The bromination of 2-styrylchromones, bearing electron neutral substituents, with two molar equivalents of piridinium tribromide gave 2-(2-aryl-1,2-dibromoethyl)chromones and 3-bromo-2-(2-aryl-1,2-dibromoethyl)chromones. The presence of electron-donating substituents on their B ring led to a mixture of compounds due to the higher reactivity of their C(2)=C(3) and C=C double bonds, whereas the strongly electron-withdrawing group hindered the bromination. The dehydrobromination of 2-(2-aryl-1,2-dibromoethyl)chromones with triethylamine gave a diastereomeric mixture of (E)- and (Z)-2-(-bromostyryl)chromones. Some novel 4(5)-aryl-5(4)-(2-chromonyl)-1,2,3-triazoles have been obtained from the reactions of 2-(2-aryl-1,2-dibromoethyl)chromones, 2-(-bromostyryl)chromones, and 2-styrylchromones with sodium azide. The reactions of 2-styrylchromones with sodium azide are more efficient, general, and constitute a one-pot synthetic method of 4(5)-aryl-5(4)-(2-chromonyl)-1,2,3-triazoles allowing the preparation of 1,2,3-triazoles bearing either electron-donating or electron-withdrawing substituents in their aryl ring. The structure of all new compounds was established by extensive NMR spectroscopic studies.  相似文献

By the crotonic condensation in an alkaline medium of 3-formylindole with various aromatic and heterocyclic methyl ketones, and also with cyclopentanone, cyclohexanone, and 1,4-diacetylbenzene, we have synthesized nineteen ,-unsaturated ketones. The majority of them were characterized as the 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazones, the absorption maxima of which in chloroform are given. Some considerations are expressed concerning the reactivity of 3-formyl- and 3-acetylindoles. Ten 3-aryl-1-phenyl-5-(indol-3-yl)-2-pyrazolines and their analogs with a 3-heterocyclic residue have been synthesized by the reaction of 3-aryl-1-(indol-3-yl)propen-3-ones and the corresponding analogs with phenylhydrazine. Some of the compounds synthesized possess a bright luminescence.  相似文献

Diastereoselective synthesis of a series of (Z)-1-[3-aryl-2-(phenylsulfanyl)-2-oxiranyl]-1-ethanones was effected from the reaction of (Z)-4-aryl-3-(phenylsulfanyl)-3-buten-2-ones with alkaline hydrogen peroxide in tetrahydrofuran. The stereochemistry of the oxiranes has been deduced from two-dimensional NOESY spectrum.  相似文献

The reaction of 3-(4-aryl-2-thiazolyl)- and 3-(2-benzothiazolyl)-2-iminocoumarins with N-nucleophiles was studied. This reaction gives 2-N-substituted 3-(4-aryl-2-thiazolyl)- and 3-(2-benzothiazolyl)iminocourmarins. N-Nucleophiles such as arylamines, heterocyclic amines, and hydrazine derivatives undergo this reaction.  相似文献

Reactions between 2-pyridylamides of Z-4-aryl-2-hydroxy-4-oxobut-2-enoic acids with diazomethane have been used to synthesize 3-(2-aryl-2-oxoethyl)-3-methoxy-2-oxo-2,3-dihydroimidazo[1,2-a]pyridines, which form hydrochlorides with hydrochloric acid. trans-4-Aryl-3-chloro-1-(2-chloroethyl)azetidin-2-ones, prepared through cyclocondensation of chloroketene and the appropriate imines in a diastereoselective way, were unexpectedly transformed into 3-aryl-2-(ethylamino)propan-1-ols using LiAlH(4) in THF under reflux. A stepwise analysis showed that the initially formed 1-(1-aryl-2-chloro-3-hydroxypropyl)aziridines were converted into trans-2-aryl-3-(hydroxymethyl)aziridines, most probably via N-spiro bis-aziridinium intermediates, which were subsequently prone to undergo ring opening by LiAlH(4) to afford 3-aryl-2-(ethylamino)propan-1-ols.  相似文献

We have obtained 2-(4-arylthiazol-2-yl)-4-chloro-3-oxobutyronitriles by acylation of 4-aryl-2-cyanomethylthiazoles with -chloroacetyl chloride. We have studied their reaction with secondary aliphatic amines, leading to formation of 4-dialkylamino-2-(4-arylthiazol-2-yl)-3-oxobutyronitriles, and also intramolecular alkylation with formation of 3-aryl-7-cyano-6(5H)-oxopyrrolo[2,1-b]thiazoles. We have determined some aspects of the tautomerism of the synthesized compounds.  相似文献

Acid hydrolysis of ethyl 2-(1-aryl-5,6,7,8-tetrafluoro-4-oxo-1,4-dihydrocinnolin-3-yl)-2-oxoacetates gives 2-(1-aryl-5,6,7,8-tetrafluoro-4-oxo-1,4-dihydrocinnolin-3-yl)-2,2-dihydroxyacetic acids which undergo dehydration on heating in toluene to afford 2-(1-aryl-5,6,7,8-tetrafluoro-4-oxo-1,4-dihydrocinnolin-3-yl)-2-oxoacetic acids. Reactions of the latter with excess morpholine result in replacement of two fluorine atoms in positions 5 and 7 by the amine residues.  相似文献

Ethyl 2-amino-5-(2-aryl-2-oxoethylidene)-4-oxo-1H-4,5-dihydrofuran-3-carboxylates and 2-amino- 5-(2-aryl-2-oxoethylidene)-4-oxo-1H-4,5-dihydrofuran-3-carbonitriles reacted with alcohols in the presence of a catalytic amount of concentrated aqueous HCl to give the corresponding 5-alkoxy-2-amino-5-(2-aryl-2- oxoethyl)-4-oxo-1H-4,5-dihydrofuran-3-carboxylic acid derivatives. Palladium-CuI catalyzed Sonogashira coupling of 2-aryl-4-chloro-3-iodoquinolines with terminal acetylenes (1 equiv) in triethylamine afforded the 2-aryl-3-(alkynyl)-4-chloroquinolines as sole products. The 2-aryl-4-chloro-3-iodoquinolines coupled with excess terminal acetylenes (2.5 equiv) in dioxane/water to yield the 2-aryl-3,4-bis(alkynyl)quinoline derivatives in a one-pot operation. The 2-aryl-3-(alkynyl)-4-chloroquinolines were, in turn, subjected to arylation via Suzuki cross-coupling with arylboronic acid derivatives or amination with methylamine, respectively. The structures of the products of successive Sonogashira and Suzuki cross-couplings were also confirmed by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Diastereomeric 4-aryl-3-epoxypropionyl-2-pyrazolines were obtained by cycloaddition of diazomethane to -arylacrylyloxiranes. It was established that, in addition to the formation of pyrazolines, competitive addition of diazomethane to the carbonyl group to give oxadiazolines occurs when electron-donor substituents are present in the aromatic ring in the 2 or 4 position. The 13C NMR spectra of twelve 3-aryl-4-(5-aryl-Δ2-l,2,4-oxadiazolin-3-yl)sydnones and twelve 3-aryl-4-(5-aryl-l,2,4-oxadiazol-3-yl)sydnones have been measured and assigned by means of proton-noise decoupling and DEPT-experiments. The coupling constants were determined by means of gated decoupling, and NOE effects were observed by comparison of proton-decoupled and inverse-gated decoupled spectra. Differences shown by the oxadiazoline and the oxadiazole rings and the substitution effects are discussed.  相似文献

A number of trans-stilbene derivatives containing 2-pyrazolinyl and 1,3-oxazolyl groupings were synthesized by PO olefination from 1-(4-formylphenyl)-3-aryl-5-phenyl-2-pyrazolines and 2-(4-bromomethylphenyl)-5-phenyl-1,3-oxazole. The products fluoresce intensely in the green or yellow-green region (quantum yields 0.4–0.57). The intense long-wave absorption band of the investigated compounds is due to an electron transition that is localized primarily in the stilbene fragment of their molecules that includes, as a substituent, the amine nitrogen atom of the pyrazoline ring; the less intense shortwave band corresponds to localization of the electronic excitation in the hydrazone grouping.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 5, pp. 656–661, May, 1977.  相似文献

It was established that the reaction of 3-aryl-1-(2-methyloxiran-2-yl)prop-2-en-1-ones with tosylhydrazine leads to 3-[(E)-2-arylvinyl]-4-methyl-1-tosyl-1H-pyrazoles and 3-aryl-1-(2-methyloxiran-2-yl)-3-tosylpropan-1-ones. The latter are formed as a result of rearrangement of the intermediate hydrazino alcohols and/or addition of p-toluenesulfinic acid during reductive degradation of the tosylhydrazine. In this paper , 10 novel 6-aryl-3-(5'-phenyl-2H-tetrazole-2'-methylene)-S-triazolo[3, 4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles have been synthesized by the condensation of 3-(5'-phenyl-2H-tetrazole-2'-methylene)-4-amino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole with various aromatic carboxylic acids in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride. The structure of these compounds was determined by elemental analysis , UV, IR, 1H NMR and MS. Their spectral properties were also discussed.  相似文献
