The stoichiometric reaction of 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen), iminodiacetic acid (IDA‐H2) and Cu(ClO4)2 in a H2O–CH3OH (2:1) solution yields μ‐iminodiacetato‐2:1κ4O,N,O′:O′′‐tris(1,10‐phenanthroline)‐1κ4N,N′;2κ2N,N′‐dicopper(II) diperchlorate methanol solvate, [Cu2(C4H5NO4)(C12H8N2)3](ClO4)2·CH3OH. The IDA ligand bridges the two CuII ions via a carboxylate group and uses one further N and an O atom of the second carboxylate group to complete a fac‐tridentate coordination at one Cu centre. A phen ligand completes a distorted square‐pyramidal coordination at this metal atom, although there is weak coordination by a perchlorate O atom at a sixth position. The second Cu centre has a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal coordination to two phen moieties and a carboxylate O atom. 相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(C10H4O8)(C12H8N2)]n, the CuII cation has a four‐coordination environment completed by two N atoms from one 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen) ligand and two O atoms belonging to two dihydrogen benzene‐1,2,4,5‐tetracarboxylate anions (H2TCB2−). There is a twofold axis passing through the CuII cation and the centre of the phen ligand. The [Cu(phen)]2+ moieties are bridged by H2TCB2− anions to form an infinite one‐dimensional coordination polymer with a zigzag chain structure along the c axis. A double‐chain structure is formed by hydrogen bonds between adjacent zigzag chains. Furthermore, there are π–π stacking interactions between the phen ligands, with an average distance of 3.64 Å, resulting in a two‐dimensional network structure. 相似文献

The Co atom is located on a twofold rotation axis and is coordinated by the two N atoms of a 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand and four O atoms of water molecules. The title compound {systematic name: tetrakis(μ‐3,5‐dinitrobenzoato‐κ2O:O′)bis[(3,7‐dihydro‐1,3,7‐trimethyl‐1H‐purine‐2,6‐dione‐κO2)copper(II)]}, [Cu2(C7H3N2O6)4(C8H10N4O2)2], consists of paddle‐wheel dimeric tetrakis(μ‐3,5‐dinitrobenzoato‐κ2O:O′)dicopper(II) units with O‐coordinated caffeine molecules in both apical positions. The entire dimeric molecule lies on a tetragonal inversion axis, and thus one nitrobenzoate anion with one Cu atom in a special position belong to the independent part of the molecule. The caffeine ligand bonded to the Cu atom is disordered on a local twofold non‐crystallographic axis coincident with the axis. A π–π stacking interaction is observed between the caffeine rings and adjacent symmetry‐related benzene rings of the 3,5‐dinitrobenzoate anions. 相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, triacetato‐1κO;3κ4O,O′‐(2,2′‐iminodiethanol)‐1κ3O,N,O′‐bis(μ‐2,2′‐iminodiethanolato)‐1κ2O:2κ6O,N,O′:3κ2O′‐cobalt(III)copper(II)zinc(II), [CoCuZn(C4H9NO2)2(C2H3O2)3(C4H11NO2)], shows a molecule with a triangular three‐metal core. The metal sites were refined with full occupancies, but the possibility that the Zn and Cu positions are actually mixed Cu/Zn sites cannot be excluded. The intermetallic Cu⋯Co and Co⋯Zn distances are 2.924 (3) and 2.906 (3) Å, respectively. The neutral molecules are held together by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds involving amine groups from the 2,2′‐iminodiethanol ligands and acetate groups to build two‐dimensional layers. 相似文献

In the title copper(II) compound, [Cu(C7H4BrO2)(ClO4)(C12H8N2)], the Cu atom is five‐coordinated in a distorted square‐pyramidal geometry by the N‐ and O‐donors of 4‐bromo‐2‐formylphenolate, 1,10‐phenanthroline and perchlorate. Pairs of complexes are linked together by Cu⋯O(phenolate) and π–π stacking interactions between 4‐bromo‐2‐formylphenolate and 1,10‐phenanthroline. Along the crystallographic a axis, the dimers are linked by hydrogen bonds between a perchlorate O atom and a 4‐bromo‐2‐formylphenolate H atom, and by further π–π stacking interactions. The CuII ion in the title complex, [Cu(C5H10NO3)2] or [Cu(He‐ala)2] [He‐ala = N‐(2‐hydroxyethyl)‐β‐alaninate], resides at the inversion centre of a square bipyramid comprised of two facially arranged tridentate He‐ala ligands. Each He‐ala ligand binds to a CuII ion by forming one six‐membered β‐alaninate chelate ring in a twist conformation and one five‐membered ethanolamine ring in an envelope conformation, with Cu—N = 2.017 (2) Å, Cu—OCOO = 1.968 (1) Å and Cu—OOH = 2.473 (2) Å. The [Cu(He‐ala)2] molecules are involved in a network of O—H⋯O and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming layers parallel to the (10) plane. The layers are connected into a three‐dimensional structure by van der Waals interactions, so that the molecular centres form pseudo‐face‐centered close packing. 相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, chloro(1,10‐phenanthroline‐N,N′)(1‐phenyl‐1,3‐butanedionato‐O,O′)copper(II), [CuCl(C10H9O2)(C12H8N2)], has been determined. The CuII ion displays a distorted square‐pyramidal coordination, being linked to the two O atoms of the benzoylacetonate ligand and the two N atoms of the 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand in the basal plane, and the Cl atom in the apical site. TheCu—N, Cu—O and Cu—Cl bond lengths are 2.043 (2)/2.025 (2), 1.914 (2)/1.941 (2) and 2.485 (1) Å, respectively. 相似文献

Reaction of 2,2′‐bipyridine (bpy) and copper(II) nitrate in methanol results in two complexes, namely light‐blue bis(2,2′‐bipyridine)nitratocopper(II) nitrate methanol solvate, [Cu(NO3)(C10H8N2)2]NO3·CH3OH, (I), which is unstable in air, and the product of its decomposition, catena‐poly[[[bis(2,2′‐bipyridine)copper(II)]‐μ‐nitrato‐O:O′] nitrate], {[Cu(NO3)(C10H8N2)2]NO3}n, (II). The crystal structures of both compounds were determined from one crystal at room temperature. Later, the structure of (I) was redetermined at low temperature. In (I) and (II), the Cu atom is coordinated by two bpy and one or two nitrate ions, respectively. The second nitrate ion in (I), along with the methanol solvent molecule, is found in the outer coordination sphere, not bonded to Cu. The nitrate in (I) is chelating, while in (II), it bridges (bpy)2Cu complexes, forming a one‐dimensional chain structure. The Cu cation in (II) lies on a twofold axis and the uncoordinated NO3? ion is located close to a twofold axis and is therefore disordered. Compound (I) converts into (II) upon loss of solvent. 相似文献

The title dinuclear di‐μ‐oxo‐bis[(1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane‐κ4N)manganese(III,IV)] diperchlorate nitrate complex, [Mn2O2(C10H24N4)2](ClO4)2(NO3) or [(cyclam)MnO]2(ClO4)2(NO3), was self‐assembled by the reaction of Mn2+ with 1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane in aqueous media. The structure of this compound consists of a centrosymmetric binuclear [(cyclam)MnO]3+ unit, two perchlorate anions and one nitrate anion. While the low‐temperature electron paramagnetic resonance spectra show a typical 16‐line signal for a di‐μ‐oxo MnIII/MnIV dimer, the magnetic susceptibility studies also confirm a characteristic antiferromagnetic coupling between the electronic spins of the MnIV and MnIII ions. 相似文献

In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐nicotinato‐κ2N:O], [Ag(C6H4NO2)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom is tetracoordinated by two N atoms from the di‐2‐pyridylamine (BPA) ligand [Ag—N = 2.3785 (18) and 2.3298 (18) Å] and by one N atom and one carboxylate O atom from nicotinate ligands [Ag—N = 2.2827 (15) Å and Ag—O = 2.3636 (14) Å]. Bridging by nicotinate N and O atoms generates a polymeric chain structure, which extends along [100]. The carboxyl O atom not bonded to the Ag atom takes part in an intrachain C—H⋯O hydrogen bond, further stabilizing the chain. Pairs of chains are linked by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to generate ribbons. There are no π–π interactions in this complex. In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐2,6‐dihydroxybenzoato‐κ2O1:O2], [Ag(C7H5O4)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom has a distorted tetrahedral coordination, with three strong bonds to two pyridine N atoms from the BPA ligand [Ag—N = 2.286 (5) and 2.320 (5) Å] and to one carboxylate O atom from the 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligand [Ag—O = 2.222 (4) Å]; the fourth, weaker, Ag‐atom coordination is to one of the phenol O atoms [Ag⋯O = 2.703 (4) Å] of an adjacent moiety, and this interaction generates a polymeric chain along [100]. Pairs of chains are linked about inversion centers by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to form ribbons, within which there are π–π interactions. The ribbons are linked about inversion centers by pairs of C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and additional π–π interactions between inversion‐related pairs of 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligands to generate a three‐dimensional network. 相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound {systematic name: bis[6‐methyl‐1,2,3‐oxathiazin‐4(3H)‐one 2,2‐dioxide(1−)‐κ2N3,O4]bis(3‐methylpyridine)copper(II)}, [Cu(C4H4NO4S)2(C6H7N)2], the CuII centre resides on a centre of symmetry and has an octahedral geometry that is distorted both by the presence of four‐membered chelate rings and because of the Jahn–Teller effect. The equatorial plane is formed by the N atoms of two methylpyridine ligands and by the more basic O atoms of the acesulfamate ligands, while the weakly basic N atoms of these ligands are in elongated axial positions with a misdirected valence. The crystal is stabilized by two intermolecular C—H⋯O interactions involving the methyl and CH groups, and the sulfonyl O atoms of the acesulfamate group. 相似文献

The title compound [La(phen)2(H2O)2(NO3)2](NO3) · 2(phen)(H2O) with phen = 1,10‐phenanthroline was prepared by the stoichiometric reaction of La(NO3)3 · 6 H2O and 1,10‐phenanthroline monohydrate in a CH3OH–H2O solution. The crystal structure (triclinic, P 1 (no. 2), a = 11.052(2), b = 13.420(2), c = 16.300(2) Å, α = 78.12(1)°, β = 88.77(1)°, γ = 83.03(1)°, Z = 2, R = 0.0488, wR2 = 0.1028) consists of [La(phen)2(H2O)2(NO3)2]2+ complex cations, NO3– anions, phen and H2O molecules. The La atom is 10‐fold coordinated by four N atoms of two bidentate chelating phen ligands and six O atoms of two H2O molecules and two bidentate chelating NO32– ligands with d(La–O) = 2.522–2.640 Å and d(La–N) = 2.689–2.738 Å. The intermolecular π‐π stacking interactions play an essential role in the formation of two different 2 D layers parallel to (001), which are formed by complex cations and uncoordinating phen molecules, respectively. The uncoordinated NO3– anions and H2O molecules are sandwiched between the cationic and phen layers. 相似文献

The copper(II) centre in the mononuclear title complex, [Cu(C7H3NO4)(C14H12N2)]·3H2O, is surrounded by one bidentate 2,9‐dimethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline (dmphen) ligand and one tridentate pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylate ligand, and exhibits a distorted square‐pyramidal geometry. The crystal packing involves both hydrogen‐bonding and π–π interactions. The solvent water molecules link monomers to one another through hydrogen‐bonding interactions, forming ladder‐like chains in the bc plane. Face‐to‐face and slipped π–π interactions also occur between dmphen rings of neighboring molecules and are responsible for interchain packing. 相似文献

The title complex, [Ag4(C7H5O3)2(C8H6N2)4(C7H6O3)4], lies about an inversion centre and has a unique tetranuclear structure consisting of four AgI atoms bridged by four N atoms from two 1,8‐naphthyridine (napy) ligands to form an N:N′‐bridge and four O atoms from two salicylate (SA) ligands to form an O:O′‐bridge. The Ag atoms have distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The centrosymmetric Ag4 ring has Ag—Ag separations of 2.772 (2) and 3.127 (2) Å, and Ag—Ag—Ag angles of 107.70 (4) and 72.30 (4)°. All SA hydroxy groups take part in intramolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonding. In the crystal packing, the napy rings are oriented parallel and overlap one another. These π–π interactions, together with weak intermolecular C—H⋯O contacts, stabilize the crystal structure. 相似文献

Two new salts of the cation [CuI(dmp)2]+ (dmp is 2,9‐dimethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline, C14H12N2), namely bis[bis(2,9‐dimethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)copper(I)] bis(hexafluorophosphate) hemi[bis(4‐pyridylmethylidene)hydrazine] acetonitrile solvate, [Cu(C14H12N2)2]2(PF6)2·0.5C12H10N4·C2H3N or [Cu(dmp)2]2(PF6)2·0.5(bpmh)·CH3CN [bpmh is bis(4‐pyridylmethylidene)hydrazine, C12H10N4], (I), and bis(2,9‐dimethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)copper(I) dicyanamide, [Cu(C14H12N2)2](C2N3) or [Cu(dmp)2][N(CN)2], (II), are reported. The Cu—N bond lengths and the distortion from idealized tetrahedral geometry of the dmp ligands are discussed and compared with related compounds. The bpmh molecule in (I) is π–π stacked with a dmp ligand at a distance of 3.4 Å, rather than coordinated to the metal atom. The molecule lies across an inversion center in the crystal. In (II), the normally coordinated dicyanamide molecule is present as an uncoordinated counter‐ion. 相似文献

The title compound, [Cd(S2O3)(C16H16N2)(H2O)]n, presents a polymeric one‐dimensional structure running along the P21/c glide direction, with elementary units defined by six‐coordinate CdII atoms bonded to three symmetry‐related thiosulfate groups, a bidentate tetramethylphenanthroline ligand and one aqua ligand. The bridging thiosulfates bind metal centers through two different sequences, viz. Cd—S—Cd′ and Cd′—S′—S′—O′—Cd, defining a closed six‐membered ring. Individual chains are held together viaπ–π interactions to generate two‐dimensional networks parallel to the (100) plane. These, in turn, are connected by much weaker van der Waals interactions. 相似文献
