Monobenzene complexes of yttrium (Y), lanthanum (La), and lutetium (Lu), M(C(6)H(6)) (M = Y, La, and Lu), were prepared in a laser-vaporization supersonic molecular beam source and studied by pulsed-field ionization zero electron kinetic energy (ZEKE) spectroscopy and ab initio calculations. The calculations included the second-order perturbation, the coupled cluster with single, double, and perturbative triple excitation, and the complete active space self-consistent field methods. Adiabatic ionization energies and metal-benzene stretching frequencies of these complexes were measured for the first time from the ZEKE spectra. Electronic states of the neutral and ion complexes and benzene ring deformation were determined by combining the spectroscopic measurements with the theoretical calculations. The ionization energies of M(C(6)H(6)) are 5.0908 (6), 4.5651 (6), and 5.5106 (6) eV, and the metal-ligand stretching frequencies of [M(C(6)H(6))](+) are 328, 295, and 270 cm(-1) for M = Y, La, and Lu, respectively. The ground states of M(C(6)H(6)) and [M(C(6)H(6))](+) are (2)A(1) and (1)A(1), respectively, and their molecular structures are in C(2v) point group with a bent benzene ring. The deformation of the benzene ring upon metal coordination is caused by the pseudo Jahn-Teller interaction of (1(2)E(2)+1(2)A(1)+2(2)E(2)) e(2) at C(6v) symmetry. In addition, the study shows that spectroscopic behaviors of Y(C(6)H(6)) and La(C(6)H(6)) are similar to each other, but different from that of Lu(C(6)H(6)).  相似文献

Dissolution of Hg(arene)(2)(MCl(4))(2) [arene = C(6)H(5)Me, C(6)H(5)Et, o-C(6)H(4)Me(2), C(6)H(3)-1,2,3-Me(3); M = Al, Ga] in C(6)D(6) results in a rapid H/D exchange and the formation of the appropriate d(n)-arene and C(6)D(5)H. H/D exchange is also observed between C(6)D(6) and the liquid clathrate ionic complexes, [Hg(arene)(2)(MCl(4))][MCl(4)], formed by dissolution of HgCl(2) and MCl(3) in C(6)H(6), m-C(6)H(4)Me(2), or p-C(6)H(4)Me(2). The H/D exchange reaction is found to be catalytic with respect to Hg(arene)(2)(MCl(4))(2) and independent of the initial arene ligand. Reaction of a 1:1 ratio of C(6)H(5)Me and C(6)D(6) with <0.1 mol % Hg(C(6)H(5)Me)(2)(MCl(4))(2) results in an equilibrium mixture of all isotopic isomers: C(6)H(5-x)D(x)Me and C(6)D(6-x)H(x) (x = 0-5). DFT calculations on the model system, Hg(C(6)H(6))(2)(AlCl(4))(2) and [Hg(C(6)H(6))(2)(AlCl(4))](+), show that the charge on the carbon and proton associated with the shortest Hg...C interactions is significantly higher than that on uncomplexed benzene or HgCl(2)(C(6)H(6))(2). The protonation of benzene by either Hg(C(6)H(6))(2)(AlCl(4))(2) or [Hg(C(6)H(6))(2)(AlCl(4))](+) was calculated to be thermodynamically favored in comparison to protonation of benzene by HO(2)CCF(3), a known catalyst for arene H/D exchange. Arene exchange and intramolecular hydrogen transfer reactions are also investigated by DFT calculations.  相似文献

The hitherto unknown gas-phase basicity and proton affinity of 1,3,5-cycloheptatriene (CHT) have been determined by Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance (FT-ICR) mass spectrometry. Several independent techniques were used in order to exclude ambiguities due to proton-induced isomerisation of the conjugate cyclic C(7)H(9)(+) ions, [CHT + H](+). The gas-phase basicity obtained by the thermokinetic method, GB(CHT) = 799 +/- 4 kJ mol(-1), was found to be identical, within the limits of experimental error, with the values measured by the equilibrium method starting with protonated reference bases, and with the values resulting from the measurements of the individual forward and reverse rate constants, when corrections were made for the isomerised fraction of the C(7)H(9)(+) population. The experimentally determined gas-phase basicity leads to the proton affinity of cycloheptatriene, PA(CHT) = 833 +/- 4 kJ mol(-1), and the heat of formation of the cyclo-C(7)H(9)(+) ion, deltaH(f)(0)([CHT + H](+)) = 884 +/- 4 kJ mol(-1). Ab initio calculations are in agreement with these experimental values if the 1,2-dihydrotropylium tautomer, [CHT + H((1))](+), generated by protonation of CHT at C-1, is assumed to be the conjugate acid, resulting in PA(CHT) = 825 +/- 2 kJ mol(-1) and deltaH(f)(0)(300)([CHT + H((1))](+)) = 892 +/- 2 kJ mol(-1). However, the calculations indicate that protonation of cycloheptatriene at C-2 gives rise to transannular C-C bond formation, generating protonated norcaradiene [NCD + H](+), a valence tautomer being 19 kJ mol(-1) more stable than [CHT + H((1))](+). The 1,4-dihydrotropylium ion, [CHT + H((3))](+), generated by protonation of CHT at C-3, is 17 kJ mol(-1) less stable than [CHT + H((1))](+). The bicyclic isomer [NCD + H](+) is separated by relatively high barriers, 70 and 66 kJ mol(-1) from the monocyclic isomers, [CHT + H((1))](+) and [CHT + H((3))](+), respectively. Therefore, the initially formed 1,2-dihydrotropylium ion [CHT + H((1))](+) does not rearrange to the bicyclic isomer [NCD + H](+) under mild protonation conditions.  相似文献

In this work, we report the synthesis and a study on the degree of electronic delocalization in the asymmetric mixed valence complexes [CpFe(C(8)H(6))Fe(C(8)H(7))](+), 3a(+), and [CpCo(C(8)H(6))Fe(C(8)H(7))](+), 3b(+), (Cp = C(5)Me(5), C(8)H(6) = pentalenyde, C(8)H(7) = hydropentalenyde, and = ((3,5(CF(3))(2)C(6)H(3))(4)B(-))). Electrochemical methods, (57)Fe M?ssbauer spectroscopy, electronic spectroscopy, and electron paramagnetic resonance were used for this purpose. Although the anti conformation of the complexes precludes any metal-metal interaction, all the techniques employed show that 3a(+) is a electronic delocalized system, while 3b(+) behaves as two individual metallic centers with localized electron density.  相似文献

New molecular complexes of fullerenes C60 and C70 with tetraphenylporphyrins [M(tpp)] in which M-H2, MnII, CoII, CuII, ZnII and Fe(III)Cl, have been synthesised. Crystal structures of two C60 complexes with H2TPP, which differ only in the number of benzene solvated molecules, and C60 and C70 complexes with [Cu(tpp)] have been studied. The fullerene molecules form a honeycomb motif in H2TPP.2C60. 3C6H6, puckered graphite-like layers in H2TPP.2C60.4C6H6, zigzag chains in [Cu(tpp)].C70.1.5C7H8.0.5C2HCl3 and columns in [Cu(tpp)]2.C60. H2TPP has van der Waals contacts with C60 through nitrogen atoms and phenyl groups. Copper atoms of the [Cu(tpp)] molecules are weakly coordinated with C70, but form no shortened contacts with C60. The formation of molecular complexes with fullerenes affects the ESR spectra of [M(tpp)] (M = Mn, Co and Cu). [Mn(tpp)] in the complex with C70 lowers its spin state from S = 5/2 to S = 1/2, whereas [Co(tpp)] and [Cu(tpp)] change the constants of hyperfine interaction. ESR, IR, UV-visible and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopic data show no noticeable charge transfer from the porphyrinate to the fullerene molecules.  相似文献

Pentacarbonyl-7H-indenediiron, [Fe2(CO)5(eta3,eta5-C9H8)] (1), reacts with aryllithium, ArLi (Ar = C6H5, p-C6H5C6H4), followed by alkylation with Et3OBF4 to give novel 7H-indene-coordinated diiron bridging alkoxycarbene complexes [Fe2{mu-C(OC2H5)Ar}(CO)4(eta4,eta4-C9H8)] (2, Ar = C6H5; 3, Ar = p-C6H5C6H4). Complexes 2 and 3 react with HBF4.Et2O at low temperature to yield cationic bridging carbyne complexes [Fe2(mu-CAr)(CO)4(eta4,eta4-C9H8)]BF4 (4, Ar = C6H5; 5, Ar = p-C6H5C6H4). Cationic 4 and 5 react with NaBH4 in THF at low temperature to afford diiron bridging arylcarbene complexes [Fe2{mu-C(H)Ar}(CO)4(eta4,eta4-C9H8)] (6, Ar = C6H5; 7, Ar = p-C6H5C6H4). The similar reactions of 4 and 5 with NaSC6H4CH3-p produce the bridging arylthiocarbene complexes [Fe2{mu-C(Ar)SC6H4CH3-p}(CO)4(eta4,eta4-C9H8)] (8, Ar = C6H5; 9, Ar = p-C6H5C6H4). Cationic 4 and 5 can also react with anionic carbonylmetal compounds Na[M(CO)5(CN)] (M = Cr, Mo, W) to give the diiron bridging aryl(pentacarbonylcyanometal)carbene complexes [Fe2{mu-C(Ar)NCM(CO)5}(CO)4(eta4,eta4-C9H8)] (10, Ar = C6H5, M = Cr; 11, Ar = p-C6H5C6H4, M = Cr; 12, Ar = C6H5, M = Mo; 13, Ar = p-C6H5C6H4, M = Mo; 14, Ar = C6H5, M = W; 15, Ar = p-C6H5C6H4, M = W). Interestingly, in CH2Cl2 solution at room temperature complexes 10-15 were transformed into the isomerized 7H-indene-coordinated monoiron complexes [Fe(CO)2(eta5-C9H8)C(Ar)NCM(CO)5] (16, Ar = C6H5, M = Cr; 17, Ar = p-C6H5C6H4, M = Cr; 18, Ar = C6H5, M = Mo; 19, Ar = p-C6H5C6H4, M = Mo; 20, Ar = C6H5, M = W; 21, Ar = p-C6H5C6H4, M = W), while complex 3 was converted into a novel ring addition product [Fe2{C(OC2H5)C6H4C6H5-p-(eta2,eta5-C9H8)}(CO)5] (22) under the same conditions. The structures of complexes 2, 6, 8, 14, 18 and 22 have been established by X-ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

Reaction of HgCl(2) with 2 equiv of MCl(3) in an aromatic solvent yields Hg(arene)(2)(MCl(4))(2) where, arene = C(6)H(5)Me, M = Al (1), Ga (2); arene = C(6)H(5)Et, M = Al (3) and Ga (4); o-C(6)H(4)Me(2), M = Al (5), Ga (6); C(6)H(3)-1,2,3-Me(3), M = Al (7) and Ga (8). The solid-state structures of compounds 1-5 and 7 have been determined by X-ray crystallography. In the solid state, compounds 1-4 and 7 exist as neutral complexes in which two arenes are bound to the mercury, and the MCl(3) groups are bound through bridging chlorides to the mercury; compound 5 exists as a cation-anion pair [Hg(o-C(6)H(4)Me(2))(2)(AlCl(4))][AlCl(4)]. However, in solution compounds 1-8 all exist as neutral complexes. The structures of Hg(arene)(2)(AlCl(4))(2) and [Hg(arene)(2)(AlCl(4))](+) have been determined by DFT calculations [B3LYP level] to facilitate the assignment of the (13)C CPMAS NMR spectra and are in good agreement with the X-ray diffraction structures of compounds 1 and 5. Reaction of HgCl(2) with MCl(3) in benzene, m-xylene, and p-xylene results in the formation of liquid clathrates whose spectroscopic characterization is consistent with ionic structures, [Hg(arene)(2)(MCl(4))][MCl(4)]. The calculated energy difference between Hg(C(6)H(5)Me)(2)(AlCl(4))(2) and [Hg(C(6)H(5)Me)(2)(AlCl(4))][AlCl(4)] is discussed with respect to the structure of compound 5 in the solid state versus solution state and the proposed speciation in the liquid clathrates.  相似文献

The di- and tetranuclear metal sandwich-type silicotungstates of Cs10[(gamma-SiW10O36)2{Zr(H2O)}2(mu-OH)2] x 18 H2O (Zr2, monoclinic, C2/c (No. 15), a = 25.3315(8) A, b = 22.6699(7) A, c = 18.5533(6) A, beta = 123.9000(12) degrees, V = 8843.3(5) A(3), Z = 4), Cs10[(gamma-SiW10O36)2{Hf(H2O)}2(mu-OH)2] x 17 H2O (Hf2, monoclinic, space group C2/c (No. 15), a = 25.3847(16) A, b = 22.6121(14) A, c = 18.8703(11) A, beta = 124.046(3) degrees, V = 8974.9(9) A(3), Z = 4), Cs8[(gamma-SiW10O36)2{Zr(H2O)}4(mu4-O)(mu-OH)6] x 26 H2O (Zr4, tetragonal, P4(1)2(1)2 (No. 92), a = 12.67370(10) A, c = 61.6213(8) A, V = 9897.78(17) A(3), Z = 4), and Cs8[(gamma-SiW10O36)2{Hf(H2O)}4(mu4-O)(mu-OH)6] x 23 H2O (Hf4, tetragonal, P4(1)2(1)2 (No. 92), a = 12.68130(10) A, c = 61.5483(9) A, V = 9897.91(18) A(3), Z = 4) were obtained as single crystals suitable for X-ray crystallographic analyses by the reaction of a dilacunary gamma-Keggin silicotungstate K8[gamma-SiW10O36] with ZrOCl2 x 8 H2O or HfOCl2 x 8 H2O. These dimeric polyoxometalates consisted of two [gamma-SiW10O36](8-) units sandwiching metal-oxygen clusters such as [M2(mu-OH)2](6+) and [M4(mu4-O)(mu-OH)6](8+) (M = Zr or Hf). The dinuclear zirconium and hafnium complexes Zr2 and Hf2 were isostructural. The equatorially placed two metal atoms in Zr2 and Hf2 were linked by two mu-OH ligands and each metal was bound to four oxygen atoms of two [gamma-SiW10O36](8-) units. The tertanuclear zirconium and hafnium complexes Zr4 and Hf4 were isostructural and consisted of the adamantanoid cages with a tetracoordinated oxygen atom in the middle, [M4(mu4-O)(mu-OH)6](8+) (M = Zr or Hf). Each metal atom in Zr4 and Hf4 was linked by three mu-OH ligands and bound to two oxygen atoms of the [gamma-SiW10O36](8-) unit. The tetra-nuclear zirconium and hafnium complexes showed catalytic activity for the intramolecular cyclization of (+)-citronellal to isopulegols without formation of byproducts resulting from etherification and dehydration. A lacunary silicotungstate [gamma-SiW10O34(H2O)2](4-) was inactive, and the isomer ratio of isopulegols in the presence of MOCl2 x 8 H2O (M = Zr or Hf) were much different from that in the presence of tetranuclear complexes, suggesting that the [M4(mu4-O)(mu-OH)6](8+) core incorporated into the POM frameworks acts as an active site for the present cyclization. On the other hand, the reaction hardly proceeded in the presence of dinuclear zirconium and hafnium complexes under the same conditions. The much less activity is possibly explained by the steric repulsion from the POM frameworks in the dinuclear complexes.  相似文献

The structures and formation mechanisms of the important intermediate phenyl-coinage metal complexes [C(6)H(5)M(m)](-) (M==Ag, Au, m = 1-3) are investigated at B3LYP//6-311G(d, p)/Lanl2dz level using Gaussian 03 program. The adiabatic electron affinity and vertical dissociation energy of [M(m)](-) and [C(6)H(5)M(m)](-) are calculated, which are excellently coincident with the experimental determination. The C(6)H(5) group bonds on metal clusters through M--C sigma bond in the complex [C(6)H(5)M(m)](-). The complexes [C(6)H(5)M(m)](-) (M==Ag, Au; m = 2-3) are generated through a stepwise reaction. The first step is a direct insertion reaction between [M(m)](-) (M==Ag, Au, m = 1-3) and C(6)H(6,) which leads to the generation of intermediate [C(6)H(5)M(m)H](-) (m = 1-3) with the activation and cleavage of C--H bond. The second step is the neutral metal atom abstracting the H atom to yield the product [C(6)H(5)M(m)](-).  相似文献

The important intermediate phenyl-copper metal complexes [C(6)H(5)Cu(m)]- (m = 1-3), which are produced from the reactions between copper metal clusters formed by laser ablation and the benzene molecules seeded in argon carrier gas, are studied by photoelectron spectroscopy(PES) and density functional theory (DFT). Their structures and bonding patterns are investigated, which results in the conclusion that C(6)H(5) groups bond perpendicularly on copper clusters through Cu-C sigma bond. The formation mechanism of these complexes has been studied at B3LYP//6-311G(d, p)/Lanl2dz level. Direct insertion reaction between [Cu(m)]- and C(6)H(6) yields intermediate complex [C(6)H(5)Cu(m)H]-, and then eliminates the H atom, or releases the H atom to other neutral Cu atoms or anionic Cu ions via H abstraction reaction. The first step is the rate-limiting step with C-H activation and cleavage, and H abstraction by neutral Cu atom is the most energetically favorable pathway for the final step. Moreover, the complex [C(6)H(5)Cu(2)]- is ascertained to be easier to be generated than [C(6)H(5)Cu(3)]- and [C(6)H(5)Cu]-, which are in excellent agreement with the experimental results.  相似文献

Yttrium- and lanthanum-carbide cluster cations YC(n)(+) and LaC(n)(+) (n = 2, 4, and 6) are generated by laser ablation of carbonaceous material containing Y(2)O(3) or La(2)O(3). YC(2)(+), YC(4)(+), LaC(2)(+), LaC(4)(+), and LaC(6)(+) are selected to undergo gas-phase ion-molecule reactions with benzene and cyclohexane. The FTICR mass spectrometry study shows that the reactions of YC(2)(+) and LaC(2)(+) with benzene produce three main series of cluster ions. They are in the form of M(C(6)H(4))(C(6)H(6))(n)(+), M(C(8)H(4))(C(6)H(6))(n)(+), and M(C(8)H(6))(C(6)H(6))(m)(+) (M = Y and La; n = 0-3; m = 0-2). For YC(4)(+), LaC(4)(+), and LaC(6)(+), benzene addition products in the form of MC(n)(C(6)H(6))(m)(+) (M = Y and La; n = 4, 6; m = 1, 2) are observed. In the reaction with cyclohexane, all the metal-carbide cluster ions are observed to form metal-benzene complexes M(C(6)H(6))(n)(+) (M = Y and La; n= 1-3). Collision-induced-dissociation experiments were performed on the major reaction product ions, and the different levels of energy required for the fragmentation suggest that both covalent bonding and weak electrostatic interaction exist in these organometallic complexes. Several major product ions were calculated using DFT theory, and their ground-state geometries and energies were obtained.  相似文献

New polynuclear nickel trimethylacetates [Ni6(OH)4(C5H9O2)8(C5H10O2)4] (6), [Ni7(OH)7(C5H9O2)7(C5H10O2)6(H2O)] x 0.5 C6H14 x 0.5 H2O (7), [Ni8(OH)4(H2O)2(C5H9O2)12] (8), and [Ni9(OH)6(C5H9O2)12(C5H10O2)4] x C5H10O2 x 3 H2O (9), where C5H9O2 is trimethylacetate and C5H10O2 is trimethylacetic acid, have been found. Their structures were determined by X-ray crystallography. Because of their high solubility in low-polarity organic solvents, compounds 6-9 reacted with stable organic radicals to form the first heterospin compounds based on polynuclear Ni(II) trimethylacetate and nitronyl nitroxides containing pyrazole (L(1)-L(3)), methyl (L(4)), or imidazole (L(5)) substituent groups, respectively, in side chain [Ni7(OH)5(C5H9O2)9(C5H10O2)2(L(1))2(H2O)] x 0.5 C6H14 x H2O (6+1a), [Ni7(OH)5(C5H9O2)9(C5H10O2)2(L2)2(H2O)] x H2O (6+1b), [Ni7(OH)5(C5H9O2)9(C5H10O2)2(L(3))2(H2O)] x H2O (6+1c), [Ni6(OH)3(C5H9O2)9(C5H10O2)4(L(4))] x 1.5 C6H14 (6'), and [Ni4OH)3(C5H9O2)5(C5H10O2)4(L(5))] x 1.5 C7H8 (4). Their structures were also determined by X-ray crystallography. Although Ni(II) trimethylacetates may have varying nuclearity and can change their nuclearity during recrystallization or interactions with nitroxides, this family of compounds is easy to study because of its topological relationship. For any of these complexes, the polynuclear framework may be derived from the [Ni6] polynuclear fragment {Ni6(mu4-OH)2(mu3-OH)2(mu2-C5H9O2-O,O')6(mu2-C5H9O2-O,O)(mu4-C5H9O2-O,O,O',O')(C5H10O2)4}, which is shaped like an open book. On the basis of this fragment, the structure of 7-nuclear compounds (7 and 6+1a-c) is conveniently represented as the result of symmetric addition of other mononuclear fragments to the four Ni(II) ions lying at the vertexes of the [Ni6] open book. The 9-nuclear complex is formed by the addition of trinuclear fragments to two Ni(II) ions lying on one of the lateral edges of the [Ni6] open book. This wing of the 9-nuclear complex preserves its structure in another type of 6-nuclear complex (6') with the boat configuration. If, however, two edge-sharing Ni(II) ions are removed from [Ni6] (one of these lies at a vertex of the open book and the other, on the book-cover line), we obtain a 4-nuclear fragment recorded in the molecular structure of 4. Twinning of this 4-nuclear fragment forms highly symmetric molecule 8, which is a new chemical version of cubane.  相似文献

Metathesis reactions between either SrI(2) or BaI(2) and 2 equiv of the potassium phosphanide [[(Me(3)Si)(2)CH]-(C(6)H(4)-2-OMe)P]K yield, after recrystallization, the complexes [[([Me(3)Si](2)CH)(C(6)H(4)-2-OMe)P](2)M(THF)(n)] [M = Sr, n = 2 (5); Ba, n = 3 (6)]. Similar metathesis reactions between MI(2) and 2 equiv of the more sterically demanding potassium phosphanide [[(Me(3)Si)(2)CH](C(6)H(3)-2-OMe-3-Me)P]K yield the chemically isostructural complexes [[([Me(3)Si](2)CH)(C(6)H(3)-2-OMe-3-Me)P](2)M(THF)(2)] [M = Ca (9), Sr (7), Ba (8)]. Compounds 5-9 have been characterized by multi-element NMR spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography. Complex 9 is thermally unstable and decomposes at room temperature to give the tertiary phosphane [(Me(3)Si)(2)CH](C(6)H(3)-2-OMe-3-Me)P(Me) and an unidentified Ca-containing product. Compounds 5 and 6 also decompose at elevated temperatures to give the corresponding tertiary phosphane [(Me(3)Si)(2)CH](C(6)H(4)-2-OMe)P(Me) and intractable metal-containing products. The decomposition of 5, 6, and 9 suggests that these compounds undergo an intramolecular methyl migration from the O atom in one phosphanide ligand to the P atom of an adjacent phosphanide ligand to give species containing dianionic alkoxo-phosphanide ligands.  相似文献

The thioether-functionalized metalloligand ferrocenyl-bis(phosphonite), Fe(C5H4PR)2 (4, R=-OC10H6(micro-S)C10H6O-) is synthesized in three steps starting from ferrocene, and its coordination behavior toward various transition-metal derivatives is described. The reactions of 4 with [Rh(CO)2Cl]2 or M(COD)Cl2 afforded the chelate complexes, cis-[Rh(CO)Cl{Fe(C5H4PR)2-kappaP,kappaP}] (5) or cis-[MCl2{Fe(C5H4PR)2-kappaP,kappaP}] (6, M=PdII; 7, M=PtII), respectively. However, treatment of 4 with CuX (X=Cl, Br, and I) produces binuclear complexes, [Cu2(micro-X)2(MeCN){Fe(C5H4PR)2-kappaP,kappaP}] (8, X=Cl; 9, X=Br; 10, X=I) where the sulfur atom on one side of the ligand is involved in a weak interaction with the copper center. Reaction of 4 with 1 equiv of Ag(PPh3)OTf gives the mononuclear chelate complex [Ag(OTf)PPh3{Fe(C5H4PR)2-kappaP,kappaP}] (11), whereas treatment with 2 equiv of AuCl(SMe2) produces the dinuclear gold complex [Au(Cl){Fe(C5H4PR)2-kappaP,kappaP}Au(Cl)] (12). The crystal structures of 10 and 12 are reported, where a strong metallophilic interaction is observed between the closed-shell metal centers. The palladium complex 6 catalyzes the Suzuki cross-coupling reactions of aryl bromides with phenylboronic acid with excellent turnover numbers (TON up to 1.36x10(5)).  相似文献

The overall ion mobilities u of carrier-free radiobismuth have been measured in aqueous solutions of some dicarboxylic acids (H(2)L)-xalic, fumaric and succinic-by means of a new version of the electromigration method in electrolytes consisting of HClO(4)/H(2)L, 0.20m H(+), mu = 0.20m; Na(H)ClO(4)/H(2)L, 0.05m H(+), mu = 0.20m; Na(H)ClO(4)/H(2)L, 0.05m H(+), mu = 0.25m; at 298.15 K. The isomorphous polymeric complexes [M(mu-C(6)H(5)NHC(4)O(3))(2)(CH(3)OH)(2)](n) [M = Mn (1), Co (2), Cu (4), Zn (5)] are produced by reacting the anilinosquarate anion with the appropriate metal nitrates in a methanolic solution. Each of these complexes contains the central metal atom in a slightly distorted octahedral environment, with the coordination polyhedron consisting of four mu-1,2-bridging anilinosquarate ligands and two trans-oriented methanols. The polymer chains propagate to form a two-dimensional net of metal centers, with the conformation of the component sheets in the net being controlled by intramolecular N-H...O and O-H...O hydrogen bonds. Under reaction conditions similar to those used in the synthesis of the polymers 1, 2, 4, and 5, the nickel(II) monomer [Ni(C(6)H(5)NHC(4)O(3))(2)(H(2)O)(4)].2H(2)O (3) is produced in which each nickel center is attached to two cis-coordinated anilinosquarate and four aqua ligands in a distorted octahedral arrangement. The ligand conformation in 3 is stabilized by both intra- and intermolecular hydrogen bonding, which results in the formation of a sheet polymer having distinct hydrophobic and hydrophilic surfaces. Magnetochemical analysis of 1 and 4 reveals normal paramagnetic behavior for 1 and a very weak ferromagnetic interaction in 4; the absence of significant magnetic interactions is attributed to the distortion of the C(4) cycle of the anilinosquarate ligand (lower than C(2)(v) symmetry) in these complexes. Reaction of anisolesquarate with M(NO(3))(2).xH(2)O in acetonitrile produced the set of isomorphous salts [M(H(2)O)(6)][CH(3)OC(6)H(5)C(4)O(3)](2) [M = Mn (6), Co (7), Ni (8), Zn (9)]. The anisolesquarate anions in 6-9 are hydrogen bonded to the [M(H(2)O)(6)](2+) ions to form polymer chains, which are further linked by hydrogen bonds to form complex sheets. Complexation of the anisolesquarate ligand was not observed even when other solvents and reaction conditions were employed.  相似文献

On heating the hydrated complexes 18-Crown[6].M[H(2)PO(4)].xH(2)O (x= 2 for M = K, Rb; x= 1.5 for M = Cs), quantitatively prepared by mechanical mixing of crystalline 18-Crown[6] and M[H(2)PO(4)], to ca. 60 degrees C, water loss takes place, accompanied by the extrusion of the crown ether from the crystalline complex and followed by reconstruction of the inorganic phase M[H(2)PO(4)](M = K, Rb, Cs); the resulting solid mixture reverts to 18-Crown[6].M[H(2)PO(4)].xH(2)O (x= 2 for M = K, Rb; x= 1.5 for M = Cs) upon grinding in air.  相似文献

From the two nitrogen-rich ligands BT(2-) (BT=5,5'-bitetrazole) and BTT(3-) (BTT=1,3-bis(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)triazene), a series of novel rare earth metal complexes were synthesised. For the BT ligand, a vast number of these complexes could be structurally characterised by single-crystal XRD, revealing structures ranging from discrete molecular aggregates to salt-like compounds. The isomorphous complexes [La2(BT)3]14 H2O (1) and [Ce2(BT)3]14 H2O (2) reveal discrete molecules in which one BT(2-) acts as a bridging ligand and two BT groups as chelating ligands. The complexes, [M(BT)(H2O)7]2[BT] x (x) H2O (3-5), (M=Nd (3), Sm (4), and Eu (5)), are also isomorphous and consist of [M(BT)(H2O)7]+ ions in which only one BT(2-) acts as a chelate ligand for each metal centre. [Tb(H2O)8]2[BT]3 x H2O (6) and [Er(H2O)8](2)[BT](3)x H2O (7) are salt-like compounds that do not exhibit any significant metal-nitrogen contacts. In the BTT-samarium compound 9, discrete molecules were found in which BTT(3-) acts as a tridentate ligand with three Sm--N bonds.  相似文献

Treatment of [[Ti(eta5-C5Me5)(mu-NH)]3(mu3-N)] (1) with the diolefin complexes [[MCl(cod)]2] (M = Rh, Ir; cod = 1,5-cyclooctadiene) in toluene afforded the ionic complexes [M-(cod)(mu3-NH)3Ti3(eta5-C5Me5)3(mu3-N)]Cl [M = Rh (2), Ir (3)]. Reaction of complexes 2 and 3 with [Ag(BPh4)] in dichloromethane leads to anion metathesis and formation of the analogous ionic derivatives [M(cod)(mu3-NH)3Ti3-(eta5-C5Me5)3(mu3-N)][BPh4] [M = Rh (4), Ir (5)]. An X-ray crystal structure determination for 5 reveals a cube-type core [IrTi3N4] for the cationic fragment, in which 1 coordinates in a tripodal fashion to the iridium atom. Reaction of the diolefin complexes [[MCl(cod))2] (M = Rh, Ir) and [[RhCl(C2H4)2]2] with the lithium derivative [[Li(mu3-NH)2(mu3-N)-Ti3(eta5-C5Me5)3(mu3-N)]2] x C7H8 (6 C7H8) in toluene gave the neutral cube-type complexes [M(cod)(mu-NH)2(mu3-N)Ti3-(eta5-C5Me5)3(mu3-N)] [M = Rh (7), Ir (8)] and [Rh(C2H4)2(mu3-NH)2(mu3-N)Ti3(eta5-C5Me5)3(mu3-N)] (9), respectively. Density functional theory calculations have been carried out on the ionic and neutral azaheterometallocubane complexes to understand their electronic structures.  相似文献

Reactions of the antimicrobial fluoroquinolone ciprofloxacin (cfH) with metal salts in the presence of aromatic polycarboxylate ligands or under basic conditions produce fourteen new metal-cfH complexes, namely, [Ba2(cf)2(1,4-bdc)(H2O)2] x H2O (1), [Sr6(cf)6(1,4-bdc)3(H2O)6] x 2H2O (2), [M2(cfH)2(bptc)(H2O)2] x 8H2O (M = Mn3 and Cd4), [M(cfH)(1,3-bdc)] (M = Mn5, Co6, and Zn7), [Zn2(cfH)4(1,4-bdc)](1,4-bdc) x 13H2O (8), [Ca(cfH)2(1,2-Hbdc)2] x 2H2O (9) and [M(cf)2] x 2.5H2O (M = Mn10, Co11, Zn12, Cd13, and Mg14) (1,4-bdc = 1,4-benzenedicarboxylate, bptc = 3,3',4,4'-benzophenonetetracarboxylate, 1,3-bdc = 1,3-benzenedicarboxylate, 1,2-bdc = 1,2-benzenedicarboxylate). Their structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses and further characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra, and thermogravimetric analyses. The structures of 1 and 2 consist of unique two-dimensional arm-shaped layers. Compounds 3 and 4 are isostructural and feature one-dimensional structures formed from the interconnection of [M2(cfH)2(H2O)2] dimers with bptc ligands. Compounds 5-7 are isostructural and contain double-chain-like ribbons constructed from [M2(cfH)2(CO2)2] dimers and 1,3-bdc. Compound 8 consists of a pair of [Zn(cfH)2]2+ fragments bridged by a 1,4-bdc into a dinuclear dumbbell structure. Compound 9 is a neutral monomeric complex. To the best of our knowledge, compounds 1-9 are the first examples of metal-quinolone complexes that contain aromatic polycarboxylate ligands. Compounds 10-14 are isostructural and exhibit interesting two-dimensional rhombic grids featuring large cavities with dimensions of 13.6x13.6 A. Up to now, polymeric extended metal-cfH complexes have never been reported.  相似文献
