Two new cobalt(II) supramolecular complexes [Co(4,4'-bipy)2(H2O)4]·[Co2(4,4'-bipy)3(H2O)8]·2TST·2(4,4'-bipy)·4H2O 1 and [Co(4,4'-bipy)2(H2O)4]DSNT·4,4'-bipy 2 based upon the assembly of Co(II), 4,4'-bipyridine (4,4'-bipy) and two new multifunctional organic ligands, 2,4,6-tris(4-sulfophenyl- amino)-1,3,5-triazine (H3TST) and 2,4-bis(p-sulfanilato)-6-diethylamino-1,3,5-triazine (H2DSNT), have been prepared by hydrothermal method and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal structure of 1 is of monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 13.599(4), b = 18.988(6), c = 22.995(7) A, β = 90.273(6)°, V = 5938(3)A^3, Z = 4, C56H59Co1.5N13O17S3, Mr = 1370.74, Dc = 1.533 g/cm^3, μ = 0.613 mm^-1, F(000) = 2842, GOOF = 1.018, the final R = 0.0796 and wR = 0.1498 for 9019 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The crystal structure of 2 belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 18.864(6), b = 14.283(5), c = 20.246(7)A, β = 107.799(6)°, V = 5194(3)A^3, Z = 4, C49H52CoN12O10S2, Mr = 1092.08, Dc = 1.397 g/cm^3, μ = 0.480 mm^-1, F(000) = 2276, GOOF = 1.059, the final R = 0.0665 and wR = 0.1900 for 4887 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The results of X-ray crystal structure analysis revealed that complexes 1 and 2 exhibit layered supramolecular frameworks stabilized by electrostatic interactions, π-π interactions and hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound (C26H20ClN3O3) has been synthesized by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction from isatin, sarcosine and (Z)-4-(4-chlorobenzylidene)-2-phenyloxazol-5(4H)-one through a one-pot procedure, and its structure was confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1, with a = 9.3903(19), b = 11.398(2), c = 12.603(3) , α = 83.495(3), β = 68.988(3), γ = 67.178(3)°, V = 1160.1(4) 3, Z = 2, Mr = 457.90, Dc = 1.311 g/cm3, μ = 0.198 mm-1, F(000) = 476, the final R = 0.0489 and wR = 0.1144 for 3109 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).  相似文献

The title compound 4-(2-bromophenyl)-3,4,7,8-tetrahydro-7,7-dimethyl-1-p-tolylquinoline-2,5(1H,6H)-dione 1 (C24H24BrNO2, Mr = 438.35) was synthesized and characterized by IR, 1H NMR and elemental analysis. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 27.565(14), b = 10.079(5), c = 15.917(8) A,β = 111.059(9)°, Z = 8, V = 4127(4)A3, Dc = 1.411 g·cm^-3,μ(MoKa) = 2.011 mm^-1, F(000) = 1808, the final R = 0.0417 and wR = 0.1032 for 2393 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis reveals that the pyridine ring adopts a distorted boat conformation, while another six-membered ring takes a half-chair conformation. In addition, there are non-classical hydrogen bonds of C-H…O and C-H…Br in the structure. The short distance (3.481A) between the adjacent 2-bromophenyl rings indicates the existence of π-π interaction.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu3(dmpzm)4(μ-1,3-dca)2(dca)4]·2H2O (dmpzm = 1,1'-methylenebis(3,5-dimethyl-lH-pyrazole), dca = dicyanamide) 1·2H2O, was synthesized via the reaction of CuCl2·2H2O with dmpzm and Na(dca), and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectra. 1·2H2O crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/m with a = 13.578(3), b = 16.769(3), c = 14.769(3) A, β = 104.10(3)° V = 3261.4(11) A^3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.466 g/cm^3, T = 153(2) K, C56H68N34O2Cu3, Mr = 1440.09, F(000) = 1490,μ(MoKa) = 1.040 mm^-1, S = 1.150, R = 0.0553 and wR = 0.1123 for 2744 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The central copper atom is chelated by two dmpzm ligands and coordinated by two bridging dca anions, forming a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. The two external copper atoms adopt a square-pyramidal coordination geometry, coordinated by one chelating dmpzm ligand and one bridging and two terminal dca anions. Two intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions result in the formation of a 2D (4,4) hydrogen-bonded network.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer [Sm(4-Pyta)3(H2O)2]n has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction between 4-Pyta (4-Pyta = 4-pyridylthioacetate) and Sm(NO3)3. The structure was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space groupP1, with a = 9.100(2), b = 11.842(3), c = 12.183(3) A, α= 79.781(4), β= 74.124(4), γ = 841882(5)^o, V = 1241.6(5) A^3, Z = 2, Mr = 690.95, Dc = 1.84806 g/cm^3, F(000) = 686,μ = 2.669 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0388 and wR = 0.0808 for 4149 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The structural analysis shows that the complex exhibits a one-dimensional architecture. Intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions are found in the complex molecules.  相似文献

The title compound, N,N'-bis-[3-chloro-5-S-(l-menthyloxy)-2(5H)-4-furanon-yl]- propane-l,3-diamine (C31H48Cl2N2O6, Mr = 615.61), has been synthesized and characterized by IR, 1H NMR, MS, elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2 with a = 16.1091(4), b = 11.1880(3), c = 19.2854(5) A, β = 106.297(2)°, V = 3336.12(15) A3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.226 mg/m3,μ = 0.237 mm^-1, F(000) = 1320, the final R = 0.0531 and wR = 0.0700 for 2760 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis reveals that the title compound possesses four rings: two chiral five-membered furanone rings and two six-membered cyclohexane rings with chair conformation, containing eight chiral centers: C2(S), C3(R), C5(R), C10(S), C18(S), C21(R), C22(S) and C25(R). The structure is stabilized by N-H…O hydrogen bonding interaction.  相似文献

A novel heterometallic complex [Na2Cu2Gd2(pdc)4(H2O)14·2H2O] (H3pdc = 1H- pyrazole-3,5-dicarboxylic acid) has been synthesized and characterized by 1R spectra, elemental analysis, and single-crystal X-ray analysis. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P2 1/c with a = 7.9521(18), b = 12.251(3), c = 22.293(5) A, β = 110.173(5)°, V= 2038.5(8) A^3, Mr = 1388.13, Z = 2, F(000) = 1352, Dc = 2.261 g/cm^3,/2 = 4.380 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0409 and wR = 0.0622 for 2453 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The structural analysis shows that the Na^I, Cu^II and Gd^II ions are linked together by two kinds of bridging ligands (pdc^3- and H2O) to form a main moiety [Na2Cu2Gd2(pdc)4(H2O)14], which can be regarded as a centrosymmetric dimmer of [NaCuGd(pdc)2(H2O)7]. Many hydrogen bonds exist in the complex to build a 3D supramolecular framework.  相似文献

The mononuclear complex, Cu(H2SIP-O)(bpy)(H2O) (H4SIP-O = 4-hydroxyl- 5-sulfoisophthalic acid and bpy = 2,2'-dipyridyl), has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of Cu(OH)2 with NaH2SIP and bpy at 160 ℃, and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis and IR spectrum. The new ligand 4-hydroxyl-5-sulfoisophthalic acid derived from 5-sulfoisophthalic acid ligand under an in situ hydrothermal condition. The crystal of the complex crystallizes in a triclinic system, space group P1, with a = 7.757(4), b = 10.663(6), c = 11.727(7)A, α = 94.272(4), β = 104.067(7), γ = 97.400(7)°, V= 927.4(9)A^3, Z = 2, C18H14N2O9SCu, Mr= 497.93, Dc= 1.783 g/cm^3,μ = 1.350 mm^-1, F(000) = 506, the final R = 0.0518 and wR = 0.1513 for 4180 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The central Cu(II) ion is five-coordinated by two oxygen atoms from the H2SIP-O^2- ligand and two nitrogen atoms of bpy ligand in a distorted square-planar geometry as well as a water oxygen atom in the apical position to complete a distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry. The mononuclear copper molecules are linked by hydrogen bonds between coordinated water molecules and sulfonate groups to form a one-dimensional double-chain structure. The chains are further held together through extensive π-π stacking interactions between the aromatic rings to form a three- dimensional supramolecular structure.  相似文献

The supramolecular terbium complex, {[Tb(SIP)(H2O)5]2(bpy)3(H2O)}n (NaH2SIP = 5-sulfoisophthalic acid monosodium salt and bpy = 4,4'-bipyridyl), has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of Tb4O7 with NaH2SIP and bpy at 165 ℃, and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR spectrum, powder X-ray diffraction and photoluminescence spectrum. It crystallizes in a monoclinic system, space group C2/c, with a = 30.6840(1), b = 10.9206(2), c = 17.4967(3) A, β= 111.931(1)°, V = 5438.65(14) A^3, Z = 4, C46H52N6O25S2Tb2, Mr = 1470.90, Dc = 1.796 g/cm^3, p = 2.747 mm^-1, F(000) = 2928, the final R = 0.0654 and wR = 0.1322 for 3806 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). In the neutral [Tb(SIP)(H2O)5]2 motif, the Tb(III) ions are linked by the SIP ligands to form a one-dimensional zigzag chain propagating along the c axis. The zigzag chains are linked together by hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions to form a two-dimensional supramolecular framework. The uncoordinated bpy molecules act as pillars to extend the two-dimensional sheets into a distinctive pillared three-dimensional supramolecular structure through O-H...N hydrogen bonds. The photoluminescence of the complex was investigated at room temperature in the solid state.  相似文献

A new quinazolinone compound 2,3-dihydro-2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-3-phenylquinazolin-4(IH)-one 3 ([C2oH16O2N2]-C2H5OH, Mr = 362.42) and compound 2-(2-hydroxybenzylidene-amino)-N-phenyl-benzamide 2 (C2oH16O2N2, Mr = 316.34) were prepared from a precursor of 2-amino-N-phenyl-benzamide 1 (C13H12ON2, Mr = 212.25). Compound 3 was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to orthorhombic,space group Pbca with a = 1.2889(11), b = 1.6170(14), c = 1.7729(15) nm, V= 3.695(6) nm^3, Z= 8, F(000) = 1536, Mr = 362.42, Dc = 1.303 g/cm^3, μ(MoKa) = 0.087 mm^-1, R = 0.0447 and wR= 0.0879. Compound 1 (C18H18N2O4S) belongs to orthorhombic, space group P212121 with a = 9.6348(14), b = 11.1517(17), c = 16.412(3) A, V = 1763.4(5) A^3, Mr = 358.40, Z = 4, De = 1.350 g/cm^3,/t = 0.209 mm^-1, F(000) = 752, R = 0.0348 and wR = 0.0714. Compound 2 (CI8H17ClN2O4S) crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group P212121 with a = 9.3128(14), b = 10.9655(16), c = 17.783(3) A, V = 1815.9(5) A^3, Mr = 392.85, Z = 4, De = 1.437 g/cm^3, p = 0.352 mm^-1, F(000) = 816, R = 0.0389 and wR = 0.0845. The absolute structure Flack parameters X of compounds 1 and 2 are -0.03(8) and -0.06(7), respectively. X-ray analysis reveals that the crystal structures of these two compounds both involve two intermolecular N-H…O hydrogen bond's.  相似文献

The crystal belongs to triclinic system, space group P with a = 5.8550(8), b = 7.5668(10), c = 16.416(2) , α = 78.364(2), β = 81.204(2), γ = 84.749(2)°, V = 702.58(16) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.568 g/cm3, μ = 0.429 mm-1, F(000) = 340, the final R = 0.0442 and wR = 0.1092 for 2001 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the title molecule is nearly planar. In the crystal structure, the molecules are linked by strong intermolecular N-H…N hydrogen bonds together with weak nonclassical intermolecular (C-H…Y, Y = N, O and Cl) hydrogen bonds and stacked through π-π interactions. The preliminary bioassay shows that the title compound exhibits good fungicidal activities against Rhizoctonia solani, Botrytis cinerea and Dothiorella gregaria.  相似文献
