The new complexes, M(CO)5(Schiff base) [M?=?Cr; 1, Mo; 2, W; 3, Schiff base?=?4-salicylidenamino-3-hydrazino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole, SAHMT, a; 4-(2-hydroxynaphthylidenamino)-3-hydrazino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole, 2HNAHMT, b; 4-(3-hydroxybenzylidenamino)-3-hydrazino-5-mercapto-1,2,4- triazole, 3HBAHMT, c; 4-(4-hydroxybenzylidenamino)-3-hydrazino-5-mercapto-1,2,4- triazole, 4HBAHMT, d; 4-(5-bromosalicylidenamino)-3-hydrazino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole, 5BrSAHMT, e; were synthesized by photochemical reaction of metal carbonyls M(CO)6 (M?=?Cr, Mo, W) with new heterocyclic Schiff bases derived from 4-amino-3-hydrazino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole, ae. The ligands and complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, EI-mass spectrometry, FT-IR, 1H and 13C-{1H}-NMR spectroscopy. The spectroscopic studies show that Schiff bases, ae, are monodentate and coordinate via azomethine N donor to the central metal atom in M(CO)5(Schiff base) (M?=?Cr, Mo, W).  相似文献

Abstract

Thiosemicarbazides (2a–e) were obtained by the interaction of furan-2-carboxylic acid hydrazide (1) with five different isothiocyanate (RNCS) derivatives. By addition of KOH to the reaction medium, ethyl, allyl, phenyl and benzyl, p-tolyl substituted 1,2,4-triazoles (3a–e) were obtained. 3a–e were dissolved in dry acetone containing K2CO3 in the presence of 2-chloro-1-(3-methyl-3-mesitylcyclobutyl) ethanone (4) to give 3,4,5-trisubstituted 1,2,4-triazole sulfanyl compounds containing a cyclobutane ring (5a–e). The structures of the final compounds were confirmed by elemental analyses, FT-IR, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR. The antioxidant and antitumor properties of the synthesized compounds were also investigated. Three of the triazole derivatives with p-tolyl, benzyl and phenyl substituents (5c–e) displayed good antioxidant and antitumor activity in comparison to the standards.  相似文献

Thermal cyclization of 3-R-5-chloro-1,2,4-triazoles (R = Cl, Ph) afforded 2,6,10-tri-R- tris[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a:1′,5′c:1″,5″-e][1,3,5]triazines 5 (R = Ph) and 7 (R = Cl). These compounds are first representatives of this class of heterocycles, whose structures were unambiguously established. Treatment of these compounds with nucleophiles (H2O/NaOH, NH3) results in the triazine ring opening to give compounds consisting of three 1,2,4-triazole rings linked in a chain. For example, treatment of cyclic compound 5 with aqueous alkali affords 3-phenyl-1-3-phenyl-1-(3-phenyl-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-yl)-1,2,4-triazol-5-yl-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one. Treatment of 3,7,11-triphenyltris[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a:4′,3′c:4″,3″-e][1,3,5]triazine (2) with HCl/SbCl5 leads to the triazine ring opening giving rise to 5-(3-chloro-5-phenyl-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)-3-phenyl-4-(5-phenyl-1H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)-1,2,4-triazole. Thermal cyclization of the latter produces 3,7,10-triphenyltris[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a:4′,3′c:4″,3″-e][1,3,5]triazine (13). Thermolysis of both cyclic compound 2 and cyclic compound 13 is accompanied by the Dimroth rearrangement to yield 3,6,10-triphenyl-tris[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a:1′, 5′-c:4″,3″-e][1,3,5]triazine (14). Compounds 13 and 14 are the first representatives of cyclic compounds with this skeleton. 13C NMR spectroscopy allows the determination of the isomer type in a series of tris[1,2,4]triazolo[1,3,5]triazines.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. 5-Amino-2-acyl-1,2,4-thiadiazolin-3-ones 2–1 can be synthesized from 5-amino-2H-1,2,4-thiadiazolin-3-one ( 1–1 ) via a selective acylation with an acid anhydride in pyridine. The 1H nmr spectral characteristics of 5-amino-2-acyl-1,2,4-thiadiazolin-3-ones 2–1 is in particular, compared with 5-amino-2H-1,2,4-thiadiazolin-3-one ( 1–1 ) and 5-amino-2-alkyl-1,2,4-thiadiazolin-3-ones 1–2, 1–3 . The 5-amino group of 2–1 appeared as two peaks in its 1H nmr spectrum, which merged to a single peak at a higher temperature, while those of compound 1–1, 1–2 and 1–3 appear only as a single peak. The restricted rotation of the C(5)-N(5) (at amino) bond of 5-amino-2-acetyl-1,2,4-thiadiazolin-3-one (2a-1) is about 14.5 Kcal/mol.  相似文献

The Acylation of 5-Amino-1 H-1,2,4-triazoles. A 13C-NMR. Study The acylation of 3-substituted-5-amino-1 H-1,2,4-triazoles (1) with methyl chloroformate or dimethylcarbamoyl chloride yielded mainly 1-acyl-5-amino-1,2,4-triazoles ( 2 and 3 ). Acylation of 3-methyl-, 3-methoxy- and 3-methylthio-5-amino-1 H-1,2,4-triazole ( 1b , 1c and 1d ) with methyl chloroformate gave up to 10% of the 1-acyl-3-amino-1,2,4-triazoles. For the unsubstituted 5-amino-1,2,4-triazole (1a) , a (1:1)-mixture of the 3- and 5-isomers 2a and 4 was obtained in dioxane in the presence of triethylamine. No 4-acylated product was detected in contrast to earlier reports. The structures of the reaction products were determined with the aid of proton coupled 13C-NMR. spectra using the corresponding N-methyl-1,2,4-triazoles as reference compounds.  相似文献

New complexing agents, potentially tautomeric 3-(2-hydroxyethylsulfanyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole, its 5-methyl-and 5-phenyl-substituted analogs, and some their salts, were synthesized, and their structure was discussed on the basis of the 1H and 13C NMR, IR, and mass spectra, X-ray diffraction data, and published data. In keeping with the rule formulated previously for N-unsubstituted 1,2,4-triazoles having dissimilar substituents, the synthesized compounds were found to exist as 3-(2-hydroxyethylsulfanyl)-5-R-1H-1,2,4-triazole tautomers (3-RA-5-RD-1H-1,2,4-triazoly). They are protonated at the nitrogen atom in position 4 of the triazole ring. The 1H and 13C NMR spectra of these compounds in trifluoroacetic acid suggest the presence of two forms due to equilibrium between the neutral and protonated species. Analysis of the crystallographic data for the triazolium salts and published data showed preference of the 1H,4H-1,2,4-triazolium tautomer.  相似文献

Heterylation of 3-R1-5-R2-1'2'4-triazoles (pK a 3-12) with N-alkyl-, N-alkenyl-, N-alkoxy-carbonyl-, N-oxoalkyl-, N-nitroxyalkyl, N-nitroaminoalkyl-3'5-dinitro-1'2'4-triazoles results insubstitution of a nitro group in 5 position of the dinitro compound yielding 1-R-methyl-3-nitro-5-(3-R1-5-R2-1,2,4-triazolyl)-1,2,4-triazoles. The side processes: Hydroxide-ion attack on C5 and (or) N1 of the ring both in the substrate and in the target compound afford 1-R-methyl3-nitro-1,2,4-triazol-5-ones, 3,5-dinitro-1,2,4-triazole and NH-acids of N-C-bitriazole series. Optimal reaction media are aprotic dipolar substances, and for compounds prone to heterolysis ethyl acetate-water systems. The azole pK a is the decisive factor controlling the composition and the ratio of reaction products. The process is promising for azoles with pK a > 5, and the optimal range of pK a is 8-10.  相似文献

It has been demonstrated by 13C NMR and quantum-chemical calculations that alkylation of 5-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-3-methyl(vinylphenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazoles with dialkyl sulfates in aqueous DMSO in the presence of alkali occurs exclusively in the 2-position of the triazole ring to give 3-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-1,5-dialkyl(alkylvinylphenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazoles. Emission spectra of these compounds show two weak bands (λ max fl = 317–346 and 430–447 nm, φ = 0.002–0.007), whereas their zinc complexes emit in the violet range of the visible spectrum (λ max fl = 373–377 nm, φ = 0.20–0.25).  相似文献

A series of novel 6‐{5‐aryl‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐ylthio}methyl‐3‐substituted‐[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4‐b][1,3,4]thiadiazoles and 2‐{(5‐aryl‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐ylthio)‐N‐4‐aryl}acetamides containing 1,2,4‐triazole moiety were synthesized and characterized by 1H, 13C, DEPT, and D2O. The synthesized compounds were evaluated for their antibacterial activity against three strains of bacteria along with antifungal activity against five fungal species. It has been found that tested compounds showed moderate activity.  相似文献

Two new Mn(II) complexes, trans-[Mn(L1-L2)2(NCS)2] (12) with triaryltriazole (1, L1 = 3-(p-bromophenyl)-4-phenyl-5-(2-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole; 2, L2 = 3,4-bis(p-methylphenyl)-5-(2-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole), have been synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, ESI-MS, and single-crystal X-ray crystallography. Crystallographic studies revealed that both 1 and 2 contain a distorted octahedral [MnN6] core with two trans-disposed NCS? ions. The L1 ligand, 1 and 2, together with four known homologous Mn(II) complexes, trans-[Mn(L3-L6)2(NCS)2] (36) (3, L3 = 3-(p-methoxyphenyl)-4-(p-chlorophenyl)-5-(2-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole; 4, L4 = 3-(p-methoxyphenyl)-4-(p-bromophenyl)-5-(2-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole; 5, L5 = 3-(p-chlorophenyl)-4-(p-methylphenyl)-5-(2-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole; 6, L6 = 3,5-bis(2-pyridyl)-4-(p-methylphenyl)-1,2,4-triazole), were tested in vitro for their antibacterial activities against two Gram-positive bacterial strains and two Gram-negative bacterial strains by the MTT method. The results indicate that 1 exhibited better activity than Penicillin and Kanamycin against Pseudomonas aeruginosa and also better than its free L1 ligand.  相似文献

Spectroscopic methods (ir, 1H- and 13C-nmr, ms and uv) have been used for the structural elucidation and identification of different isomeric 1,2,4-triazole derivatives, obtained by cyclisation reactions from appropriate diaminoguanidines. The four compounds 3,4-diamino-4H-1,2,4-triazole, 3-hydrazino-4H-1,2,4-triazole, 3-amino-4-(2,6-dichlorobenzylideneamino)-4H-1,2,4-triazole and 3-(2,6-dichlorobenzylidenehydrazino)-4H-1,2,4-triazole, were chosen as representative structures to illustrate the general spectroscopic properties for 3,4-diamino- and 3-hydrazino-substituted 4H-1,2,4-triazoles and the corresponding hydrazones, with different substituents in the 5-position of the triazole ring (alkyl-, aralkyl-, mercapto-, hydroxy- and amino-groups). Nmr and uv spectroscopy were found to be the best methods for confirmation of the different series of hydrazones, while ir and nmr were found to be suitable for the structural elucidation of compounds in the series of 3,4-diamino- and 3-hydrazino-4H-1,2,4-triazoles, respectively.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of 3-phenyl-1-(6-phenyl-7H-[1,2,4] triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazin-3-yl)-1H-pyrazol-5-amines was accomplished by a simple, atom-economical, and multicomponent approach. Reaction of 4-amino-5-hydrazinyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol with various phenacyl bromides and benzoylacetonitriles in ethanol and catalytic amount of acetic acid afforded the titled compounds. The structures of newly synthesized compounds were confirmed by their analytical and spectral (IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, and Mass) data.  相似文献

The 1H{15N} NMR spectrum of 5,7‐diphenyl‐1,2,4‐triazolo[1,5‐a]‐pyrimidine ( 3 ) was measured by GHMQC, unambiguously assigned and compared with the spectra of 1,2,4‐triazolo[1,5‐a]pyrimidine ( 1 ) and 5,7‐dimethyl‐1,2,4‐triazolo[1,5‐a]pyrimidine ( 2 ). A series of Au(III) chloride complexes of general formula AuLCl3, where L = 1 , 2 , 3 , was synthesized and studied by 1HH{15N} GHMQC and 1H{13C} GHMBC. Low‐frequency shifts of 72–74 ppm (15N) and 5–6 ppm (13C) were observed upon complexation by Au(III) ions for the coordination site N‐3 and adjacent C‐2, C‐3a atoms, respectively. The 13C signals of C‐5, C‐6, C‐7 and the 1H resonances of H‐2, H‐6 were shifted to higher frequency. Comparison with analogous Pd(II), Pt(II) and Pt(IV) complexes revealed that in the case of Au(III) coordination the 15N shifts were relatively smaller, whereas those for 13C and 1H were larger. 5-Amino-lH-1,2,4-triazolylcarbothiohydrazides gave β and γ-oxo-esters in boiling ethanol [1,2,4]triazolo- [1,5-d][1,2,4,6]tetrazepine-5-thiones 3 . Analogously ethyl 2-oxocyclohexanecarboxylate provided a mixture of two diastereomeric spiro derivatives 5 and 6 . At 130°, 2-acetonyl-5-methyl-4,5-dihydro-1,3,4-oxadiazole-5-thione ( 8 ) was formed. Ring closure of 3e (R1 = CH3, R2 = CH2CH2COOEt, Q = morpholino) lead to the isomeric pyrrolo[2,1-g][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-d][1,2,4,6]tetrazepin-8(11H)-one ( 12 ) and pyrrolo[1,2-f][1,2,4]triazolo-[1,5-d][1,2,4,6]tetrazepin-10(7H)-one ( 13 ) derivatives representing two new ring systems.  相似文献

The amination of 5-R- and 6-R-3-X-1,2,4-triazines (R = C6H5, t-C4H9, X = SCH3, SO2CH3, N+ (CH3)3, Cl) by potassium amide in liquid ammonia has been studied. In all reactions the formation of the corresponding 3-amino-1,2,4-triazines takes place; in some reactions by-products were found: from 5-phenyl- and 5-t-butyl-3-(methylthio)-1,2,4-triazine a ring contracted product i.e. 5-phenyl and 5-t-butyl-3-(methylthio)-1,2,4-triazole, from 6-phenyl-3-(methylthio)-1,2,4-triazine the dimer 3,3′-bis-(methylthio)-6,6′-bisphenyl-5,5′-bi-1,2,4-triazine and from 5-t-butyl-3-(trimethylammonio)-1,2,4-triazine chloride compound bis-(5-t-butyl-1,2,4-triazin-3-yl)- amine. Furthermore the conversion of 5-phenyl- and 5-t-butyl-1,2,4-triazin-3-one into the corresponding 3-amino compound by treatment with phenyl phosphorodiamidate (PPDA) was studied. A 15N study of these aminations showed that nearly all compounds undergo substitution according to both SN(AE) and SN(ANRORC) processes. The contribution of each of the competitive mechanisms to the amination is strongly influenced by the character of the leaving group.  相似文献

Abstract

Some new 3,4,5-trisubstituted 1,2,4-triazole derivatives were synthesized and studied for their antimicrobial activity. The lead compounds were obtained starting from 8-hydroxyquinoline and ethyl 2-chloroacetate. The obtained ester compound (1) first reacted with hydrazine hydrate (2) then with phenyl isothiocyanate (3). Ring closure by KOH led to 3-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole derivative (4). Lastly, it reacted with 2-chloro-N-(substituted (benzo)/thiazole)acetamide derivatives to obtain the final compounds (5a–j). The structural elucidation of the compounds was performed by 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy and high resolution mass spectrometry techniques and elemental analysis. The synthesized compounds were investigated for their antimicrobial activities against seven bacteria and four fungi. As a result of the activity studies, it was observed that compounds N-(6-nitrobenzothiazol-2-yl)-2-[[4-phenyl-5-((quinolin-8-yloxy)methyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl]thio]acetamide (5a) and N-(6-fluorobenzothiazol-2-yl)-2-[[4-phenyl-5-((quinolin-8-yloxy)methyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl]thio]acetamide (5d) were the most active molecules. Also, the antifungal activity of the compounds was found to be higher than their antibacterial activity although lower than the standard drug’s potential. Additionally, the physicochemical properties of the compounds were calculated which were evaluated to be at a suitable range for oral administration.  相似文献

New coordination compounds of zinc with 3-(pyridine-2-yl)-5-(2-salicylideneiminophenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole (H2L1) and 3-(pyridine-4-yl)-5-(2-salicylideneiminophenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole (H2L2) are obtained. According to X-ray diffraction data, binuclear zinc complexes with L1, namely, [Zn2L21]. 0.5EtOH and [Zn2L21] · 2C4H8O2 · 2H2O obtained in different solvents, are structurally related molecular complexes. The product of the reaction with H2L2 is the {[ZnL2(Py)] · CHCl3} n coordination polymer. The 1,2,4-triazoles under study and the complexes on their basis luminesce in solutions with emission maxima ranging from 412 to 503 nm. These coordination compounds in the solid state emit in the green range of the spectrum (λmax = 496 and 485 nm).  相似文献

The configuration of (3-substituted)-1,2,4-triazin-5-ylcarbaldoximes and (3-substituted)alkyl-1,2,4-triazin-5-ylketoximes was determined by means of 1H-nmr, 13C-nmr, 15N-nmr and homonuclear NOE-difference spec-troscopy. Oximes resulting from reaction of 1,2,4-triazines with nitroalkanes were found to be either pure E-isomers or E/Z-mixtures with the amount of E-isomer greatly predominating. Detailed 13C-nmr data of the oximes investigated are presented.  相似文献

The syntheses of 2-methyl-5-[1′,2′,3′,4′,5′-penta-O-benzoyl-D-manno-pentitol-1′-yl]-1,3,4-oxadiazole and 5-methyl-3-[1′,2′,3′,4′,5′-penta-O-benzoyl-D-manno-pentitol-1-′yl]-1,2,4-oxadiazole, as well as their intermediate products, are described. Their 1H and 13C nmr and ms spectra are presented and their preferential conformation in solution are proposed.  相似文献
