and 14-bensoyliliensine (4) have been found to be in error. We have demonstrated that these alkaloids are identical with the well-known alkaloids, delsoline (5), delcosine (6), 14-dehydrodeloosine (7), and 14-benzoyldelcosine (8), respectively.  相似文献

Summary 1. The content of total alkaloids in the hypogeal parts ofAndrachne rotundifolia C. A. Mey. (family Euphorbicease) is 0.2–0.3% and in the epigeal parts 0.06–0.08%.The total alkaloids in both the hypogeal and the epigeal parts ofAndrachne rotundifolia consist of five or six non-phenolic bases.2. Three individual substances have been isolated: andrachnine C11H17NO2, which is a new alkaloid; base (II), giving a perchlorate with mp 139°–140° C; and base (III) with mp 135°–136° C.Khimiya Prirodnykh Soedinenii, Vol. 2, No. 4, pp. 257–260, 1966  相似文献

Summary 1. Qualitative and quantitative compositions of the main alkaloids in five development phases of theGoebelia pachycarpa C. A. Mey. have been determined.2. The radioactivities of the alkaloids isolated after feeding the plant with assumed precursors -[2-14C] lysine and [1,5-14C] cadaverine — show that vigorous synthesis of alkaloids takes place in the flowering and budding periods.3. The results of an investigation of the oxidation products and of the alkaloids introduced and isolated after the feeding of plants with labelled matrine and labelled sophocarpine show that the alkaloids undergo interconversion without intramolecular changes.V. Summary By separating the total alkaloids ofV.erecta according to their basicities in an APS, in addition to bases known previously we have isolated ervincidine, apovincamine, (+)-quebrachamine, dl-eburnamine, (–)-1,2-dehydroaspidospermidine, and kopsanone. This is the first time that these alkaloids have been obtained from this plant. Thin-layer chromatography showed the presence of another 10–12 uncharacterized alkaloids. The region of the passage into the buffer solutions of some alkaloids has also been established.Institute of the Chemistry of Plant Substances, Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR. Summary 1. The qualitative and quantitative composition of the combined alkaloids from the leaves, stems, seeds, and roots ofAmmothamnus lehmanni Bge. according to its vegetation periods have been studied.2. It has been found that the young plant contains predominantly the N-oxide forms of the matrine alkaloids, and as the plant develops these are reduced to the free bases.3. A new base lehmannine, C15H22ON2 has been isolated for which 12,13-dehydromatrine is proposed as the most probable structure.V. I. Lenin Tashkent State University. Summary The composition of the alkaloids in plants of the genus Aconitum —A. kirinense,A. altaicum, A. coreanum, andA. nemorosum — has been studied. Four new alkaloids of composition C26H41O8N·HNO3, C35H41O10N·HBr, C20H25O3N, and C23H29O6N have been isolated.Khimiya Prirodnykh Soedinenii, Vol. 1, No. 2, pp. 113–116, 1965.  相似文献
