根据点群6mm一维六方准晶压电材料反平面问题的一般方程,得到其含螺型位错时应力场和电场的解析解。利用复变函数的方法,得出材料中裂纹与螺型位错在相互作用时的应力场解析表达式,所得到的解析解可以退化为已知材料的理论解。通过数值算例表明:离螺型位错越近,力场和电场值越小,反之越大。通过研究螺形位错与裂纹的相互作用为讨论一维六方准晶压电材料的裂纹顶端发射位错和裂纹钝化奠定了理论基础。  相似文献

本文采用解析函数理论,利用Muskhelishvili著名的复变函数方法,给出了无限大一维六方准晶中多条平行螺型位错与有限长直裂纹相互作用的解析解,并得到了裂纹尖端的场强度因子和作用在位错上的像力.数值算例讨论了镜像力、场强度因子随位错位置的变化,及位错的位置与分布对广义应力场的影响.  相似文献

本文在准晶压电材料基本方程的基础上,根据点群的对称性和一维六方准晶的线性压电效应,导出了一维六方准晶压电材料反平面问题的控制方程.利用复变函数的方法,通过引入适当的保角映射,研究了准晶压电材料中唇形裂纹的反平面问题,并利用Cauchy积分理论,得到在电不可通边界条件下的裂纹尖端场强度因子与机械应变能释放率的解析表达式.  相似文献

论文基于一维六方准晶压电材料反平面问题的基本方程,对Ⅲ型裂纹的电塑性区进行分析.采用条带模型并假设在电塑性区的切应力保持为常数,得到了电塑性区大小的表达式.这种假设方式消除了电场和应力在裂纹尖端的奇异性,这与实际情况相符合,也为一维六方准晶压电材料的断裂分析提供了理论基础.  相似文献

通过构造保角映射函数,借助复变函数方法,研究了一维六方准晶中椭圆孔边裂纹的反平面剪切问题,给出了Ⅲ型裂纹问题的应力强度因子的解析解.当椭圆的长、短半轴以及裂纹长度变化时,所得结果不仅可以还原为Griffith裂纹的情形,而且得到孔边裂纹问题、T型裂纹问题和半无限平面边界裂纹问题的应力强度因子的解析解.就声子场而言,这些解与经典弹性的结果完全一致.接着对椭圆孔边裂纹的动力学问题进行了研究,并得到了Ⅲ型动态应力强度因子的解析解.当裂纹速度V→0时,动力学解还原为静力学解.这些解在科学与工程断裂中有着潜在的应用价值.  相似文献

利用平面弹性复变函数方法,讨论了工程实际中一维六方准晶带裂纹的弹性半平面无摩擦接触问题.通过合理的应力函数分解,将接触问题归结为解析函数的复合边值问题,进而转化为可解的Riemann边值问题,最后得到封闭形式的解,并给出裂纹尖端的应力强度因子及压头下方接触应力的分布.当不计相位子场及它与声子场的耦合作用时,所得结论可退化为各向同性弹性材料的对应结论,从而验证本文推导的正确性.  相似文献

利用复变函数方法和保角变换技术研究了压电效应下一维六方准晶双材料中圆孔边单裂纹的反平面问题.考虑电不可渗透型边界条件,运用保角变换和Stroh公式得到了弹性体受远场剪切力和面内电载荷作用下裂纹尖端应力强度因子和能量释放率的解析解. 数值算例分析了几何参数、远场受力、电位移载荷对能量释放率的影响.结果表明:裂纹长度、耦合系数和远场剪切力的减小可以抑制裂纹的扩展.不考虑电场时,声子场应力对能量释放率的影响较小.本文的研究结果可作为研究一维六方压电准晶双材料孔边裂纹问题的理论基础,同时为压电准晶及其复合材料的设计、制备、优化和性能评估提供理论依据.  相似文献

研究了双压电材料中广义压电位错与分布于界面的刚性共线线夹杂相互作用问题.基于线性压电理论Stroh框架,相应的混合边值问题,可化为常见的Hilbert问题.求解Hilben问题,得到存在界面刚性线夹杂与位错时,压电体内所有场变量的显式表达.给出了由于界面和刚性线夹杂的存在,作用于广义压电位错上的广义Peach-Koehler镜像力.对均匀压电材料这一特殊情况,给出了数值算例,讨论了位错对刚性线夹杂端部场强度因子的干涉和它们之间的相互作用.结果可作为求解界面刚性线夹杂与微裂纹交互作用问题的Green函数,也可作为边界元方法的核函数.  相似文献

本文利用一维六方准晶的平面本构关系,以及简化为平面问题的物理方程,在悬臂梁的弹性应力解的基础上,假设准晶层和弹性层的应力分布,求出了各自的位移表达式,再利用层间连续条件和放松的边界条件,推导出一维六方准晶层合悬臂梁仅在自由端受集中力作用下声子场和相位子场的位移解析解,为研究准晶涂层材料的力学性质提供参考。  相似文献

采用复变函数法探讨了在一个刚性压头作用下十次对称二维准晶材料的两类接触问题,即具有有限摩擦的接触问题以及粘结接触问题.特别地对于平底压头,获得了表征声子场和相位子场的全纯函数的显式表达式,以及在压头上的接触应力分布.结果显示,对于具有有限摩擦的接触问题,接触应力在接触区边缘具有实指数奇异性-1/2±β,其中β由准晶体的材料常数及静摩擦系数确定;而对于粘结接触问题,接触应力在接触区边缘具有振荡型奇异性-1/2±iε,其中ε由准晶体的材料常数确定.  相似文献

首次研究了Al65Cu20Cr15准晶颗粒/Al基复合材料的硬度及摩擦学性能。研究表明,该复合材料的硬度随准晶颗粒体积分数的增加而增加,最大达到1200MPa,最纯铝的4倍。复合材料的摩擦学性能优于纯铝,当准晶颗粒体积分数为15% ̄20%,摩擦学性能随体积分数的升高而改善,当体积分数达到25%时,摩擦学性能有所降低。  相似文献

利用积分变换的方法讨论了在一个刚性压头作用下十二次对称二维准晶的无摩擦接触问题. 通过引入位移势函数,将数量巨大而复杂的偏微分方程转化为两个独立的双调和方程,应用Fourier分析与对偶积分方程理论解决了十二次对称二维准晶材料的无摩擦接触问题,得到了相应的接触应力解析表达式,结果表明:如果接触位移是一常数,则接触应力在接触区域边缘具有-1/2阶奇异性;反之,如果接触应力在接触区域边缘具有-1/2阶的奇异性,则接触位移一定为一常数,这为准晶材料的接触变形提供了重要的力学参数.  相似文献

A new approach is proposed to investigate the propagation of compressional (P) and shear (SV) waves in metal-matrix composite materials with high volume concentration of particles. The theory of quasicrystalline approximation and Waterman's T matrix formalism are employed to treat the multiple scattering resulting from the particles in composites. The addition theorem for spherical Bessel functions is used to accomplish the translation between different coordinate systems. The analytical expression of the Percus–Yevick correlation function is also given. Closed form solutions for the effective propagation constants and the dynamic effective elastic modulus of materials are obtained in the low frequency limit. At higher frequencies, only numerical results of them are presented. Numerical examples show that the phase velocities of P and SV waves in the composite materials with low volume concentration in the low frequency are in good agreement with the results in previous literatures. The effects of the incident wave number, the volume fraction of particles and the material properties of the particles and matrix on the dynamic effective elastic modulus are also examined.  相似文献

The axisymmetric elasticity theory of cubic quasicrystal was developed in Ref. [1]. The axisymmetric elasticity problem of cubic quasicrystal is reduced to a single higher-order partial differential equation by introducing a displacement function, based on which, the exact analytic solutions for the elastic field of an axisymmetric contact problem of cubic quasicrystalline materials are obtained for universal contact stress or contact displacement. The result shows that if the contact stress has order −1/2 singularity on the edge of the contact domain, the contact displacement is a constant in the contact domain. Conversely, if the contact displacement is a constant, the contact stress must have order −1/2 singularity on the edge of the contact domain. The theory of quasicrystalline approximation and Waterman’s T matrix formalism are employed to treat the multiple scattering resulting from the particles in composites. The Percus–Yevick correlation function widely applied in the molecular theory of liquids is employed to analyze the interaction of the densely distributed particles. The analytical expression for the Percus–Yevick correlation function is also given. The closed form solution for the effective propagation constant is obtained in the low frequency limit. Only numerical solutions are obtained at higher frequencies. Numerical examples show that the phase velocities in the composite materials with low volume concentration are in good agreement with those in previous literatures. This investigation presents the Green functions for a decagonal quasicrystalline material with a parabolic boundary subject to a line force and a line dislocation by means of the complex variable method. The surface Green functions are treated as a special case, and the explicit expressions of displacements and hoop stress at the parabolic boundary are also given.Finally, the stresses and displacements induced by a phonon line force acting at the origin of the lower half-space are presented.  相似文献

The elasticity theory of the dislocation of cubic quasicrystals is developed. The governing equations of anti-plane elasticity dynamics problem of the quasicrystals were reduced to a solution of wave equations by introducing displacement functions, and the analytical expressions of displacements, stresses and energies induced by a moving screw dislocation in the cubic quasicrystalline and the velocity limit of the dislocation were obtained. These provide important information for studying the plastic deformation of the new solid material.  相似文献

We investigate the elastic field near the tip of an anticrack in a homogeneous decagonal quasicrystalline material subject to plane strain deformations. The phonon and phason stresses exhibit a square root singularity at the anticrack tip. Two realvalued phonon stress intensity factors and two real-valued phason stress intensity factors are introduced to scale four separate modes of deformation. We obtain four analytic functions which completely characterize the induced phonon and phason stresses as well as the displacement field. In particular, we derive a concise yet elegant representation of the anticrack contraction force.  相似文献
