Reactions of (H 2azole) 2[OsCl 6], where Hazole = pyrazole, Hpz, ( 1), indazole, Hind, ( 2), imidazole, Him, ( 3) and benzimidazole, Hbzim, ( 4) with the corresponding azole heterocycle in 1:4 molar ratio in boiling isoamyl alcohol or hexanol-1 afforded novel water-soluble osmium(III) complexes of the type trans-[OsCl 2(Hazole) 4]Cl, where Hazole = Hpz ( 5a), Hind ( 6a), Him ( 7a), and Hbzim ( 9a) in 50-70% ( 5a, 7a, 9a) and 5% ( 6a) yields. The synthesis of 7a was accompanied by a concurrent reaction which led to minor formation (<4%) of cis-[OsCl 2(Him) 4]Cl ( 8). The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, UV-vis spectroscopy, ESI mass spectrometry, cyclic voltammetry, and X-ray crystallography. 5a, 7a, and 9a were found to possess remarkable antiproliferative activity in vitro against A549 (non-small cell lung carcinoma), CH1 (ovarian carcinoma), and SW480 (colon carcinoma) cells, which was compared with that of related ruthenium compounds trans-[RuCl 2(Hazole) 4]Cl, where Hazole = Hpz (5b), Hind (6b), Him (7b), and Hbzim (9b).  相似文献

The electrochemical behavior of [trans-RuCl(4)L(DMSO)](-) (A) and [trans-RuCl(4)L(2)](-) (B) [L = imidazole (Him), 1,2,4-triazole (Htrz), and indazole (Hind)] complexes has been studied in DMF, DMSO, and aqueous media by cyclic voltammetry and controlled potential electrolysis. They exhibit one single-electron Ru(III)/Ru(II) reduction involving, at a sufficiently long time scale, metal dechlorination on solvolysis, as well as, in organic media, one single-electron reversible Ru(III)/Ru(IV) oxidation. The redox potential values are interpreted on the basis of the Lever's parametrization method, and particular forms of this linear expression (that relates the redox potential with the ligand E(L) parameter) are proposed, for the first time, for negatively (1-) charged complexes with the Ru(III/II) redox couple center in aqueous phosphate buffer (pH 7) medium and for complexes with the Ru(III/IV) couple in organic media. The E(L) parameter was estimated for indazole showing that this ligand behaves as a weaker net electron donor than imidazole or triazole. The kinetics of the reductively induced stepwise replacement of chloride by DMF were studied by digital simulation of the cyclic voltammograms, and the obtained rate constants were shown to increase with the net electron donor character (decrease of E(L)) of the neutral ligands (DMSO < indazole < triazole < imidazole) and with the basicity of the ligated azole, factors that destabilize the Ru(II) relative to the Ru(III) form of the complexes. The synthesis and characterization of some novel complexes of the A and B series are also reported, including the X-ray structural analyses of (Ph(3)PCH(2)Ph)[trans-RuCl(4)(Htrz)(DMSO)], [(Ph(3)P)(2)N][trans-RuCl(4)(Htrz)(DMSO)], (H(2)ind)[trans-RuCl(4)(Hind)(DMSO)], and [(Hind)(2)H][trans-RuCl(4)(Hind)(2)].  相似文献

Three ruthenium(III) complexes containing 1H-1,2,4-triazole (Htrz), viz., (H(2)trz)[cis-RuCl(4)(Htrz)(2)], 1, (H(2)trz)[trans-RuCl(4)(Htrz)(2)], 2, and (Ph(3)PCH(2)Ph)[trans-RuCl(4)(Htrz)(2)], 3, have been synthesized by reaction between RuCl(3) and excess of the triazole in 2.38 M HCl (1 and 2), while 3 was obtained by metathesis of 2 and [Ph(3)PCH(2)Ph]Cl in water. The products were characterized by IR, UV-vis, electrospray mass spectrometry, cyclic voltammetry, and X-ray crystallography (1 and 3). X-ray diffraction study revealed cis and trans arrangements of the triazole ligands in 1 and 3, correspondingly, and unprecedented monodentate coordination of the triazole through N2 and stabilization of its 4H tautomeric form, which is the disfavored one for the free triazole. The cytotoxicity of 1 and 2 has been assayed in three human carcinoma cell lines SW480, HT29 (colon carcinoma), and SK-BR-3 (mammary carcinoma). Both compounds exhibit antiproliferative activity in vitro. Time-dependent response of all three lines to 1 and 2 and a structure-activity relationship, i.e., higher activity of the trans-isomer 2 than that of cis-species 1, have been observed.  相似文献

By controlled Anderson type rearrangement reactions complexes of the general formula trans-[Os(IV)Cl(4)(Hazole)(2)], where Hazole = 1H-pyrazole, 2H-indazole, 1H-imidazole, and 1H-benzimidazole, have been synthesized. Note that 2H-indazole tautomer stabilization in trans-[Os(IV)Cl(4)(2H-indazole)(2)] is unprecedented in coordination chemistry of indazole. The metal ion in these compounds possesses the same coordination environment as ruthenium(III) in (H(2)ind)[Ru(III)Cl(4)(Hind)(2)], where Hind = 1H-indazole, (KP1019), an investigational anticancer drug in phase I clinical trials. These osmium(IV) complexes are appropriate precursors for the synthesis of osmium(III) analogues of KP1019. In addition the formation of an adduct of trans-[Os(IV)Cl(4)(Hpz)(2)] with cucurbit[7]uril is described. The compounds have been comprehensively characterized by elemental analysis, EI and ESI mass spectrometry, spectroscopy (IR, UV-vis, 1D and 2D NMR), cyclic voltammetry, and X-ray crystallography. Their antiproliferative acitivity in the human cancer cell lines CH1 (ovarian carcinoma), A549 (nonsmall cell lung carcinoma), and SW480 (colon carcinoma) is reported.  相似文献

Three unusual polyoxovanadate-based inorganic-organic hybrid complexes, [Zn(Im)(2)(DMF)(2)](2)[H(2)V(10)O(28)]·Im·DMF (1), [Zn(3)(Htrz)(6)(H(2)O)(6)][V(10)O(28)]·10H(2)O·Htrz (2) and {[Zn(3)(trz)(3)(H(2)O)(4)(DMF)](2)[V(10)O(28)]·4H(2)O}(n) (3) (Im = imidazole, Htrz = 1,2,4-triazole, DMF = N,N'-dimethylammonium) have been synthesized at room temperature via evaporative crystallization, and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 shows the structure of a discrete [V(10)O(28)](6-) cluster grafted by two [Zn(Im)(2)(DMF)(2)](2+) fragments through two bridged oxygen atoms, representing a rarely observed coordination mode. Complex 2 consists of a linear trinuclear Zn(II) unit bridging six Htrz ligands and a [V(10)O(28)](6-) cluster as the counter anion, where the extensive hydrogen-bonding interactions lead to {Zn(3)-V(10)}(SMF) and a special water layer involving (H(2)O)(36) rings, and consequently forms a unique 3D metal-organic-water supramolecular network. Complex 3 can be described as a 3,4-connected fsc-type network, and is the first example of open coordination 3D framework based on [V(10)O(28)](6-) and the other two different secondary building units, involving mononuclear and binuclear Zn(II)-Htrz motifs. The optical properties of complexes 1-3 in the solid state are investigated at room temperature. The results show that complexes 1 and 3 emit intense blue luminescences attributed to the ligands, while complex 2 exhibits an infrequent fluorescent property, emitting both blue and yellow luminescences at 472 and 603 nm simultaneously. Furthermore, powder X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetric analyses of 1-3 are also investigated, which demonstrate their high purities and thermal stabilities.  相似文献

Reactions of 1,1'-bis(dipheny1phosphino)cobaltocene with Co(PMe(3))(4), Ni(PMe(3))(4), Fe(PMe(3))(4), Ni(COD)(2), FeMe(2)(PMe(3))(4) or NiMe(2)(PMe(3))(3) afford a series of novel dinuclear complexes [((Me(3)P)[lower bond 1 start]Co(η(5)-C(5)H(4)[upper bond 1 start]PPh(2)))((Me(3)P)M[upper bond 1 end](η(5)-C(5)H(4)P[lower bond 1 end]Ph(2)))] (M = Co(1), Ni(2) and Fe(3)) [Co(η(5)-C(5)H(4)[upper bond 1 start]PPh(2))(2)Ni[upper bond 1 end](COD)](4), [Co(η(5)-C(5)H(4)[upper bond 1 start]PPh(2))(2)Ni[upper bond 1 end](PMe(3))(2)] (5) and [((Me(3)P)[lower bond 1 start]Co(Me)(η(5)-C(5)H(4)[upper bond 1 start]PPh(2)))((Me(3)P)Fe[upper bond 1 end](Me)(η(5)-C(5)H(4)P[lower bond 1 end]Ph(2)))] (6). Reactions of 1,1'-bis(dipheny1phosphino)ferrocene with Ni(PMe(3))(4), NiMe(2)(PMe(3))(3), or Co(PMe(3))(4) gives rise to complexes [Fe(η(5)-C(5)H(4)[upper bond 1 start]PPh(2))(2)M[upper bond 1 end](PMe(3))(2)] (M = Ni (7), Co (8)). The complexes 1-8 were spectroscopically investigated and studied by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The possible reaction mechanisms and structural characteristics are discussed. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations strongly support the deductions.  相似文献

Reactions of the complex [MoCl(eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)(CO)(2)(phen)] (1) (phen=1,10-phenanthroline) with potassium arylamides were used to synthesize the amido complexes [Mo(N(R)Ar)(eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)(CO)(2)(phen)] (R=H, Ar=Ph, 2 a; R=H, Ar=p-tolyl, 2 b; R=Me, Ar=Ph; 2 c). For 2 b the Mo-N(amido) bond length (2.105(4) A) is consistent with it being a single bond, with which the metal attains an 18-electron configuration. The reaction of 2 b with HOTf affords the amino complex [Mo(eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)(NH(2)(p-tol))(CO)(2)(phen)]OTf (3-OTf). Treatment of 3-OTf with nBuLi or KN(SiMe(3))(2) regenerates 2 b. The new amido complexes react with CS(2), arylisothiocyanates and maleic anhydride. A single product corresponding to the formal insertion of the electrophile into the Mo-N(amido) bond is obtained in each case. For maleic anhydride, ring opening accompanied the formation of the insertion product. The reaction of 2 b with maleimide affords [Mo(eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)[NC(O)CH=CHC(O)](CO)(2)(phen)] (7), which results from simple acid-base metathesis. The reaction of 2 b with (p-tol)NCO affords [[Mo(eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)(CO)(2)(phen)](2)(eta(2)-MoO(4))] (8), which corresponds to oxidation of one third of the metal atoms to Mo(VI). Complex 8 was also obtained in the reactions of 2 b with CO(2) or the lactide 3,6-dimethyl-1,4-dioxane-2,5-dione. The structures of the compounds 2 b, 3-OTf, [Mo(eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)[SC(S)(N(H)Ph)](CO)(2)(phen)] (4), [Mo(eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)[SC(N(p-tol))(NH(p-tol))](CO)(2)(phen)] (5 a), and [Mo(eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)[OC(O)CH=CHC(O)(NH(p-tol))](CO)(2)(phen)] (6), 7, and 8 (both the free complex and its N,N'-di(p-tolyl)urea adduct) were determined by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

Treatment of CuF(2) with 2 equiv of 3{5}-[pyrid-2-yl]pyrazole (Hpz(Py)), 3{5}-phenylpyrazole (Hpz(Ph)) or 3{5}-[4-fluorophenyl]pyrazole (Hpz(PhF)) in MeOH, followed by evaporation to dryness and recrystallisation of the solid residues, allows solvated crystals of [{Cu(micro-pz(Py))(pz(Py))}(2)] (1), [{Cu(micro-pz(Ph))(2)}(4)] (2) and [Cu(4)F(2)(micro(4)-F)(micro-pz(PhF))(5)(Hpz(PhF))(4)] (3) to be isolated in moderate-to-good yields. Similar reactions of these three pyrazoles with Cu(OH)(2) in refluxing MeOH respectively afford 1, 2 and [Cu(pz(PhF))(2)(Hpz(PhF))(2)] (4) in ca. 10% yield. Crystalline 1 x 1/2H(2)O x 2CHCl(3) contains two independent dinuclear molecules with a puckered di-(1,2-pyrazolido) bridge motif, linked by a bridging, hydrogen-bonding water molecule. Compound 2 x 1/2C(5)H(12), containing cyclic, square tetranuclear complex molecules, is the first homoleptic divalent metal pyrazolide to have a discrete molecular rather than polymeric structure, for a metal other than Pd or Pt. The two independent complex molecules in 3 x 3/4CH(2)Cl(2) x Hpz(PhF) contain a unique tetrahedral [Cu(4)(micro(4)-F)](7+) core, three of whose edges are spanned by bridging pyrazolido groups. Magnetic data show that the copper centres in 1 and 3 are antiferromagnetically coupled, but that dried bulk samples of 2 do not retain their molecular structure.  相似文献

The coordination chemistry of the bis(tert-butylamido)phenylborane ligand, [(t)BuN-B(Ph)-N(t)Bu](2)(-), is developed. The ligand can be delivered to metals of groups 4 and 5 from its dilithio salt. The reactions of PhB((t)BuNLi)(2), 1, with metal halides of zirconium, hafnium, and vanadium generate complexes of the general formulas ((t)BuN-B(Ph)-N(t)Bu)(2)M(THF) (M = Zr (2), Hf (3)), Li(2)[M((t)BuN-B(Ph)-N(t)Bu)(3)] (M = Zr (4), Hf (5)), and M((t)BuN-B(Ph)-N(t)Bu)(2) (M = V (6)). (1)H and (11)B[(1)H] NMR and single-crystal X-ray analysis show that these amido metal complexes are structurally analogous to amidinates.  相似文献

The synthesis and reactivity of niobium complexes incorporating a tripodal triphenol (tris(3,5-tert-butyl-2-hydroxylphenyl)methane = H(3)[O(3)]) have been investigated. Addition of one equivalent of NbCl(5) in CH(3)CN to H(3)[O(3)] in toluene led to partial HCl elimination, giving [H(O(3))]NbCl(3)(CH(3)CN) (1) with a bidendtate bis(aryloxide) ligand and a pendant phenol arm. Treatment of 1 with THF afforded [H(O(3))]NbCl(3)(THF) (2). Deprotonation of 1 with NEt(3) in toluene promoted coordination of the pendant phenol group to generate (Et(3)NH)[(syn-O(3))NbCl(3)] (3-syn). Prolonged heating of 3-syn resulted in clean conversion to the anti isomer (3-anti). Attempted deprotonation of 2 with PhCH(2)MgCl provided [H(O(3))]Nb(CH(2)Ph)(3) (4), in which alkylation took place at the metal center but the pendant phenol arm remained intact. When 3-syn was treated with PhCH(2)MgCl, [O(3)C]Nb(CH(2)Ph) (5) was produced via C-H activation of the methine C-H bond. The analogous reaction with 3-anti provided a benzylidene complex [anti-O(3)]Nb(CHPh)(THF) (6). During the course of the reaction, the anti ligand conformation is retained. Upon heating, 4 underwent methine C-H and phenol O-H activation, yielding the metalatrane 5. Complexes 1, 3-syn, 3-anti, 4, and 5 were characterized by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

[K(2)(P(4)Mes(4))] (1) or [Na(2)(THF)(4)(P(4)Mes(4))] (2) (Mes = 2,4,6-Me(3)C(6)H(2)) reacts with one equivalent of HCl and subsequently with 0.5 equivalents of [{RhCl(cod)}(2)] (cod = 1,5-cyclooctadiene) to give a mixture of rhodium complexes, from which [Rh(P(4)HMes(4))(cod)] (3) and the secondary product [Rh(2)(micro-P(2)HMes(2))(mu-PHMes)(cod)(2)] (4) were isolated and characterised by X-ray diffraction studies. Alternatively, the reaction of [K(2)(P(4)Ph(4))] (5) or [Na(2)(THF)(5)(P(4)Ph(4))] (6) with one equivalent of HCl and subsequently with one equivalent of [CuCl(PCyp(3))(2)] (Cyp = cyclo-C(5)H(9)) gave the complex [Cu(4)(P(4)Ph(4))(2)(PH(2)Ph)(2)(PCyp(3))(2)] (7), presumably via disproportionation of the monoanion (P(4)HPh(4))(-).  相似文献

Biotransformation of ruthenium(III) anticancer complexes as hypothesized in the activation-by-reduction theory is the central topic of the present paper. The redox behavior of tetrachlorobis(azole)ruthenate(III)-type complexes was studied by NMR spectroscopy and square wave voltammetry. The influence of reducing agents on the binding behavior toward the DNA-modeling nucleotide GMP was determined by capillary electrophoresis, accompanied by identification of arising peaks by online coupling to electrospray ionization mass spectrometry. The determination of redox potentials revealed that the biologically relevant reductants ascorbic acid and glutathione are capable of reducing the studied Ru(III) complexes under physiological conditions. Characteristic differences in reduction kinetics dependent on the pH value can be explained by higher reduction strength of ascorbic acid and glutathione at higher pH compared to the pH-independent redox response of ruthenium(III) complexes. Binding behavior of (H2ind)[trans-RuCl4(Hind)2] (Hind = 1H-indazole) toward GMP was found to be increased upon addition of two equivalents of glutathione but not of ascorbic acid. In contrast, only a minor influence on the GMP-binding under reductive conditions was found for (H2im)[trans-RuCl4(Him)2] (KP418, Him = 1H-imidazole).  相似文献

Reaction of [eta:(5)sigma-Me2C(C5H4)(C2B10H10)]TiCl(NMe2) (1) with 1 equiv of PhCH2K, MeMgBr, or Me3SiCH2Li gave corresponding organotitanium alkyl complexes [eta:(5)sigma-Me2C(C5H4)(C2B10H10)]Ti(R)(NMe2) (R = CH2Ph (2), CH2SiMe3 (4), or Me (5)) in good yields. Treatment of 1 with 1 equiv of n-BuLi afforded the decomposition product {[eta:(5)sigma-Me2C(C5H4)(C2B10H10)]Ti}2(mu-NMe)(mu:sigma-CH2NMe) (3). Complex 5 slowly decomposed to generate a mixed-valence dinuclear species {[eta:(5)sigma-Me2C(C5H4)(C2B10H10)]Ti}2(mu-NMe2)(mu:sigma-CH2NMe) (6). Complex 1 reacted with 1 equiv of PhNCO or 2,6-Me2C6H3NC to afford the corresponding monoinsertion product [eta:(5)sigma-Me2C(C5H4)(C2B10H10)]Ti(Cl)[eta(2)-OC(NMe2)NPh] (7) or [eta:(5)sigma-Me2C(C5H4)(C2B10H10)]Ti(Cl)[eta(2)-C(NMe2)=N(2,6-Me2C6H3)] (8). Reaction of 4 or 5 with 1 equiv of R'NC gave the titanium eta(2)-iminoacyl complexes [eta:(5)sigma-Me2C(C5H4)(C2B10H10)]Ti(NMe2)[eta(2)-C(R)=N(R')] (R = CH2SiMe3, R' = 2,6-Me2C6H3 (9) or tBu (10); R = Me, R' = 2,6-Me2C6H3 (11) or tBu (12)). The results indicated that the unsaturated molecules inserted into the Ti-N bond only in the absence of the Ti-C(alkyl) bond and that the Ti-C(cage) bond remained intact. All complexes were fully characterized by various spectroscopic techniques and elemental analyses. Molecular structures of 2, 3, 6-8, and 10-12 were further confirmed by single-crystal X-ray analyses.  相似文献

The iron complexes CpFe(P(Ph)(2)N(Bn)(2))Cl (1-Cl), CpFe(P(Ph)(2)N(Ph)(2))Cl (2-Cl), and CpFe(P(Ph)(2)C(5))Cl (3-Cl)(where P(Ph)(2)N(Bn)(2) is 1,5-dibenzyl-1,5-diaza-3,7-diphenyl-3,7-diphosphacyclooctane, P(Ph)(2)N(Ph)(2) is 1,3,5,7-tetraphenyl-1,5-diaza-3,7-diphosphacyclooctane, and P(Ph)(2)C(5) is 1,4-diphenyl-1,4-diphosphacycloheptane) have been synthesized and characterized by NMR spectroscopy, electrochemical studies, and X-ray diffraction. These chloride derivatives are readily converted to the corresponding hydride complexes [CpFe(P(Ph)(2)N(Bn)(2))H (1-H), CpFe(P(Ph)(2)N(Ph)(2))H (2-H), CpFe(P(Ph)(2)C(5))H (3-H)] and H(2) complexes [CpFe(P(Ph)(2)N(Bn)(2))(H(2))]BAr(F)(4), [1-H(2)]BAr(F)(4), (where BAr(F)(4) is B[(3,5-(CF(3))(2)C(6)H(3))(4)](-)), [CpFe(P(Ph)(2)N(Ph)(2))(H(2))]BAr(F)(4), [2-H(2)]BAr(F)(4), and [CpFe(P(Ph)(2)C(5))(H(2))]BAr(F)(4), [3-H(2)]BAr(F)(4), as well as [CpFe(P(Ph)(2)N(Bn)(2))(CO)]BAr(F)(4), [1-CO]Cl. Structural studies are reported for [1-H(2)]BAr(F)(4), 1-H, 2-H, and [1-CO]Cl. The conformations adopted by the chelate rings of the P(Ph)(2)N(Bn)(2) ligand in the different complexes are determined by attractive or repulsive interactions between the sixth ligand of these pseudo-octahedral complexes and the pendant N atom of the ring adjacent to the sixth ligand. An example of an attractive interaction is the observation that the distance between the N atom of the pendant amine and the C atom of the coordinated CO ligand for [1-CO]BAr(F)(4) is 2.848 ?, considerably shorter than the sum of the van der Waals radii of N and C atoms. Studies of H/D exchange by the complexes [1-H(2)](+), [2-H(2)](+), and [3-H(2)](+) carried out using H(2) and D(2) indicate that the relatively rapid H/D exchange observed for [1-H(2)](+) and [2-H(2)](+) compared to [3-H(2)](+) is consistent with intramolecular heterolytic cleavage of H(2) mediated by the pendant amine. Computational studies indicate a low barrier for heterolytic cleavage of H(2). These mononuclear Fe(II) dihydrogen complexes containing pendant amines in the ligands mimic crucial features of the distal Fe site of the active site of the [FeFe]-hydrogenase required for H-H bond formation and cleavage.  相似文献

Novel neutral and cationic Rh(I) and Ir(I) complexes that contain only DMSO molecules as dative ligands with S-, O-, and bridging S,O-binding modes were isolated and characterized. The neutral derivatives [RhCl(DMSO)(3)] (1) and [IrCl(DMSO)(3)] (2) were synthesized from the dimeric precursors [M(2)Cl(2)(coe)(4)] (M=Rh, Ir; COE=cyclooctene). The dimeric Ir(I) compound [Ir(2)Cl(2)(DMSO)(4)] (3) was obtained from 2. The first example of a square-planar complex with a bidentate S,O-bridging DMSO ligand, [(coe)(DMSO)Rh(micro-Cl)(micro-DMSO)RhCl(DMSO)] (4), was obtained by treating [Rh(2)Cl(2)(coe)(4)] with three equivalents of DMSO. The mixed DMSO-olefin complex [IrCl(cod)(DMSO)] (5, COD=cyclooctadiene) was generated from [Ir(2)Cl(2)(cod)(2)]. Substitution reactions of these neutral systems afforded the complexes [RhCl(py)(DMSO)(2)] (6), [IrCl(py)(DMSO)(2)] (7), [IrCl(iPr(3)P)(DMSO)(2)] (8), [RhCl(dmbpy)(DMSO)] (9, dmbpy=4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine), and [IrCl(dmbpy)(DMSO)] (10). The cationic O-bound complex [Rh(cod)(DMSO)(2)]BF(4) (11) was synthesized from [Rh(cod)(2)]BF(4). Treatment of the cationic complexes [M(coe)(2)(O=CMe(2))(2)]PF(6) (M=Rh, Ir) with DMSO gave the mixed S- and O-bound DMSO complexes [M(DMSO)(2)(DMSO)(2)]PF(6) (Rh=12; Ir=in situ characterization). Substitution of the O-bound DMSO ligands with dmbpy or pyridine resulted in the isolation of [Rh(dmbpy)(DMSO)(2)]PF(6) (13) and [Ir(py)(2)(DMSO)(2)]PF(6) (14). Oxidative addition of hydrogen to [IrCl(DMSO)(3)] (2) gave the kinetic product fac-[Ir(H)(2)Cl(DMSO)(3)] (15) which was then easily converted to the more thermodynamically stable product mer-[Ir(H)(2)Cl(DMSO)(3)] (16). Oxidative addition of water to both neutral and cationic Ir(I) DMSO complexes gave the corresponding hydrido-hydroxo addition products syn-[(DMSO)(2)HIr(micro-OH)(2)(micro-Cl)IrH(DMSO)(2)][IrCl(2)(DMSO)(2)] (17) and anti-[(DMSO)(2)(DMSO)HIr(micro-OH)(2)IrH(DMSO)(2)(DMSO)][PF(6)](2) (18). The cationic [Ir(DMSO)(2)(DMSO)(2)]PF(6) complex (formed in situ from [Ir(coe)(2)(O=CMe(2))(2)]PF(6)) also reacts with methanol to give the hydrido-alkoxo complex syn-[(DMSO)(2)HIr(micro-OCH(3))(3)IrH(DMSO)(2)]PF(6) (19). Complexes 1, 2, 4, 5, 11, 12, 14, 17, 18, and 19 were characterized by crystallography.  相似文献

A series of complexes trans-[PdCl(2)L(2)] has been prepared by the reaction of [PdCl(2)(PhCN)(2)] and/or Na(2)[PdCl(4)] with L = pyridine or quinoline ligands having one or two carboxylic acid groups. These complexes can form 1-D polymers through O-H.O hydrogen bonding between the carboxylic acid groups, as demonstrated by structure determinations of [PdCl(2)(NC(5)H(4)-4-COOH)(2)], [PdCl(2)(NC(5)H(4)-3-COOH)(2)], and [PdCl(2)(2-Ph-NC(9)H(5)-4-COOH)(2)]. In some cases, solvation breaks down the O-H.O hydrogen-bonded structures, as in the structures of [PdCl(2)(NC(5)H(4)-3-COOH)(2)].2DMSO and [PdCl(2)(2-Ph-NC(9)H(5)-4-COOH)(2)].4DMF, while pyridine-2-carboxylic acid underwent deprotonation to give the chelate complex [Pd(NC(5)H(4)-2-C(O)O)(2)]. The complexes trans-[PdCl(2)L(2)], L = pyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid or 2,6-dimethyl pyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid, self-assembled to give 2-D sheet structures, with hydrogen bonding between the carboxylic acid groups mediated by solvate methanol or water molecules. In the cationic complexes [PdL'(2)L(2)](2+) (L'(2) = Ph(2)PCH(2)PPh(2), Ph(2)P(CH(2))(3)PPh(2); L = pyridine carboxylic acid; anions X(-) = CF(3)SO(3)(-)), hydrogen bonding between the carboxylic acid groups and anions or solvate acetone molecules occurred, and only in one case was a polymeric complex formed by self-assembly.  相似文献

The salts (Ph(4)E)[M(SOCPh)(3)] (M = Zn, Cd, or Hg; E = P or As) are produced by the reaction of Zn(NO(3))(2).6 H(2)O, Cd(NO(3))(2).4H(2)O or HgCl(2) with Et(3)NH(+)PhCOS(-) and (Ph(4)E)X (E = P, X = Br; E = As, X = Cl) in aqueous MeOH in the ratios M(II):PhCOS(-):Ph(4)E(+) = 1:>/=3:>/=1. The crystal structures of (Ph(4)P)[Zn(SOCPh)(3)] (1), (Ph(4)As)[Cd(SOCPh)(3)] (2) and (Ph(4)P)[Hg(SOCPh)(3)] (3) have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction experiments. Crystal data for 1: triclinic; space group P&onemacr;; Z = 2; a = 10.819(2) ?, b = 13.219(3) ?, c = 15.951(3) ?; alpha = 101.75(2) degrees, beta = 97.92(1) degrees, gamma = 109.18(2) degrees. Crystal data for 2: triclinic; space group P&onemacr;; Z= 2; a = 10.741(2) ?, b = 13.168(2) ?, c = 15.809(2) ?; alpha = 101.00(1) degrees, beta = 97.65(1) degrees, gamma = 109.88(1) degrees. Crystal data for 3: monoclinic; space group P2(1)/n; Z = 4; a = 13.302(2) ?, b = 14.276(2) ?, c = 21.108(2) ?; beta = 90.92(1) degrees. The compounds 1 and 2 are isomorphous and isostructural. In the anions [M(SOCPh)(3)](-) the metal atoms have trigonal planar coordination by three sulfur atoms. The metal atoms are further more weakly coordinated intramolecularly to one (M = Hg) or two (M = Zn, Cd) thiobenzoate oxygen atom(s). Using the Bond Valence approach it is found that the contribution of M.O bonding to the total bonding is in the order Cd > Zn > Hg. The metal ((113)Cd, (199)Hg) NMR signals of [M(SOCPh)(3)](-) (M = Cd, Hg) are more shielded than those found for MS(3) kernels in thiolate complexes, a difference attributed to the M(.)O bonding in the thiobenzoate complexes. The (113)Cd resonance of [Cd(SOCPh)(3)](-) in dilute solution is in the region anticipated from dilution data for [Na(Cd{SOCPh}(3))(2)](-).  相似文献

The hydrolysis process of Ru(III) complex (HL)[trans-RuCl4L(dmso-S)] (L=1-methyl-1,2,4-triazole and dmso-S=S-dimethyl sulfoxide) (1), a potential antitumor complex similar to the well-known antitumor agent (Him)[trans-RuCl4L(dmso-S)(im)] (NAMI-A, im=imidazole), was investigated using density functional theory combined with the conductor-like polarizable continuum model approach. The structural characteristics and the detailed energy profiles for the hydrolysis processes of this complex were obtained. For the first hydrolysis step, complex 1 has slightly higher barrier energies than the reported anticancer drug NAMI-A, and the result is in accordance with the experimental evidence indicating larger half-life for complex 1. For the second hydrolysis step, the formation of cis-diaqua species is thermodynamic preferred to that of trans isomers. In addition, on the basis of the analysis of electronic characteristics of species in the hydrolysis process, the trend in nucleophilic attack abilities of hydrolysis products by pertinent biomolecules is revealed and predicted.  相似文献

Six Mo(IV)-Cu(II) complexes, [Cu(tpa)](2)[Mo(CN)(8)]·15H(2)O (1, tpa = tris(2-pyridylmethyl)amine), [Cu(tren)](2)[Mo(CN)(8)]·5.25H(2)O (2, tren = tris(2-aminoethyl)amine), [Cu(en)(2)][Cu(0.5)(en)][Cu(0.5)(en)(H(2)O)][Mo(CN)(8)]·4H(2)O (3, en = ethylenediamine), [Cu(bapa)](3)[Mo(CN)(8)](1.5)·12.5H(2)O (4, bapa = bis(3-aminopropyl)amine), [Cu(bapen)](2)[Mo(CN)(8)]·4H(2)O (5, bapen = N,N'-bis(3-aminopropyl)ethylenediamine), and [Cu(pn)(2)][Cu(pn)][Mo(CN)(8)]·3.5H(2)O (6, pn = 1,3-diaminopropane), were synthesized and characterized. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses show that 1-6 have different structures varying from trinuclear clusters (1-2), a one-dimensional belt (3), two-dimensional grids (4-5), to a three-dimensional structure (6). Magnetic and ESR measurements suggest that 1-6 exhibit thermally reversible photoresponsive properties on UV light irradiation through a Mo(IV)-to-Cu(II) charge transfer mechanism. A trinuclear compound [Cu(II)(tpa)](2)[Mo(V)(CN)(8)](ClO(4)) (7) was synthesized as a model of the photoinduced intermediate.  相似文献
