We report for the first time a continuous-wave (CW) blue-green laser emission by sum-frequency mixing in Nd:CNGG crystal. Using type-I critical phase-matching LBO crystal, a blue-green laser at 497 nm is obtained by 1061 and 935 nm intracavity sum-frequency mixing. The maximum laser output power of 232 mW is obtained when an incident pump laser of 18.2 W is used. At the output power level of 232 mW, the output stability is better than 3.67%. The beam quality M 2 value is are about 1.26 and 1.38 in both horizontal and vertical dimensions respectively.  相似文献

We report for the first time a continuous-wave (CW) blue-green radiation at 504 nm by intracavity sum-frequency generation of 946 nm Nd:YAG laser and 1080 nm Nd:YAlO3 (Nd:YAP) laser. Using type-I critical phase matching LiB3O5 (LBO) crystal, 504 nm blue-green laser was obtained by 946 and 1080 nm intra-cavity sum-frequency mixing, and output power of 215 mW was demonstrated. At the output power level of 215 mW, the output power stability is better than 4.7% and laser beam quality M2 factor is 1.21.  相似文献

It is reported that efficient continuous-wave (CW) red laser generation at 670 nm in a LBO crystal at type-I phase matching direction performed with a diode-pumped Nd3+:YAlO3 (Nd:YAP) laser. With incident pump power of 15.6 W, output power of 273 mW at 670 nm has been obtained using a 10 mm-long LBO crystal. At the output power level of 273 mW, the output stability is better than 3.7%.  相似文献

Using type-I critical phase-matching (CPM) LBO crystal, a blue laser at 493 nm is obtained by 1066 and 916 nm intracavity sum-frequency mixing. The maximum laser output power of 520 mW is obtained when an incident pump laser of 18.2 W is used. At the output power level of 520 mW, the output stability is better than 2.8%. We report a continuous-wave (CW) coherent red radiation at 666 nm by intracavity frequency doubling generation of 1331 nm Nd:GGG laser. With incident pump power of 18.3 W, output power of 910 mW at 666 nm has been obtained using a 10 mm-long LBO crystal. At the output power level of 910 mW, the output stability is better than 5%. The beam quality M 2 values were equal to 1.21 and 1.34 in X and Y directions, respectively.  相似文献

We report for the first time a continuous-wave (CW) coherent radiation at 500.5 nm by intracavity sum-frequency generation of 1063 nm Nd:GdVO4 laser and 946 nm Nd:YAG laser. Blue-green laser is obtained by using a doubly cavity, type-II critical phase matching KTiOPO4 (KTP) crystal sum-frequency mixing. With total pump power of 27.8 W, TEM00 mode blue-green laser at 500.5 nm of 421 mW is obtained. At the output power level of 421 mW, the blue-green power stability is better than 2.8% and laser beam quality M 2 factor is 1.37.  相似文献

We report a diode-pumped Pr3+:YAlO3 laser emitting at 747 nm. A power of 232 mW at 747 nm has been achieved in continuous-wave operation with a diode emitting 2 W at 448 nm. Furthermore, intracavity second-harmonic generation in continuous-wave mode has also been demonstrated with a power of 52 mW at 374 nm by using a LBO nonlinear crystal. The fluctuation of the violet output power was better than 2.3%. The beam quality M 2 value is 2.2.  相似文献

We report a red laser at 670.5 nm generation by intracavity frequency doubling of a continuous wave (CW) laser operation of a 1341 nm Nd:GdVO4 laser under in-band diode pumping at 912 nm. An LBO crystal, cut for critical type I phase matching is used for second harmonic generation of the laser. At an incident pump power of 8.9 W, as high as 347 mW of CW output power at 670.5 nm is achieved. The fluctuation of the red output power was better than 3.7% in the given 30 min, and the beam quality factor M 2 is 1.65.  相似文献

A dual-wavelength continuous-wave (CW) diode end-pumped Nd3+:YAlO3 (Nd:YAP) laser that generates simultaneous laser action at the wavelengths 930 and 1341 nm is demonstrated. A total output power of 778 mW for the dual-wavelength was achieved at the incident pump power of 17.8 W. Furthermore, intracavity sum-frequency mixing at 930 and 1341 nm was then realized in a LBO crystal to reach the yellow-green range. We obtained a total CW output power of 103 mW at 549 nm.  相似文献

Blue laser is obtained by using a doubly cavity, type-I critical phase matching LiB3O5 (LBO) crystal sum-frequency mixing. With total pump power of 28.6 W, the blue laser at 480 nm of 170 mW is obtained. We describe the output performances of the 1116 nm 4 F 3/2-4 I 11/2 transition (generally used for a 1064 nm transition) in Nd:YAG under in-band pumping with diode laser at the 809 nm wavelength. An end-pumped Nd:YAG crystal yielded 680 mW of continuous-wave (CW) output power for 18.2 W of incident pump power. Moreover, intracavity second-harmonic generation (SHG) has also been achieved with a power of 97 mW at 558 nm by using a LiB3O5 (LBO) nonlinear crystal. The yellow-green beam quality factor M 2 was less than 1.21. The yellow-green power stability was less 2.5% in 4 h.  相似文献

We report on the efficient continuous-wave (CW) dual-wavelength operation of a Nd:LuVO4 laser at 916 and 1343 nm. An output power of 2.15 W for the dual-wavelength was achieved at the incident pump power of 18.2 W. Intracavity sum-frequency mixing at 916 and 1343 nm was then realized in a LBO crystal to reach the yellow-green range. A maximum output power of 523 mW in the yellow-green spectral range at 545 nm has been achieved. The yellow-green output stability is better than 3.5%. The yellow-green beam quality M 2 value are about 1.31 and 1.18 in both horizontal and vertical dimensions, respectively.  相似文献

报道了一台LD端面抽运Nd:YAG晶体内腔三倍频355 nm激光高效率、高峰值功率准连续输出的全固态紫外激光器.激光腔采用紧凑型平平直腔,腔长仅106 mm.当注入抽运功率为5.73 W、重复频率为9 kHz时,获得163 mW的355 nm激光准连续输出,光光转换效率达到最高2.84%.当注入抽运功率为6.7 W重复频率为5 kHz时,获得最高174 mW的355 nm激光准连续输出,输出功率短期不稳定性为5%,光束质量因子M2为3.79.当注入抽运功率为5.73 W、重复频率为2 kHz时,获得112 mW的355 nm激光准连续输出,峰值功率最高达到9.15 kW.通过采用内腔倍频技术和设计合理的腔结构,实现了中小功率准连续输出的全固态紫外激光器的小型化、便携化,进一步拓宽了紫外激光器的应用领域. 关键词: LD端面抽运 内腔三倍频 Q')" href="#">声光调Q 紫外激光  相似文献

We describe the output performances of the 1073 nm 4 F 3/24 I 11/2 transition (generally used for a 1064 nm transition) in Nd3+:YAlO3 (Nd:YAP) under in-band pumping with diode laser at the 803 nm wavelength. An end-pumped Nd:YAP crystal yielded 390 mW of continuous-wave (CW) output power for 17.8 W of incident pump power. Moreover, intracavity second-harmonic generation has also been achieved with a power of 38 mW at 536 nm by using a LiB3O5 (LBO) nonlinear crystal. With a type-I critical phase-matching LBO crystal, an intracavity frequency doubled solid-stated Yb:YAG green laser is reported. Using a plano-concave resonator, with pump power of 1.37 W, 24.5 mW TEM00 continuous wave laser at 525 nm was obtained. The optical conversion efficiency is 1.8%. By adjusting the placed angle of LBO, several lasers wavelength from 525.0 to 537.8 nm could be extracted. The maximum output power at 537.8 nm is 3.1 mW.  相似文献

报道了激光二极管抽运的Nd∶YVO4晶体1342和671nm激光特性.1342nm激光最大输出功率为1.75W,光-光转换效率为32.1%,斜效率为43%.利用Ⅰ类非临界相位匹配LBO晶体腔内倍频,当输入抽运功率为6W时,获得功率为502mW的671nm激光输出,光-光转换效率超过8.3%;当671nm激光输出功率为400mW时,短期的不稳定度小于2%. 关键词:  相似文献

报道了采用半导体二极管抽运的掺钕钨酸钇钾[Nd3+KY(WO4)2](简称NdKYW)蓝绿光激光器。腔内倍频采用了Ⅰ类临界相位匹配LBO(LiB3O5)晶体作为倍频器,阈值抽运功率为400 mW,在抽运功率为2 W时获得了200 mW的530 nm连续激光输出,其倍频光的光-光转换效率为10%。  相似文献

A total output power of 350 mW for the dual-wavelength was achieved.
