The structure of the title compound, [Cu2(C12H24N4O2)(C3H4N2)2(CH4O)2](ClO4)2 or [Cu2(dmoxpn)(HIm)2(CH3OH)2](ClO4)2, where dmoxpn is the dianion of N,N′‐bis[3‐(dimethylamino)propyl]oxamide and HIm is imidazole, consists of a centrosymmetric trans‐oxamidate‐bridged copper(II) binuclear cation, having an inversion centre at the mid‐point of the central C—C bond, and two perchlorate anions. The CuII atom has square‐pyramidal coordination geometry involving two N atoms and an O atom from the dmoxpn ligand, an N atom from an imidazole ring, and an O atom from a methanol molecule. The crystal structure is stabilized by O—H⋯O, N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and imidazole π–π stacking interactions to form a three‐dimensional supramolecular array. 相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title complex, [Ni2(C10H20N4O2)(C12H12N2)2](ClO4)2 or [Ni(dmaeoxd)Ni(dmbp)2](ClO4)2 {H2dmaeoxd is N,N′‐bis[2‐(dimethylamino)ethyl]oxamide and dmbp is 4,4′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine}, the deprotonated dmaeoxd2− ligand is in a cis conformation and bridges two NiII atoms, one of which is located in a slightly distorted square‐planar environment, while the other is in an irregular octahedral environment. The cation is located on a twofold symmetry axis running through both Ni atoms. The dmaeoxd2− ligands interact with each other via C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions, which results in an extended chain along the c axis. 相似文献

Crystallization of the title compound, di‐μ‐pyridazine‐1κ2N:2κ2N′‐bis[(2,3‐dihydro‐3‐oxobenzisosulfonazolato‐κN)silver(I)], [Ag2(C7H4NO3S)2(C4H4N2)2], from acetonitrile yields both monoclinic, (I), and triclinic, (II), polymorphs. In both forms, the silver(I) ions have a slightly distorted trigonal AgN3 coordination geometry and are doubly bridged by two neutral pyridazine (pydz) ligands, generating a centrosymmetric dimeric structure. The saccharinate (sac) ligands are N‐coordinated. The dihedral angles between the sac and pydz rings are 8.43 (7) and 7.94 (8)° in (I) and (II), respectively, suggesting that the dimeric molecule is nearly flat. The bond geometry is similar in both polymorphs. In (I), the dimers interact with each other via aromatic πsac–πpydz stacking interactions, forming two‐dimensional layers, which are further crosslinked by weak C—H⋯O interactions. Compound (II) exhibits similar C—H⋯O and π–π interactions, but additional C—H⋯π and π⋯Ag interactions help to stabilize the packing of the dimers. 相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu2(C6H8O4)(C6H9O4)2(C10H8N2)2(H2O)2]n, the square‐pyramidally coordinated Cu atoms are bridged by both 4,4‐bipyridine and adipate ligands into ladder‐like chains, with exo‐orientated 5‐carboxypentanoate ligands pendant from both side rails. Half of the adipate ligand is related to the other half by inversion symmetry. Interchain O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds from the aqua ligands to the carbonyl O atoms of the 5‐carboxypentanoate ligands are responsible for the formation of two‐dimensional grid‐like (4,4)‐networks, which complete a twofold interpenetration. 相似文献

The title complex, [Ag2(C7H5O2)2(C18H18F2N2)]n, is a dinuclear silver(I) compound with one inversion centre between pairs of Ag atoms and another at the mid‐point of the central C—C bond in the butane‐1,4‐diamine moiety. Each of the smallest repeat units consists of two silver(I) cations, two benzoate anions and one N,N′‐bis(2‐fluorobenzylidene)butane‐1,4‐diamine Schiff base ligand. Each AgI ion is three‐coordinated in a trigonal configuration by two O atoms from two benzoate anions and one N atom from a Schiff base ligand. The di‐μ‐benzoato‐disilver(I) moieties are linked by the bridging Schiff base ligand, giving zigzag polymeric chains with an [–Ag⋯Ag—N—C—C—C—C—N–]n backbone running along the b axis. 相似文献

The title compound, {[Ag2(C4H4N2)3](CF3SO3)2·2H2O}n, is a polymeric pyrazine–silver(I) complex. Each AgI ion is three‐coordinated by N atoms of three different pyrazine ligands, forming a T‐shaped coordination configuration. In the crystal structure, uncoordinated water molecules are linked to trifluoromethanesulfonate anions through intermolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. There are weaker Ag⋯O interactions involving the water and sulfonate O atoms. 相似文献

In the title dinuclear acetate‐bridged complex, [Cu2(C2H3O2)3(NCS)(C10H9N3)2], the two Cu atoms are five‐coordinated, with a basal plane consisting of two N atoms of a di‐2‐pyridylamine (dpyam) ligand and two O atoms of two different acetate ligands. The axial positions of these Cu atoms are coordinated to N and O atoms from thiocyanate and acetate molecules, respectively, leading to a distorted square‐pyramidal geometry with τ values of 0.30 and 0.22. Both CuII ions are linked by an acetate group in the equatorial–equatorial positions and have syn–anti bridging configurations. Hydrogen‐bond interactions between the amine H atom and the coordinated and uncoordinated O atoms of the acetate anions generate an infinite one‐dimensional chain. 相似文献

The molecules of N,N′‐bis(2‐pyridylmethyl)ferrocene‐1,1′‐diyldicarboxamide, [Fe(C12H11N2O)2], contain intramolecular N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds and are linked into sheets by three independent C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. The title compound, [Er(C5H7O2)3(C12H8N2)], is a mixed‐ligand metal–organic precursor for chemical vapour deposition, with the Er atom being eight‐coordinate. The coordination polyhedron, described as a distorted square antiprism, is formed by three bidentate (chelating) acetylacetonate residues and a phenanthroline ligand in the apical positions. Molecular assembly via C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds generates a sheet structure in the ac plane. Weak co‐operative C—H⋯π interactions form molecular dimers and contribute to the stability of the intersheet packing. The supramolecular assembly contains voids which form hydrophobic porous channels, surrounded by a cluster of dimers. 相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound {systematic name: bis[6‐methyl‐1,2,3‐oxathiazin‐4(3H)‐one 2,2‐dioxide(1−)‐κ2N3,O4]bis(3‐methylpyridine)copper(II)}, [Cu(C4H4NO4S)2(C6H7N)2], the CuII centre resides on a centre of symmetry and has an octahedral geometry that is distorted both by the presence of four‐membered chelate rings and because of the Jahn–Teller effect. The equatorial plane is formed by the N atoms of two methylpyridine ligands and by the more basic O atoms of the acesulfamate ligands, while the weakly basic N atoms of these ligands are in elongated axial positions with a misdirected valence. The crystal is stabilized by two intermolecular C—H⋯O interactions involving the methyl and CH groups, and the sulfonyl O atoms of the acesulfamate group. 相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(C4H6N2O3)(C8H8N2)]·3H2O, the CuII atom is coordinated in a square‐planar manner by one O atom and three N atoms from glycylglycinate and 2‐methylbenzimidazole ligands. The ternary complexes assemble into one‐dimensional chains through C—H⋯π interactions and direct N—H⋯O hydrogen bonding, as well as into hydrogen‐bonded water helices with branches which also link the complex chains into a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure. 相似文献

In the title dimeric complex, [Cu2(C4H4O4)2(C7H6N2S)4], which possesses a centre of symmetry, the Cu atoms are enclosed in a 14‐membered ring. They adopt a distorted square‐bipyramidal (4+2) coordination. The four closest donor atoms are two N atoms of 2‐aminobenzothiazole ligands and two O atoms of the succinate carboxylate groups. They form a square‐planar cis arrangement, with an average Cu—N distance of 2.003 (3) Å and Cu—O distances of 1.949 (3) and 1.965 (3) Å. Two longer Cu—O bonds of 2.709 (3) and 2.613 (3) Å involving the remaining O atoms of the carboxylate groups complete the sixfold coordination of the Cu atoms. The H atoms of each amino group of the 2‐aminobenzothiazole molecules form intra‐ and intermolecular N—H?O hydrogen bonds. A nearly perpendicular intermolecular C—H?Cg interaction (Cg is the centroid of the imidazole ring) is observed. The intramolecular Cu?Cu distance is 6.384 (2) Å. 相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, {[Pb(C4O4)(C12H8N2)2(H2O)]·2H2O}n, contains one squarate dianion, two phenanthroline (phen) ligands and one aqua ligand all coordinated to Pb, and two solvent water molecules. The eight‐coordinate Pb metal ion displays a distorted bicapped trigonal–prismatic coordination environment, defined by three squarate O atoms, four N atoms from two chelating phen ligands and one O atom from the coordinated water molecule. The crystal structure contains chains of squarate‐1,2,3‐bridged PbII ions running in the [010] direction. These polymeric chains are linked to one another via offset face‐to‐face π–π interactions between the phen ligands, which lead to a two‐dimensional network extending along the (001) plane. The crystal structure is also stabilized by O—H⋯O intermolecular hydrogen‐bond interactions, forming a three‐dimensional network. 相似文献

In the title compound, [CuCl2(C9H12N2O)], the CuII atom is coordinated by two Cl− anions and two N atoms of one O‐ethyl 3‐methylpyridine‐2‐carboximidic acid molecule in a slightly distorted square‐planar geometry, with Cu—N distances of 2.0483 (17) and 1.9404 (18) Å, and Cu—Cl distances of 2.2805 (10) and 2.2275 (14) Å. In addition, each CuII atom is connected by one Cl− anion and the CuII atom from a neighbouring molecule, with Cu⋯Cl and Cu⋯Cu distances of 2.9098 (13) and 3.4022 (12) Å, respectively, and, therefore, a centrosymmetric dimer is formed. Adjacent molecular dimers are connected by π–π stacking interactions between pyridine rings to form a zigzag molecular chain. The title compound, [Co(C6H9O4)2(C12H12N2)(H2O)2]n, crystallizes in the space group P. The Co atom is on a center of symmetry and the 1,2‐di‐4‐pyridylethane (bpe) ligand also sits across a crystallographic inversion center. The Co atom is octahedrally coordinated by two aqua ligands, two carboxylate O atoms and two pyridyl N atoms, and is bridged by the anti‐bpe ligands to generate one‐dimensional {[Co(Hadip)2(H2O)2](bpe)2/2} chains (Hadip is 5‐carboxypentanoate), which are further interlinked by O—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds into two‐dimensional layers. 相似文献

The title compound, [Mn(C12H8N2)2(H2O)2](C4H4O4S)·[Mn(C4H4O4S)(C12H8N2)2]·13H2O, contains one dianion of thiodiglycolic acid (tdga2−) and two independent manganese(II) moieties, viz. [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2]2+ and [Mn(tdga)(phen)2], where phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline. In the crystal structure of the title compound, [Cd(C6H15NO3)2](C4O4)·H2O, a supramolecular structure is observed. The asymmetric unit consists of one unit of the cationic Cd complex, one water molecule and two half‐squarate anions, each sitting on a crystallographic inversion center. The different coordinations of the two triethanolamine (TEA) ligands results in an unusual example of coordination number seven for the CdII ion. Both TEA ligands coordinate to the CdII ion, forming a distorted monocapped trigonal prismatic geometry with approximate C2v symmetry. One of the TEA ligands acts as an N,O,O′‐tridentate ligand, whereas the other behaves as an N,O,O′,O′′‐tetradentate donor. The anions and cations are linked to one another by hydrogen bonds between hydroxy H atoms of the TEA ligands and squarate O atoms. The crystal structure is stabilized by O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds between the unligated water molecule and a squarate O atom, together with a weak π–ring interaction between the ethylene group of a TEA ligand and a squarate anion. 相似文献
