"Poisson分布的总体均数与其观察单位成正比",这是一个被忽视的性质,但这是一个很基本的性质,在一些问题的解决中它是必需的.本文讨论了这个性质,并举例说明它在实际问题中的应用,然后对此内容在授课过程中的安排提出建议.     

Acceptable Numerations of Morphisms and Myhill-Shepherdson Property

Myhill-Shepherdson property in recursive function theory states that extensional effective program transformations determine continuous operations on partial functions. Case showed that this property fails to characterize acceptability of numberings of partial recursive functions. In this note we present a higher type analogue to Myhill-Shepherdson property. Our purpose is to show that higher type Myhill-Shepherdson property characterizes weak acceptability under a natural condition.     

Weak and quasi approximation properties in Banach spaces

In this paper, we introduce weak versions (the weak approximation property, the bounded weak approximation property, and the quasi approximation property) of the approximation property and derive various characterizations of these properties. And we show that if the dual of a Banach space X has the weak approximation property (respectively the bounded weak approximation property), then X itself has the weak approximation property (respectively the bounded weak approximation property). Also we observe that the bounded weak approximation property is closely related to the quasi approximation property.     

The Ideal Extension and Congruence Extension Properties for Compact Semigroups

The aim of this paper is to study the congruence extension property and the ideal extension property for compact semigroups. We present a characterization of compact semigroups with the ideal extension property and prove that each compact semigroup with the congruence extension property also has the ideal extension property.     

Some Weak Specification Properties and Strongly Mixing

In this paper,the authors first construct a dynamical system which is strongly mixing but has no weak specification property.Then the authors introduce two new concepts which are called the quasi-weak specification property and the semi-weak specification property in this paper,respectively,and the authors prove the equivalence of quasi-weak specification property,semi-weak specification property and strongly mixing.     

Pseudofinite homogeneity, isolation, and reducibility

It has been proved (by S. M. Dudakov and M. A. Taitslin) that the reducibility of some models of a theory implies the second pseudofinite homogeneity property for this theory. We prove the converse, namely, that any theory with the first or the second pseudofinite homogeneity property has a reducible model and, therefore, possesses the second isolation property. This also proves the equivalence of the second isolation property and the second pseudofinite homogeneity property, in contrast to the first pseudofinite homogeneity property, which is more general than the first isolation property (this was established by O. V. Belegradek, A. P. Stolboushin, and M. A. Taitslin).     

Quaternion orders with good divisibility

We examine quaternion orders with the complete factorization property. It is proved that all the indefinite quaternion orders have this property and that there is only a finite number of nonisomorphic definite quaternion orders with this property. The relation of this property to the properties of spinor genera of norm forms is established.Translated from Zapiski Nauchnykh Seminarov Leningradskogo Otdeleniya Matematicheskogo Instituta im. V. On a domination property for vector maximization with respect to cones

In this note, we give sufficient conditions for a domination property to hold for a vector maximization problem with respect to cones. A previously developed result concerning this domination property easily follows from these conditions. We also show that, if one of these conditions is relaxed, then the domination property may not hold.     

On Vector-Valued Function Spaces with Helly's Property

If a vector-valued function space with a Hausdorff locally convex topology has a property such that every closed strongly bounded subset is compact, then we name this property Helly's property. In this paper, we show a class of vector-valued function spaces with Helly's property and consider convegence of vector measures and best approximations in function spaces in this class.     

制度影响国际贸易成本竞争力的效应分析——基于国家间产权效度差异的视角

本文通过构建产权效度的影响效应模型、产权效度的优化模型和最优产权效度的贸易效应模型,分别对产权制度与出口竞争力的关系、最优产权效度的决定机制与影响效应进行了初步分析与论证,并对旨在提高产权效度的制度改革提出了相关建议.     

拓扑线性空间中的Drop定理与Drop性质

给出了拓扑线性空间中的一个Drop定理.利用此Drop定理,证明了拓扑线性空间中的每个序列紧凸集具有Drop性质;每个可数紧闭凸集具有拟Drop性质.而且结出了拓扑线性空间中Drop性质和拟Drop性质的序列流特征.也讨论了Drop性质和拟Drop性质与泛函取极值之间的联系.     

复合泊松过程的可加性

对复合泊松分布可加性的研究在许多的文献中都可以看到,本文首先应用特征函数的方法证明了复合泊松分布的可加性.以此为基础,结合对随机过程相关性质的讨论,证明了复合泊松过程也具有与复合泊松分布可加性相似的,某种意义上的可加性性质.     

The(**)-Haagerup Property for C*-Algebras

Extending the notion of Haagerup property for finite von Neumann algebras to the general von Neumann algebras, the authors define and study the(**)-Haagerup property for C*-algebras in this paper. They first give an answer to Suzuki's question(2013), and then obtain several results of(**)-Haagerup property parallel to those of Haagerup property for C*-algebras. It is proved that a nuclear unital C*-algebra with a faithful tracial state always has the(**)-Haagerup property. Some heredity results concerning the(**)-Haagerup property are also proved.     

On the normalizer problem for integral group rings of torsion groups

In this paper, we investigate the normalizer property for the integral group ring of a torsion group. We show that this property holds for locally finite nilpotent groups. A necessary and sufficient condition for this property to hold for any torsion group is also given. This research was supported in part by a research grant from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada.     

The factorization of generalized Nevanlinna functions and the invariant subspace property

The well-known invariant subspace property of selfadjoint relations (multi-valued operators) in Pontryagin spaces is shown to be equivalent to the factorization property of (scalar) generalized Nevanlinna functions. This connection is established by a new realization for generalized Nevanlinna functions explicitly reflecting this connection. Combining this result with the new function-theoretic proof for the factorization property of generalized Nevanlinna functions contained in Wietsma (2018) immediately yields a new proof for the invariant subspace property of selfadjoint relations in Pontryagin spaces.     

离散数学中关系性质的判定方法

集合与关系是离散数学中非常重要的内容,直接根据定义判定关系的六种性质是比较困难的,尤其是对传递性和反传递性的判定.本文通过引入矩阵的Hadmard乘积的定义分别给出了这六种性质的矩阵判定方法.

On the Krull―Schmidt Theorem for Artinian Modules

A property of rings generalizing commutativity is introduced. If a ring satisfies this property, then the Krull--Schmidt theorem holds for Artinian modules over the ring. In particular, this property is fulfilled for local rings of finite rank and for rings such that their centers are surjectively mapped by the natural projection onto the factor with respect to the radical of the ring. A local ring for which the property fails is constructed; for the direct decompositions of Artinian modules over this ring there appear anomalies similar to the anomalies of direct decompositions of torsion-free Abelian groups of finite rank. Confluent operator algebras and the closability property

Certain operator algebras A on a Hilbert space have the property that every densely defined linear transformation commuting with A is closable. Such algebras are said to have the closability property. They are important in the study of the transitive algebra problem. More precisely, if A is a two-transitive algebra with the closability property, then A is dense in the algebra of all bounded operators, in the weak operator topology. In this paper we focus on algebras generated by a completely nonunitary contraction, and produce several new classes of algebras with the closability property. We show that this property follows from a certain strict cyclicity property, and we give very detailed information on the class of completely nonunitary contractions satisfying this property, as well as a stronger property which we call confluence.     

Hopf modules,Frobenius functors and (one-sided) Hopf algebras

We investigate the property of being Frobenius for some functors strictly related with Hopf modules over a bialgebra and how this property reflects on the latter. In particular, we characterize one-sided Hopf algebras with anti-(co)multiplicative one-sided antipode as those for which the free Hopf module functor is Frobenius. As a by-product, this leads us to relate the property of being an FH-algebra (in the sense of Pareigis) for a given bialgebra with the property of being Frobenius for certain naturally associated functors.
