A new variation of isotope dilution analysis based on double labelling and carried out on filter paper is described. The determination of microgram and submicrogram amounts of silver (labelled with (110m)Ag) by precipitation with iodide (labelled with (131)I) and of calcium (labelled with (45)Ca) by precipitation with phosphate (labelled with (32)P) are given as examples. In the first example the two radio-elements ((110m)Ag and (131)I) are measured by gamma-spectrometry, in the second one ((45)Ca and(32)P) by a beta-absorption method. A number of results show the usefulness of the method.  相似文献

以2-巯基苯并咪唑(1)为原料,经缩合和还原得到2-(4-氨基苯硫基)苯并咪唑(3),再与异硫氰酸苯甲酰酯或异硫氰酸烃基酯反应得到取代硫脲(5和7),最后与卤代烃反应得到20个新的S-烃基-1-烃基-3-[4-(苯并咪唑-2-巯基)苯基]异硫脲化合物(6和8),其结构经IR,1HNMR,MS及元素分析确证.初步的药理试验表明,20个目标化合物均有不同程度的iNOS抑制活性,其中化合物6b,8d和8f的iNOS抑制活性与阳性对照药氨基胍相当.  相似文献

聚环硫丙烷和环硫氯丙烷与环氧氯丙烷共聚物,在少量二乙烯三胺存在下制得交联聚合物,将交联聚合物与2-氨基噻唑反应,制得二种侧链带有氨基噻唑的新型螯合树脂.它们对贵金属具有优良的吸附性能和高的吸附选择性.通过X-射线光电子能谱初步探讨了树脂对金属离子的螯合作用.  相似文献

建立了薄膜梯度扩散(DGT)- 硫氰酸钾(PT)分光光度法(DGT-PT法)富集测量水中痕量Mo (VI) 的分析方法。本研究先以聚季铵盐(PQAS)溶液为结合相的DGT技术 (PQAS DGT) 原位分离富集水中Mo (VI),再以PT分光光度法测定DGT结合相中Mo (VI)的含量,最后依据DGT方程计算水中Mo (VI)的浓度。DGT-PT法测得配制水中Mo ( VI) 的回收率为96.3% ~ 101.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.3% ~4.0%;测得工业废水中Mo (VI) 的浓度为27.13 ~ 121.79mg/L,加标回收率为96.0% ~ 101.6%。当采样时间为48h,PQAS DGT对水中Mo (VI) 富集近18倍,可显著降低分析方法的检测限,实现水中痕量Mo (VI) 的定量检测。  相似文献

对羧基苯甲醛和吡咯经缩合反应制得meso-四(4-羧基苯基)卟啉(1); 1与氯化亚砜反应得meso-四(4-氯甲酰基苯基)卟啉(2); 2与n-十四胺反应制得meso-四(4-十四氨基甲酰苯基)卟啉(3); 3与CoCl2经配位反应合成了meso-四(4-十四氨基甲酰苯基)卟啉钴(4)。 3和4为新化合物,其结构经U-Vis, 1H NMR和IR表征。偏光显微镜和DSC检测结果表明: 3和4具有液晶性能。  相似文献

The ability of the flavan kazinol Q (KQ) to induce DNA breakage in the presence of Cu(II) was examined by agarose gel electrophoresis using supercoiled plasmid DNA. In KQ-mediated DNA breakage reaction, the involvement of reactive oxygen species (ROS), H(2)O(2) and O(2)- was established by the inhibition of DNA breakage by catalase and revealed DNA breakage by superoxide dismutase (SOD). The cell viability of gastric carcinoma SCM-1 cells treated with various concentrations of KQ was significantly decreased by cotreatment with Cu(II). Treatment of SCM-1 cells with 300 μM Cu(II) enhanced the necrosis induced by 100 μM KQ. Treatment of SCM-1 cells with 100 mM KQ in the presence of 300 mM Cu(II) increased the generation of H(2)O(2). Taken together, the above finding suggested that KQ cotreatment with Cu(II) produced increased amounts of H(2)O(2), thus enhancing subsequent cell death due to necrosis.  相似文献

Ethylenediaminetetra-acetic acid (EDTA) and nitrilotri-acetic acid (NTA) can be differentiated and determined by titration with metal ions to visual metallochromic dye end-points. EDTA can be determined without interference from NTA, either by titrating with copper(II) at pH 5 using PAN indicator, or by titrating with iron(III) at pH 6 and 70 degrees using Tiron indicator. The total chelating power (EDTA + NTA) can be determined either by titrating with lead(II) at pH 4.4 using dithizone indicator, or by titrating with iron(III) at pH 3.5 using Tiron indicator ; NTA is determined by difference. The lowest concentration at which NTA can be determined in EDTA by titration to the iron(III)-Tiron end-point is about 1 wt.%. The apparent stability constants of the iron(III)-Tiron complexes under the conditions of the titration at pH 3.5 and pH 6 have been determined using the method of continuous variations.  相似文献

By reaction of the hexabromoheptasilane MeSi(SiMe(2)SiMeBr(2))(3) (1 a) with H(2)O, H(2)S, NH(3), and H(2)NMe the heptasilaadamantanes MeSi(SiMe(2)SiMeO)(3) (4), MeSi(SiMe(2)SiMeS)(3) (5), MeSi(SiMe(2)SiMeNH)(3) (6 a), and MeSi(SiMe(2)SiMeNMe)(3) (6 b), respectively, were prepared in good to moderate yields. Molecular structures of 4, 5, 6 a, and 6 b were determined by X-ray crystallography. The symmetry of the cages is approximately C(3v), and the geometry around the nitrogen atoms is essentially planar. Ab initio SCF/HF calculations with the 6-31G* basis set confirm these results. Reduction of MeSi(SiMe(2)SitBuBr(2))(3) (1 b) with lithium naphthalenide afforded the heptasilanortricyclene MeSi(SiMe(2)SitBu)(3) (7). The (29)Si NMR spectrum of 7 consists of three signals with chemical shifts that agree closely with values predicted by ab initio calculations. (29)Si INADEQUATE spectra also strongly support the nortricyclene structure. Ab initio SCF/HF calculations were performed for the parent molecule Si(7)H(10), and the ring strain of the cage was estimated as 168.8 kJ mol(-1) by using the homodesmic reaction Si(7)H(10) + 3 Si(2)H(6)-->Si(13)H(28). Compound 1 a also served as the starting material for the preparation of first-generation dendrimer 2 a by reaction with six equivalents of Ph(2)MeSiLi. Subsequent protodearylation with HBr and reaction with (Me(2)PhSi)(2)SiMeK afforded second-generation dendrimer 3. All dendrimers were characterized by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

N,N-Dimethylaminopropylsilane H(3)Si(CH(2))(3)NMe(2) was synthesised by the reaction of (MeO)(3)Si(CH(2))(3)NMe(2) with lithium aluminium hydride. Its solid-state structure was determined by X-ray diffraction, which revealed a five-membered ring with an SiN distance of 2.712(2) A. Investigation of the structure by gas-phase electron diffraction (GED), ab initio and density functional calculations and IR spectroscopy revealed that the situation in the gas phase is more complicated, with at least four conformers present in appreciable quantities. Infrared spectra indicated a possible SiN interaction in the Si-H stretching region (2000-2200 cm(-1)), as the approach of the nitrogen atom in the five-membered ring weakens the bond to the hydrogen atom in the trans position. Simulated gas-phase IR spectra generated from ab initio calculations (MP2/TZVPP) exhibited good agreement with the experimental spectrum. A method is proposed by which the fraction of the conformer with a five-membered ring can be determined by a least-squares fit of the calculated to experimental absorption intensities. The abundance of this conformer was determined as 23.7(6) %, in good agreement with the GED value of 24(6) %. The equilibrium SiN distance predicted by theory for the gas-phase structure was highly variable, ranging from 2.73 (MP2) to 3.15 A (HF). The value obtained by GED is 2.91(4) A, which could be confirmed by a scan of the potential-energy surface at the DF-LCCSD[T] level of theory. The nature of the weak dative bond in H(3)Si(CH(2))(3)NMe(2) can be described in terms of attractive inter-electronic correlation forces (dispersion) and is also interpreted in terms of the topology of the electron density.  相似文献

对甲苯磺酰氯与三甘醇单甲酯完成酯化反应,再与对溴苯酚缩合制得对溴苯基三甘醇单甲醚(3);3与硼酸甲酯完成取代反应、酸解后在Pd(PPh3)4催化下与5-溴-2-碘嘧啶(5)在甲苯中通过Suzuki偶联反应选择性地合成了5-溴-2-对(甲基三甘醇基)苯基嘧啶(1a),收率73%。以1-十二烯和5为主要原料,通过Suzuki偶联反应,一锅法选择性地合成了5-溴-2-十二烷基嘧啶(1b),收率82%。1a和1b未见文献报道,其结构经1HNMR,13C NMR和MS表征。  相似文献

<正>The copolymerization of 4-vinylbenzyl chloride(VBC) and vinyl acetate(VAC) was carried out in toluene at 75℃via radical polymerization using 2,2'-azo-bis-(isobutyronitrile)(AIBN) as an initiator.The random copolymers of poly(4-vinylbenzyl chloride-co-vinyl acetate)(P(VBC-co-VAC)) with number average molecular weight(M_n) from 2000 to 6900,relatively narrow molecular weight distribution(MWD,M_w/M_n ca.2.0) and with different copolymer composition of 4-vinylbenzyl chloride(VBC) from 17 mol%to 62 mol%could be obtained.The P(VBC-co-VAC) copolymers with an average number of 7 to 13 initiating sites of benzyl chloride per macromolecule could be used for the cationic polymerization of isobutylene(IB).The cationic polymerizations of IB were further conducted by using P(VBC-co-VAC) copolymers as macroinitiators in conjunction with TiCl_4 at -40℃in CH_2Cl_2.The effects of VBC/TiCl_4(molar ratio) on monomer conversion,M_n and MWD of the resultant copolymers were investigated under 3 sets of conditions.It is found that P(VBC-co-VAC)-g-PIB copolymers with relatively narrow MWD(M_w/M_n ca.2.0) and with terminal tert-chlorine functional groups in branched PIB chains could be successfully synthesized when VBC/TiCl_4(molar ratio) was set in the range from 0.10 to 1.12.The unimodal GPC curve of the P(VBC-co-VAC)-g-PIB copolymers by RI detector was almost in harmony with the GPC curve by UV detector.The TEM image of the P(VBC-co-VAC)-g-PIB copolymer stained by RuO indicated that the copolymer formed a two-phase morphology with P(VBC-co-VAC)-rich domains of 20-100 nm in size tethered by PIB branch segments.  相似文献

A clear and reliable theoretical investigation on dibromomethane (CH(2)Br(2)) photodissociation is desired. The calculation must consider: (i) relativistic effects; (ii) the potential energy curves (PECs) of spin-orbit coupling states; (iii) geometry optimization by the method with both static and dynamic electron correlations; (iv) solvent effects on the photodissociation in the solution. All these have been considered in this study by state-of-the-art quantum chemical calculations. The experimentally observed photodissociation in the gas phase with products of spin-orbit-coupled states, Br((2)P(3/2)) and Br*((2)P(1/2)), was assigned by multi-state second order multiconfigurational perturbation theory in conjunction with spin-orbit interaction through complete active space state interaction (MS-CASPT2/CASSI-SO) PECs. The mechanisms of the experimentally observed photodissociation and photoisomerization in solvent were elucidated by the MS-CASPT2/CASSI-SO method combined with polarized continuum model of the solvent.  相似文献

The Substitution Coordination for Selective Determination (SCSD) was proposed by studying the complexations of pontachrome violet SW (PCV) with Fe(III) and Cu(II) at pH 5.5. The up dated approach to the de termination of binding constants of a complex was established by the spectral correction technique (SCT). The substitution complexation Cu(II) + Fe(PCV) → Cu(PCV) + Fe(III) has been applied to the direct selective determination of copper traces by the SCT with a high sensitivity.  相似文献

The cyclostibane R(4)Sb(4)(1)(R = 2-(Me(2)NCH(2))C(6)H(4)) was synthesized by reduction of RSbCl(2) with Mg in THF or with Na in liquid NH(3). The reaction of 1 with [W(CO)(5)(THF)] gives the stibinidene complex RSb[W(CO)(5)](2)(2). RSbCl(2) and (RSbCl)(2)E [E = O (6), E = S (8)] react with KOH or Na(2)S in toluene/water to give the heterocycles (RSbE)(n)[E = O, n= 3 (3); E = S, n= 2 (4)]. The chalcogeno-bridged compounds of the type (RSbCl)(2)E [E = O (6), E = S (8)] were synthesized by reaction of RSbCl(2) with KOH or Na(2)S in toluene/water, but also by reaction of RSbCl(2) with the heterocycles (RSbE)(n). The compounds (RSbI)(2)O (7) and (RSbBr)(2)S (9) were prepared via halogen-exchange reactions between (RSbCl)(2)E and NaI (E = O) or KBr (E = S) or by reactions between RSbI(2) and KOH or RSbBr(2) and Na(2)S. The reaction of cyclo-(RSbS)(2) with W(CO)(5)(THF) in THF results in trapping of the cis isomer in cyclo-(RSbS)(2)[W(CO)(5)](5). The solution behaviour of the compounds was investigated by (1)H and (13)C NMR spectroscopy. The molecular structures of compounds 1-7 and 9 were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

Potentiometric biosensors based on urease (E.C. 3.5.1.5.) immobilized on chitosan membranes coupled to all-solid-state nonactin ammonium ion selective electrodes are described. The enzyme was immobilized on the chitosan membranes by four procedures: (A) adsorption; (B) adsorption followed by reticulation with dilute aqueous glutaraldehyde solution; (C) activation with glutaraldehyde followed by contact with the enzyme solution; and (D) activation with glutaraldehyde, contact with the enzyme solution and reduction of the Schiff base with sodium borohydride. The response characteristics of the biosensors obtained with these enzymatic membranes were determined and compared. The biosensor with best response characteristics, obtained by procedure (B), showed the following characteristics of response to urea: (i) linearity in the 10(-4) to 10(-2) M range; (ii) slope of up to 56 mV per decade; (iii) response time between 30 s and 2 min; and (iv) lifetime of 2 months. This biosensor was tested in the determination of urea in blood serum samples.  相似文献
