本文研究了新显色剂8-(2-羟基-3,5-二硝基苯偶氮)-1,2,4-氨基羟基萘磺酸的合成及其光度法测定钒的条件。在0.4~1.2mol/L盐酸介质中,显色剂与钒(V)形成黄色络合物,其络合比为V(V):R=1:3。摩尔吸光系数为1.4×10~4L·mol~(-1)·cm~(1-)。可在掩蔽剂作用下,不经分离直接测定矿样中的钒。  相似文献

The central V atom in bis[6-methyl-4-hydroxy-3-quinolinecarboxylate] mono(oxo)mono-hydroxy-vanadium(Ⅴ) (1), synthesized by the hydrothermal treatment of ethyl 6-methyl-4-hydroxy-3-quinolinecarboxylate and V2O5, has a distorted octahedral coordination geometry formed by six oxygen atoms from two oxygen atom of two hydroxy groups and two oxygen atoms of two carboxylate groups as well as one oxo group and hydroxy group. 利用现场红外光谱电化学方法、 红外光谱循环伏吸法(CVA)和导数循环伏吸法(DCVA)研究了2-羟基-1,4-萘醌(2-HNQ)在乙腈溶剂中的电子转移机理. 在扫描范围为0.2~-1.8 V时, 2-HNQ的循环伏安(CV)图中有2对氧化还原峰. 在扫描范围为1.0~-2.0 V时, CV图在更正的电位下会出现1个氧化峰. 通过分析循环伏安扫描过程中1656, 1495, 1549和1325 cm-1等峰的变化, 观察到整个电化学过程中存在2种中间状态, 去质子化醌(Q-O-)还原生成的自由基二价阴离子会继续发生电化学反应, 即Q-O-的还原遵循电化学-电化学反应机理(EE机理). 红外分析结果表明, 2-HNQ的电化学过程中存在较强的氢键作用.  相似文献

在HCl-NaAc介质(pH 2.5)中,用单扫示波极谱法可获得高灵敏的In(Ⅲ)-2-疏基苯骈噻唑(MBT)-7-碘-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸(Ferron)三元络合物吸附波.峰电位在—0.64V(vs.SCE),峰电流与铟浓度在7.0×10~(-10)mol/L~8.8×10~(-7)mol/L之间呈线性关系.检出限可达3.0×10~(-10)mol/L.测得电活性络合物的组成为In(Ⅲ):MBT:Ferron=1:1:1.研究了极谱波的性质和机理.本法选择性较好,用于工业废水和地下水中痕量铟的测定,结果满意.  相似文献

合成了新荧光试剂 2 ,3,4 三羟基苯乙酮缩 2 羧基苯胺 (TAFA)。详细研究了试剂与铜的荧光反应新体系的最佳适宜条件。在 pH 9.0的乙醇 /水 (3.5∶6 .5 ,V/V)溶液中 ,该试剂与铜离子形成稳定的络合物 ,组成比为 1∶1(金属∶试剂 ) ,λex/em=4 2 2 .4 / 5 6 1.6nm。所建立的铜的荧光分析方法的线性范围为 0 .5~ 12 0 .0μg/L ;检出限为 0 .2 6 μg/L。方法成功地应用于矿泉水和水中痕量铜的测定。  相似文献

以邻羟基苯乙酮为原料,与N,N-二甲基甲酰胺-二甲基缩醛(DMF-DMA)分子间缩合合成(E)-3-二甲氨基-1-(2'-羟基苯基)-1-丙烯酮中间体(2);中间体2与1,3-二苯基丙酮在以DMF为溶剂,K2CO3存在下发生缩合反应生成4'-苯基-2,3'-羟基-1,1':2',1'-三联苯类化合物(3);化合物3以乙腈-1%HCl(V∶V=1∶1)为溶剂,汞灯500 W照射分子内脱水关环合成2-苯基-1-羟基联三苯叉类化合物(4).三步缩合法合成2-苯基-1-羟基联三苯叉具有操作简单、无需氧化剂与催化剂、原子利用率高等优点.采用FT-IR,1H NMR,13C NMR和HRMS对化合物3和4进行了表征.  相似文献

合成了3-(2-羟基苯基)-5-苯基-6-乙氧羰基-2-环己烯酮.通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和质谱对其组成和结构进行了表征.利用X射线衍射分析方法测定了它的晶体结构.该化合物的晶体属单斜晶系,空间群P21/c,a=1.41946(17)nm,b=0.58445(7)nm,c=2.1756(3)nm,β=104.795(2)°,V=1.7450(4)nm3,Z=4,Dc=1.280 g·cm-3,F(000)=712,μ=0.088mm-1,R1[I>2σ(I)]=0.0627,wR2[I>2σ(I)]=0.1484.晶体结构测定结果表明化合物分子中的环己烯部分为半椅式构象,分子间通过氢键形成具有16元环的二聚体.  相似文献

A oxovanadium(Ⅴ) complex of [VOL(C9H6NO)]·CH2Cl2[H2L=2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde 4-methoxy-benzoylhydrazone, C9H6NO-=8-hydroxyquinoline anion] has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal crystallizes in triclinic system, the space group is P1, with the crystal cell parameters a=1.087 0(2) nm, b=1.107 1(2) nm, c=1.269 3(3) nm, α=67.84(3)°, β=79.26(3)°, γ=73.85(3)° and V=1.353 1(6) nm3 , Mr=614.34, R=0.0503, wR=0.1409. The V(Ⅴ) atom is six-coordinated by one O atom of oxo group, two O atoms and one N atom of the tridentate hydrazone ligand, as well as one N atom and one O atom of 8-hydroxyquinoline ligand, thus defining a distorted octahedral VO(ONO)(NO) geometry. The reaction of 2-(2'-pyridyl)benzothiazole, [NN], with the ReO(V)(3+) and TcO(V)(3+) cores in the presence of thiophenols, [S] (RC(6)H(4)SH, R = H, 4-CH(3), 4-OCH(3)), as coligands led to the isolation of hexacoordinated complexes of the MO[NN][S](3) type (M = Re, Tc). In all cases, two geometric mer isomers were formed, as evidenced by NMR spectroscopy and confirmed by X-ray crystallography. In both isomers, the coordination geometry about the metal ion is a distorted octahedral defined by the two nitrogen atoms of the bidentate ligand, the three sulfur atoms of the monodentate thiols, and the oxygen atom of the oxo group. The apical positions of the octahedron are occupied by the oxygen of the oxo group and, in one of the isomers, the nitrogen of the pyridyl moiety of 2-(2'-pyridyl)benzothiazole, while, in the second isomer, the imine nitrogen of 2-(2'-pyridyl)benzothiazole. The complexes are stable, neutral, and lipophilic. Complete (1)H and (13)C NMR assignments are reported for all complexes. The synthetic reaction was also successfully transferred at the technetium-99m tracer level by ligand exchange reaction using (99m)Tc-glucoheptonate as precursor in the presence of 2-(2'-pyridyl)benzothiazole and 4-CH(3)C(6)H(4)SH. The structure of the technetium-99m complex was established by high-performance liquid chromatographic comparison with the analogous oxotechnetium and oxorhenium complexes. The 2-(2'-pyridyl)benzothiazole ligand serves as a preliminary model for 2-(4-aminophenyl)benzothiazole, which possesses interesting properties for the development of technetium and rhenium radiopharmaceuticals for tumor imaging and/or radiotherapy as well as in vivo diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease.  相似文献

本文合成了含水杨醛缩对硝基苯甲酰腙(简写为H2L)的钒酰配合物VOL(CH3OH)(CH3O)(1,C16H16N3O7V,Mr=413.26)和钴配合物[CoL(C5H5N)3]NO3C5H5N(2,C34H29N8O7Co,Mr=720.58)。配合物1属单斜晶系,空间群为P21/c,a=7.3253(3),b=18.8237(9),c=12.9014(5)?b=91.672(1),V=1778.2(1)3,Z=4,F(000)=848,m(MoKa)=0.603mm1,R=0.0470,wR=0.1312。配合物2属单斜晶系,空间群为P21/c,a=11.4196(8),b=17.157(1),c=17.081(1)?b=96.8233(9),V=3323.0(4)3,Z=4,F(000)=1488,m(MoKa)=0.578mm1,R=0.0455,wR=0.1311。在配合物1中,钒(V)原子由周围的酰氧基原子、配体L2的3个配位原子,去质子化甲醇的甲氧基原子和配位甲醇的氧原子配位,形成畸变的VO(ONO)(O)(O)八面体配位构型。晶体内每2个分子间通过氢键作用缔合成中心对称的分子对,OH…N氢键键长为2.861(4)?键角163.20。晶体中存在着弱p-p共轭作用。在配合物2中,钴(Ⅲ)原子由1个L2的3个配位原子和3个配位吡啶分子的3个氮原子配位,呈N4O2八面体配位构型。  相似文献

Benzylamine, phenethylamine, and homoveratrylamine reacted with dialkyl 2-aryl-4-hydroxy-4-methyl-6-oxocyclohexane-1,3-dicarboxylates at the endocyclic carbonyl group with conservation of the enolic hydroxy group to give dialkyl 4-alkylamino-2-aryl-6-hydroxy-6-methylcyclohex-3-ene-1,3-dicarboxylates. The reaction of dimethyl 4-hydroxy-4-methyl-6-oxo-2-phenylcyclohexane-1,3-dicarboxylate with tryptamine was accompanied by dehydration with formation of dimethyl 4-[2-(1H-indol-3-yl)ethylamino]-6-methyl-2-phenylcyclohexa-3,5-diene-1,3-dicarboxylate, presumably due to basic properties of the indole nitrogen atom.  相似文献

Seven complexes of manganese(II), copper(II), cadmium, silver(I), samarium(III), and praseodymium( III) with 3-hydroxy-4,6-dinitro-2-ethoxypyridine (HL) were isolated in the crystalline state and studied by IR and UV spectroscopy. The molecular and crystal structures of di(3-hydroxy-4,6-dinitro-2-ethoxypyridinato) diaquacopper(II) [CuL2(H2O)2] were determined. The coordination mode of the organic ligand L? is bidentate chelating through the O(2) oxygen atoms of the hydroxy group and the O(1) atom of the ethoxy group. The coordination polyhedron of the copper atom is a prolate tetragonal bipyramid (4 + 2) with two O(1) atoms in the axial positions (Cu-O(1) 2.413 Å) and two O(2) atoms of the two L?ligands and the O(7) atoms of the water molecules in the equatorial plane (Cu-O(2), 1.912 Å; Cu-O(7), 1.972 Å).  相似文献
