Some new derivatives of 2-oxo-4-thioxo- (I) and 2,4-dithioxo-1H, 3H-pteridine (II) have been prepared by treatment of 2,4-dioxo- (III) and 2-thioxo-4-oxo-1H,3H-pteridines (IV) with P2S5 in dioxane solution. The corresponding 4-phenylhydrazones, and the products of reaction of the pteridinethiones with aliphatic and aromatic amines and amino acids, have been obtained.  相似文献

Condensation of O-phenylhydroxylamine with 1H-2,3,4,5,6,7-hexahydroazepine-2,4-dione in alcoholic hydrogen chloride solution gave 1-oxo-1H-2,3,4,5-tetrahydrobenzofuro[3,2-c]-azepine, while a similar condensation with 6,6-dimethyl-1H-2,3,4,5,6,7-hexahydroazepine-2,4-dione gave a mixture of 4,4-dimethyl-1H-2,3,4,5-tetrahydrobenzofuro[3,2-c]azepine and 2-oxo-3-(3,3-dimethyl-5-pyrrolidylidene)benzofuran. Tetrahydrobenzofuroazepines were also synthesized by Beckmann rearrangement of oximes of 1-oxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzofuran and 3,3-dimethyl-1-oxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrodibenzofuran, which were obtained in turn by condensation of O-phenylhydroxylamine with dihydroresorcinol and dimedone.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 2, pp. 149–153, February, 1973.  相似文献

In the reaction of 4-phenyl- and 4,6-diphenyl-1-methyl-2-oxo-5-ethoxycarbonyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimidines with phosphorus pentachloride, oxidation and dealkylation takes place in addition to chlorination and as a result one obtained 4-phenyl- and 4,6-diphenyl-1-methyl-5-ethoxycarbonyl-2-pyrimidones and also 4-phenyl-, (4,6-diphenyl)-5-ethoxycarbonyl-2-chloropyrimidines. 1,6-Dimethyl-2-oxo-4-phenyl-5-ethoxycarbonyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimidine in the same reaction gives 1-methyl-2-oxo-4-phenyl-5-ethoxycarbonyl 6-dichloromethyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimidine, together with 6-chloromethylene- and 6-dichloromethylene-1-methyl-2-oxo-4-phenyl-5-chloro-5-ethoxycarbonylhexahydropyrimidines.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 5, pp. 668–671, May, 1987.  相似文献

Preparative methods for the synthesis of 1-R-2-oxo-3-(4-oxo-3H-quinazolin-2-yl)-4-hydroxyquinolines based on ethyl esters or nitrites of 1-R-2-oxo-4-hydroxyqidnoline-3-carboxylic acids and anthranilamide or ethyl anthranilate correspondingly were proposed. Sovomercuration adducts of 2-nitrobenzyl-, 2-nitro-4,5-(ethylenedioxy)benzyl-, and 4,5-dimethoxy-2-nitrobenzylcyclopropanes were synthesized. The adducts reacted with sulfuric, fluorosulfonic, or chlorosulfonic acid to give 3-(2-chloromercurio)ethyl-1-oxo-3,4-dihydro-1H-2,1-benzoxazinium ions whose stability depended on the nature of substituents in the aromatic ring. Unstable metalated 1-oxo-3,4-dihydro-1H-2,1-benzoxazinium ions underwent fast protodemercuration to form metal-free 3-ethyl-1-oxo-3,4-dihydro-1H-2,1-benzoxazinium ions. Stable analogs in the above acids did not change to an appreciable extent over a period of 48–72 h. Hydrolysis of stable metalated 1-oxo-1,3-dihydro-2,1-benzoxazolium ions afforded only 4-chloromercurio-1-(2-nitroaryl)butan-2-ol.  相似文献

由季戊四醇和三氯氧磷出发,经由两步反应合成了三(1-氧代-1-磷杂-2,6-7-三氧杂双环[2.2.2]辛烷-4-亚甲基)磷酸酯(Trimer),并采用元素分析,FTIR,^1H NMR,^31P NMR及X射线四圆 新化合物的分子结构。结果分析表明,Trimer分子中含3个结构高度对称的双环笼状磷酸酯单元,属单斜晶系,Cc空间群,晶胞系数为a=1.2754(3)nm,b=1.8582(4)nm,c=1.1269(2)nm,V=2.3242(8)nm^3,Z=4,最终偏离因子R=0.0322,Rω=0.0907。TG-DTA与DSC结果表明,Trimer具有优异的热稳定性与成炭性能,将成为一种高效能的膨胀型阻燃剂。  相似文献

A series of substituted 6,7-dihydro-1-oxo-1H,5H-benzo[i,j]quinolizine-2-carboxylic acids was synthesized and tested for antibacterial activities. Among them, 9-fluoro-6,7-dihydro-5-methyl-8-(4-methyl-1-piperazinyl)-1-oxo-1H,5H- benzo[i,j]quinolizine-2-carboxylic acid (OPC-7241) exhibited potent antibacterial activity against gram-positive and -negative bacteria, including Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and 9-fluoro-6,7-dihydro-8-(4-hydroxy-1-piperidyl)-5-methyl-1-oxo-1H, 5H-benzo[i,j]quinolizine-2-carboxylic acid (OPC-7251) showed potent activity characteristically against Propionibacterium acnes.  相似文献

Ethyl 2-arylamino-2-oxo-acetates undergo a complex reaction with dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate in the presence of triphenylphosphine to produce dimethyl 1-aryl-4-ethoxy-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1 H -pyrrole-2,3-dicarboxylates in good yields. Dynamic NMR study of dimethyl 1-(2-methylphenyl)-4-ethoxy-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1 H -pyrrole-2,3-dicarboxylate shows a fairly high energy barrier ( j G p = 53.2 kJmol m 1 ) for rotation around the N-aryl single bond, which leads to an observable atropisomerism.  相似文献

Alkyl 5,5-dimethyl-2-oxo-2,5-dihydrofuran-3-carboxylates react with zinc enolates prepared from 1-aryl-2-bromo-2-phenylethanones, 2-bromo indanone, 2-bromo-6-methyltetralone and zinc with formation of ethyl 4-(2-aryl-2-oxo-1-phenyl-ethyl)-5,5-dimethyl-2-oxotetrahydrofuran-3-carboxylates, alkyl 5,5-dimethyl-2-oxo-4-(1-oxoindan-2-yl)tetrahydrofuran-3-carboxylates, and ethyl 5,5-dimethyl-4-(6-methyl-1-oxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalen-2-yl)-2-oxotetrahydrofuran-3-carboxylates respectively, mainly as single diastereomers.  相似文献

A new class of tripodal L(2)X ligands that feature three oxygen donors, namely the tris(2-oxo-1-tert-butylimidazolyl) and tris(2-oxo-1-methylbenzimidazolyl)hydroborato ligands, [To(Bu(t))] and [To(MeBenz)], has been synthesized via the reactions of NaBH(4) with the respective imidazolone. Structural and spectroscopic studies indicate that both [To(Bu(t))] and [To(MeBenz)] are significantly more sterically demanding but less electron donating than the related [O(3)] donor ligand, [CpCo{P(O)(OEt)(2)}(3)].  相似文献

A general and convenient method for the synthesis of 12-aryl-1-oxo-1,2,3,4,5,12-hexahydroindolo[2,1-b]quinazoline-6-carbonitriles was proposed. The method is based on the recyclization of 11-aryl-1-oxo-2,3,4,5,10b,11-hexahydro-1H-indolo[2,3-b]quinoline-10b-carbonitriles. The structure of 12-(3-methoxyphenyl)-8-methyl-1-oxo-1,2,3,4,5,12-hexahydroindolo[2,1-b]quinazoline-6-carbonitrile was studied by X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

The reaction of 1-substituted 2-chloroindole-3-carboxaldehydes with 1-amino-2-imidazolidinone gave a series of 1-substituted 2-chloro-3-(2-oxo-1-imidazolidinyliminomethyl)indoles which were evaluated as potential herbicides. The corresponding 1-(2-quinoxalyl)-, 1-[3,5-di(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-, and 1-ethoxycarbonyl-3-methyl-4-oxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydroindazoles have been obtained from reactions of 2-acetyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione, its 5,5-dimethyl and 5-(2-furyl) derivatives, with 2-hydrazinoquinoxaline, 3,5-di(trifluoromethyl)phenylhydrazine, and ethoxycarbonylhydrazine. On interaction with ethoxycarbonylhydrazine the intermediate 2-[1-(-ethoxycarbonyl)hydrazino]ethylidene-1,3-cyclohexanediones were also isolated. From the potassium salt of 2-formyldimedone and 2-carboxyphenylhydrazine hydrochloride, 2-(2-carboxyphenyl)hydrazinomethylene-5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione was obtained, the cyclization of which in ethanol in the presence of HCl led to 1-(2-carboxyphenyl)- and 1-(2-ethoxycarbonylphenyl)-6,6-dimethyl-4-oxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydroindazole.  相似文献

Acidification of 6 with hydrochloric acid afforded mixtures of (E)- and (Z)-isomers of methyl 4-(2-hydroxy-1-methyl-5-oxo-1H-imidazol-4(5H)-ylidene)-5-oxo-1-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrrole-3-carboxylates. 以芳酰肼为原料,合成了一系列3-巯基-5-芳基-1,2,4-三唑、2-巯基-5-芳基-1,3,4-噁二唑和2-巯基-5-芳基-1,3,4-噻二唑,并通过硫原子对3-溴-2-氧代-苯并氮杂3-位上的亲核取代反应将杂环化合物引入了苯并氮杂的结构当中,合成了32个新的苯并氮杂杂环衍生物.为提高其在有机溶剂中的溶解性,在苯并氮杂的N原子上引入乙酸乙酯和乙酸叔丁酯基取代基,合成了36个新衍生物.所有化合物经质谱、核磁共振谱及元素分析确证了结构并初步测定了抗菌活性.  相似文献
