The problem of fault identification in hybrid systems is investigated. It is assumed that the hybrid systems under consideration consist of a finite automaton, the set of nonlinear differential equations, and so-called mode activator that coordinates the action of these two parts. To solve the fault identification problem, sliding mode observers are used. The suggested approach for constructing sliding mode observers is based on the reduced order model of the original system. This allows to reduce complexity of sliding mode observers and relax the limitations imposed on the original system. Examples illustrate details of the solution.  相似文献

This paper deals with chaos synchronization between two different uncertain fractional order chaotic systems based on adaptive fuzzy sliding mode control (AFSMC). With the definition of fractional derivatives and integrals, a fuzzy Lyapunov synthesis approach is proposed to tune free parameters of the adaptive fuzzy controller on line by output feedback control law and adaptive law. Moreover, chattering phenomena in the control efforts can be reduced. The sliding mode design procedure not only guarantees the stability and robustness of the proposed AFSMC, but also the external disturbance on the synchronization error can be attenuated. The simulation example is included to confirm validity and synchronization performance of the advocated design methodology.  相似文献

In this paper, a sliding mode control design for fractional order systems with input and state time-delay is proposed. First, we consider a fractional order system without delay for which a sliding surface is proposed based on fractional integration of the state. Then, a stabilizing switching controller is derived. Second, a fractional system with state delay is considered. Third, a strategy including a fractional state predictor input delay compensation is developed. The existence of the sliding mode and the stability of the proposed control design are discussed. Numerical examples are given to illustrate the theoretical developments.  相似文献

This work presents an adaptive sliding mode control scheme to elucidate the robust chaos suppression control of non-autonomous chaotic systems. The proposed control scheme utilizes extended systems to ensure that continuous control input is obtained in order to avoid chattering phenomenon as frequently in conventional sliding mode control systems. A switching surface is adopted to ensure the relative ease in stabilizing the extended error dynamics in the sliding mode. An adaptive sliding mode controller (ASMC) is then derived to guarantee the occurrence of the sliding motion, even when the chaotic horizontal platform system (HPS) is undergoing parametric uncertainties. Based on Lyapunov stability theorem, control laws are derived. In addition to guaranteeing that uncertain horizontal platform chaotic systems can be stabilized to a steady state, the proposed control scheme ensures asymptotically tracking of any desired trajectory. Furthermore, the numerical simulations verify the accuracy of the proposed control scheme, which is applicable to another chaotic system based on the same design scheme.  相似文献

This paper addresses chaos anti-synchronization of uncertain unified chaotic systems with dead-zone input nonlinearity. Using the sliding mode control technique and Lyapunov stability theory, a proportional–integral (PI) switching surface is proposed to ensure the stability of the closed-loop error system in sliding mode. Then a sliding mode controller (SMC) is proposed to guarantee the hitting of the switching surface even with uncertainties and the control input containing dead-zone nonlinearity. Some simulation results are included to demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed synchronization scheme.  相似文献

In this paper, a new observer is proposed for the synchronization problem, this new observer presents a simple structure that contains a sliding mode term which turns out to be robust against output noises as well as sustained disturbances, the slave system is a pure sliding-mode observer. As far as we know in the literature this class of observers have not been used in the synchronization problem. Comparisons with other two model-based observers, Thau observer and Bestle-Zeitz observer, are proposed. The performances of these observers are shown by using Lorenz system and Chua’s circuit.  相似文献

This work deals with nonlinear observer synthesis for a particular class of Hybrid Dynamic Systems (HDS): autonomous switching systems with jumps. The jumps can result from the system’s dynamics or from the diffeomorphism which makes it possible to lead the system to an observability canonical form. The contribution of this work relates to the design of a second order sliding mode based observer (“Super Twisting Algorithm”). It allows estimating both continuous and discrete states related to the system active dynamic. On the other hand these observers ensure a finite time convergence of the estimation error.  相似文献

This paper presents a new algorithm for designing dynamic sliding-mode controllers. The proposed controller is based on dynamic sliding manifolds to circumvent the difficulties associated with the conventional sliding mode controllers in the face of non-minimum phase systems. Unlike previous works, a proper and easy to implement algorithm is presented for designing the dynamic sliding manifold which facilitates the design of the controller. The output tracking problem in nonlinear non-minimum phase systems with matched and unmatched disturbances and matched nonlinearities is addressed. Then, the performance of the dynamic sliding mode controller is significantly improved by combining the given dynamic sliding manifold with online parameter adaptation. Simulations results are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed sliding mode controller in terms of performance, robustness and stability.  相似文献

For the sliding mode controller of uncertain chaotic systems subject to input nonlinearity, the upper bound of the norm of uncertainties is commonly used to determine the controller parameter. However, this will cause serious chattering. In order to overcome this drawback, two new sliding mode controllers are proposed to ensure robust synchronization for a classes of chaotic systems with input nonlinearities and external uncertainty. Compared with the existing results, the proposed controllers can effectively reduce the chattering nearby sliding mode and improve the dynamic performance of the systems. Simulation results are provided to verify the proposed methods.  相似文献

A method for constructing Lyapunov functions for analysing of control systems with second-order sliding modes is proposed. It is based on solving a special partial differential equation and enables Lyapunov functions to be constructed that prove that a system transfers into a sliding mode after a finite time and give an explicit estimate of this time. The method is illustrated for three known second order sliding algorithms.  相似文献

A nonlinear system for controlling flutter in an aeroelastic system is proposed. The dynamic model describes the plunge and pitch motion of a wing. Interacting nonlinear forces such as structural and aerodynamic forces cause destabilizing phenomena such as flutter and limit cycle oscillation on the wing. Aeroelastic models have a wing section with only a single trailing-edge control surface for suppressing limit cycle oscillation. When modeling a single control surface, the controller design can achieve trajectory control of either plunge displacement or pitch angle, but not both, and internal dynamics describe the residual motion in closed-loop systems. Internal dynamics of aeroelasticity depend on model parameters such as freestream velocity and spring constant. Since single control surfaces have limited effectiveness, this study used leading- and trailing-edge control surfaces to improve control of limit-cycle oscillation. Moreover, two control surfaces were used to provide sufficient flexibility to shape both the plunge and the pitch responses. In this study, high order sliding mode control (HOSMC) with backstepping design achieved system stability and eliminated limit cycle phenomenon. Compared to the conventional sliding mode control design, the proposed control law not only preserves system robustness, but also avoids chatter phenomenon. Simulation results show that the proposed controller effectively regulate the response to origin in state space even under saturated controller input.  相似文献

In this article, an adaptive sliding mode technique based on a fractional‐order (FO) switching type control law is designed to guarantee robust stability for a class of uncertain three‐dimensional FO nonlinear systems with external disturbance. A novel FO switching type control law is proposed to ensure the existence of the sliding motion in finite time. Appropriate adaptive laws are shown to tackle the uncertainty and external disturbance. The calculation formula of the reaching time is analyzed and computed. The reachability analysis is visualized to show how to obtain a shorter reaching time. A stability criteria of the FO sliding mode dynamics is derived based on indirect approach to Lyapunov stability. Effectiveness of the proposed control scheme is illustrated through numerical simulations. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Complexity 21: 363–373, 2016  相似文献

This article investigates a novel fast terminal sliding mode control approach combined with global sliding surface structure for the robust tracking control of nonlinear second‐order systems with time‐varying uncertainties. The suggested control technique is formulated based on the Lyapunov stability theory and guarantees the existence of the sliding mode around the sliding surface in a finite time. Using the new form of switching surface, the reaching phase elimination and the robustness improvement of the whole system are satisfied. Simulation results demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed technique. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Complexity 21: 239–244, 2015  相似文献

This study is concerned with the design of a disturbance-observer-based fuzzy terminal sliding mode controller (FTSMC) for multi-input multi-output (MIMO) uncertain nonlinear systems by considering unknown non-symmetric input saturation and control singularity. The disturbance observer is proposed for the unmeasured external disturbance and guarantees the convergence of the disturbance estimation error to zero in a finite time. The terminal sliding mode controller (TSMC) is designed for MIMO uncertain nonlinear systems by utilizing the output of the proposed disturbance observer. This control scheme combines the disturbance-observer-based TSMC with a fuzzy logic system in the presence of unknown non-symmetric input saturation and control singularity in order to reduce chattering phenomena. Finite time asymptotic stability, convergence of the disturbance observer, and convergence of the closed-loop system are proved via Lyapunov stability theorem. In addition, a five-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) is employed in the numerical simulations to demonstrate the effectiveness and performance of the proposed control scheme. Disturbance observer estimates the payload and flight endurance of the five-rotor UAV. Genetic algorithm (GA) optimization is used to specify the parameters of the disturbance-observer-based TSMC (GATSMC) to decrease chattering. Finally, the superior performance of FTSMC is investigated over TSMC and GATSMC.  相似文献

A novel type of control strategy combining the fractional calculus with terminal sliding mode control called fractional terminal sliding mode control is introduced for a class of dynamical systems subject to uncertainties. A fractional-order switching manifold is proposed and the corresponding control law is formulated based on the Lyapunov stability theory to guarantee the sliding condition. The proposed fractional-order terminal sliding mode controller ensures the finite time stability of the closed-loop system. Finally, numerical simulation results are presented and compared to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper investigates the output-feedback control for a general class of multi-input multi-output (MIMO) linear systems in the presence of unmatched disturbances. Firstly, a new observer composed of a Luenberger observer and a novel hierarchical high-order sliding mode (HOSM) observer is proposed to identify the system states and disturbances, simultaneously. As one of the most remarkable properties, the convergence time of the proposed observer is bounded by a positive constant which is free of the system initial error conditions. Secondly, based on the proposed observer, a new second-order sliding mode (SOSM) controller is constructed by using a novel sliding surface with unmatched disturbances compensation. The proposed control law is a simply continuous function of time and thus can certainly reduce numerical chattering. Finally, to show the effectiveness of the theoretical results, an application to inverted pendulum system is used to make simulation comparison.  相似文献

In order to improve the performance of the sliding mode controller, fuzzy logic sliding mode controller is proposed in this study. The control gain of the conventional sliding mode controller is tuned by a fuzzy logic rule base and, also dynamic sliding surfaces are obtained by changing their slopes using the error states of the system in another fuzzy logic algorithm. These controllers are then combined in order to enhance the performance. Afterwards, proposed controllers were used in trajectory control of a three degrees of freedom spatial robot, which is subjected to noise and parameter variations. Finally, the controllers introduced are compared with a PID controller which is commonly used for control of robotic manipulators in industry. The results indicate the superior performance of the proposed controller.  相似文献

In this paper, an intelligent robust fractional surface sliding mode control for a nonlinear system is studied. At first a sliding PD surface is designed and then, a fractional form of these networks PDα, is proposed. Fast reaching velocity into the switching hyperplane in the hitting phase and little chattering phenomena in the sliding phase is desired. To reduce the chattering phenomenon in sliding mode control (SMC), a fuzzy logic controller is used to replace the discontinuity in the signum function at the reaching phase in the sliding mode control. For the problem of determining and optimizing the parameters of fuzzy sliding mode controller (FSMC), genetic algorithm (GA) is used. Finally, the performance and the significance of the controlled system two case studies (robot manipulator and coupled tanks) are investigated under variation in system parameters and also in presence of an external disturbance. The simulation results signify performance of genetic-based fuzzy fractional sliding mode controller.  相似文献

This paper proposes a robust output feedback controller for a class of uncertain discrete-time, multi-input multi-output, linear, systems. This method, which is based on the combination of discrete-time sliding mode control (DTSMC) and Kalman estimator, ensures the stability, robustness and an output tracking against the modeling uncertainties at large sampling periods. For this purpose, an appropriate structure is considered for sliding surface and the Lyapunov theory for the mismatched uncertain system is then used to design its parameter. This problem leads to solve a set of linear matrix inequalities. A new method is then proposed to reach the quasi-sliding mode and stay thereafter. Simulation studies show the effectiveness of the proposed method in the presence of parameter uncertainties and external disturbances at large sampling periods.  相似文献

This paper investigates the event-triggered sliding mode control (SMC) problem for singular systems with disturbance. Firstly, an event-triggered sliding mode control law is designed to guarantee the reachability of sliding surface. Different from the related methods, in order to deal with the difficulty caused by event-triggered SMC strategy, a novel Lemma is proposed in this paper. Secondly, the admissibility of sliding motion is presented, which is used to solve the controller gain. Then, a positive lower bound of the inter execution time can be guaranteed and the Zeno behavior is avoided. Finally, two simulation examples are presented to show the effectiveness of derived theoretical results.  相似文献
