Synthesis, Structure and Biological Activities of 2-（1H- 1,2,3-Benzotriazol-1 -yl ）-1-（ 4- methylphenyl ）-2-（1H-1,2,4-triazol-l-yl）-1-ethanone

The title compound was synthesized and characterized by IR, ^1H NMR, elemental analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Its biological activities were also tested. The results show that the title compound reveals inhibiting activities towards wheat gibberellin, apple ringspot, tomato early blight, peanut cercospora arachidicola and stem wilt of asparagus.

Synthesis, Structure and Biological Activities of 2- （4-Met hoxybenzoyl ）-N-phenyl- 2- （ 1,2,4-triazol- 1-yl ） thioacetamide

The title compound, 2-(methoxybenzoyl)-N-phenyl-2-(1,2,4-triazol-l-yl) thioacetamide was synthesized by several reactions from 4-methoxyacetophenone, triazole and phenyl isothiocyanate. The structure was identified by elemental analysis, ^1H NMR, MS and IR. The single crystal structure of 2-(methoxybenzoyl)-N-phenyl-2-(1,2,4-triazol-l-yl)thioacetamide was determined withX-ray diffraction. The preliminary bioassays show that the title compound exhibits weak antifungal activities and plant-growth regulatory activity.

Interactions with ATP, DNA Cleavage and Anti-tumor Activities of Complexes with Anions [Mo（V）O2（O2CeH4）2]^3-, [Mo（Ⅴ）0.5W（Ⅵ）0.5O2（O2C6H4）2]^2.5- and [W（Ⅵ）O2（O2C6H4）2]^2-

(NH3CH2CH2NH2)3[Mo(Ⅴ)O2(O2C6H4)2] (1), (NH3CH2CH2NH2)2.5[Mo(Ⅴ)o.sW(Ⅵ)o.502(O2C6H4)2] (2) and(NH3CH2CH2NH2)2[VC(Ⅵ)O2(O2C6H4)2] (3) were synthesized, structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis, and studied on their interactions with ATP, their DNA cleavage activities and antitumor properties. The redox state of molybdenum was not changed on going from crystal to aqueous solutions in complexes 1 and 2, while tungsten underwent reduction from W(VI) to W(V) in complexes 2 and 3. ATP promoted the oxidation of both molybdenum and tungsten from M(Ⅴ) to M(Ⅵ) and the hydrolysis of catecholate ligands in solution consisting of ATP and the complexes. Complex 1 possesses fairly good activity to DNA cleavage and against tumor S180 in mice, and is more effective than the control drug cyclophosphamide under the identical conditions. However, complexes 2 and 3 exhibited marginal effectiveness. The effectiveness of anti-tumor of the complexes was related positively to their DNA cleavage activities and their hydrolysis of catecholate ligands.

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a New Quinazolinone Compound 2,3-Dihydro-2-（2-hydroxyphenyl）-3-phenyl-quinazolin-4（1H）-one

A new quinazolinone compound 2,3-dihydro-2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-3-phenylquinazolin-4(IH)-one 3 ([C2oH16O2N2]-C2H5OH, Mr = 362.42) and compound 2-(2-hydroxybenzylidene-amino)-N-phenyl-benzamide 2 (C2oH16O2N2, Mr = 316.34) were prepared from a precursor of 2-amino-N-phenyl-benzamide 1 (C13H12ON2, Mr = 212.25). Compound 3 was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to orthorhombic,space group Pbca with a = 1.2889(11), b = 1.6170(14), c = 1.7729(15) nm, V= 3.695(6) nm^3, Z= 8, F(000) = 1536, Mr = 362.42, Dc = 1.303 g/cm^3, μ(MoKa) = 0.087 mm^-1, R = 0.0447 and wR= 0.0879. The crystal structure analysis indicates that the title compound has a two-dimensional network structure formed by hydrogen bonds and electrostatic interactions.

研究发现在pH5．2的邻苯二甲酸氢钾-氢氧化钠缓冲溶液中,Mn（Ⅱ）对过氧化氢氧化3-（4′-氯基苯基）-5-（2′-羧基偶氮）若丹宁的反应具有强烈的催化作用,并导致荧光强度的增加。据此建立了催化动力学荧光光度法测定痕量锰的方法,荧光强度的增加（△F）与Mn（Ⅱ）的质量浓度在o．014mg·L^-1以内呈线性关系,其线性回归方程为△F=-4．47＋1038．75C,相关系数为0．9886,检出限为1．78×10^-6g·L^-1。用于自来水和污水样品中痕量锰的测定,测得结果与原子吸收光谱法（AAS）的结果相符。分析结果的相对标准偏差（n=6）均小于2．5％,用标准加入法测得的回收率在95．6％～103．4％之间。
