采用同体交叉试验方法,对天津新新制药厂提供的比卡鲁胺片(受试制剂)与德国AstraZeneca公司进口的比卡鲁胺片(参比制剂)在健康人体内的生物等效性进行评价。18名健康志愿者分别单剂量口服受试制剂和参比制剂,应用高效液相色谱法测定血浆中比卡鲁胺药物浓度,绘制药时曲线,计算受试制剂和参比制剂的主要药代动力学参数,2种制剂的达峰时间Tmax分别为(4.94±0.24)h和(3.11±0.32)h,达峰时血中药物浓度Cmax分别为(3885.19±1924.55)ng/mL和(4319.88±2250.15)ng/mL,2种制剂的消除相半衰期t1/2分别为(12.59±3.31)h和(13.45±3.90)h,药时曲线下面积AUC0→48分别为(37966.35±9228.13)ng.h.mL-1和(36552.52±9591.71)ng.h.mL-1,AUC0→∞分别为(41451.43±10326.81)ng.h.mL-1和(40286.27±11573.62)ng.h.mL-1,相对生物利用度F为(104.85±9.62)%。研究结果表明受试制剂的AUC0→48、AUC0→∞的90%可信限落在参比制剂80%—125%范围内,Cmax落在70%—143%范围内。虽然受试制剂较参比制剂达峰慢,但2种制剂的Cmax、AUC0→48和AUC0→∞一致,可以认为受试制剂与参比制剂2种制剂生物等效。  相似文献

研究了三聚氰胺(MA)及其胺化衍生物在不同浓度酸碱溶液中的荧光性能,探索了MA及其衍生物与金属离子作用前后三维荧光光谱的变化规律。结果显示:酸性溶液中MA的荧光强度高于胺化衍生物,而碱性溶液中MA的荧光强度低于胺化衍生物;随着盐酸浓度加大,其荧光峰向长波方向移动,且荧光强度逐渐减小;随着氢氧化钠浓度增加,MA荧光强度逐渐减小,胺化衍生物在氢氧化钠浓度为0.001mol/L时荧光强度最小,浓度为0.01mol/L时达到最大。加入Ni~(2+)、Co~(2+)、Mn~(2+)、Ca~(2+)等金属离子后,MA及其胺化衍生物无响应;但加入Cu~(2+)和Pb~(2+)后,其荧光强度随着金属离子浓度的增大而减弱直至不再变化。并通过摩尔比法求得MA及其衍生物与Cu~(2+)和Pb~(2+)的结合比。  相似文献

CdS/PAMAM与氨基酸作用研究及其在潜在指印显现中的应用   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
提出了以硫化镉/聚酰胺-胺树形分子(CdS/PAMAM)纳米复合材料显现潜在指印的新方法。傅里叶变换光谱研究了PAMAM G4.5外部酯端基与氨基酸中胺基之间的胺解反应,选用相对峰高比H1 267/1 735来监测不同条件下的反应进程,并发现温度对于胺解反应的影响很大,90 ℃时胺解反应可在4h内显著进行,120 ℃时胺解反应速率在3 h后发生递减。将CdS/PAMAM作为指印显现试剂,在同等条件下与现有常规指印显现液对比,发现前者的荧光强度约为后者的65倍,荧光性能优势明显。确定使用加热压显法显现不同客体表面潜在指印的条件为120 ℃下反应0.5~3 h。使用优化后的条件对多种载体表面潜在指印进行显现,可以获得理想的显现效果。该显现方法具有简便、快速、灵敏、安全、经济等特点。  相似文献

芳胺类化合物为环境重点污染物,其快速分离的检测方法研究对生态纺织品质量监测具有重要意义.气相色谱-质谱联用定性测定与气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测器定量测定相结合检测棉纺织品上的7种芳胺,研究表明:选择弱极性的毛细管柱,10:1大分流比,多阶程序升温60℃-210℃-260℃-300℃能快速分离7种芳胺;在选定条件下,测得7种芳胺检出限在0.3-1mg/kg之间,回收率≥78%.  相似文献

研究了胺化D-葡萄糖的FTIR,1H-NMR特性及其与Cu(Ⅱ)形成配合物的UV光谱。在FTIR谱中,与D-葡萄糖相比,在1 629~1 608 cm-1出现δNH吸收峰,说明D-葡萄糖与乙二胺发生了反应;在1H-NMR谱中,在δ4.82~4.79的化学位移分别对应于葡萄糖C1上的质子及与C1直接相连的乙二胺的氨基上的质子,表明反应时乙二胺取代了葡萄糖C1上的羟基,形成了胺化葡萄糖;在UV谱中,胺化葡萄糖在紫外光区并没有明显吸收,但与Cu(Ⅱ)形成配合物后,在236 nm附近出现最大吸收峰。在胺化葡萄糖-Cu(Ⅱ)配合物中,Cu2+与胺化葡萄糖的络合比接近于1∶1,该配合物稳定常数6.8×107 L·mol-1。  相似文献

用聚丙烯腈纤维 (PAN)改性制备的偕胺肟纤维 (AOCF)分别与三氯化铁、氯化钴、氯化镍、氯化镉和氯化汞在酸性介质中反应 ,制备偕胺肟 铁 (Ⅲ )、偕胺肟 钴 (Ⅱ )、偕胺肟 镍 (Ⅱ )、偕胺肟 镉 (Ⅱ )和偕胺肟 汞 (Ⅱ ) 5种偕胺肟 重金属配合物 (用通式M AOCF表示 )。用红外分光光度计分别对偕胺肟纤维和 5种配合物在 4 0 0 0~ 4 0 0cm- 1 范围进行傅里叶变换红外吸收 ,对各M AOCF的FTIR主要吸收峰做了经验归属 ,并将各M AOCF的特征吸收峰与AOCF的相应吸收峰作对比分析 ,结果表明 :配合物中C—N ,CN ,N—O等键的吸收峰位置均向高波数方向移动 ,且峰的强度增加。说明纤维材料中的偕胺肟基团与重金属离子在酸性介质中进行了配位反应 ,偕胺肟基团与重金属离子之间形成了配位键。  相似文献

香豆素-3-甲酰氯修饰聚酰胺-胺大分子的荧光性能研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
用香豆素-3-甲酰氯对聚酰胺-胺树状大分子末端修饰合成了树状大分子PAMAM-CMAC,经FTIR,1H-NMR分析确证了其结构。荧光分析表明,PAMAM-CMAC树状大分子具有强的荧光发光,荧光强度比聚酰胺-胺树状大分子荧光强度增加很多。其荧光强度受pH值、溶液浓度和溶剂等各种因素的影响,在酸性条件下,荧光强度受溶液pH影响较大;但在强碱性介质中,氢键被完全破坏,荧光强度明显减弱。pH在7.00~10.00之间时,荧光发光比较稳定。溶液浓度对荧光强度也有影响,浓度太大或太小,荧光强度都相应减小,而且浓度大的溶液比浓度小的溶液荧光猝灭的快。这与理论相一致。同时,随着溶剂极性的增加,荧光发射向长波方向移动。  相似文献

Two-dimensional scanning of a 0.6328 mum guided-light beam has been realized using noncolinear acousto-optic (AO) coplanar Bragg diffraction together with colinear AO guided-mode to substrate radiation-mode conversion in a Z-cut Xpropagation LiNbO3 proton-exchanged (PE) waveguide. The two surface acoustic (SAW) waves utilized are at the center frequencies of 500 and 200 MHz, propagating in the Y and X axes, respectively. Two-dimensional scanning of approximately 720 resolvable light beam spots, namely, 18 40 (horizontal vertical) scanning, has been demonstrated using a light beam of 1.0 mm aperture. The total number of resolvable beam spots can be greatly increased from 720 by simply utilizing SAW transducers of larger bandwidth and a light beam of greater aperture. It should also be possible to significantly increase the diffraction efficiency from 3 % by optimizing the parameters of the PE waveguide and the SAWs.  相似文献

A simple technique of pulse compression, based on the linear chirp compensation of self-phase modulation (SPM) spectra in dispersion shifted fibers, is demonstrated. The optimization procedure is carried out, for a short span of a single-mode fiber, using a parabolic law, which describes the behavior of the squared output pulse width versus the pump peak power in the case of Gaussian pulses. The experimental results give a minimum pulse duration of 233 fs, which is in good agreement with the model. Shorter and coherent pulses, down to 90 fs, have been obtained by inserting an interference filter at the optical output.  相似文献

Results of a study of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of cadmium tungstate crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations are presented. Spectral characteristics of the nondnnnoped crystals are briefly described. Absorption and photo and X-ray luminescence spectra of the crystals taken before and after exposure to γ-radiation (5.5·104 Gy) are compared. It is found that the spectral characteristics of the crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations do not change markedly after the exposure. The relation between the type of impurity-induced defects, individual characteristics of the impurity cations, and the character of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of impure crystals is analyzed (preliminarily). The Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF)booster ring,a full energy injector for the storage ring,is deigned to accelerate the electron beam energy from 150MeV to 3.5GeV that demands high extraction efficiency at the extraction energy with low beam loss rate when electrons are ramping.Closed orbit distortion(COD)caused by bending magnet field uniformity errors which affects the machine performance harmfully could be effectively reduced by bending magnet location sorting.Considering the affections of random errors in measurement,both ideal sorting and realistic sorting are studied based on measured bending magnet field uniformity errors and one reasonable combination of bending magnets which can reduce the horizontal COD by a factor of 5is given as the final installation sequence of the booster bending magnets in this paper.  相似文献

A multi-conjugate adaptive optics (MCAO) can offer a possibility of widening field of view (FOV) characterized by the isoplanatic angle, and the choose of conjugate height becomes a basic problem for MCAO, which influences the size of iosplanatic angle. Considering the application of lidar, the isoplanatic angle's expressions of two deformable mirrors (DMs) MCAO for uplink and downlink are deduced. The effects of conjugate heights for dual-conjugate AO are thoughtfully discussed, and the isoplanatic angles are further analyzed. The results show that the isopanatic angle varies with the conjugate height and reaches the maximum as the conjugate height is at the optimal altitude. Moreover, the optimal conjugate height changes with the propagation distance.  相似文献

Due to the limit of response speed of the present single-photon detector, the code rate is still too low to come into practical use for the present quantum key distribution (QKD) system.A new idea is put up to design a quick single-photon detector.This quick single-photon detector is composed of a multi-port optic-fiber splitter and many avalanche photo diodes (APDs).Au of the ports with APDs work on the time division and cooperate with a logic discriminating and deciding unit driven by the clock signal.The operation frequency lies on the number N of ports, and can reach N times of the conventional single-photon detector.The single-photon prompt detection can come true for high repetition-rate pulses.The applying of this detector will largely raise the code rate of the QKD, and boost the commercial use.  相似文献

We measure the waveform and phase curves of short optical pulses before and after transmission over different lengths of fibers by use of the pulse analyzer with the frequency-resolved optical gating (FROG),and numerically simulate pulse evolution under the experimental conditions.The nonlinear coefficient of the fiber is given by comparing the experimental results with the numerical ones.Difference between the experiment and numerical simulation is analyzed.  相似文献

Resonance scattering of elastic spherical shell and cylindrical shell while the surrounding fluid medium has absorption is studied. The normal mode solution derived using exact elastic theory and the separation of variables is still applicable. However, the scattering form function has to be modified for the absorbing medium, otherwise the unreasonable result would be obtained. The backscattering form function in the absorbing medium is redefined, and the form function of elastic spherical and cylindrical shell with vacuum or solid matter filled is calculated in various absorption conditions. The results show that the absorption of surrounding fluid leads to notable attenuation of the coincidence resonances in the mid-frequency, but it has a little influence on the low-frequency resonance scattering induced by the filler inside the shell.  相似文献

A versatile and low-cost single-beam self-referenced phase-sensitive surface plasmon resonance(SPR)sensing system with ultra-high resolution performance is presented.The system exhibits a root-mean-square phase fluctuation of ±0.0028.over a period of 45 min.i.e.a resolution of±5.2×10-9 refractive index units.The enhanced performance has been achieved through the incorporation of three design elements:a true single-beam configuration enabling complete self-referencing so that only the phase change associated with SPR gets detected,a differential measurement scheme to eliminate spurious signals not related to the sensor response,and the elimination of retardation drifts by incorporating temperature stabilization in the liquid crystal phase modulato .Our design should bring the detection sensitivity of non-labeling SPR biosensing closer to that achievable by conventional fluorescence-based techniques.  相似文献
