通过水热反应,合成了一个新的单核钴髤配合物[Co(p-MBA)2(phen)(H2O)]·(p-MBA),用元素分析和红外光谱对配合物进行了表征。X-射线单晶衍射表明,配合物属三斜晶系,空间群P1,晶胞参数:a=1.06588(8)nm,b=1.12873(8)nm,c=16.1181(13)nm,α=76.9890(10)°,β=71.2280(10)°,γ=63.6830(10)°,V=1.6379(2)nm3,Z=2,Dc=1.443g·cm-3,R1[I2σ(I)]=0.0444,wR2[I2σ(I)]=0.0881。钴髤分别与来自1个邻菲咯啉的2个氮原子、2个对甲基苯甲酸根的3个氧原子和1个水分子中的1个氧原子配位,形成变形的八面体结构。配合物通过强的O-H…O氢键作用形成了二聚体结构,该二聚体又通过分子间弱的C-H…O氢键作用形成了一维链状结构。对配合物中[Co(p-MBA)(phen)(H2O)2]结构单元进行了量子化学从头计算。  相似文献

以醋酸铜、间三氟甲基苯甲酸(m-TFBA)和邻菲咯啉(phen)为原料在甲醇水介质中通过水热反应,合成了一个新的单核铜(Ⅱ)配合物[Cu(m-TFBA)(phen)(H2O)2]·(m-TFBA),用元素分析、红外光谱和热重分析对配合物进行了表征.X-射线单晶衍射表明,配合物属三斜晶系,空间群P(-)1,晶胞参数:a=1.001 61(10)nm,b=1.15069(12)nm,c=1.28649(12)nm,α=82.217(2)°,β=84.767(2)°,γ=66.371(2)°,V=1.3448(2)nm3,Z=2,Dr=1.625 g·cm-3,,R1[I>2σ(I)]=0.042 1,wR2>2σ(I)=0.0958.铜(Ⅱ)分别与来自邻菲咯啉的2个氮原子、间三氟甲基苯甲酸的1个氧原子和2个水分子中的2个氧原子配位,形成变形的四方锥结构.配合物通过强的O-H…O氢键作用形成了二聚体结构,该二聚体又通过分子间弱的C-H…0氢键作用形成了一维链状结构.配合物中配位的间三氟甲基苯甲酸上的三氟甲基基团具有无序结构.对配合物中[Cu(m-TFBA)(phen)(H2O)2]+进行了量子化学从头计算,探讨了配合物的稳定性、分子轨道能量以及一些前沿分子轨道的组成特征.  相似文献

合成了3-(2-羟基苯基)-5-苯基-6-乙氧羰基-2-环己烯酮.通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和质谱对其组成和结构进行了表征.利用X射线衍射分析方法测定了它的晶体结构.该化合物的晶体属单斜晶系,空间群P21/c,a=1.41946(17)nm,b=0.58445(7)nm,c=2.1756(3)nm,β=104.795(2)°,V=1.7450(4)nm3,Z=4,Dc=1.280 g·cm-3,F(000)=712,μ=0.088mm-1,R1[I>2σ(I)]=0.0627,wR2[I>2σ(I)]=0.1484.晶体结构测定结果表明化合物分子中的环己烯部分为半椅式构象,分子间通过氢键形成具有16元环的二聚体.  相似文献

利用水热合成法制备了一种基于[Cu(en)2]2+修饰的仲钨酸化合物:[{Na3(H2O)10}2H2{Cu(en)2(H2W12O42)}].16H2O(en=乙二胺)(1),借助元素分析、X射线单晶衍射分析I、R、UV、热分析和X射线光电子能谱对这种化合物进行了结构和性质研究.化合物(1)属于三斜晶系,P-1空间群.晶胞参数为:a=1.183 2(5)nm,b=1.296 0(6)nm,c=1.416 9(6)nm,α=63.348 0(10)°,β=82.844 0(10)°,γ=68.907 0(10)°,V=1.810 0(14)nm3,Z=1,R1[I2σ(I)]=0.024 7,wR2[I2σ(I)]=0.058 2.化合物(1)通过仲钨酸阴离子,铜离子和[Na3(H2O)10]3+三核簇形成了新型的二维层状结构.  相似文献

通过简单的一步亲核取代反应合成了一新型含硫化合物(4-羧基甲硫醇基-2,3,5,6-四氯-苯硫醇基)乙酸(1),产物经乙酸乙酯重结晶分离纯化,并在适当的条件下培养得到单晶,测定了该化合物的晶体结构,以及其DMSO加合物的晶体结构.其中该化合物晶体属于单斜晶系,空间群为P21/c,a=0.508 93(4)nm,b=0.969 81(7)nm,c=1.439 1(1)nm,β=91.036(4)°,V=0.710 20(9)nm3,Z=2,Dc=1.843 g/cm3,F(000)=392,μ=1.133,R1[I2σ(I)]=0.097 3,wR2[I2σ(I)]=0.193 1.其DMSO加合物的晶体结构属于正交晶系,空间群为Pnma,a=1.372 48(2)nm,b=2.883 6(4)nm,c=0.461 48(6)nm,V=1.826 4(4)nm3,Z=4,Dc=1.703 g/cm3,F(000)=936,μ=1.010,R1[I2σ(I)]=0.088 8,wR2[I2σ(I)]=0.203 9.晶体结构分析表明,分子间氢键是这一化合物的一大特点.  相似文献

合成了双核银配合物[Ag2(μ-(4-MeC6H4O)2PS2)2(Phen)2](phen为1,10-邻菲咯啉),用元素分析、红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱和热重分析进行了表征,并用X-射线衍射法测定了晶体结构。该晶体属于正交晶系,Pbca空间群,晶胞参数为:a=1.2035(2)nm,b=1.638 3(3)nm,c=2.517 1(5)nm,V=4.963 1(17)nm 3,Dc=1.599 g.m-3,Z=4,F(000)=2 416,μ(Mo Kα)=1.072 mm-1,S=1.066,(Δ/σ)max=0.001,R1=0.037 6,wR2=0.088 8(I>2σ(I))。晶体结构研究表明每个Ag原子与不同配体(4-MeC6H4O)2PS2-的2个S原子和1个phen配体的2个N原子配位形成了具有椅式构型的八元环Ag2S4P2,Ag原子为畸变四面体AgS2N2构型,配合物通过phen的π-π堆积形成了一维结构,分子间的弱氢键C-H…O和C-H…π作用使分子进一步形成了三维网络结构。  相似文献

利用3,5-二氨基苯甲酸配体合成了2种新的配合物[Cd(diaba)(phen)2]NO3·H2O(1)和[Zn(diaba)(2,2′-bipy)2](2)(H2diaba=3,5-diaminobenzoic acid;phen=1,10-phenanthroline,2,2′-bipy=2,2′-bipyridine),并对其进行了元素分析、红外光谱和X射线单晶衍射测定。配合物1属于正交晶系,空间群为Fddd,a=1.425 81(7)nm,b=2.564 62(13)nm,c=3.092 47(17)nm。配合物2属于单斜晶系,空间群为C2/c,a=1.273 62 nm,b=1.592 78 nm,c=1.519 35 nm,β=107.334°。配合物1和2都为单核晶体。配合物1的结构单元由1个CdII、1个3,5-二氨基苯甲酸和2个phen构成。配合物2的结构单元由1个ZnII、1个3,5-二氨基苯甲酸和2个2,2′-bipy构成。两种配合物再通过氢键或π-π堆积形成三维超分子网络。研究了配合物的热稳定性和荧光性质。  相似文献

采用水热条件合成了1个钴配合物[Co(phen)(HBTC)(H2O)3].2.5H2O(phen=1,10-邻菲罗啉,H3BTC=均苯三甲酸),通过元素分析,红外光谱,紫外光谱,热重分析对其结构和性质进行表征及研究,用X-射线单晶衍射测定了该化合物的晶体结构。晶体属于单斜晶系,空间群为P21/n,晶胞参数a=0.78889(8)nm,b=1.9000(2)nm,c=1.56387(16)nm,β=98.780(2)°,V=2.3166(4)nm3,Z=4。标题化合物的不对称单元由1个配合物分子[Co(phen)(HBTC)(H2O)3]及2.5个结晶水分子组成,氢键将它们连接起来,形成了三维网络结构。利用循环伏安法测定了配合物的电化学性质,并测定了配合物的荧光光谱,发现配合物在383和469 nm两处有发射峰。  相似文献

合成了三元配合物Ni[S2P(OCH2CH2Ph)2]2·bipy(bipy为α,α'-联吡啶),用元素分析和红外光谱进行表征,并测定了单晶结构.配合物属单斜晶系,空问群为P21/c,α:1.0859(5)nm,b:2.1751(7)nm.c=1.9083(8)nm,β=104.48(3).,Z=4,Dc=1.354g/cm3,μ=0.75mm-1,S=1.044,(△/σ)msx=3.085,R=0.076,wR=0.067[I(2.50σ(I).Ni离子与配体(PhCH2CH2O)2PSS-的S和bipy的N形成了变型八面体.Ni~S的键长在0.2488(5)~0.2513(5)nm范围,Ni~N的键长分别为0.2072(13)和0.2086(13)nm.相邻的对映体配合物分子间的bipy环之间存在π-π堆积作用.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title complex with the stoichiometric formula [Cu(PTA)(Phen)2](p-MBA)(H6O) (Phen=1,10-phenanthroline, PTA=terephthalic acid, p-MBA=p-toluic acid) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal (C48H40CuN4O10, Mr=896.38) belongs to the monoclinic space group C2/c, with the following crystallographic parameters: a=1.778 6(3) nm, b=1.912 5(3) nm, c=1.389 9(2) nm, β=114.686(2)°, V=4.295 7(12) nm3, Dc=1.386 g·cm-3, Z=4, μ(Mo Kα)=0.574 mm-1, F(000)=1 860, final GooF=1.019, R=0.054 0, wR=0.148 3 for 2 644 observed reflections (I>2σ(I)). The crystal structure shows that the copper(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated with two oxygen atoms from one terephthalic acid molecule and four nitrogen atoms from two 1,10-phenanthroline molecules, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The cyclic voltametric behavior of the complex is also reported. CCDC: 298809.  相似文献

The title compound [Mn(Phen)(p-MBA)2]n(1) was synthesized via the hydro-thermal reaction of KMnO4 and NaOH with phen and p-methybenzoic acid(p-MBA) in water.The title compound was characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectra.The crystal of 1 crystallizes in orthorhombic,space group Pbcn with a = 24.132(1),b = 10.404(0),c = 9.386(0) ,V = 2356.65(13) 3,Z = 4,C28H22MnN2O4,Mr = 505.42,Dc = 1.424 g/cm3,F(000) = 1044 and μ(MoKα) = 0.598 mm-1.The final R = 0.0781 and wR = 0.1363 for 1972 observed reflections with Ⅰ 2σ(Ⅰ) and R = 0.0897 and wR = 0.1420 for all data.X-ray diffraction reveals that the Phen and p-methy benzoic acid ligand link the Mn atoms into a single one-dimensional coordination polymer,and extensive intermolecular π-π interactions lead these 1D chains to form a two-dimensional supramolecular architecture.  相似文献

本文用水热法合成了2个稀土配位聚合物[M(yddc)(NO3)(H2O)4]·2H2O[M=Eu(1),M=Dy(2)],并对它们进行了元素分析、红外光谱、热重等分析,研究了它们的荧光性质,并用X-射线单晶衍射测定了配合物的单晶结构.两者的晶系都属于三斜晶系,P1空间群.荧光实验表明配合物1在常温下具有很强的荧光.  相似文献

The complex [Cu( μ3-I)INH]n has been synthesized in DMF solution with INH, CuI, where INH=isoniazid. The crystal structure of the complex has been determined by X-ray diffraction single crystal structure analysis. The crystal belong to monoclinic system, space group P21/c. The cell parameters are: a=1.009 48(10) nm, b=0.467 51(5) nm, c=1.992 62(19) nm, β=101.413 0(10)°, and V= 0.921 81(16) nm3, Z=4, μ(Mo Kα)=5.674 mm-1, F(000)=616.0, R1=0.031 6, wR2=0.082 5 [I2σ(I)]. The copper(Ⅰ) atom locates in a distorted coordination tetrahedron. The copper(Ⅰ) atoms bridged by μ3-I to form a band stair-like chain, and INH occupying the remaining coordination site of the approximately tetrahedral. The stair-like chains extend along b axis. The results of TG analysis show the title complex was stable under 200℃.  相似文献

在含有HF的体系中, 用乙二胺作模板剂, 通过水热方法合成了一个新的三维亚磷酸铟[In4(HPO3)7(H2O)3](NH3CH2CH2NH3)·(H2O), 并对其进行了红外光谱、热重、ICP和CHN元素分析等表征. 单晶X射线衍射分析结果表明, 该化合物属于三方晶系, P3空间群, 晶胞参数a=1.37883(7) nm, c=0.93450(9) nm, V=1.53862(2) nm3, Z=2, Dc=2.489 Mg/m3, 最终一致性因子R1[I >2σ(I)]=0.0526, wR2[I>2σ(I)]=0.1328, GOF=1.082. 其结构中的InO6八面体、InO5(H2O)八面体和HPO3假四面体通过O原子共顶点连接, 分别沿a, b轴方向形成含有十二元环的交叉孔道, 客体水分子和双质子化的乙二胺分子存在于孔道中.  相似文献

在pH≈10的乙醇-水溶液中以硫酸铜、酒石酸和邻菲咯啉反应合成了分子式为[Cu2(C4H2O6)(Phen)2(H2O)]·8H2O的配合物单晶。用X-射线单晶衍射测定了晶体结构,并研究了配合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌的抗菌活性。晶体属单斜晶系,空间群P21。标题化合物为双核铜配合物,2个铜原子配位数不同。Cu(1)是五配位的,具有扭曲的四方锥结构,5个配位原子分别是酒石酸的去质子的羟基氧和羧基氧、邻菲咯啉的2个氮原子及1个水分子的氧原子。Cu(2)为四配位的,配位原子分别是酒石酸的去质子的羟基氧和羧基氧和邻菲咯啉的2个氮原子。分子中Cu(1)…Cu(2)间的距离为0.354 8 nm。存在分子内邻菲咯啉-邻菲咯啉的面—面π-π相互作用,面间距为0.381 3 nm。配合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌具有较强的抗菌活性。  相似文献

One new cadmium complex [Cd(phen)3]·(ClO4)2·(p-MBA)2·(H2O)2 has been hydro-thermally synthesized by reacting p-methylbenzoic acid (p-MBA),1,10-phenanthroline (phen) and cadmium perchlorate. It crystallizes in the triclinic system,space group P1,with a=1.2809(3),b= 1.3431(3),c=1.3734(3) nm,α=84.259(4),β=71.603(3),γ=74.424(3)o,V=2.1594(8) nm3,Dc= 1.532 g/cm3,Z=2,F(000)=1008,μ=0.697 mm-1,R=0.0646 and wR=0.1648. The crystal structure shows that the cadmium ion is coordinated with six nitrogen atoms from three 1,10-phenanthroline molecules,forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The result of electrochemical property analysis shows that the electron transfer in the electrode reaction is irreversible.  相似文献

A novel Mn(Ⅱ) complex Mn2(phen)2(p-MBA)4(H2O) has been hydrothermally synthesized by the reaction of p-methyl benzoic acid (p-MBA) with 1,10-phenanthroline (phen). Crystal data for this complex: monoclinic, space group C2/c, a= 2.3328(3), b =1.5549(2), c = 1.5557(2) nm, β = 121.726(2)°, V= 4.7997(11) nm^3, Mr = 1028.85, Dc = 1.424 g/cm^3, Z = 4, F(000) = 2128, μ(MoKa) = 0.590mm^-1, GOOF = 1.060, R = 0.0333 and wR = 0.0767. In the crystal, each Mn(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from one o-phenanthroline molecule, three oxygen atoms from three p-methyl benzoic acids and one oxygen atom from one water molecule, giving a six-coordinate distorted octahedral coordination geometry. Two neighboring Mn(Ⅱ) ions are bridged by two p-methyl benzoic acid groups and one water molecule, and their end positions are respectively coordinated by one 1,10-phenanthroline and one p-methyl benzoic acid molecule, giving a binuclear cage structure, of which the Mn(Ⅱ)…Mn(Ⅱ) distance is 0.3502 nm.  相似文献
